技术领域
本发明涉及线缆接头技术领域,尤其涉及一种穿线密封箱。
背景技术
随着技术的发展,市场上逆变器的功率等级越来越高,对应的使用的线缆也越来越粗。目前市场上的线缆接线主要使用防水端子进行安装防护,由于线缆较粗,防水端子的尺寸规格也越来越大,需要的紧固力也随之增大,安装和拆除时需要使用工具,操作不方便,多根线缆进行穿线时需要安装多个防水端子,需要较大的安装空间,成本较高,安装时间长。安装线缆时需要先将防水端子的迫紧螺帽拧下,将线缆穿过密封体后,再用工具紧固上迫紧螺帽锁紧线缆,操作较复杂,存在迫紧螺帽未紧固到位漏水的风险。
线缆接头通常位于机器底部,线缆或接线侧器件维护时,如果线缆较粗无法弯折,则需要将防水端子拧松后抬升机器才能取出线缆,操作不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种穿线密封箱,能够简化线缆接线时的操作步骤,缩短安装时间,并且无需使用防水端子,节省安装空间;线缆可随穿线板拉出箱体外,无需为了取出线缆而抬升机器,操作方便,节省人力。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种穿线密封箱,包括:

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。可以理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本发明,而非对本发明的限定。另外还需要说明的是,为了便于描述,附图中仅示出了与本发明相关的部分而非全部结构。
在本发明的描述中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“相连”、“连接”、“固定”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一 体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

实施例一
如图1和2所示,本实施例1提供一种穿线密封箱,用于对线缆接线头进行安装防护。该穿线密封箱包括箱体1和穿线组件2,箱体1上设置有开口,方便在箱体1内进行接线等操作,箱体1的侧壁上设置有安装槽11,安装于应用场景时,安装槽11通常位于箱体1底部。穿线组件2包括穿线板组件21和穿线体22,穿线板组件21滑动设置于安装槽11内,以滑入或滑出安装槽 11,穿线板组件21上设置有穿设孔212,穿线体22设置于穿线板组件21上,并位于箱体1的外侧,穿线体22与穿设孔212相连通,穿线体22能够将穿过穿线体22的线缆周向密封,有效降低漏水风险,无需再使用防水端子等配件对线缆进行锁紧,操作简单,而且安装空间小,相同空间内可安装更多的线缆,有效降低线缆接线成本;当需要维护拆卸时,可将穿线组件2沿安装槽11移出箱体1外,无需抬升机器即可取出线缆,减少搬抬操作,节省人力成本。
如图1所示,为了对箱体1进行密封,穿线密封箱还包括盖板31,盖板31盖设在箱体1的开口处。具体地,盖板31的一端与箱体1的未设置安装槽11的一个侧壁铰接,以能够实现打开或盖合穿线密封箱。盖板31相对箱体1内部的一侧设置有密封件32,盖板31盖合在箱体1后,密封件32填充于盖板31和箱体1的侧壁之间,对箱体1进行密封,防止穿线密封箱进水进尘。其他实施例中,盖板31并不限于与箱体1相铰接,盖板31可以直接盖设在箱体1上,或者由箱体1上取下。
需要注意的是:在进行接线操作时,需要将盖板31开启一定的角度,为了操作方便及安全,设置定位结构将盖板31固定在需要的位置。
具体而言,在盖板31上设置第一定位板33,第一定位板33沿盖板31的宽度方向设置多个第一定位孔331;在箱体1内对应设置有第二定位板12,第二定位板12的端部设置有第二定位孔121,另外设置有定位销34,定位销34的一端插入第二定位孔121,根据盖板31的开合程度,定位销34的另一端插入对应的第一定位孔331。通过定位销34与第一定位孔331和第二定位孔121插接配合,将盖板31固定在一定的开合位置,从而方便操作者进行接线操作及防止盖板31晃动对操作者造成伤害。当需要调节盖板31的开合角度时,可 以调整定位销34的另一端与不同第一定位孔331的插接配合。
下面结合图1和图2对穿线板组件21的结构进行描述,如图1所示,穿线板组件21包括穿线板本体211和穿设孔212,如图2所示,穿线板本体211滑动设置于安装槽11内,穿线体22设置于穿线板本体211上,并完全盖设住穿设孔212。
优选地,穿线板组件21上设置多个穿设孔212,每个穿设孔212均对应设置一个穿线体22,每个穿线体22上可穿过一根电缆。本实施例中,如图3所示,穿线板本体211上设置有五个大小相同的穿设孔212,对应设置的五个穿线体22的大小也相同;当然,也可设置多个穿线体22中的至少两个穿线体22的靠近穿线板组件21的一端的直径不同,穿线体22的靠近穿线板组件21的一端的直径大于对应的穿设孔212的直径,如图4所示,穿线体22的数量设置为三个,三个穿线体22的大小均不同。当然,可根据穿线板本体211及穿线体22的大小合理设置穿线体22的数量,穿线体22的数量及大小不受限制。
为了使单个穿线体22可适应多个线径的线缆,如图1所示,穿线体22设置为圆锥形,由靠近穿线板本体211的一端向远离穿线板本体211的一端逐渐收拢并在端部闭合形成密封端,穿线体22与穿线板本体211之间形成密封。穿线时,根据需要穿线的直径大小,将对应的穿线体22的密封端戳破或剪开,剪开的孔径略小于线缆的直径,使线缆由剪开的孔径穿入,实现穿线体22对线缆的包覆,其中穿线体22可采用具有弹性的材质,如橡胶。
优选地,如图3和图4所示,穿线体22的外周设置有锁线圈23,锁线圈23在穿线体22的外壁上向外凸出而成,锁线圈23具有弹性,能够加强对线 缆的锁紧强度,防止过度撕裂。穿线体22上还设置有锁线圈23适用的线径大小范围的标识,使用者可根据线缆的直径要求沿着相应的锁线圈23的上缘剪掉,当线缆穿入时,锁线圈23将对线缆进行抱紧,对线缆具有一定的保持力,从而达到密封防护。
具体而言,锁线圈23设置有至少两个,所有锁线圈23沿穿线体22的轴向分布,也就是能够根据不同的线缆直径而选择由穿线体22的不同位置剪开,不同的锁线圈23可以对不同线径进行锁紧密封。
针对每个锁线圈23适用的线缆直径范围做了标识,如图3所示,穿线板本体211上设置有五个大小一致的穿线体22,每个穿线体22上设置有三个锁线圈23,可适用线缆直径L的范围为:14mm<L≤32mm,具体地,直径最小的锁线圈23适用的线缆直径L的范围为14mm<L≤24mm,中间的锁线圈23适用的线缆直径L的范围为24mm<L≤32mm,通常直径最大的锁线圈23无需剪开,起到加强穿线体22支撑强度的作用,当然也可以根据需要从直径最大的锁线圈23的上缘剪开,从而扩大穿线体22的适用的线缆直径范围,也能够达到锁线圈23对线缆的锁紧密封作用。在穿线板本体211上设置的穿线体22的大小不同时,与穿线体22大小一致时的作用原理相同。如图4所示,在穿线板本体211上设置有三个大小不同的穿线体22,其中,最大的穿线体22上设置有四个锁线圈23,可适用线缆直径L的范围为40mm<L≤75mm,各锁线圈23适用的线缆直径L的范围分别为40mm<L≤50mm、50mm<L≤65mm以及65mm<L≤75mm,另一穿线体22上设置有三个锁线圈23,各锁线圈23适用的线缆直径L的范围分别为15mm<L≤24mm以及24mm<L≤32mm,最小的穿线体22上设置有三个锁线圈23,各锁线圈23适用的线缆直径L的范 围分别为8mm<L≤13mm以及13mm<L≤18mm。需要说明的是,锁线圈23的设置数量和适用的直径范围并不受以上限制,根据实际需要设置即可。
进一步地,如图5所示,穿线组件2还包括密封套24,密封套24设置于穿线板组件21上,并位于箱体1的内侧,密封套24与穿线体22对应设置,且与穿线体22相连通,密封套24的口径由靠近穿线板组件21的一端向远离穿线板组件21的一端逐渐减小。密封套24对线缆进一步锁紧密封,使线缆更加密封稳固。密封套24采用如橡胶的弹性材质制作,锁紧密封效果更好。在其他实施例中,也可以将穿线体22设置于箱体1的内侧,而将密封套24设置于箱体1的外侧,同样能够实现对线缆的锁紧密封作用。
进一步地,穿线板本体211包括穿线板本体骨架和包覆层,包覆层包裹在穿线板本体骨架的外表面,包覆层与穿线体22和密封套24一体成型。一体成型的结构设计使穿线体22和密封套24与包覆层之间的连接更加牢固,而且无需其他结构件进行组装,操作更加方便。
进一步地,如图1所示,在箱体1内设置有两个连接件13,连接件13位于安装槽11的两侧,连接件13端部设置有第一螺纹孔,穿线板本体211的朝向箱体1内一侧的上端设置有两个凸台214,凸台214上设置有第二螺纹孔,穿线组件2安装到安装槽11后,第一螺纹孔和第二螺纹孔同轴对齐;盖板31的内侧对应设置有凸起35,凸起35上设置有第三螺纹孔,盖板31盖合时,第一螺纹孔、第二螺纹孔和第三螺纹孔形成直径大小一致的螺纹腔,从箱体1外侧使用螺栓或螺钉拧进螺纹腔,从而实现将盖板31固定在箱体1开口处,实现对箱体1的密封,同时将穿线组件2固定在安装槽11内,防止其滑动而影响线缆接头的稳定性。在凸台214和凸起35之间还设置有垫圈215,可防 止凸台214和凸起35直接接触产生磨损,并起到一定的密封作用。
实施例二
如图6-图7所示,本实施例提供一种穿线密封箱,其与实施例一的不同之处在于本实施例中,穿线板组件21的结构不同。实施例一中,穿线板本体211滑动设置于安装槽11内。而本实施例中,如图6所示,穿线板组件21包括安装板213和穿线板本体211,安装板213滑动设置于安装槽11内,如图7所示,安装板213上设置有过孔2131;穿线板本体211安装于安装板213上,并与过孔2131对应设置,穿线体22设置于穿线板本体211上。穿线体22和密封套24与过孔2131对应设置,以使线缆能够穿过穿线体22、密封套24和过孔2131而伸入箱体1内。
具体而言,安装板213和穿线板本体211上设置有螺纹孔,通过螺钉连接将安装板213和穿线板本体211连接在一起,当然也可以采用其他方式连接,能够将安装板213和穿线板本体211紧密连接起来即可,不以为限。
进一步地,安装板213和穿线板本体211均包括包覆层,包覆层由橡胶等弹性材质制成,安装板213和穿线板本体211压合在一起时,包覆层起到密封作用。
本实施例提供的穿线密封箱,只需要更换具有不同尺寸的穿线体22的穿线板本体211即可满足不同尺寸的线缆,无需更换安装板213,有效降低生产成本。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为了清楚说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,能够进行各种明显的变化、重新调整和替代而不会脱离本发明的保护范围。这里无需 也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明权利要求的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种穿线密封箱,其特征在于,包括:
    箱体(1),其上设置有开口,所述箱体(1)的侧壁上设置有安装槽(11);及
    穿线组件(2),包括穿线板组件(21)和穿线体(22),所述穿线板组件(21)滑动设置于所述安装槽(11)内,以滑入或滑出所述安装槽(11),所述穿线板组件(21)上设置有穿设孔(212),所述穿线体(22)设置于所述穿线板组件(21)上,所述穿线体(22)与所述穿设孔(212)相连通,所述穿线体(22)能够将穿过所述穿线体(22)的线缆周向密封。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的穿线密封箱,其特征在于,所述穿线体(22)为端部密封结构,所述穿线体(22)的直径由靠近所述穿线板组件(21)的一端向远离所述穿线板组件(21)的一端逐渐减小。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的穿线密封箱,其特征在于,所述穿线体(22)的外周设置有锁线圈(23),所述锁线圈(23)具有弹性。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的穿线密封箱,其特征在于,所述锁线圈(23)设置有至少两个,所有所述锁线圈(23)沿所述穿线体(22)的轴向分布。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的穿线密封箱,其特征在于,所述穿线板组件(21)上设置多个所述穿设孔(212),每个所述穿设孔(212)均对应设置一个所述穿线体(22)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的穿线密封箱,其特征在于,多个所述穿线体(22)中的至少两个所述穿线体(22)的靠近所述穿线板组件(21)的一端的直径不 同,所述穿线体(22)的靠近所述穿线板组件(21)的一端的直径大于对应的所述穿设孔(212)的直径。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的穿线密封箱,其特征在于,所述穿线组件(2)还包括密封套(24),所述密封套(24)设置于所述穿线板组件(21)上,所述穿线体(22)和所述密封套(24)的其中一个设置于所述箱体(1)的外侧,另一个设置于所述箱体(1)的内侧,所述密封套(24)与所述穿线体(22)对应设置,且与所述穿线体(22)相连通,所述密封套(24)的口径由靠近所述穿线板组件(21)的一端向远离所述穿线板组件(21)的一端逐渐减小。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的穿线密封箱,其特征在于,所述穿线板组件(21)包括穿线板本体(211),所述穿线板本体(211)滑动设置于所述安装槽(11)内,所述穿线体(22)设置于所述穿线板本体(211)上。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的穿线密封箱,其特征在于,所述穿线板组件(21)包括:
    安装板(213),滑动设置于所述安装槽(11)内,所述安装板(213)上设置有过孔(2131);及
    穿线板本体(211),安装于所述安装板(213)上,并与所述过孔(2131)对应设置,所述穿线体(22)设置于所述穿线板本体(211)上。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的穿线密封箱,其特征在于,所述穿线板本体(211)包括:
    穿线板本体骨架;及
    包覆层,包裹在所述穿线板本体骨架的外表面,所述包覆层与所述穿线体(22)和所述密封套(24)一体成型。
  11. 根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的穿线密封箱,其特征在于,还包括:盖板(31),盖设在所述箱体(1)的所述开口处。
