Definitions
- the present invention relates to a folded sheet container made by folding a single sheet of paper or synthetic resin.
- Containers such as tableware used in campsites and shelters are desired to be flat and not bulky when not in use, and to be easily three-dimensional when in use, from the standpoint of convenience of carrying and stockpiling. Therefore, conventionally, there is a container formed three-dimensionally by folding one sheet.
- a sheet of flame-retardant synthetic paper is formed into an octagonal piece of paper, and an octagonal section similar to the piece of paper is formed in the center of the piece of paper.
- a polygonal line extending from each side of the partitioned octagon to the vertex of the octagon on the outer periphery and a polygonal line orthogonal to the side connecting to the vertex are provided.
- Patent document 1 discloses a boiling cooking paper container in which the portions surrounded by the folding lines are then folded between two adjacent sides, and the two sides are overlapped and adhered.
- a paper container such as that described in Patent Document 1 can be in the form of a flat sheet that is not bulky when not in use, and can be folded into a three-dimensional pot shape when in use.
- the folded parts had to be glued, and the assembly work was troublesome.
- the paper container could not be turned back into a sheet form after use.
- the problem to be solved by the present invention is that it is not bulky because it is in the form of a sheet when not in use, and can be easily assembled when in use.
- the present invention provides a sheet folding container which has a high strength and is not easily deformed, and which can be returned to a non-bulky sheet shape as required after the use of the paper container.
- the present invention relates to a sheet-folded container formed by folding a sheet, wherein the sheet is formed from the points of a bottom portion provided substantially in the center of the sheet, side wall portions provided adjacent to the bottom portion, and peripheral edge portions of the bottom portion.
- the dart portion is superimposed on the outer surface of the side wall portion, and the flap portion is folded back toward the outer surface side.
- the darts positioned on both sides of the side wall are overlapped on the side wall, and the insertion piece is provided between the darts positioned on both sides at the tip of the flap provided at the end of the side wall, The insert piece may be folded back and inserted into the darts on both sides.
- the darts located on both sides of the side wall are overlapped on the side wall, and the upper part of the dart is folded downward to form a locking part, and both sides of the flap part provided at the upper end of the side wall
- the insertion piece is provided in the portion, and the insertion piece is folded back and inserted into the engaging portion of the dart portion.
- the side wall portion is convexly bent or curved toward the outer surface in a plan view.
- the present invention since it is in the form of a sheet when not in use, it is not bulky when carried outdoors or stocked at an evacuation center or the like. In addition, there is no risk of breakage, and the sheet can be easily formed into a three-dimensional container by simply folding the sheet. Moreover, after use, it can be returned to its original sheet form as needed, so it does not get in the way when you take it home.
- the dart part is held by the flap part folded back from the side wall part, and the dart part is locked by sandwiching it between the flap part and the insertion piece folded back from the flap part. can prevent you from doing it.
- the strength is increased and deformation during use is less likely to occur. Furthermore, the force of the side wall portion to expand outward makes it difficult for the insertion piece inserted into the dart portion to come off.

- the sheet-folding container is a cup A, and the cup A is formed by folding one sheet 1 .
- the cup A two pairs of side wall portions 11 facing each other and a pair of side wall portions 11 ′ in a direction perpendicular to the side wall portions 11 are erected from the periphery of the substantially rectangular bottom portion 10 .
- Each handle 2 is attached to the outer surface of each.
- one sheet 1 and two handle sheets 2a are cut out from a rectangular mount B.
- the mount B is thick paper, a synthetic resin sheet, or the like, the surface of which is water-repellent. Further, the sheet 1 and the handle sheet 2a are partitioned by lines such as perforations that are easily broken.
- the seat 1 has a bottom portion 10 that is set substantially in the center.
- the space between the bottom portion 10 and the side wall portions 11, 11' is curved rather than creased, no clear fold line is formed on the periphery of the bottom portion 10.
- a first folding line b and a second folding line c are radially provided toward the outer circumference of the sheet 1 from four points a set at substantially equal intervals in the circumferential direction at the corners of the bottom portion 10 on the periphery of the bottom portion 10. .
- the four first folding lines b are formed radially from the point a on the bottom portion 10 toward the outer peripheral surface of the sheet 1 and from the approximate center of the sheet 1 toward the outer peripheral surface of the sheet 1 .
- the first folding lines b are formed on the sheet 1 along directions orthogonal to each other.
- the second folding line c is provided so as to form a boundary portion between the left and right sides of the side wall portion 11 when completed.
- Two second fold lines c extending from a pair of adjacent points a and two second fold lines c extending from another pair of points a are sandwiched between the first fold lines b on both sides. and formed to face each other.
- a side wall portion 11 is provided between two second folding lines c facing each other, and a flap portion 12 is connected to the radially outer end of the side wall portion 11 (upper end of the cup A) via a flap folding line d. .
- An insertion piece 13 is connected to the central portion of the front end of the flap portion 12 via an insertion piece folding line e.
- the flap portion 12 has a narrow trapezoidal shape on the tip side, and the insertion piece 13 has a wide trapezoidal shape on the tip side. Further, the flap portion 12 is formed with a reinforcing bending line g along a line obtained by extending the side edge of the insertion piece 13 .
- the side wall portion 11' is formed between the opposing virtual lines d. .
- the side wall portion 11′ has substantially the same shape as the side wall portion 11 formed between the second folding lines c, and the flap portion 12 is connected to the radial outer end (upper end of the cup A) via the flap folding line d. is set.

Abstract
