- the information processing device 100 acquires measurement information indicating the size of the foot of the user U11 (step S101).
- measurement information measured at an arbitrary time is acquired.
- Information may be acquired, and measurement information measured at an arbitrary time may be acquired from the measurement history information.
- the information processing apparatus 100 acquires measurement information measured at one period (hereinafter, appropriately referred to as "first period").
- first period the information processing apparatus 100 may acquire the measurement information obtained by measuring the size of the foot of the user U11 in any manner. In other words, in the following embodiments, the foot size of user U11 may be measured in any manner.
- the size of the foot of the user U11 can be measured in 3D based on the dots (markers) attached to the mat by imaging (photographing) the circumference of the foot placed on the mat with the terminal device 10. It may be measured via a measuring means. Further, for example, when the user U11 is a child, the image may be captured by the terminal device 10 used by the parent of the user U11. In such a case, the information processing apparatus 100 may acquire the measurement information of the user U11 from the parent of the user U11.
- the information processing device 100 determines the foot growth pattern based on the attributes of the user U11 in the first period (step S102).
- the attribute of the user U11 in the first period may be specified based on the user information of the user U11, or may be estimated based on the measurement information in the first period. In the latter case, for example, it may be estimated based on comparison between the measurement information of the first period and statistical data TD11 and TD21, which will be described later.
- 3A and 3B the pattern of foot growth according to age and sex will be described. Specifically, FIG. 3A is a diagram for explaining age-dependent leg growth patterns for men, and FIG. 3B is a diagram for explaining age-dependent leg growth patterns for women. .
- FIG. 3A is a diagram showing an example of statistical data TD11 of the period it takes for a man's foot length (the length from the longest fingertip to the heel) to grow by 5 mm according to age.
- FIG. 3A shows an example in which the age identified by the age category NK11 is 3 years old, and the average length of time it takes for the leg length to grow 5 mm is 4.5 months.
- conceptual information such as "average #111" and "average #112" is stored in the average of the period it takes for the foot length to grow 5 mm, but in reality, it is not possible for a 3-year-old A numerical value such as "4.5" of is stored.
- the maximum period and the minimum period required for the leg length to grow by 5 mm may be included.
- FIG. 3B is a diagram showing an example of statistical data TD21 of the period it takes for a woman's leg length to grow by 5 mm according to age.
- FIG. 3B shows an example in which the age identified by the age category NK21 is 3 years old, and the average length of time it takes for the leg length to grow 5 mm is 4.3 months.
- conceptual information such as "average #211" and "average #212” is stored in the average of the period it takes for the foot length to grow 5 mm, but in reality, the A numerical value such as "4.3" of is stored.
- the maximum period and the minimum period required for the leg length to grow by 5 mm may be included.
- the information processing apparatus 100 determines a leg growth pattern to be applied to the user U11 in the first period by comparing the attributes of the user U11 in the first period with predetermined statistical data. For example, when the attributes of user U11 in the first period are "age: 3 years old, sex: male", the information processing apparatus 100 selects statistical data TD11 from statistical data TD11 and TD21, and selects statistical data TD11. The age group NK11 is selected from the data TD11. Then, the information processing apparatus 100 determines the information indicating that "the average length of time required for the leg length to grow by 5 mm is 4.5 months" as the leg growth pattern to be applied to the user U11 in the first period.
- the information processing apparatus 100 can estimate that it takes an average of 4.5 months for the leg length of the user U11 in the first period to grow by 5 mm based on the determined leg growth pattern.
- the case of using the average of the period required for the leg length to grow by 5 mm will be explained as an example.
- the information processing device 100 estimates a first period required for the foot size of the user U11 to satisfy a predetermined condition (step S103). Specifically, the information processing apparatus 100 estimates the first period based on the measurement information of the first period and the foot growth pattern applied to the user U11 in the first period. For example, it is assumed that the measurement information in the first stage is a leg length of 14 cm, and the leg growth pattern is "average time required to grow 5 mm: 4.5 months". Also, for example, it is assumed that the predetermined condition for estimating the first period is a foot length of 15 cm.
- the information processing apparatus 100 extends the first period by 5 mm because the difference between the measurement information of the first period and the predetermined condition related to the estimation of the first period is 1 cm, which is twice 5 mm. It is estimated that it will take nine months, which is twice as long as it takes. Note that when the attributes of the user U11 4.5 months after the first period are "age: 4 years old, sex: male", the information processing apparatus 100 sets the period required to grow 1 cm to 10 months (3 4.5 months for the average age + 5.5 months for the average age of 4).
- the information processing device 100 accesses the management server 200 (step S104).
- the information processing apparatus 100 accesses the management server 200 that manages a predetermined online shopping mall that provides footwear that has been proposed or purchased during the first period.
- the information processing apparatus 100 provides information for proposing footwear (or purchase of footwear) corresponding to the foot size of the user U11 after the first period has elapsed, based on the estimation result (step S105). In this way, the information processing apparatus 100 provides information for suggesting footwear of a size according to the growth of the user U11's feet. For example, the information processing apparatus 100, based on the estimation result estimated to be 9 months, at the timing immediately before the 9 months have passed, at the timing including before and after the 9 months have passed, or at the timing after the 9 months have passed, provide information. After providing the information, the information processing apparatus 100 may provide information (such as a questionnaire, for example) for confirming whether or not the proposal was appropriate.
- information processing apparatus 100 may provide information (such as a questionnaire, for example) for confirming whether or not the proposal was appropriate.
- the information processing apparatus 100 may change the leg growth pattern to be applied to the user U11 from then on according to the response result as to whether or not the proposal was appropriate. Further, the information processing apparatus 100 may correct the statistical data (average period for each age, etc.) according to the response result as to whether the proposal was appropriate.
- the proposal may be based on any reason. For example, the proposal may be based on the fact that the footwear size proposed in the first period does not fit. In addition, proposals are not limited to proposals that describe vague reasons such as that the size does not fit or that it is better to purchase new shoes. It may be a proposal stating the reason.
- the user U11 may be a child, and the user who makes a purchase using the terminal device 10 may be the parent of the user U11.
- the information processing apparatus 100 in step S104, not only provides information to the user U11, but also a user having a predetermined relationship with the user U11 (hereinafter referred to as a "related user" as appropriate. ) may provide information to Therefore, the user U11 can also be read as a related user.
- a related user a user having a predetermined relationship with the user U11
- the information processing apparatus 100 can promote improvement in usability such as preventing the size of footwear from being left unmatched.
- the information processing apparatus 100 performs the measurement based on the measurement information of the first period at the timing immediately before the first period elapses, at the timing including before and after the first period elapses, or at the timing after the first period elapses.
- the information processing apparatus 100 provides information for proposing footwear corresponding to a foot size longer than 14 cm.
- the information processing apparatus 100 provides information for proposing footwear that is one size larger than the size corresponding to a foot length of 14 cm, based on the footwear size regulation.
- the information processing device 100 provides information for proposing the same footwear with a different size from the footwear proposed or purchased in the first period based on the measurement information in the first period, or footwear belonging to the same brand. For example, if the user U11 has purchased “footwear AA1 of brand A1: size 14 cm”, the information processing device 100 detects “footwear AA1: size 15 cm”, which is the same footwear as the footwear AA1 but different in size. Alternatively, information may be provided for proposing "footwear AA2 of brand A1: size 15 cm” which is footwear belonging to the same brand but different in size from footwear AA1.
- the foot length was used as an example of the index indicating the size of the foot, but it is not limited to this example.
- the information processing apparatus 100 may estimate the first period based on the measurement information of the foot circumference and foot width of the user U11.
- foot circumference and foot width There are various definitions of foot circumference and foot width. There is a definition that it is the length of the circumference of the overhanging part of the bone at the base of the toes and the fifth toe, and the width of the foot is the length of the width of the widest part, but it is not limited to this example shall be
- the first period differs for each part of the foot.
- the foot width increases even after the lengthening of the foot ends. Since the growth speed differs for each part of the foot, the information processing apparatus 100 is based on the growth pattern corresponding to each of the foot circumference and foot width. One period may be estimated.
- the foot growth pattern is determined based on age and sex has been described as an example, but the present invention is not limited to this example.
- a tall user has faster leg growth patterns than a short user.
- a user with a heavy weight stretches a specific part of the leg more than a user with a light weight.
- heavy weight users have larger foot circumferences and foot widths (faster foot growth patterns) than light weight users.
- the pattern of foot growth differs according to race (or nationality). It is also assumed that the growth pattern of each part of the foot is different.
- the information processing apparatus 100 may determine the growth pattern of the legs based on attributes such as height, weight, and race. In addition, it is assumed that measuring the size of the foot multiple times is more accurate in determining the growth pattern of the foot than measuring it once.
- the information processing apparatus 100 may determine the growth pattern of the foot using the number of measurements of the size of the foot as an attribute. For example, the information processing apparatus 100 may determine whether or not the number of times of measurement satisfies a predetermined threshold or more, and may determine the foot growth pattern when it is determined that the number of times of measurement satisfies the predetermined threshold or more. .
- the information processing apparatus 100 makes a proposal in consideration of the purchase tendency of the user U11. For example, even if footwear of size 14 cm is proposed to user U11 in the first period based on the measurement information of the first period, the footwear purchased by user U11 is footwear of size 14.5 cm. There are cases. When such a case is repeated once or multiple times, the information processing apparatus 100 may estimate that the user U11 tends to purchase a size larger than the size that fits him/herself. Then, based on the purchase tendency that the user U11 tends to purchase a large size, the information processing apparatus 100 selects a period shorter than the case where the purchase tendency is not considered as the first period. It may be estimated as a period. For example, if the size of the proposed footwear is 14 cm and the size of the purchased footwear is 14.5 cm, the difference is 5 mm. In comparison, a period shorter by 5 mm may be estimated as the first period.
- the information processing apparatus 100 may provide information for proposing footwear with a larger size to account for the purchase tendency than when the purchase tendency is not taken into consideration. For example, if the proposed footwear size in the first period is 14 cm and the purchased footwear size is 14.5 cm, the information processing apparatus 100 calculates the size of the footwear of user U11 after the first period. If the proposed size of footwear is 15 cm without taking purchase trends into consideration as the size of footwear corresponding to the size of , you may provide information for proposing 15.5 cm size footwear. . In this case, information processing apparatus 100 may provide information for proposing footwear with a size of 15.5 cm even if the first period is estimated with 15 cm as the predetermined condition.
- the information processing device 100 may provide information for proposing footwear of size 15.5 cm close to size 15 cm, or to propose "footwear AA2 of brand A1: size 15 cm" which belongs to the same brand as footwear AA1. information may be provided.
- the information processing apparatus 100 changes the brand for suggesting footwear in consideration of the attributes of the user U11 in the above embodiment. For example, if the user U11 has purchased “footwear AA1 of brand A1: size 14 cm”, the information processing apparatus 100 does not consider the attributes of the user U11, for example, the same brand as the footwear AA1. provide information for proposing "footwear AA2 of brand A1: size 15 cm" which is footwear belonging to However, there may be a brand A2 that is more suitable for the attributes of the user U11 than the brand A1 (attributes of the user U11 in the first period or attributes of the user U11 after the first period has elapsed).
- brand A2 is more likely than brand A1 to target users with attributes of user U11.
- the information processing apparatus 100 selects footwear corresponding to the size of the foot of the user U11 after the first period from footwear belonging to the brand A2 that is more suitable for the attribute of the user U11 than the brand A1. , may provide information to suggest the selected footwear.
- the information processing apparatus 100 may provide information for proposing “footwear BB1 of brand A2: size 15 cm”.
- the information processing apparatus 100 may provide information for proposing footwear belonging to a brand similar in design and concept to brand A1. .
- the information for suggesting footwear includes information regarding incentives given when the proposed footwear is purchased.
- the information processing apparatus 100 may provide information regarding incentives given to the user who purchased the suggested footwear along with the information for suggesting footwear.
- the information processing apparatus 100 may provide, as information about incentives, information that gives preferential treatment to users who purchase the proposed footwear within a predetermined period after the proposal.
- any incentive may be used.
- the incentive may be a privilege of free shipping when purchasing footwear, or a privilege of giving points that can be used when purchasing at a predetermined online shopping mall.
- the incentive may be a privilege of giving points equivalent to 10% of the price of the footwear when the footwear is purchased.
- the incentive is a privilege that gives points equivalent to 20% of the price of the footwear when purchasing the same footwear or footwear belonging to the same brand as the footwear purchased in the first period. There may be. Moreover, as an example of the latter case, the incentive may be a benefit that gives more points as the purchase is made earlier.
- the information processing apparatus 100 will explain a case in which the information processing apparatus 100 makes a replacement purchase proposal to sell the footwear together with the footwear purchase proposal or instead of the footwear purchase proposal.
- the information processing apparatus 100 may provide information for proposing to let go of the footwear purchased in the first period, which is the basis for proposing the purchase of the footwear.
- the information processing apparatus 100 may provide information regarding an incentive to be given to the user who made the replacement in response to the proposal.
- the information processing apparatus 100 may provide, as information about incentives, information that gives preferential treatment to a user who purchases and sells footwear for which replacement is proposed within a predetermined period after the replacement is proposed. .
- the incentive may be a benefit of free shipping for replacement (eg, shipping for purchased footwear and shipping for discarded footwear).
- the incentive may be a benefit of giving points equivalent to 10% of the price of footwear purchased.
- the incentive may be a benefit of giving points equivalent to 20% of the price of the footwear when purchasing the same footwear as the footwear purchased in the first period or footwear belonging to the same brand.
- the incentive may be a benefit that gives more points as the replacement is made earlier.
- the incentive may be a benefit of setting the purchase price of the footwear to be parted higher than the normal price.
- the incentive is a benefit that, if the same footwear as the footwear purchased in the first period or footwear belonging to the same brand is purchased, the purchase price of the footwear to be parted is set higher than the normal price. good too.
- the incentive may be a benefit that sets the purchase price of footwear to be parted with earlier than the normal price to be higher than the regular price.
- the footwear that is the target of the proposal to let go can be used for a longer period than the first period due to repairs, maintenance, or the like. For example, if the footwear is made of leather, reinforcing the slackened portion of the leather may allow the slackness of the leather to be properly adjusted, so that the footwear may fit the user's foot again.
- Information processing apparatus 100 may estimate, as the first period, a period that is longer than the first period by the amount that can be reinforced, if the footwear to be proposed to be released can be reinforced by repair or maintenance. In this case, the information processing apparatus 100 may propose repair or maintenance instead of the replacement.
- the information processing apparatus 100 may provide information regarding incentives given to the user who has performed the remeasurement.
- the information processing apparatus 100 may provide, as information about incentives, information that preferentially treats a user who performs remeasurement within a predetermined period after the remeasurement is proposed.
- the incentive may be a benefit of giving points that can be used at the time of purchase at a predetermined online shopping mall when remeasurement is performed.

Abstract
Description
通信部11は、例えば、NIC(Network Interface Card)等によって実現される。
