本发明为一种对接结构的技术领域,尤其指一种高径向抗力且能重复使用之对接结构。
背景技术
『毡片』俗称『魔术毡』,是一种利用钩状织面、环状织面所构成的对接结构,钩状织面是由众多似鱼钩状的钩线竖立于表面,环状织面则由有相匹配的数环线分布于表面。当钩状织面及环状织面以面对面压合时,利用钩线与环线相互钩扣,达到所需之牢固性。但众多钩线竖立所形成的钩状织面厚薄不一且表面精糙、手感不佳,使用上也必须分别在不同的两个物件上设置钩状织面及环状织面,如此方能使用,为此本发明人思考提供更为方便的对接结构。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型提供一种高径向抗力且能重复使用之对接结构,设置于两物件表面,以面对面压合方式达到径向良好的固定效果。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:本发明为一种高径向抗力且能重复使用之对接结构,包括:一编织物;固定于编织物的众多垂直纱线单元,每个垂直纱线单元是于中段被编织物固定且竖立着两丛对接丛,使众多对接丛布满编织物表面;藉此当使用两个对接结构面对面压接,可以轴向可轻易压入,让众多对接丛左右相互紧邻卡接,达成高径向抗力的效果。
作为较佳优选实施方案之一,垂直纱线单元为呈W型弯曲的纤维纱线段,具有三个弯曲段,编织物是由相邻的第一经纱、第二经纱与纬纱交错编织,多个纬纱分别通过各弯曲段的内弯曲面,第一经纱及第二经纱与纬线于垂直方向相错编织,稳稳地固定垂直纱线单元的位置且将两对接丛呈似垂直状竖立。
作为较佳优选实施方案之一,垂直纱线单元高度为0.5~2.5mm,且最佳高度 范围为0.6~1.5mm。
作为较佳优选实施方案之一,对接丛呈倒圆锥状,即对接丛随着距编织物距离增加其线径也渐渐增大。
作为较佳优选实施方案之一,编织物及垂直纱线单元为人造纤维,包括:聚酯纤维、尼龙纤维、压克力纤维、醋酸纤维其中至少一种。
作为较佳优选实施方案之一,每一平方公分编织物表面至少设置有400个对接丛。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:
1.运用本发明的设计,仅须单一对接结构设置分设于两个物件的表面,以面对面压合,就可达到高径向抗力的效果,欲取下分离时,以轴向剥离即可,方便快速又容易。
2.竖立于编织物表面的众多对接丛,在面对面对接时,能轻易插入两对接丛之间,且在插入后于左右相邻位置的对接丛相互卡掣,使径向达到良好的牢固性。
3.本发明对接丛为高密度的短纤维结构,手感触性佳,不会有习用钩状织面的粗糙感。
4.本发明对接结构能广泛应用于两物件之搭接或对接。

请参阅图1-7所示,本实用新型关于一种本发明高径向抗力且能重复使用之对接结,如图1及图2所示,为本发明高径向抗力且能重复使用之对接结构的纵向截面示意图及俯视图。本发明插接结构包括:一编织物1及固定于编织物的众多垂直纱线单元2,每个垂直纱线单元2是于中段被编织物1所固定且形成竖立的两丛对接丛21,使众多对接丛接21间隔分布于编织物1表面。藉此当使用两个对接结构面对面压接,可以轴向可轻易压入,让众多对接丛21左右相互紧邻卡接,达成高径向抗力的效果,取得所需的牢固性且能重复使用。
接着就各构件的结构作一详细的说明:
编织物1是由相邻的第一经纱11、第二经纱12与纬纱13交错编织而成,第一经纱11、第二经纱12与纬纱13的线径为0.1~0.3mm,材质为人造纤维,包括:聚酯纤维、尼龙纤维、压克力纤维、醋酸纤维其中至少一种,但并不以此为限。
垂直纱线单元2会被定型呈W型弯曲的纱线段,具有三个弯曲段22、23、24,固定方式:是由多个纬纱13分别通过各弯曲段22、23、24的内弯曲面,另一垂直方向以相邻的第一经纱11及第二经纱12交错编织,稳稳地固定着垂直纱线单元2位置且将两对接丛21呈似垂直状竖立,藉此让编织物1表面间隔分布众多对接丛21,原则上每一平方公分内含有至少400丛的的对接丛21。
请一并参阅图3A,为了维持对接丛21竖立的强度,对接丛21为短纤维,即垂直方向高度H为0.5~2.5mm,但较佳实施例中,高度H为0.6~1.5mm。对接丛21为纱线纤维,每一丛对接丛是由10~100根纤维所组成,单一纤维直径约0.001mm~0.02mm。垂直纱线单元2虽于弯曲段22、23、24被固定,但呈竖立的对接丛21会透过纤维本身而扩张,形成上宽下窄的倒圆锥状,即对接丛21随着距编织物1的距离增加其线径也在增大。在本实施例中,如图3B所示,当最小线径于接近底端位置,此直径为0.2mm,位于最顶端扩张后(如图3C所示)的直径则可达0.4mm。再者,垂直纱线单元2材 质为人造纤维,包括:聚酯纤维、尼龙纤维、压克力纤维、醋酸纤维其中至少一种,但并不以此为限。此材质当对接丛21若经长时间重压而产生变形时,可藉由熨斗或热蒸气熨之,使之恢复原始垂直状态。
如图4所示,为本发明为本发明高径向抗力且能重复使用之对接结构的卡掣方式的示意图。本发明对接结构是利用于编织物1固定着垂直纱线单元2,维持对接丛21竖立的强度,当两对接结构面对面压接时,两对接丛21之空隙让另一方向的对接丛21进入,且由于该对接丛21为倒圆锥状,能使左右相邻的对接丛21形成相互卡接效果,在卡接的状态下,横向抗力最高可达到25KG/300cm 2,正向拔除抗力为0.5kg/300cm 2,如此一来,当对接后即可达到所需的牢固性,而欲分离时则可轻易用手拔除,解除锁定状态,便于重复使用,达到极佳的方便性。
如图5所示,为本发明实际使用的实施例图,本发明对接结构在实际使用时编织物1与复数垂直纱线单元2得固定(例如黏贴)于一连接介质件4上,且让垂直纱线单元2朝外竖立着,连接介质件4可为一硬质材料所构成,以利于操作,但并不以此为限,例如连接介质件4也可为布料、纸张、弹性塑胶片等,而连接介质件4与编织物1则可采各种结构方式,例如布料可以用缝纫的,纸张可用黏贴/胶合…等。更具体实施例如图6所示,本发明对接结构是以大面积设置于一安装板5上,使安装板5分布着编织物1及竖立的众多对接丛21,安装板5可为一布告栏。相匹配物件6,例如欲固定告示片61、钥匙吊片62等,其相对表面也设有对接结构,亦即表面分布众多对接丛21,当使用者将匹配物件6朝向安装板5按压,利用众多对接丛21相互卡接,即可将匹配物件6固定于安装板5上。此仅为本发明之其中一种实施例,并不因此限制仅能使用此方式。例如将多个板体其中一个分布着对接丛21,交错相互对接即能构成大面积的板面。
如图7所示,为本发明再一具体实施例图,在本实施例中,安装物件7具有一弧形曲面71的物体,弧形曲面71上是直接固定着编织物1及竖立着众多对接丛21。相匹配物件6为具有一弧形吊片63的钥匙,弧形吊 片63面对安装物件7的表面也固定着编织物1及众多对接丛21(图中角度无法看见),藉此利用面对面按压对接方式,也可轻易将弧形吊片63固定于弧形曲面71上,由于可知,本发明的对接结构并不限仅能于平面上,也可设置于弧面上。
综合以上所述,本发明高径向抗力且能重复使用之对接结构,是于编织物1上设置众多垂直纱线单元2,让编织物1表面间隔分布众多对接丛21。如此当两个物件表面皆分布众多对接丛21,在面对面压接时,轴向可轻易压入,让众多对接丛21左右相互紧邻卡接,达成高径向抗力的效果,取得所需的牢固性且能重复使用,且表面因对接丛21为短纤维,手感舒适使用方便,增加消费者的好感及接受度,符合专利之申请要件。
