- 一种系统消息报告的上报装置,所述装置包括:第一确定模块,用于基于第一请求分配的系统消息报告的配置信息, 确定请求的第一目标系统消息块的获取情况信息;第一发送模块,用于向网络侧设备发送请求分配的系统消息报告列表,所述请求分配的系统消息报告列表包括第二请求分配的系统消息报告,所述第二请求分配的系统消息报告包括所述第一请求分配的系统消息报告和/或第三请求分配的系统消息报告,所述第三请求分配的系统消息报告是在生成所述第一请求分配的系统消息报告之后生成的;所述第一请求分配的系统消息报告是基于所述第一目标系统消息块的获取情况信息生成的。
- 根据权利要求22所述的系统消息报告的上报装置,其中,所述第一请求分配的系统消息报告包括以下至少一项:与所述第一目标系统信息块对应的小区的小区标识;第一目标系统消息块的标识;请求目标系统信息块时的时间戳;第一目标系统信息块的请求过程中各次随机接入的情况信息;第一目标系统消息块的请求方式;第一目标系统消息块的请求结果;第一目标系统消息块请求失败的原因。
- 根据权利要求23所述的系统消息报告的上报装置,其中,所述第一目标系统消息块的标识包括以下至少一项:普通系统消息块的标识;用于定位的定位系统信息块的标识。
- 根据权利要求24所述的系统消息报告的上报装置,其中,所述定位系统信息块的标识用于指示以下至少一项:定位系统信息块的加密信息、全球导航卫星系统类型和星基增强系统类型;定位系统信息块所属的PosSchedulingInfo位于posSchedulingInfoList的顺序位置。
- 根据权利要求24所述的系统消息报告的上报装置,其中,所述第一目标系统消息块请求失败的原因包括以下至少一项:无有效秘钥;随机接入失败。
- 根据权利要求26所述的系统消息报告的上报装置,其中,在所述第一目标系统消息块的标识包括所述定位系统信息块的标识,且终端未存储所述有效密钥丢弃获取的加密定位系统信息块导致请求分配的系统消息请求失败的情况下,所述第一目标系统消息块请求失败的原因包括所述无有效秘钥。
- 根据权利要求26所述的系统消息报告的上报装置,其中,在终端通过发起随机接入获取所述第一目标系统消息块的失败次数超过第一阈值的情况下,所述第一目标系统消息块请求失败的原因包括所述随机接入竞争失败。
- 根据权利要求22-28任一项所述的系统消息报告的上报装置,其中,所述装置还包括:第一接收模块,用于在所述确定请求的第一目标系统消息块的获取情况信息的步骤之前,接收由网络侧设备发送的第一请求消息,所述第一请求消息用于向终端请求所述第一请求分配的系统消息报告列表。
- 根据权利要求29所述的系统消息报告的上报装置,其中,所述装置还包括:第二发送模块,用于在所述终端接收由网络侧设备发送的第一请求消息的步骤之前,向所述网络侧设备发送终端能力,所述终端能力用于表示所述终端是否具备上报随机接入报告的能力和/或所述终端是否具备上报所述第一请求分配的系统消息报告的能力。
- 根据权利要求22-28任一项所述的系统消息报告的上报装置,其中,所述第一请求分配的系统消息报告的配置信息,包括以下至少一项:用于表示是否可生成所述第一请求分配的系统消息报告的第一信息;用于记录所述第一请求分配的系统消息报告的区域的第二信息;用于记录终端可存储的请求分配的系统消息报告的最大数量的第三信息。
- 根据权利要求31所述的系统消息报告的上报装置,其中,所述装置还包括以下至少一项:第一生成模块,用于在所述第一信息表示可生成所述第一请求分配的系统消息报告的情况下,生成所述第一请求分配的系统消息报告;第二生成模块,用于在所述第一信息表示不可生成所述第一请求分配的系统消息报告的情况下,不生成所述第一请求分配的系统消息报告;第三生成模块,用于在所述第一信息缺失的情况下,不生成所述第一请求分配的系统消息报告。
- 根据权利要求31所述的系统消息报告的上报装置,其中,所述装置还包括以下至少一项:第四生成模块,用于在所述第一信息表示可生成所述第一请求分配的系统消息报告的情况下,生成所述第一请求分配的系统消息报告;第五生成模块,用于在所述第一信息表示不可生成所述请求分配的系统消息报告的情况下,不生成所述第一请求分配的系统消息报告;第六生成模块,在所述第一信息缺失的情况下,生成所述第一请求分配的系统消息报告。
- 根据权利要求31所述的系统消息报告的上报装置,其中,所述第二信息包括以下至少一项:跟踪区TA列表;小区列表。
- 根据权利要求31所述的系统消息报告的上报装置,其中,在所述第二信息缺失的情况下,所述记录所述第一请求分配的系统消息报告的区域为任意区域。
- 根据权利要求31所述的系统消息报告的上报装置,其中,所述 第三信息为固定值或基于网络侧设备配置确定。
- 根据权利要求22-28任一项所述的系统消息报告的上报装置,其中,所述装置还包括:第一更新模块,用于在所述确定第一目标系统消息块的获取情况信息之后,在终端确定已缓存的历史请求分配的系统消息报告数量小于第三信息的情况下,确定第二目标系统消息块的获取情况信息;第七生成模块,用于基于所述第二目标系统消息块的获取情况信息,生成所述第三请求分配的系统消息报告。
- 根据权利要求22-28任一项所述的系统消息报告的上报装置,其中,所述装置还包括:第二更新模块,用于在所述确定第一目标系统消息块的获取情况信息之后,在终端确定已缓存的历史请求分配的系统消息报告数量等于第三信息的情况下,确定第二目标系统消息块的获取情况信息;第一判断模块,用于基于所述第二目标系统消息块的获取情况信息,和,所述终端中已存储的历史请求分配的系统消息报告,判断是否生成所述第三请求分配的系统消息报告。
- 根据权利要求38所述的系统消息报告的上报装置,其中,所述第一判断模块还用于:在所述第二目标系统消息块获取成功的情况下,确定不生成所述第三请求分配的系统消息报告;在所述第二目标系统消息块获取失败,且所述历史请求分配的系统消息报告中没有请求结果为成功的请求分配的系统消息报告的情况下,确定不生成所述第三请求分配的系统消息报告;在所述第二目标系统消息块获取失败,且所述历史请求分配的系统消息报告中有请求结果为成功的请求分配的系统消息报告的情况下,确定生成所述第三请求分配的系统消息报告,删除所述历史请求分配的系统消息报告中任意一个或最早一个有请求结果为成功的请求分配的系统消息报 告。
- 根据权利要求22-28任一项所述的系统消息报告的上报装置,其中,所述装置还包括:第一指示模块,用于在将请求分配的系统消息报告列表发送至所述网络侧设备之前,向所述网络侧设备指示终端是否已缓存所述第一请求分配的系统消息报告。
- 根据权利要求40所述的系统消息报告的上报装置,其中,所述第一指示模块还用于:向所述网络侧设备发送第一指示消息,所述第一指示信息用于直接指示所述终端是否已缓存所述第一请求分配的系统消息报告;其中,所述第一指示消息包括以下至少一项:无线资源控制设置完成信息;无线资源控制恢复完成信息;无线资源控制重新配置完成信息;无线资源控制重建完成信息;终端信息响应。
- 根据权利要求30所述的系统消息报告的上报装置,其中,所述终端能力还用于指示所述终端是否已缓存所述第一请求分配的系统消息报告。
- 一种终端,包括处理器,存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至21任一项所述的系统消息报告的上报方法的步骤。
- 一种可读存储介质,所述可读存储介质上存储程序或指令,所述程序或指令被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至21任一项所述的系统消息报告的上报方法的步骤。
- 一种芯片,所述芯片包括处理器和通信接口,所述通信接口和所述处理器耦合,所述处理器用于运行程序或指令执行时实现如权利要求1 至21任一项所述的系统消息报告的上报方法的步骤。
- 一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品被存储在非瞬态的存储介质中,所述程序产品被至少一个处理器执行以实现如权利要求1至21任一项所述的系统消息报告的上报方法的步骤。
