Description

DESCRIPTION
"Bed duvet covering and fixing kit"
The present invention relates to a bed duvet covering and fixing kit.
In particular, the present invention relates to a bed duvet covering and fixing kit which ensures to differentiate the thermal comfort for occupants of double or single beds.
Several kits able to cover and fix bed duvets are currently known.
A first example of a known technical solution is described by the European patent application EP1504699A1, whose sub ect-matter is a duvet cover formed by the assembly of two elements, provided with an assembly/disassembly unit which facilitates the insertion of a duvet or its removal. Each element has a main part that includes side edges, with the two elements having identical dimensions, so that the cover formed by the assembly of the two elements is suitable for creating the head and foot flaps, respectively.
The German patent application DE20305523U1, on the other hand, describes a cover for a pillow, for a blanket or a similar element suitable for being inserted inside the cover itself. The cover is made of separate parts and is provided with at least one locking device, by means of which the individual parts can be connected to each other. In a preferred embodiment, the locking device is arranged so that one part of the cover may be changed, with respect to the other part, or fixed in different relative positions so that, for example, two cover parts can be connected together.
The patent application US2020260885A1, in addition, discloses a double bedspread system consisting of a cover, also having an aesthetic function, including a longitudinal opening along a direction that joins the two sides of the bed, suitable for inserting a duvet characterized by variable performance on both sides. The double duvet includes a first and a second portion able to cover respective sides of the bed, and which can be removably connected to each other along a joint, made for example by means of fastening means.
The international application W003092450A1 describes a duvet insert which is adapted and constructed to be removably attachable to at least another member. The technical paper also discloses a cover which includes a casing and at least two inserts. The casing creates an enclosed space to locate the inserts therein. The casing comprises at least an upper portion and a lower portion, with each portion including an outer surface and an inner surface. The utility model CN203506217U relates to a combined quilt mainly comprising a double quilt cover, a double quilt lining and a single quilt lining. The thickness of the quilt can be adjusted according to air temperature, and warmth- keeping degrees of different positions of the quilt can be also adjusted according to different warmth-keeping temperature requirements of two persons jointly using the quilt.
The subject-matter of the patent application BE1019577A3, still, is a duvet set consisting of at least two duvet parts which are each provided with connecting means that allow at least two duvet parts, both side by side and on top of each other, to be coupled, whereby, if at least two duvet parts are coupled to each other, a duvet can be formed of which the insulation value of part of the surface of the duvet differs from the insulation value of another part of the surface of the duvet.
The patent application KR20030045318A discloses an easily exchangeable coverlet easily replaceable when the coverlet itself becomes dirty, only by turning the coverlet inside out without separating it from a quilt. The coverlet is back stitched to the edge of one end of a double-sided quilt by means of a sewing machine, so as to freely cover the top surface or bottom surface. The coverlet and the quilt 3 are fastened by a binding unit, e.g., a button fastened to the double-sided quilt by a thread and a buttonhole formed on the coverlet, or female and male velcro tapes.
Finally, the patent application GB2369293A describes a duvet cover, closed on three sides and open in correspondence with two portions placed at the headboard of a bed and which respectively belong to two sections, each of which is suitable for accommodating a duvet. The two duvets, which can be of different textures, are held in place by snaps attached to the edges of both opening of the duvet cover.
However, the aforementioned known solutions suffer from limitations concerning a reduced practicality, expressed in terms of stable fixing of the duvet inserted into a corresponding cover. A further drawback of known bed duvet covering and fixing kits is that the differentiation of thermal comfort, on two sides of a bed, is not significantly ensured.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a bed duvet covering and fixing kit which ensures a stable fixing of the duvet, practical, hygienic, functional and that guarantees a thermal comfort that can be differentiated in several areas of a bed, thus having characteristics so as overcome the limitations that still affect the current technical solutions, with reference to the prior art. 4 According to the present invention, a bed duvet covering and fixing kit is provided, as defined in claim 1.
