Description

一种洗涤剂投放系统 【技术领域】
本发明涉及洗衣机配合件的技术领域,特别是一种洗涤剂投放系统。
【背景技术】
本申请人提出的CN201910336291.4一种洗涤剂投放装置,具有进水阀、洗涤剂盒、泵和液体交换腔,该液体交换腔与所述进水阀的出口和所述泵的吸入口通连,所述洗涤剂盒连接阀门后与所述液体交换腔通连,所述液体交换腔连接单向阀A后与洗涤进液管路连接。该装置能防止计量泵受洗涤剂侵蚀,延长计量泵使用寿命。但上述结构存在一定的缺陷,由于洗涤剂盒与液体交换腔之间的通路、以及液体交换腔洗涤与进液管路之间的通路均是采用单向阀控制通断,而现有的洗涤剂或柔顺剂中可能含有大粒径的颗粒物或杂质,极易造成单向阀的失效,缩短使用寿命,现提出一种洗涤剂投放系统。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种洗涤剂投放系统,能够避免大粒径的颗粒物或杂质引起阀体失效的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种洗涤剂投放系统,包括进水阀、液体交换腔、洗涤剂A盒和泵,所述进水阀的入口接入进水口,所述进水阀的排出口并接所述液体交换腔以及所述泵的吸入口,所述泵的排出口与洗涤进液管路通连,所述洗涤剂A盒通过阀门与液体交换腔通连,所述阀门为二位三通阀A,所述二位三通阀A上设有与液体交换腔相连接的公共口A、与洗涤进液管路相连接的常通口B、与洗涤剂A盒相连接的常闭口C,所述液体交换腔连接二位三通 阀A后与洗涤进液管路、洗涤剂A盒通连。
作为优选,所述泵为计量泵。
作为优选,所述泵为射流泵,所述射流泵的吸入口接入进水阀的出口与液体交换腔之间的管道,所述射流泵的入口端接入进水口,射流泵的出口端接入洗涤进液管路。
作为优选,所述液体交换腔与射流泵的吸入口通连的管道上设有流量计。
作为优选,还包括若干个二位三通阀B和洗涤剂B盒,每个洗涤剂B盒分别通过二位三通阀B接入二位三通阀A与液体交换腔之间的通道。
本发明的有益效果:本发明中采用二位三通阀控制洗涤剂盒与液体交换腔之间通路、以及液体交换腔与洗涤进液管路之间通路的通断,二位三通阀具有良好的耐杂物性能,有效的避免了大粒径的颗粒物或杂质引起阀体失效的问题。

【具体实施方式】
实施例1
参阅图1,本发明一种洗涤剂投放系统,包括进水阀1、液体交换腔2、洗 涤剂A盒4和泵,所述进水阀1的入口接入进水口,所述进水阀1的排出口并接所述液体交换腔2以及所述泵的吸入口,所述泵的排出口与洗涤进液管路通连,所述洗涤剂A盒4通过阀门与液体交换腔2通连,所述泵为计量泵5,所述阀门为二位三通阀A3,所述二位三通阀A3上设有与液体交换腔2相连接的公共口A31、与洗涤进液管路相连接的常通口B32、与洗涤剂A盒4相连接的常闭口C33,所述液体交换腔2连接二位三通阀A3后与洗涤进液管路、洗涤剂A盒4通连。
本发明工作过程:
1)进水开启进水阀1,水进入液体交换腔2,液体交换腔2注满水后关闭进水阀1。
2)抽洗涤剂A时,关闭进水阀1,开启两位三通阀A3,两位三通阀的公共口A31和常闭口C33通连。开启计量泵5,此时,液体交换腔2内的水流被计量泵5抽出并计量,洗涤剂盒A4内的洗涤剂A通过常闭口C33和公共口A31进入液体交换腔2,洗涤剂A达到输入计量后,计量泵5关闭停止进洗涤剂A;其中,液体交换腔2内具有窄长通道,液体交换腔2被抽水的同时进洗涤剂,相对短时间内水和洗涤剂在液体交换腔2内不会达到整体混合,也就是抽水的同时进洗涤剂,在达到计量洗涤剂时,计量泵5抽的是水,不是水和洗涤剂混合液,保护计量泵不受腐蚀,延长计量泵使用寿命。
3)输送洗涤剂A时,开启进水阀1,关闭两位三通阀A3,两位三通阀的公共口A31、常通口B32通连,关闭计量泵5,液体交换腔2进水的同时洗涤剂A(水-洗涤剂A混合液)经过公共口A31、常通口B32后,由洗涤进液管路输出,直至洗涤剂A完全输出。

  5. 如权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的一种洗涤剂投放系统,其特征在于:还包括若干个二位三通阀B(6)和洗涤剂B盒(7),每个洗涤剂B盒(7)分别通过二位三通阀B(6)接入二位三通阀A(3)与液体交换腔(2)之间的通道。
