본 발명은 양면이 서로 다른 접착력을 가지는 테이프 및 이를 이용한 게시판에 관한 것으로, 접착력을 통해 대상물에 게시물을 부착하기 위해 사용되는 테이프에 있어서, 제1 접착력을 통해 상기 대상물에 부착되는 제1 면; 및 상기 제1 접착력보다 약한 제2 접착력을 가지며, 상기 게시물이 부착되는 제2 면;을 포함한다. 이러한 구성으로, 양면이 서로 다른 접착력을 가지는 테이프를 통해 접착력이 강한 제1 면이 대상물에 부착되고, 접착력이 보다 약한 제2 면에 게시물이 부착됨으로써, 다양한 대상물에 부착되어 게시물이 게시될 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Description

양면이 서로 다른 접착력을 가지는 테이프 및 이를 이용한 게시판
본 발명은 양면이 서로 다른 접착력을 가지는 테이프 및 이를 이용한 게시판에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 게시물을 대상물에 게시하기 위해 접착력을 통해 게시물을 고정하기 위한 양면이 서로 다른 접착력을 가지는 테이프 및 이를 이용한 게시판에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 게시판(bulletin board)은 널리 알릴 글, 그림, 사진 등을 붙이는 판을 말하는 것으로, 시설물 설치자가 다른 사용자에게 게시물의 내용을 글이나 그림 등으로 하여 일정한 내용을 안내하도록 하기 위한 시설물이다.
주로 사용자들이 지나가는 길목에 설치되도록 하여 많은 사람들이 볼 수 있도록 구비하게 된다.
특히 식물원, 공원, 학습장 및 학교 교내시설물 등에 주로 이용하여, 이용하는 사람들에게 이정표의 역할도 하면서, 해당 시설물에 대한 소개글과 함께 사진 또는 그림 등을 제공하게 된다.
또한, 게시판은 대형화 현대화로 인한 건축물의 증대로 인하여 일반적인 건물의 안내나 공고, 다양한 형태의 정보의 제공을 위해서 각종 게시물을 게시하여 일반인들의 정보의 공유와 다양한 형태의 정보이용을 확대하는데 사용되고 있다.
이러한, 일반적인 게시판은 정보 이용을 위해서 각종 게시물을 지지체로 고정하여 외부에 게시하도록 하였다.
하지만, 이러한 지지체는 게시물을 견고하게 고정할 수 있으나, 게시물의 교체작업이 번거로울 뿐만 아니라, 시간이 많이 소요되는 문제점이 있다.
또한, 이러한 지지체는 게시판에 고정되어 있거나, 게시판에만 사용될 수 있는 문제점이 있다.
본 발명이 속하는 기술분야의 선행기술문헌에는 한국 등록실용신안공보 제20-0349352호, 한국 공개실용신안공보 제20-2001-0028259호, 한국 등록특허공보 제10-0708215호 등이 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 창안된 것으로 다양한 대상물에 게시물을 부착할 수 있도록 하는 것은 물론, 게시물 교체를 위한 탈부착이 용이한 테이프 및 게시판을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 양면이 서로 다른 접착력을 가지는 테이프는, 접착력을 통해 대상물에 게시물을 부착하기 위해 사용되는 테이프에 있어서, 제1 접착력을 통해 상기 대상물에 부착되는 제1 면; 및 상기 제1 접착력보다 약한 제2 접착력을 가지며, 상기 게시물이 부착되는 제2 면;을 포함한다.
본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 양면이 서로 다른 접착력을 가지는 테이프를 이용한 게시판은, 테이프를 포함하고, 상기 테이프가 전면의 횡 방향을 따라 상하 방향으로 일정거리 이격된 위치에 부착되고, 상기 게시물이 상기 테이프에 등간격으로 부착되는 플레이트;를 포함한다.
또한, 상기 테이프는 상하 방향으로 이격된 한 쌍의 테이프가 상하 방향으로 더 부착되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 제2 면의 각 꼭지에는 밴딩되어 인접한 상기 게시물의 각 꼭지에 부착될 수 있도록 밴딩편이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 플레이트의 전면에는 상기 테이프가 안착 가능하도록 안착홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 의한 양면이 서로 다른 접착력을 가지는 테이프 및 이를 이용한 게시판에 따르면, 양면이 서로 다른 접착력을 가지는 테이프를 통해 접착력이 강한 제1 면이 대상물에 부착되고, 접착력이 보다 약한 제2 면에 게시물이 부착됨으로써, 다양한 대상물에 부착되어 게시물이 게시될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 게시판에 테이프가 상하 방향으로 이격된 상태로 부착되어 게시물의 상단 및 하단을 고정시킴으로써, 게시물을 견고하고, 신속하게 탈부착할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

이하, 본 발명의 실시예들에 의하여 양면이 서로 다른 접착력을 가지는 테이프 및 이를 이용한 게시판을 설명하기 위한 도면들을 참고하여 본 발명에 대해 설명하도록 한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 양면이 서로 다른 접착력을 가지는 테이프의 사시도, 도 2는 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 도 1의 정면도 및 후면도, 도 3은 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 게시판의 사용상태도이다.
이들 도면을 참조하면, 본 실시예에 따른 양면이 서로 다른 접착력을 가지는 테이프 및 이를 이용한 게시판은 양면이 서로 다른 접착력을 가지는 테이프를 통해 게시물을 신속하에 탈부착할 수 있는 특징이 있다.
이러한 효과를 제공할 수 있는 본 실시예에 따른 양면이 서로 다른 접착력을 가지는 테이프(100)는 양면의 접착력을 통해 대상물에 부착되거나, 게시물(10)이 부착될 수 있도록 제1 면(110) 및 제2 면(120)을 포함한다.
상기 제1 면(110)은 벽이나 유리와 같이 다양한 대상물에 부착되는 것으로, 제1 접착력을 가진다.
예컨대, 상기 제1 면(110)의 제1 접착력은 계절과 계시에 변화가 없으면서 접착되는 면에 묻어남이 없도록 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 제2 면(120)은 게시물(10)이 부착되는 것으로, 상기 제1 면(110)의 제1 접착력보다 약한 제2 접착력을 가진다.
예컨대, 상기 제2 면(120)의 제2 접착력은 게시물(10)이 여러번 탈부착될 수 있도록 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
이때, 상기 제1 면(110)은 상기 제2 면(120)보다 더 강한 접착력을 가지기 때문에 상기 게시물(10)을 떼어낸다 하더라도 상기 제1 면(110)이 대상물에 부착된 상태로 고정된다.
본 실시예에 따른 양면이 서로 다른 접착력을 가지는 테이프를 이용한 게시판(200)은 상기 테이프(100)를 포함하고, 플레이트(210)를 포함한다.
상기 플레이트(210)는 상기 테이프(100)가 횡 방향을 따라 상하 방향으로 일정거리 이격된 위치에 부착된다.

본 실시예에 따른 양면이 서로 다른 접착력을 가지는 테이프(300)는 양면의 접착력을 통해 대상물에 부착되거나, 게시물(10)이 부착될 수 있도록 제1 면(310) 및 제2 면(320)을 포함한다.
상기 제1 면(310)은 벽이나 유리와 같이 다양한 대상물에 부착되는 것으로, 제1 접착력을 가진다.
예컨대, 상기 제1 면(310)의 제1 접착력은 계절과 계시에 변화가 없으면서 접착되는 면에 묻어남이 없도록 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 제2 면(320)은 게시물(10)이 부착되는 것으로, 상기 제1 면(310)의 제1 접착력보다 약한 제2 접착력을 가진다.
예컨대, 상기 제2 면(320)의 제2 접착력은 게시물(10)이 여러번 탈부착될 수 있도록 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
이때, 상기 제1 면(310)은 상기 제2 면(320)보다 더 강한 접착력을 가지기 때문에 상기 게시물(10)을 떼어낸다 하더라도 상기 제1 면(310)이 대상물에 부착된 상태로 고정된다.
나아가, 상기 제2 면(320)에는 각 꼭지가 접힐 수 있도록 밴딩편(340)이 형성된다.
상기 제2 면(320)에는 상기 밴딩편(340)이 삼각형 형태로 접힐 수 있도록 밴딩선(350)이 형성된다.
상기 밴딩편(340)은 접힘에 따라 인접한 상기 게시물(10)의 꼭지에 부착되어 상기 게시물(10)을 고정시킨다.
여기서, 상기 밴딩편(340)은 상기 게시물(10)의 잦은 교체에 따른 접착력 저하 시 상기 게시물(10)을 견고하게 고정할 수 있도록 꼭지로부터 상기 밴딩선(350) 중앙까지 절개되도록 절개선(360)이 형성된다.
상기 밴딩편(340)은 접착력 저하 시 상기 절개선(360)에 의해 절개된 일측 부분이 먼저 접히고, 나머지 타측 부분이 상기 일측 부분에 겹치도록 접혀 상기 일측 부분의 제1 면(310)의 제1 접착력에 접착되어 견고하게 고정된다.
또한, 상기 제1 면(310) 중 상기 절개선(360)에 의해 절개된 일측 및 타측에는 돌기가 형성되어, 상기 제2 접착력보다 강한 제1 접착력이 쉽게 탈착될 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 상기 밴딩편(340)은 상기 제2 면(320)의 모서리 뿐만 아니라, 복수로 게시되는 상기 게시물(10)의 각 모서리와 대응되는 위치에 형성될 수 있다.
본 실시예에 따른 양면이 서로 다른 접착력을 가지는 테이프(300)를 이용한 게시판(400)은 상기 테이프(300)를 포함하고, 플레이트(410)를 포함한다.
상기 플레이트(410)는 상기 테이프(300)가 횡 방향을 따라 상하 방향으로 일정거리 이격된 위치에 부착된다.
여기서, 상기 테이프(300)가 상하 방향으로 이격됨에 따라 상기 게시물(10)의 상단 및 하단이 부착된다.
또한, 상기 플레이트(410)에는 상하 방향으로 이격된 상기 테이프(300)가 상하 방향으로 더 부착될 수 있다.
이때, 상기 테이프(300)가 상하 방향으로 복수로 배치됨에 따라 상기 게시물(10)이 횡 방향은 물론, 종 방향으로도 복수로 게시가 가능하다.
나아가, 상기 플레이트(410)에는 상기 테이프(300)가 부착되는 위치에 상기 테이프(300)가 안착될 수 있도록 안착홈(411)이 형성된다.
상기 테이프(300)는 상기 안착홈(411)에 안착됨에 따라 상기 게시물(10)이 상기 테이프(300)에 부착 시 상기 플레이트(410)와의 이격 공간이 발생되지 않아 밀착되어 견고하게 고정된다.
상기 안착홈(411)에는 상기 밴딩편(340)과 마주보는 위치에 삼각형 형상의 가이드(412)가 돌출된다.
여기서, 상기 밴딩편(340)은 상기 테이프(300)가 상기 안착홈(411)에 부착 시 돌출된 상기 가이드(412)에 의해 돌출된다.
이에 따라, 사용자로 하여금 상기 밴딩편(340)의 밴딩이 용이한 효과가 있다.
본 발명에 의한 양면이 서로 다른 접착력을 가지는 테이프 및 이를 이용한 게시판에 따르면, 양면이 서로 다른 접착력을 가지는 테이프를 통해 접착력이 강한 제1 면이 대상물에 부착되고, 접착력이 보다 약한 제2 면에 게시물이 부착됨으로써, 다양한 대상물에 부착되어 게시물이 게시될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 게시판에 테이프가 상하 방향으로 이격된 상태로 부착되어 게시물의 상단 및 하단을 고정시킴으로써, 게시물을 견고하고, 신속하게 탈부착할 수 있는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.
본 발명이 속하는 기술분야의 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 본 발명이 그 기술적 사상이나 필수적인 특징을 변경하지 않고서 다른 구체적인 형태로 실시될 수 있다는 것을 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 그러므로 이상에서 기술한 실시예들은 모든 면에서 예시적인 것이며 한정적이 아닌 것으로 이해해야만 한다. 본 발명의 범위는 상기 상세한 설명보다는 후술하는 특허청구의 범위에 의하여 나타내어지며, 특허청구의 범위의 의미 및 범위 그리고 그 균등 개념으로부터 도출되는 모든 변경 또는 변형된 형태가 본 발명의 범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 접착력을 통해 대상물에 게시물을 부착하기 위해 사용되는 테이프에 있어서,
    제1 접착력을 통해 상기 대상물에 부착되는 제1 면; 및
    상기 제1 접착력보다 약한 제2 접착력을 가지며, 상기 게시물이 부착되는 제2 면;을 포함하는 양면이 서로 다른 접착력을 가지는 테이프.
  2. 제1항의 테이프를 포함하고,
    상기 테이프가 전면의 횡 방향을 따라 상하 방향으로 일정거리 이격된 위치에 부착되고, 상기 게시물이 상기 테이프에 등간격으로 부착되는 플레이트;를 포함하는 양면이 서로 다른 접착력을 가지는 테이프를 이용한 게시판.
  3. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 테이프는 상하 방향으로 이격된 한 쌍의 테이프가 상하 방향으로 더 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면이 서로 다른 접착력을 가지는 테이프를 이용한 게시판.
  4. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 면의 각 꼭지에는 밴딩되어 인접한 상기 게시물의 각 꼭지에 부착될 수 있도록 밴딩편이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면이 서로 다른 접착력을 가지는 테이프를 이용한 게시판.
  5. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 플레이트의 전면에는 상기 테이프가 안착 가능하도록 안착홈이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양면이 서로 다른 접착력을 가지는 테이프를 이용한 게시판.
