本文所使用的术语仅用于描述特定实施例,且不意欲限制本公开。如本文所使用的,单数形式“一个”和“该”也意欲包括复数形式,除非上下文另外清楚指出。还将理解的是,当本说明书中使用术语“包括”和/或“由……制成”时,指定存在所述特征、整体、步骤、操作、元件和/或组件,但不排除存在或添加一个或多个其它特征、整体、步骤、操作、元件、组件和/或其群组。
除非另外限定,否则本文所用的所有术语(包括技术和科学术语)的含义与本领域普通技术人员通常理解的含义相同。还将理解,诸如那些在常用字典中限定的那些术语应当被解释为具有与其在相关技术以及本公开的背景下的含义一致的含义,且将不解释为具有理想化或过度形式上的含义,除非本文明确如此限定。
作为本公开的一个方面,一个实施例提供一种用于显示装置的框架,该显示装置包括柔性显示面板,其中,如图1、图2和图3所示,所述框架包括边框结构110、卷轴120、导向件130和驱动机构。
边框结构110包括第一固定部111、与该第一固定部111固定连接且设置在该第一固定部111一端的第二固定部112,第一固定部111的长度方向L1与第二固定部112的长度方向L2相交,以限定出安置空间A。
导向件130设置在第二固定部112上并位于安置空间A内,且导向件130能够沿第二固定部112的长度方向L2往复移动。
卷轴120与第一固定部111相对设置,卷轴120的轴线方向与第一固定部111的长度方向L1一致,卷轴120的端部与导向件130相连,以使得卷轴120能够与导向件130同步地沿着第二固定件112的长度方向L2移动,并且卷轴120能够在沿第二固定件112的长度方向L2移动时绕自身轴线旋转。需要指出的是,卷轴120与第二固定部112是互相独立的两个部件。
所述驱动机构包括驱动组件141、主卷绕齿轮142、柔性传输板143和张紧齿轮144。主卷绕齿轮142套设在卷轴120上并能够随卷轴120旋转。柔性传输板143包括用于与柔性显示面板200贴合的贴合面和设置有多个传输齿的齿表面,柔性传输板143的一端固定在第一固定部111上,柔性传输板143的另一端绕过卷轴120,主卷绕齿轮142与所述传输齿啮合。张紧齿轮144可旋转地固定在导向件130上,且张紧齿轮144与所述传输齿啮合。驱动组件141用于驱动主卷绕齿轮142旋转,主卷绕齿轮142和张紧齿轮144的齿数相同。
在所述显示装置中,柔性显示面200的背面贴合在柔性传输板143的贴合面上。所述显示装置具有两种工作模式,第一种工作模式是大屏模式,第二种工作模式是小屏模式。通过对所述框架进行操作,所述显示装置能够在大屏模式和小屏模式之间切换工作模式。
需要指出的是,所述显示装置是一种双面显示装置。在小屏模式中,柔性传输板143、以及柔性显示面板对折的面积相对较大;在大屏模式中,柔性传输板以及柔性显示面板对折的面积相对较小。
下面对如何通过对所述框架进行操作来实现工作模式的切换进行详细的说明。
主卷绕齿轮142与柔性传输板143的传输齿啮合,而柔性传输板143的一端是固定不动的。因此,当驱动机构驱动主卷绕齿轮142旋转时,主卷绕齿轮142除了能够旋转之外,还可以沿柔性传输板143做直线移动。 主卷绕齿轮142的直线移动可以带动卷轴120做朝向或远离第一固定部111移动的直线移动。当卷轴120远离第一固定部111移动时,柔性传输板143和柔性显示面板对折的面积逐渐减小,使所述显示装置向大屏模式切换;当卷轴120朝向第一固定部111移动时,柔性传输板143以及柔性显示面板对折的面积逐渐增加,使显示装置向小屏模式切换。
由于张紧齿轮144可旋转地设置在导向件130上,因此,在导向件130移动时,张紧齿轮144也与主卷绕齿轮142同步转动,从而可以确保柔性传输板143以及与柔性传输板143贴合的柔性显示面板200处于展平的状态。
处于大屏模式的显示装置可以提高用户观看图像时的观看体验,而所述显示装置从大屏模式切换为小屏模式后,所述显示装置的整体厚度并没有增加,提高了显示装置的便携性。
所述框架的工作原理相当于是将主动齿轮的旋转运动转换为导向件的直线往复移动,这种方式便于实现。框架本身就具有厚度,可以对折叠的柔性传输板143进行支撑。在柔性传输板143的内表面(即,与贴合面相对的表面)设置传输齿后,可以将各齿轮(包括主卷绕齿轮、张紧齿轮等)设置在柔性传输板折叠形成的空间内,合理利用了空间,从而不会增加显示装置的整体厚度,进一步提高了显示装置的便携性。
需要指出的是,所述边框并非只包括第一固定部111和第二固定部112,而是还可以包括其他结构。例如,在图1至图3中所示的实施方式中,所述边框还可以包括第三固定部113,该第三固定部113以及第二固定部112分别设置在第一固定部111的两端,与卷轴120共同限定出安置空间A。并且,在本公开中,第三固定部113的长度方向与第二固定部112的长度方向一致。在一些实施例中,第三固定部113的结构可以与第二固定部112的结构相同。
在本公开中,对驱动组件141的具体形式不做特殊限定,只要能够驱动主卷绕齿轮142旋转即可。在图1至图3中所示的实施方式中,驱动组件141包括驱动电机141a和设置在驱动电机141a的输出轴上的主动齿轮141b,该主动齿轮141b与主卷绕齿轮142啮合,且主动齿轮141b的直径 小于主卷绕齿轮142的直径。
通过主动齿轮141b和主卷绕齿轮142的配合,可以实现将驱动电机141a的输出降速,以获得合适的展开速度、以及合适的折叠速度。
在本公开中,对主动齿轮141b的直径和主卷绕齿轮142的直径之间的具体关系不做特殊的限定。作为一种可选实施方式,主动齿轮141b的直径可以是主卷绕齿轮142的直径的二分之一。
为了使得所述显示装置在两种工作模式之间切换时结构更加稳定,以确保柔性显示面板的显示面各处都处于平整状态,在一些实施例中,所述驱动机构还包括辅助卷绕齿轮145,该辅助卷绕齿轮145套设在卷轴120上并与主卷绕齿轮142间隔设置,辅助卷绕齿轮145随卷轴120旋转,辅助卷绕齿轮145与所述传输齿啮合,且辅助卷绕齿轮145的直径与主卷绕齿轮142的直径相同。
设置辅助卷绕齿轮145还可以对柔性传输板143以及柔性显示面板进行支撑,避免发生塌陷。
虽然图1至图3中仅示出了一个辅助卷绕齿轮145,但是,本公开并不限于此。可以根据卷轴120的长度设置辅助卷绕齿轮145的数量。当卷轴120长度相对较短时,可以仅设置一个辅助卷绕齿轮145,当卷轴120的长度相对较长时,可以设置多个辅助卷绕齿轮145。需要指出的是,多个辅助卷绕齿轮的直径均与主卷绕齿轮142的直径相同。
为了便于使用者将所述显示装置从一种工作模式切换至另一种工作模式,在一些实施例中,驱动组件141还可以包括第一滑盖141c,该第一滑盖141c设置在第二固定部112的外侧。导向件130上设置有第一通孔,卷轴120穿过导向件130上的第一通孔与第一滑盖141c相连。需要指的是,与第一滑盖141c相连后,卷轴120仍然能够绕自身轴线旋转。
当使用者希望将显示装置从小屏模式切换至大屏模式时,朝向远离第一固定部111的方向推动第一滑盖141c,第一滑盖141c可以推动卷轴120朝向远离第一固定部111的方向移动。与此同时,主卷绕齿轮142顺时针转动,并带动柔性传输带143展开。
类似地,当使用者希望将显示装置从大屏模式切换回小屏模式时,朝向靠近第一固定部111的方向推动第一滑盖141c,第一滑盖141c可以推动卷轴120朝向靠近第一固定部111的方向移动。与此同时,主卷绕齿轮142逆时针转动,带动柔性传输带143折叠。在折叠的过程中,张紧齿轮144始终保持与柔性传输带143位于该张紧齿轮144上方的部分接触、并啮合,从而可以确保柔性传输带143处于平整状态、不会出现褶皱。
在本公开中,驱动组件141可以同时包括第一滑盖141c、驱动电机141a和主动齿轮141b,也可以只包括第一滑盖141c,还可以只包括驱动电机141a和主动齿轮141b。
驱动电机141a既可以正转、也可以反转。在驱动组件141同时包括第一滑盖141c、驱动电机141a和主动齿轮141b的实施方式中,可以通过第一滑盖141c的动作触发驱动电机141a启动。并且,根据第一滑盖141c施加给卷轴120的力的方向来判断驱动电机141a是正传还是反转。例如,可以在第一滑盖内表面(即,朝向导向件的表面)上设置用于容纳卷轴120的沉孔,在卷轴120与孔壁之间设置两个传感器,这两个传感器沿第二固定部的长度方向排列,这两个传感器与驱动电机141a的控制端电连接。当右侧的传感器感应到挤压力时,生成第一触发信号,驱动电机141a接收到第一触发信号后,输出轴逆时针转动,以驱动主卷绕齿轮142顺时针旋转。当左侧的传感器感应到挤压力时,生成第二触发信号,驱动电机141a接收到第二触发信号后,输出轴顺时针转动,以驱动主卷绕齿轮142逆时针旋转。
容易理解的是,当驱动电机141a启动后,使用者可以不再对第一滑盖141c施力。
如上文中所述,第三固定部113的结构可以与第二固定部112的结构相同。作为一种可选实施方式,也可以在第三固定部113的外侧设置第二滑盖150,该第二滑盖150与卷轴120可旋转地相连。也就是说,卷轴120与第二滑盖150相连的同时,也可以绕自身轴线旋转。
设置第一滑盖141c和第二滑盖150可以对安置空间进行封闭,使包括所述框架的显示装置更加美观。但是,本公开并不限于此,也可以使用其 他方式对所述安置空间进行封闭。
在本公开中,对第二固定部112的具体结构不做特殊的限定。为了提高显示装置的美观性,在一些实施例中,第二固定部112包括沿第二固定部112的长度方向依次排列的连接部112a和滑动配合部112b。连接部112a的一端与第一固定部111相连,连接部112a的另一端与滑动配合部112b的一端相连,连接部112a的厚度大于滑动配合部112b的厚度,以使得连接部112a的外表面凸出于滑动配合部112b的外表面,第一滑盖141c设置在滑动配合部112b的外侧,从而可以避免第一滑盖141c从第二固定部112上凸出太多。
为了进一步提高所述显示装置的美观度,在一些实施例中,第一滑盖141c的厚度与滑动配合部112b的厚度之和与连接部112a的厚度相同,以使得第一滑盖141c的外表面与连接部112a的外表面平齐。
类似地,第三固定部113也可以包括厚度较厚的部分、以及厚度较薄的部分,第二滑盖150设置在第三固定部113的厚度较薄的部分外侧。
在本公开中,对导向件130以及导向结构如何配合不做特殊的限定。作为一种可选实施方式,导向件130包括导向件本体和导向配合件,该导向配合件设置在所述导向件本体朝向第二固定部112的表面上。第二固定部112的内表面上设置有导向结构,所述导向结构和所述导向配合件中的一者为滑槽,所述导向结构和所述导向配合件中的另一者为凸起,所述凸起设置在所述滑槽中。通过凸起和滑槽的配合,可以实现导向件130沿第二固定部112的长度方向滑动。需要指出的是,此处的“第二固定部112的内表面”是指第二固定部112朝向所述安置空间的表面。
在本公开中,张紧齿轮144的顶端的齿和底端的齿均始终与柔性传输板143啮合。为了使得所述框架的结构更加紧凑,在一些实施例中,如图3所示,导向件本体131上设置有第二通孔,张紧齿轮144设置在所述第二通孔中。
在本公开中,对第一固定部111的具体结构并不做特殊的限定。只要第一固定部111能够与柔性传输板143的一端固定连接即可。为了使得包 括所述框架的显示装置的结构更加稳定,作为一种可选实施方式,第一固定部111可以包括第一固定部本体111a和成对设置的限位板111b,第一固定部本体111a包括相对设置的第一表面(图3中的下表面)和第二表面(图3中的上表面),柔性传输板143固定在第一固定部本体111a上,且覆盖第一表面,限位板111b分别设置在第一固定部本体111a的两端,且限位板111b设置在第二表面F2上,以限定柔性传输板143的另一端沿成对设置的限位板111b滑动,且柔性传输板143能够至少部分覆盖第二表面。
设置限位板111b可以避免柔性传输板143在展开或折叠的过程中发生位置偏移,进而可以确保贴合在柔性传输板143上的柔性显示面板的位置不会发生偏移。
在相关技术中,为了满足使用者的拍照需求,显示装置上通常设置有两个摄像头,一个前置摄像头、一个后置摄像头。通常情况下,前置摄像头的像素较低、后置摄像头的像素较高,前置摄像头无法获得与后置摄像头相同级别的成像效果,并且,设置前置摄像头还会占用显示面、无法实现真正的全面屏显示。
在本公开中,可以只在显示装置上设置一个摄像头,且该摄像头设置在框架上。具体地,如图3所示,摄像头300设置在第一固定部本体111a的第二表面上。
所述显示装置的柔性显示面板的一部分显示面与第一表面朝向相同,所述柔性显示面板的另一部分显示面与第二表面朝向相同。在需要利用摄像头300进行拍照时,控制柔性传输板143移动并带动柔性显示面板移动,以露出摄像头。
朝向与第一表面相同的显示面朝向使用者时,摄像头300用作后置摄像头;朝向与第二表面相同的显示面朝向使用者时,摄像头300用作前置摄像头。也就是说,在本公开所提供的框架中,一个摄像头即可实现前置摄像头和后置摄像头的双重功能,降低了总体成本。
并且,所述摄像头可以具有较高的像素,在所述摄像头用作前置摄像头时,使用者还可以获得良好的自拍效果。
如图5所示,当所述显示装置处于小屏模式时,整个显示装置可以用作一个双屏的显示装置。为了获得全面屏的效果,在一些实施例中,柔性传输板143的长度设置为能够在第一固定部本体111a的第二表面上移动至覆盖所述摄像头,并且,柔性显示面板的尺寸可以设置为与柔性传输板143的尺寸一致。
当然,当所述显示装置处于大屏模式时,整个显示装置也可以用作一个双屏的显示装置。如图4a所示,与第一固定部111的第二表面朝向相同的显示面为面积相对较小的辅助显示面,如图4b所示,与第一固定部111的第一表面朝向相同的显示面为面积相对较大的主显示面。
作为本公开的第二个方面,提供一种显示装置,如图4a、图4b以及图5所示,所述显示装置包括框架和柔性显示面板200,其中,柔性显示面板200贴合在所述贴合面上,所述框架为本公开第一个方面所提供的上述框架。
如上文中所述,所述显示装置具有两种工作模式,第一种工作模式是大屏模式,第二种工作模式是小屏模式。通过对所述框架进行操作,所述显示装置能够在大屏模式和小屏模式之间切换工作模式。
需要指出的是,所述显示装置是一种双面显示装置。在小屏模式中,柔性传输板143、以及柔性显示面板对折的面积相对较大;在大屏模式中,柔性传输板以及柔性显示面板对折的面积相对较小。
下面对如何通过对所述框架进行操作来实现工作模式的切换进行详细的说明。
主卷绕齿轮142与柔性传输板143的传输齿啮合,而柔性传输板143的一端是固定不动的。因此,当驱动机构驱动主卷绕齿轮142旋转时,主卷绕齿轮142除了能够旋转之外,还可以沿柔性传输板143做直线移动。主卷绕齿轮142的直线移动可以带动卷轴120做朝向或远离第一固定部111移动的直线移动。当卷轴120远离第一固定部111移动时,柔性传输板143和柔性显示面板对折的面积逐渐减小,使所述显示装置向大屏模式切换;当卷轴1420朝向第一固定部111移动时,柔性传输板143以及柔性 显示面板对折的面积逐渐增加,使显示装置向小屏模式切换。
由于张紧齿轮144可旋转地设置在导向件130上,因此,在导向件130移动时,张紧齿轮144也与主卷绕齿轮142同步转动,从而可以确保柔性传输板143以及与柔性传输板143贴合的柔性显示面板200处于展平的状态。
处于大屏模式的显示装置可以提高用户观看图像时的观看体验,而所述显示装置从大屏模式切换为小屏模式后,所述显示装置的整体厚度并没有增加,提高了显示装置的便携性。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种用于显示装置的框架,所述显示装置包括柔性显示面板,其中,所述框架包括边框结构、卷轴、导向件、驱动机构,
    所述边框结构包括第一固定部、以及与所述第一固定部固定连接且设置在所述第一固定部一端的第二固定部,所述第一固定部的长度方向与所述第二固定部的长度方向相交,以限定出安置空间;
    所述导向件设置在所述第二固定部上并位于所述安置空间内,且所述导向件能够沿所述第二固定部的长度方向往复移动;
    所述卷轴与所述第一固定部相对设置,所述卷轴的轴线方向与所述第一固定部的长度方向一致,所述卷轴的端部与导向件相连,以使得所述卷轴能够与所述导向件同步地沿着第二固定件的长度方向移动,并且所述卷轴能够在沿所述第二固定件的长度方向移动时绕自身轴线旋转;
    所述驱动机构包括驱动组件、主卷绕齿轮、柔性传输板和张紧齿轮,所述主卷绕齿轮套设在所述卷轴上并能够随所述卷轴旋转,所述柔性传输板包括用于与所述柔性显示面板贴合的贴合面和设置有多个传输齿的齿表面,所述柔性传输板的一端固定在所述第一固定部上,所述柔性传输板的另外一端绕过所述卷轴,所述主卷绕齿轮与所述传输齿啮合,所述张紧齿轮可旋转地固定在所述导向件上,且所述张紧齿轮与所述传输齿啮合,所述驱动组件用于驱动所述主卷绕齿轮旋转,所述主卷绕齿轮和所述张紧齿轮的齿数相同。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的框架,其中,所述驱动组件包括驱动电机和设置在所述驱动电机的输出轴上的主动齿轮,所述主动齿轮与所述主卷绕齿轮啮合,所述主动齿轮的直径小于所述主卷绕齿轮的直径。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的框架,其中,所述驱动机构还包括辅助卷绕齿轮,所述辅助卷绕齿轮套设在所述卷轴上并与所述主卷绕齿轮间隔设 置,所述辅助卷绕齿轮随所述卷轴旋转,所述辅助卷绕齿轮与所述传输齿啮合,且所述辅助卷绕齿轮的直径与所述主卷绕齿轮的直径相同。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的框架,其中,所述驱动组件还包括第一滑盖,所述第一滑盖设置在所述第二固定部的外侧,所述导向件上设置有第一通孔,所述卷轴穿过所述导向件上的第一通孔与所述第一滑盖相连。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的框架,其中,所述第二固定部包括沿所述第二固定部的长度方向依次排列的连接部和滑动配合部,所述连接部的一端与所述第一固定部相连,所述连接部的另一端与所述滑动配合部的一端相连,所述连接部的厚度大于所述滑动配合部的厚度,以使得所述连接部的外表面凸出于所述滑动配合部的外表面,所述第一滑盖设置在所述滑动配合部的外侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的框架,其中,所述第一滑盖的厚度与所述滑动配合部的厚度之和与所述连接部的厚度相同,以使得所述第一滑盖的外表面与所述连接部的外表面平齐。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的框架,其中,所述连接部的内表面与所述滑动配合部的内表面平齐。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的框架,其中,所述导向件包括导向件本体和导向配合件,所述导向配合件设置在所述导向件本体朝向所述第二固定部的表面上;
    所述第二固定部的内表面上设置有导向结构,所述导向结构和所述导向配合件中的一者为滑槽,所述导向结构和所述导向配合件中的另一者为 凸起,所述凸起设置在所述滑槽中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的框架,其中,所述导向件本体上设置有第二通孔,所述张紧齿轮设置在所述第二通孔中。
  10. 根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的框架,其中,所述第一固定部包括第一固定部本体和成对设置的限位板,所述第一固定部本体包括相对设置的第一表面和第二表面,所述柔性传输板固定在所述第一固定部本体上,且覆盖所述第一表面,所述限位板分别设置在所述第一固定部本体的两端,且所述限位板设置在所述第二表面上,以限定所述柔性传输板的另一端沿成对设置的所述限位板滑动,且所述柔性传输板能够至少部分覆盖所述第二表面。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的框架,其中,所述框架还包括摄像头,所述摄像头设置在所述第一固定部本体的第二表面上。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的框架,其中,所述柔性传输板的长度设置为能够在所述第一固定部本体的第二表面上移动至覆盖所述摄像头。
  13. 根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的框架,其中,所述边框结构还包括第三固定部,所述第三固定部固定设置在所述第一固定部的另一端,所述第三固定部的长度方向与所述第二固定部的长度方向一致。
  14. 一种显示装置,所述显示装置包括框架和柔性显示面板,其中于,所述柔性显示面板贴合在所述贴合面上,所述框架为权利要求1至13中任意一项所述的框架。
