Description

一种触摸屏组件及其AGV车 技术领域
本发明涉及AGV车领域,具体涉及一种触摸屏组件及其AGV车。
背景技术
触摸屏又称为"触控屏"、"触控面板",是一种可接收触头等输入讯号的感应式液晶显示装置,当接触了屏幕上的图形按钮时,屏幕上的触觉反馈系统可根据预先编程的程式驱动各种连结装置,可用以取代机械式的按钮面板,并借由液晶显示画面制造出生动的影音效果,触摸屏作为一种最新的电脑输入设备,它是目前最简单、方便、自然的一种人机交互方式,它赋予了多媒体以崭新的面貌,是极富吸引力的全新多媒体交互设备。
在一些AGV小车上通常是配备触摸屏以调控或是更改小车的运行情况,但是由于AGV的工作环境复杂,长时间使用其表面沾有大量灰尘,不但影响其美观,还容易造成触摸屏不灵,而且触摸屏容易受到损害,提高使用成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种触摸屏组件,可以解决上述技术问题中的一个或是多个。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提出的技术方案如下:
一种触摸屏组件,包括安装板、保护罩、触摸屏。所述保护罩通过翻转机构可翻转的连接在安装板的一面。所述触摸屏位于所述安装板和所述保护罩之间,所述触摸屏安装在所述保护罩上。
进一步的:所述翻转机构包括固定件和活动件,
所述固定件包括安装槽、安装槽两端设置安装孔;
所述活动件包括安装凸起,以及在凸起上与安装孔对应的轴孔;
所述所述凸起进入所述安装槽,一转轴从所述安装槽一端的安装孔穿过所述轴孔进入所述安装槽另一端的安装孔;
所述固定件固定在所述安装板上,所述活动件固定在所述保护罩上,使所述保护罩以转轴为轴相对所述安装板转动。

本发明的技术效果是:
本发明中触摸屏被保护罩保护,不容易落灰或是被损害,有效的降低成本,而且触摸屏与保护罩一体,在保护罩翻转时随之翻转,便于操作,使用灵活。

实施例1
如图1——图4所示,一种触摸屏组件100,包括安装板、保护罩、触摸屏。所述保护罩通过翻转机构可翻转的连接在安装板的一面。所述触摸屏位于所述安装板和所述保护罩之间,所述触摸屏安装在所述保护罩上。
在本发明中对保护罩的具体结构不做限定,在这里保护罩与安装板平行将触摸屏夹在中间保护;或者保护罩嵌入安装板内部,触摸屏也嵌入,保护更彻底;或者保护罩相对安装板的一面上设置凹槽用于嵌入触摸屏。
安装板根据实际使用的需要设置形状以及开需要用于安装的通孔或是螺纹孔,不做限定。优选的是安装板为长方形。
在这里触摸屏可以通过3M胶粘贴在保护罩内部,同样也可以通过弹性的夹子夹持,不做限定。
在本发明中由于保护罩可以有效的保证触摸屏在使用过程中,不会落灰;同时避免在使用过程中有锐气戳破或是误伤触摸屏,造成不必要的损失。
由于触摸屏和保护罩一体结构,在使用时,保护罩旋转的角度就是触摸屏旋转的角度。
另外,为了更加使用方便,可以在保护罩上增加水平旋转的机构,这样在需要使用触摸屏时,先竖直旋转保护罩,再水平翻转保护罩,让触摸屏与水平面具有一定角度或者直接水 平,让触摸屏的使用更加方便灵活。
在这里翻转机构最简单的就是采用合页,或是其他类似功能的结构,在此不做限定;优选的是增加扭簧的自动复位或是阻尼合页,这样可以有效的避免保护罩摆动。
在这里公开一种具体的翻转机构结构。进一步的:所述翻转机构包括固定件和活动件,
所述固定件包括安装槽、安装槽两端设置安装孔;
所述活动件包括安装凸起,以及在凸起上与安装孔对应的轴孔;

在这里活动件上的凸起在安装槽内以转轴为轴旋转,凸起在旋转的过程中自身就带有限位作用,在关闭保护罩的时候可以保证保护罩与安装板的平行,而在打开保护罩时,可以打开180度,让保护罩与安装板在另一位置平行,便于操作。
为了保证保护罩连接的安全性,进一步的:还包括磁吸组件,所述固定件与所述安装板之间设置垫板。
垫板可以有效的增加保护罩与安装板连接位置的强度,同时不同厚度的垫板可以用于根据触摸屏的厚度,保证固定件的安装,让保护罩与安装板平行,更好的保证触摸屏的安全。
在这里,为了保证保护罩的稳定,进一步的:还包括磁吸组件,所述磁吸组件使所述保护罩与所述安装板磁吸固定。
磁吸组件与普通合页配合使用,可以避免保护罩在运动过程中惯性甩来甩去,保护触摸屏。
在这里磁吸组件的安装不做限定,磁吸组件可以是成对出现的磁铁,也可以是磁铁与铁板的组合,在此不做限定。

环体在不使用的时候可以贴在保护罩上,使用时,与保护罩垂直,环形便于手勾,容易受力。

如图1——图5所示,一种AGV车,在车体200上安装触摸屏组件100,所述触摸屏组件100包括上述任意一项所述的触摸屏组件。所述触摸屏组件100包括安装板、保护罩、触摸屏。所述保护罩通过翻转机构可翻转的连接在安装板的一面。所述触摸屏位于所述安装板和所述保护罩之间,所述触摸屏安装在所述保护罩上。
在本实施例中,将触摸屏组件安装在AGV车体上,车体在车间作为运输车来说,可以有效的避免触摸屏的损坏,同时保证触摸屏表面清洁。
在某些实施例中,进一步的:所述触摸屏组件安装在AGV车前进方向的左侧或是右侧。
通过设置在侧面,可以避免跌落的物品直接损坏触摸屏。
在某些实施例中,进一步的:所述触摸屏组件的外表面相对于AGV车体的表面齐平(无凸出的提手)或内凹。
为了进一步保证触摸屏的使用安全,最佳的上触摸屏完全隐藏早AGV车体内部,如此设计结合保护罩可以对触摸屏做最佳保护。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种触摸屏组件,其特征在于:包括安装板、保护罩、触摸屏;
    所述保护罩通过翻转机构可翻转的连接在安装板的一面;
    所述触摸屏位于所述安装板和所述保护罩之间,所述触摸屏安装在所述保护罩上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的触摸屏组件,其特征在于:所述翻转机构包括固定件和活动件,
    所述固定件包括安装槽、安装槽两端设置安装孔;
    所述活动件包括安装凸起,以及在凸起上与安装孔对应的轴孔;
    所述所述凸起进入所述安装槽,一转轴从所述安装槽一端的安装孔穿过所述轴孔进入所述安装槽另一端的安装孔;
    所述固定件固定在所述安装板上,所述活动件固定在所述保护罩上,使所述保护罩以转轴为轴相对所述安装板转动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的触摸屏组件,其特征在于:还包括磁吸组件,所述固定件与所述安装板之间设置垫板。
  4. 根据权利要求1或3所述的触摸屏组件,其特征在于:还包括磁吸组件,所述磁吸组件使所述保护罩与所述安装板磁吸固定。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的触摸屏组件,其特征在于:所述磁吸组件包括磁铁和铁板,所述磁铁安装在所述安装板上,所述铁板与所述磁铁相对应安装在所述保护罩上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的触摸屏组件,其特征在于:所述安装板的另一面设置安装座,在安装板四角设置定位孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的触摸屏组件,其特征在于:还包括拉手环,所述拉手环包括环座和环体,所述环座固定在所述保护罩上,所述环体穿在所述环座上。
  8. 一种AGV车,其特征在于:在车体上安装触摸屏组件,所述触摸屏组件包括权利要求1-7任意一项所述的触摸屏组件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的触摸屏组件,其特征在于:所述触摸屏组件安装在AGV车前进方向的左侧或是右侧。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的触摸屏组件,其特征在于:所述触摸屏组件的外表面相对于AGV车体的表面齐平或内凹。
