本发明涉及手机周边领域,特别是涉及一种真空泵驱动吸盘固定的手机支架。
背景技术
随着智能手机的普及,手机展示架和车载手机架固定主要有台面粘贴式、机械吸盘式、出风口悬挂式,固定手机主要有磁性吸紧、机械夹紧。粘贴式缺点安装拆除不方便,机械吸盘式缺点慢慢变松不牢固,出风口悬挂式缺点挡出风口和出风口叶片本来就晃动,机械夹紧式缺点智能化不高。因此,需要对手机架进行研发改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的则是克服现有手机架安装固定不稳智能化不高,本发明提出了一种全新理念的真空泵驱动吸盘固定的手机架,电机驱动其真空泵抽出管道内空气,吸盘吸紧手机和固定面。管道内气压始终智能临控,维持气压吸附力度,更稳定,操作更智能方便。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种带有真空示的手机支架,它包括底座,底座下设有四个固定吸盘,固定吸盘用第一管道连接,第一管道上设有第一真空传感器,底座内设有电机和真空泵,第一管道未端设有第一电磁控制阀连接真空泵,底座左侧设有第一开关,底座内设有电路板,底座上设有球头固定座,球头压紧螺丝锁紧球头压紧块,从而锁紧球形转向头,手机座上面设有四个手机吸盘,手机吸盘用第二管道连接,第二管道上设有第二气压传感器,第二管道未端设有第二电磁控制阀连接真空泵,手机架内设有无线充电 线圈,手机座左侧设有控制开关,手机座中间设有手机感应开关。其特点是:手机感应开关感应到手机接触手机座时,发出信号,第二气压传感器检测第二管道气压,第二管道气压在额定气压下限时,开启电机,打开第二电磁控制阀,电机驱动其真空泵抽出第二管道内空气,手机吸盘吸紧手机,第二气压传感器检测第二管道气压到达额定上限气压时,关闭第二电磁控制阀和电机,拿取手机时触动第二开关,发出信号,打开第二电磁控制阀放入空气,使手机吸盘松开手机;同理,底座固定到台面上,固定感应开关感应到底座接触台面时,发出信号,第一气压传感器检测第一管道气压在额定气压下限时,开启电机,打开第一电磁控制阀,电机驱动其真空泵抽出第一管道内空气,使四个吸盘吸紧台面,第一气压传感器检测第一管道气压到达额定气压上限时,关闭第一电磁控制阀和电机,拿取底座时触动底座左侧的第一开关,发出信号,打开第一电磁控制阀放入空气,使固定吸盘松开台面,拿开底座;手机架调整倾斜角度时,松开球头压紧螺丝,从而松开球头压紧块,通过球型转向头调整到合适的倾斜角度后,锁紧球头压紧螺丝,从而锁紧球头压紧块,使球型转向头锁紧在球头固定座上,从而调整好手机架倾斜角度。
本发明的有益效果为:通过本技术方案的实施,对于现有的手机架结构及安装拿取进行突破。打破现有的手机架结构,本方案是采用真空泵驱动吸盘固定的手机架,气压传感器监测气压,控制电机和电磁控制阀智能启动停止,维持气压在额定值内,安装拿取时触动开关控制气压,操作智能方便。区别于现有的台面粘贴式、机械吸盘式、出风口悬挂式,磁性吸紧式、机械夹紧式手机架和手机固定方式。本发明的手机架,采用电动吸盘吸紧,管道内气压始终智能临控,维持气压吸附力度,更稳定,更灵活,操作更智能方便。
