本发明涉及盖板锁紧技术, 特别涉及一种出线腔盖板锁紧装置。 背景技术
通信领域中, 射频模块 RRU ( Radio Remote Unit, 射频移动单元)是无 线基站分布式基站的重要组成单元, RRU—般需要的接线为: 电源线、 光纤、 监控线、 馈线、 并轨线等, 其中一部分线缆(包括但不限于电源线和光纤等) 可以使用室外型连接器或出线腔的方式与 RRU的主设备连接。
目前出线腔盖板紧固使用的是螺钉紧固方式, 如图 1 所示, 在出线腔体 101和出线腔盖板 102之间有铰链做旋转轴 103 ,合盖后使用 4至 6颗螺钉 104 紧固出线腔盖板 102和出线腔体 101。 电源线、 光纤等线缆可以从出线腔的下 部出线。 在锁紧出线腔的螺钉后, 通过出线腔盖板和出线腔体之间的防水胶 条等防水结构来实现入线口的防水。
本发明的提出人发现, 现有技术中出线腔盖板紧固所用的螺钉需要紧固, 在现场安装时需要携带和使用工具操作, 在某些特殊场景下操作困难, 且对 现场操作人员的要求相对较高, 必须锁紧所有的螺钉才能保证防水没有失效 的风险。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明提供了一种出线腔盖板锁紧装置, 以克服现有技术中 存在的安装需要携带和使用工具, 在特殊环境操作困难, 对现场操作人员要 求较高等问题。 本发明是通过以下方式来实现的: 一种出线腔盖板锁紧装置, 包括出线 腔体、 出线腔盖板、 转轴、 扳手转轴、 至少一个扳手和至少一个扳手卡位销 钉,
其中, 出线腔盖板一端通过转轴和出线腔体相连, 扳手包括扳手体和扳 手卡位, 出线腔盖板另一端通过扳手转轴与扳手的扳手体相连, 扳手卡位销 钉固定于出线腔体上, 扳手卡位销钉和扳手卡位用于通过扳手卡位卡住扳手 卡位销钉将出线腔盖板与出线腔体锁紧。
利用本发明中所提供的出线腔盖板锁紧装置, 可以使出线腔盖板锁紧过 程中不需使用螺钉进行锁紧, 操作方便, 无需携带和使用螺钉锁紧工具, 提 高了安装人员的安装效率, 通用性强。 附图说明

本发明提供了一种出线腔盖板锁紧装置, 用于克服现有的出线腔盖板釆 用螺钉锁紧所带来的安装需携带和使用工具, 在特殊环境操作困难, 对现场 操作人员要求较高等问题。
本发明的一个实施例提供的出线腔盖板锁紧装置, 如图 2A所示, 包括: 出线腔体 201、 出线腔盖板 202、 转轴 203、 扳手转轴 206、 至少一个扳手 204 和至少一个扳手卡位销钉 205 ,
其中, 出线腔盖板 202—端通过转轴 203和出线腔体 201相连, 扳手包 括扳手体和扳手卡位, 出线腔盖板 202另一端通过扳手转轴 206与扳手 204 的扳手体 2041相连, 扳手卡位销钉 205固定于出线腔体 201上, 扳手卡位销 钉 205和扳手卡位 2042用于通过扳手卡位 2042卡住扳手卡位销钉 205将出 线腔盖板 202与出线腔体 201锁紧。
本实施例提供的出线腔盖板锁紧装置, 安装过程中的打开状态、 锁紧过 程和锁紧状态如图 2B所示。
釆用本实施例提供的出线腔盖板锁紧装置, 可以使出线腔盖板锁紧过程 中不需使用螺钉进行锁紧, 操作方便, 无需携带和使用螺钉锁紧工具, 提高 了安装人员的安装效率, 通用性强。
本发明的另一个实施例提供的的出线腔盖板 202锁紧装置,如图 3A所示, 扳手卡位 2042至少包括一个卡位凹口 301 ,扳手卡位销钉 205和扳手卡位 2042 用于将出线腔盖板 202与出线腔体 201锁紧具体为: 扳手卡位销钉 205和扳 手卡位 2042用于通过卡位凹口 301卡住扳手卡位销钉 205将出线腔盖板 202 与出线腔体 201锁紧。
其中,卡位凹口 301可以位于扳手卡位 2042与扳手体 2041相连之处(如 图 3A所示 ), 还可以位于扳手卡位 2042与扳手体 2041的非连接处, 比如位 于扳手卡位 2042远离扳手体 2041的一端。当卡位凹口 301位于扳手卡位 2042 远离扳手体 2041 的一端时, 扳手卡位 2042可以形成钩状, 以卡住扳手卡位 销钉 205。
此外, 卡位凹口 301与所述扳手卡位 2042非卡位凹口处的连接 302可以 为非平滑弧度,具体如图 3B所示,这样,可以防止扳手卡位销钉从凹口滑出。 其中, 非平滑弧度, 可以包括在卡位凹口 301与所述扳手卡位 2042非卡位凹 口处的连接处有一个凸点, 但并不限于此。

本发明的另一个实施例提供的的出线腔盖板锁紧装置, 还包括, 如图 4 所示,出线腔体 201的出线孔侧边 2012和出线腔盖板 202的出线孔侧边 2022 之间还包括防水平垫 402, 用于吸收出线腔体 201的出线孔侧边 2012和出线 腔盖板 202的出线孔侧边 2022的加工工艺公差。 釆用本实施例提供的出线腔 盖板锁紧装置, 由于加工工艺公差被吸收, 可以增强出线腔盖板的防水性能。 防水平垫还可以用于卡住线缆, 方便线缆的安装。
本发明的另一个实施例提供的的出线腔盖板锁紧装置, 还包括, 中空胶 条 401和防水平垫 402釆用模具一次成型的加工工艺。 釆用模具一次成型的 加工工艺可以避免使用粘结剂, 进而降低加工步骤, 减少加工时间, 提高质 量的一致性。
本发明的另一个实施例提供的的出线腔盖板锁紧装置, 如图 5 所示, 还 包括, 防水平垫 402 的出线口处釆用非半圓截面组成的圓形截面结构, 比如 1/4圓和 3/4圓截面组成截面结构,当然也可以为 1/3圓和 2/3圓组成的截面结 构等类似的结构。 具体可以为, 出线腔体 201的出线孔侧边 2012的第一防水 平垫 4021的出线口处釆用 3/4圓的截面结构, 出线腔盖板 202的出线孔侧边 2022的第二防水平垫 4022的出线口处釆用 1/4圓的截面结构。 釆用本实施例 提供的出线腔盖板锁紧装置, 通过出现口处釆用非半圓截面组成的圓形截面 结构, 可以避免半圓的截面结构所存在的接缝处无压力的问题, 而且可以通 过较大的非半圓将线缆先卡住, 使操作更方便。
此外, 本发明的另一个实施例中, 如图 5 所示, 防水平垫的出线口处与 线缆接触的一面为胶质隔筋状, 这样, 可以增强出线腔的防水效果, 也可以 减小出线腔盖板锁紧时胶质被压缩时的反作用力, 进一步的, 还可以兼容不 同宽度的线缆。
防水平垫的出线口处还可以附有胶质防水堵棒, 用于在出线口没有线缆 卡入时, 堵住出线口, 以保证出线腔的防水性。 进一步的, 胶质防水堵棒的 一端与防水平垫的出线口处相连, 另一端可以设计为隔筋状, 以和防水平垫 的出线口的隔筋相互作用, 防止防水堵棒从出线口滑出, 增强了出线腔的防 水性。
本发明实施例提供的出线腔盖板锁紧装置, 当扳手卡位与扳手卡位销钉 卡住后, 扳手无法推动, 因而可以给安装人员一个锁紧反馈, 进一步降低了 对安装人员的专业要求。 以上公开的仅为本发明的几个具体实施例, 显然, 本领域的技术人员可 以对本发明进行各种改动和变型。 这样, 倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于 本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内, 则本发明也意图包含这些改动和 变型在内。

1、 一种出线腔盖板锁紧装置, 其特征在于, 包括出线腔体、 出线腔盖 板、 转轴、 扳手转轴、 至少一个扳手和至少一个扳手卡位销钉, 所述出线腔 盖板一端通过转轴和出线腔体相连, 所述扳手包括扳手体和至少一个扳手卡 位, 所述出线腔盖板另一端通过所述扳手转轴与所述扳手的扳手体相连, 所 述扳手卡位销钉固定于所述出线腔体上, 所述扳手卡位销钉和所述扳手卡位 用于通过所述扳手卡位卡住所述扳手卡位销钉将所述出线腔盖板与所述出线 腔体锁紧。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的出线腔盖板锁紧装置, 其特征在于, 所述扳手 卡位至少包括一个卡位凹口, 所述扳手卡位销钉和所述扳手卡位用于将所述 出线腔盖板与所述出线腔体锁紧具体为: 所述扳手卡位销钉和所述扳手卡位 用于通过所述卡位 IHJ口卡住所述扳手卡位销钉将所述出线腔盖板与所述出线 腔体锁紧。
