Claims (10)
- 전극에서 돌출된 전극탭을 절단하는 전극탭의 절단방법에 있어서,전극탭의 일측면을 받침부가 지지하도록 상기 받침부를 전극탭에 밀착시키는 밀착단계; 및상기 전극탭의 타측면으로 압력이 가해지도록 절단나이프가 전극탭을 가압하여 절단하는 절단단계;를 포함하고,상기 절단나이프는 전극탭과 사이에 형성되는 각도가 예각이 되도록 진입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극탭의 절단방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,절단단계에서 상기 절단나이프와 전극탭과 사이에 형성되는 예각은 10° 내지 80°로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극탭의 절단방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 절단나이프의 끝단은 일면은 길이방향을 따라 연장된 평면이고, 타면은 경사면을 갖도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전극탭의 절단방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 절단나이프는 경사면이 전극탭에 가깝게 위치하도록 배치된 상태에서 진입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극탭의 절단방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 절단단계에서, 상기 절단나이프는 수직방향으로 하강하고, 받침부가 전극탭이 경사지도록 기울어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전극탭의 절단방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 절단단계에서, 상기 받침부는 전극탭이 수평에 놓이도록 평평하게 위치하고, 상기 절단나이프가 기울어진 상태로 활주하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전극탭의 절단방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 절단나이프는 전극탭 보다 더 큰 경도(hardness)를 갖는 금속재로 제조되고,상기 받침부는 절단나이프가 전극탭을 가압할 때 탄성변형이 이뤄지지 않는 재질로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 전극탭의 절단방법.
- 전극에서 돌출되며, 평평한 일측면 및 상기 일측면과 평행한 타측면을 갖는 전극탭에 있어서,일단은 일측면으로 이어지고 타단은 타측면으로 이어지는 절단면을 가지며,상기 절단면은 일측면 또는 타측면 중 어느 하나와의 사잇각이 예각으로 형성되도록 경사면으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전극탭.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 절단면에서 일측면 또는 타측면 중 어느 하나와 경사면 사이의 사잇각은 10° 내지 80°로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전극탭.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,상기 전극은 음극이고, 상기 전극탭은 음극에 마련된 음극탭인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극탭.
