Abstract

La présente invention concerne un processus de production de matières premières chimiques à partir de déchets plastiques, le processus comprenant la fourniture d'une configuration de processus comprenant une tour de fractionnement (1), un four (2), une ou plusieurs chambres de cokéfaction (3) et un pré-réacteur (4), conçue de sorte qu'un courant de résidu (A) en provenance de la tour de fractionnement est mélangé avec un courant oligomère (L) et introduit dans le four, le courant de produits en provenance du four (C) est renvoyé dans une chambre de cokéfaction, et un courant de distillat de tête (D) en provenance de la chambre de cokéfaction est renvoyé dans la tour de fractionnement ; le courant oligomère (L) étant obtenu sous la forme d'un courant de produits de la conversion d'un courant de déchets plastiques (B) dans le pré-réacteur, et ayant une masse moléculaire moyenne en poids comprise entre 5 000 et 10 000 g/mol. Un tel processus permet la conversion d'un grand choix de déchets plastiques en produits chimiques valorisables. En outre, un tel processus permet d'augmenter la production de produits hydrocarbonés de gamme naphta qui peuvent être utilisés pour la production, par exemple, d'un nouveau produit polymère thermoplastique par conversion dans des installations de vapocraqueurs.
