Description

一种可快速更换端子的国标直流插座 技术领域
本发明涉及直流插座领域,具体为一种可快速更换端子的国标直流插座。
背景技术
目前新能源汽车充电过程是将电能产品的充电插口与充电桩相连,完成对产品的充电,由于受使用环境影响在充电过程中易将水分、灰尘等杂质带入充电插座端子内部,一定时间的积累之后会造成充电插座内部温升加剧,插拔力度过大,端子接触簧片变形,甚至短路的问题,影响正常充电,严重情况下会发生火灾危险。因此,当充电插座使用一定时间后需要对插座进行更换维护,一般情况下是需要更换整条线束,安装新的充电插座。
但是实际使用过程中,主要是充电插座的端子插孔磨损导致充电插座失效,其他零部件依然能够正常使用,在此条件下如果直接更换整个充电插座会造成很大的浪费,并且更换速度非常缓慢,维护效率低,维护成本高;更换过程需要对线束电缆进行断电替换后重连,不仅工作量大,而且存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可快速更换端子的国标直流插座,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有充电插座不方便更换和后期维护,同时也避免造成维护成本过高,原材料浪费的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种可快速更换端子的国标直流插座,包括插座本体、插座端子和拆装工具,所述插座本体的内部固定设置有插座端子,所述插座端子包括后端、前端和两个端帽,所述后端的一侧穿插连接有前端,所述前端一端的外围设有两个端帽,两个所述端帽相对一侧的顶部均开设有卡槽,两个所述端帽相对一侧的底部均固定连接有卡块,两个所述卡块分别与两个卡槽卡合连接,两个所述端帽的侧面均开设有 装配槽,所述装配槽的内部穿插连接有装配块,所述装配块的一侧固定连接有拆装工具。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,两个所述端帽相互背离的一侧均开设有螺旋限位外槽,所述后端的内壁开设有螺旋限位内槽,所述螺旋限位内槽与螺旋限位外槽对应设置。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述插座本体的一侧铰接有翻盖。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,两个所述端帽之间卡合连接有O形硅胶防水圈。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,两个所述端帽均由塑胶材料制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:整体插座端子分成前端和后端,前端是与充电枪产品通电部件接触部分,为可以快速拆卸替换部分,后端为压线杯部分,装在插座内部固定,前端和端帽后利用拆装工具旋转卡扣方式装配到后端里面固定,能有效节省大量维护成本,工时和材料成本,替换磨损失效的端子整个过程仅需要在确认断电后数分钟内可以完全替换,不需要对充电插座端线束端进行其他动作,仅使用拆装工具拆卸出需要替换的端子,重新装回复位即可。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参阅图1-4,本发明提供了一种可快速更换端子的国标直流插座,包括插座本体1、插座端子2和拆装工具3,插座本体1的内部固定设置有插座端子2,插座端子2包括后端4、前端5和两个端帽6,前端5是与充电枪产品通电部件接触部分,为可以快速拆卸替换部分,后端4为压线杯部分,装在插座本体1内部固定,后端4的一侧穿插连接有前端5,前端5一端的外围设有两个端帽6,两个端帽6相对一侧的顶部均开设有卡槽7,两个端帽6相对一侧的底部均固定连接有卡块8,两个卡块8分别与两个卡槽7卡合连接,从而将两个端帽6固定在一起,两个端帽6的侧面均开设有装配槽9,装配槽9的内部穿插连接有装配块10,装配块10的一侧固定连接有拆装工具3。
优选的,两个端帽6相互背离的一侧均开设有螺旋限位外槽11,后端4的内壁开设有螺旋限位内槽12,螺旋限位内槽12与螺旋限位外槽11对应设置,使得可以将端帽6连带前端5限位在后端4内部。
优选的,插座本体1的一侧铰接有翻盖13,可以对插座本体1内部的元件起到一定的保护作用。
优选的,两个端帽6之间卡合连接有O形硅胶防水圈14,有效防止外界水分进入插座端子2内部。
优选的,两个端帽6均由塑胶材料制成,整体较为轻便便宜,制作成本低。
具体使用时,本发明一种可快速更换端子的国标直流插座,整体插座端子2分成前端5和后端4,前端5是与充电枪产品通电部件接触部分,为可以快速拆卸替换部分,后端4为带压接和母端功能,压接线缆后固定在插座本体1内部,与普通插座安装方式相同,组装完之后,可替换的前端5需要先将两个端帽6和防水圈卡合在一起后,放入需要装配的后端4内,将拆装工 具3上的装配块10插入装配槽9内,对其进行正向旋转装配到位,使得螺旋限位内槽12与螺旋限位外槽11卡合,旋转90度后有锁止限位结构,扭紧后即可完成整个装配,当前端5损坏后,通过利用拆装工具3进行反向旋转,从而能将前端5从后端4内部拆卸下来,不需要整体对其进行更换,有效节省大量维护成本,工时和材料成本,适合社会推广使用。

  1. 一种可快速更换端子的国标直流插座,包括插座本体(1)、插座端子(2)和拆装工具(3),其特征在于:所述插座本体(1)的内部固定设置有插座端子(2),所述插座端子(2)包括后端(4)、前端(5)和两个端帽(6),所述后端(4)的一侧穿插连接有前端(5),所述前端(5)一端的外围设有两个端帽(6),两个所述端帽(6)相对一侧的顶部均开设有卡槽(7),两个所述端帽(6)相对一侧的底部均固定连接有卡块(8),两个所述卡块(8)分别与两个卡槽(7)卡合连接,两个所述端帽(6)的侧面均开设有装配槽(9),所述装配槽(9)的内部穿插连接有装配块(10),所述装配块(10)的一侧固定连接有拆装工具(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可快速更换端子的国标直流插座,其特征在于:两个所述端帽(6)相互背离的一侧均开设有螺旋限位外槽(11),所述后端(4)的内壁开设有螺旋限位内槽(12),所述螺旋限位内槽(12)与螺旋限位外槽(11)对应设置。
