Abstract

一种显示模组及电子设备,显示屏包括第一屏(14)、第二屏(15)、驱动组件(11)、第一传动组件(12)和第二传动组件(13),第一屏(14)和第二屏(15)相连且可相对转动;第一传动组件(12)与第一屏(14)至少部分连接;第二传动组件(13)与第二屏(15)至少部分连接,其中,第一传动齿轮组件(121)在第一平面内运动,第二传动齿轮组件(131)在第二平面内运动,第一平面和第二平面正交;驱动组件(11)驱动第一传动齿轮组件(121)转动,以使第二屏(15)相对于第一屏(14)转动。该显示模组及电子设备利用驱动组件驱动显示屏自动折叠和展开,无需手动操作,使用户展开或折叠显示屏操作更便捷。

技术领域
本发明实施例涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示模组及电子设备。
背景技术
现有柔性折叠屏的设计多为向内或向外弯折,但此种折叠屏的折叠展开方式需要人手进行折叠或展开,也即需要人手用力按压屏幕将其展开,由于折叠屏本身比较脆弱,长期多次展开对屏幕寿命是一个极大考验,而且,当转轴多次折叠后可能产生松动,继而可能出现第二屏展开后自然下垂的问题,造成屏幕的表面不在同一平面内,此外,由于每次都需要人手动扳平,对于用户来说科技感不强,体验不佳。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种显示模组及电子设备,能够解决现有技术中需要手动折叠或展开第二屏操作繁琐的问题第二屏展开后。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是这样实现的:
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种显示模组,包括第一屏、第二屏、驱动组件、第一传动组件和第二传动组件,所述第一屏和所述第二屏相连且可相对转动;
所述第一传动组件与所述第一屏至少部分连接,所述第一传动组件包括第一传动齿轮组件和第一传动齿条,所述第一传动齿条设有第一啮合齿,所述第一传动齿轮组件与所述第一啮合齿啮合;
所述第二传动组件与所述第二屏至少部分连接,所述第二传动组件包括第二传动齿轮组件和第二传动齿条,所述第二传动齿条设有第二啮合齿,所 述第二传动齿轮组件与所述第二啮合齿啮合,所述第一传动齿条和所述第二传动齿条相连,其中,所述第一传动齿轮组件在第一平面内运动,所述第二传动齿轮组件在第二平面内运动,所述第一平面和所述第二平面正交;
所述驱动组件驱动所述第一传动齿轮组件转动,以使所述第二屏相对于所述第一屏转动。
可选的,还包括摄像头模组,所述摄像头模组设置在所述第一屏或所述第二屏。本发明第二方面实施例还提供了一种电子设备,所述电子设备包括如上任一项所述的显示模组。
可选的,所述电子设备还包括:
控制模块,所述控制模块与驱动组件的驱动电机电连接,用于在所述电子设备接收到控制第一屏和/或第二屏展开或折叠的输入的情况下,根据所述输入控制所述驱动电机启动,以实现所述第一屏和/或所述第二屏的展开或折叠。
在本发明实施例中,通过利用驱动组件驱动显示屏自动折叠和展开,无需手动操作,使用户展开或折叠显示屏操作更便捷。还可以保证每次展开或折叠后屏幕的一致性,提升了用户展开第二屏的体验。

请参考图1和图2,图1为本发明实施例提供的显示模组的结构示意图,图2为图1中沿A-A的剖面示意图。如图1-2所示,本发明实施例中的显示模组包括第一屏14、第二屏15、驱动组件11、第一传动组件12和第二传动组件13,其中,第一屏14和第二屏15相连且可相对转动,具体的,第一传动组件12与第一屏14至少部分连接,第一传动组件12包括第一传动齿轮组件121和第一传动齿条122,在第一传动齿条122上设有第一啮合齿,第一传动齿轮组件121即与所述第一啮合齿相啮合传动;第二传动组件13则与第二屏15至少部分连接,第二传动组件13包括第二传动齿轮组件131和第二传动齿条132,在第二传动齿条132上设有第二啮合齿,第二传动齿轮组件131即与所述第二啮合齿相啮合传动,第一传动齿条122和第二传动齿条132 相连,且两者位于同一直线上,可选的,第一传动齿条122和第二传动齿条132可以设计成一体结构;此外,第一传动齿轮组件121在第一平面内运动,第二传动齿轮组件在第二平面内运动,而所述第一平面和所述第二平面正交,也即是说,第一传动齿轮组件121的旋转平面在第一平面内,而第二传动齿轮组件的旋转平面在第二平面内;而驱动组件11用于驱动第一传动齿轮组件121,以使第二屏15相对于第一屏14转动,也就是说,驱动组件11驱动第一传动齿轮组件121,而第一传动齿轮组件121与第一传动齿条122啮合,而第一传动齿条122又与第二传动齿条132相连,第二传动齿条132还与第二传动齿轮组件131相啮合,通过上述传动机构的传动,从而带动第二屏15相对于第一屏14传动从而通过实现第二屏15的自动展开或折叠,并且可以保证每次展开或折叠后屏幕的一致性,提升了用户体验。
可选地,第一平面可以是指第一屏14所在的平面,第二平面与第一屏14正交,且与第二屏正交15。
请参考图3,图3为图1中沿B-B的剖面示意图。如图1和图3所示,在本发明实施例中,所述显示模组还可以包括第三屏16,而为了实现第二屏15和第三屏16相对于第一屏14转动,第一传动组件12和第二传动组件13的数量均为两个,两个第一传动组件12均与第一屏14至少部分连接,而其中一个第二转动组件13与第二屏15至少部分连接,另一个第二传动组件13则与第三屏16至少部分连接,驱动组件11可以驱动两个第一传动齿轮组件121转动,以使得第二屏15和第三屏16相对于第一屏14转动,其中,第二屏15与第一屏14之间的连接如前述内容所述,而第三屏16与第一瓶14之间的连接关系可以参考第二屏15与第一屏14之间的连接关系,第二屏15和第三屏16可以设置于第一屏14的两侧,例如对称设置。可选的,第一屏14可以设置为用户常用的屏幕,即位于电子设备的正面,而第二屏15和/或第三屏16则可以设置于第一屏14的侧边例如,当第一屏14呈长方形时,第二屏15和第三屏16可以分别与第一屏14的两条长边可转动连接,当第二屏15和第三屏16均展开时,第二屏15、第三屏16与第一屏14共同显示,为用户提供较大的显示面积,以展示更多的显示内容,而当第二屏15和/或第三屏16折叠后,电子设备的尺寸减小,方便携带和手持操作。
本发明的一些实施例中,驱动组件11可以包括驱动电机111和齿轮推杆112,并且齿轮推杆112与第一传动组件12传动连接,驱动电机111用于驱动齿轮推杆112沿第一直线运动,以将动力传递至第一传动组件12,也即,驱动电机111的驱动轴和齿轮推杆112连接,驱动电机111可以驱动齿轮推杆112在所述第一平面内沿第一直线运动,而且齿轮推杆112上设置有第三啮合齿,第一传动齿轮组件121与第三啮合齿啮合,从而齿轮推杆112将带动与其传动连接的第一传动组件12,实现动力传递。本发明实施例中,第一直线可以是与第一屏14和第二屏15的交线平行。
本发明实施例中,第一传动齿轮组件121包括第一齿轮1211和第二齿轮1212,第一齿轮1211和第二齿轮1212啮合传动,并且第一齿轮1211还与齿轮推杆112上的第三啮合齿啮合传动,第二齿轮1212还与第一传动齿条122上的第一啮合齿啮合传动,从而驱动电机111在驱动齿轮推杆112沿第一直线运动时,通过第三啮合齿、第一齿轮1211、第二齿轮1212、第一啮合齿122等部件之间的啮合传动,使得与第一传动齿条122连接的第二传动齿条132在所述第一平面内沿垂直于第一直线的直线上运动。
本发明实施例中,第二传动齿轮组件131包括第三齿轮1311和第四齿轮1312,第三齿轮1311和第四齿轮1312啮合传动,并且第三齿轮1311还与第二传动齿条132上的第二啮合齿啮合传动,从而通过第二啮合齿132、第三齿轮1311和第四齿轮1312等部件之间的啮合传动,使得与第二传动组件13连接的第二屏15和/或第三屏16相对第一屏14转动。
可选的,第一传动齿轮组件121和第二传动齿轮组件122中的齿轮的数量可以为上述的两个,也可以包括更多个,多个齿轮的啮合传动可以减小单个齿轮的直径。需要说明的是,在具有至少两个齿轮的情况下,相邻两个齿轮间的传动比可以相同,也可以不同,具体选择视不同的移动速度、结构的稳定性等因素而定。
如图2、3所示,所述显示模组还包括了转轴133和连接片136,转轴133通过第一固定件134与第二传动组件13中的第四齿轮1312同轴固定连接,使得转轴133可以与第四齿轮1312同步转动,而转轴133还通过第二固定件135与连接片136固定连接,而连接片136则与第二屏15固定连接,从而当 第四齿轮1312转动时可带动第二屏15相对转轴133转动(即相对第一屏14转动);可选的,连接片136可以通过螺钉等部件与第二屏15实现固定连接;同样的,在所述显示模组还包括第三屏16的情况下,第三屏16和第一屏14之间的转动连接方式与第二屏15和第一屏14之间的转动连接方式相同,在此不再赘述。
可选地,本发明的一些实施例中,连接片136位于转轴133的中部,也即连接片136位于第一屏14和第二屏15(第三屏16)的连接交线的中点,由此可以减小力矩,更容易通过转轴133带动第二屏15(和/或第三屏16)展开或折叠。当然,由于连接片136用于与第二屏15/第三屏16固定连接以提供支撑,因此,连接片136的数量还可以设置更多,并分布在转轴133上轴向的不同位置,以提供稳定的折叠或展开性能。
可选的,第一固定件134和第二固定件135可以为固定销。
请参考图4,图4为本发明实施例提供的展开第二屏和/或第三屏时驱动组件与第一传动组件的配合示意图。如图4所示,以显示模组包括第二屏15和第三屏16为例,当需要将第二屏15和第三屏16展开时,由于第二屏15和第三屏16相对于第一屏14呈对称设置,因此下面以图4中右半部分进行原理描述:驱动组件11中的驱动电机111启动,以驱动齿轮推杆112沿A-A剖切线(或B-B剖切线)的箭头所指方向运动,从而,齿轮推杆112通过其上设置的第三啮合齿推动与其啮合的第一齿轮1211逆时针转动,从而第一齿轮1211将带动与其啮合的第二齿轮1212顺时针转动,则第二齿轮1212将通过与第一传动齿条122上的第一啮合齿的啮合传动,使得与第一传动齿条122连接的第二传动齿条132向右移动;图4中左半部分与上述的描述相反,在此不再赘述。
请参考图5和图6,图5为本发明实施例提供的展开第二屏时A-A处第一传动组件和第二传动组件的配合示意图,图6为本发明实施例提供的展开第三屏时B-B处第一传动组件和第二传动组件的配合示意图。以图6为例,第二传动齿条132被驱动向右移动,因此,与第二传动齿条132上设置的第二啮合齿相啮合的第三齿轮1311将被带动沿顺时针方向旋转,第三齿轮1311也将带动与其相啮合的第四齿轮1312沿逆时针方向旋转,由于沿逆时针方向 旋转的第四齿轮1312与转轴133同轴固定,因此转轴133也将随之逆时针转动,而由于转轴133又与连接片136固定连接,连接片136还与第三屏16固定连接,因此,最终第三屏16将在转轴133的带动下逆时针转动,实现第三屏16的展开;而图5中各组件的转动方向则与上述的描述相反,在此不再赘述,基于相同的原理,第二屏15也被展开。
请参考图7,图7为本发明实施例提供的第二屏和第三屏展开后的示意图。如图7所示,在用户需要大屏幕时,可以将第一屏14两侧的第二屏15和第三屏16同时展开,从而获得较大的显示面积。
请参考图8,图8为本发明实施例提供的第二屏和第三屏折叠后的示意图。如图8所示,在用户不需要大屏幕时,可以仅使用第一屏14,而将第二屏15和第三屏16折叠至第一屏14的背面,折叠过程与上述的展开过程相反,在此不再赘述,由此,可以方便用户手持操作电子设备,且方便携带。
由此,本发明实施例中的显示模组可以在常用尺寸屏幕和大屏幕之间根据用户的需求自由切换,从而在可实现大屏显示的同时,保证了具有该显示模组的电子设备的便携性和可手持操作性,提升了用户体验。
请参考图9,图9为本发明实施例提供的第二屏和第三屏的一种设置方式的示意图。如图9所示,电子设备的背面设置有摄像头模组17,显示模组包括第二屏15和第三屏16,在折叠情况下,第二屏15和第三屏16可以折叠在摄像头模组17的两侧,由此避免第二屏15和第三屏16在折叠时阻挡摄像头模组17,以免影响正常的拍摄功能,并且,由于摄像头模组17通常凸出于电子设备的背面一定高度,而第二屏15和第三屏16折叠在电子设备的背面后也将增加电子设备的厚度,从而可以对摄像头模组17起到保护作用。
请参考图10,图10为本发明实施例提供的第二屏的另一种设置方式的示意图。如图10所示,电子设备的背面设置有摄像头模组17,所述显示模组包括第二屏15,在折叠情况下,该第二屏15可以折叠在摄像头模组17的一侧,由此避免第二屏15在折叠时阻挡摄像头模组17,以免影响正常的拍摄功能,并且,由于摄像头模组17通常凸出于电子设备的背面一定高度,而第二屏15折叠在电子设备的背面后也将增加电子设备的厚度,从而可以对摄像头模组17起到保护作用。
根据本发明实施例的显示模组,通过折叠机构自动折叠和展开第二屏和/或第三屏,保证了每次展开或折叠后屏幕的一致性,也即在展开后主屏和折叠屏的表面位于同一平面,不会发生折叠屏自然下垂的现象,而在折叠时也可以完全折叠到位;并且,由于无需手动操作,折叠屏可自动展开、折叠,科技感较强,提升了用户体验。
本发明另一方面实施例还提供了一种电子设备,所述电子设备包括上述任一实施例中的显示模组。由于上述实施例中的显示模组具有上述有益效果,本发明实施例中的电子设备也具有相应的有益效果,也即可以通过折叠机构自动折叠和展开第二屏和/或第三屏,保证了每次展开或折叠后屏幕的一致性;并且,由于无需手动操作,折叠屏可自动展开、折叠,科技感较强,提升了用户体验。
在本发明实施例中,所述的电子设备还包括控制模块,控制模块与驱动组件的驱动电机电连接,用于在电子设备接收到控制折叠屏展开或折叠的输入时,根据所述输入控制所述驱动电机启动,以实现所述折叠屏的展开或折叠。
在一些可选的实施例中,可以在电子设备上设置控制按钮,控制按钮与控制模块连接,用于在接收到来自所述控制按钮的控制信号时,根据该控制信号控制驱动电机启动,以实现折叠屏的展开或折叠,通过设置控制按钮,可以方便用户利用控制按钮向驱动电机发送控制信号。可选的,所述的控制按钮可以为一个,用户按压一次控制按钮时,控制模块控制驱动电机运行,以驱动折叠屏展开或折叠,而当用户再次按压控制按钮时,控制模块控制驱动电机停止运行,当又一次按压控制按钮时,控制模块可以控制驱动电机反转运行。在另一些实施方式中,控制按钮可以有多个,不同的控制按钮均与控制模块连接,以实现不同的控制功能,例如,一个控制按钮对应控制折叠屏展开,另一个控制按钮对应控制折叠屏折叠等等。
而在另一些可选的实施例中,可以通过电子设备的主屏接收用户控制折叠屏展开或折叠的输入,从而控制模块响应于所述输入,按照预设控制方式控制驱动电机启动或停止运行,以控制折叠屏的展开或折叠,通过触控的控制方式,可以减少物理按钮占用的空间,减小电子设备的厚度。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者装置所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置中还存在另外的相同要素。

  1. 一种显示模组,包括第一屏、第二屏、驱动组件、第一传动组件和第二传动组件,所述第一屏和所述第二屏相连且可相对转动;
    所述第一传动组件与所述第一屏至少部分连接,所述第一传动组件包括第一传动齿轮组件和第一传动齿条,所述第一传动齿条设有第一啮合齿,所述第一传动齿轮组件与所述第一啮合齿啮合;
    所述第二传动组件与所述第二屏至少部分连接,所述第二传动组件包括第二传动齿轮组件和第二传动齿条,所述第二传动齿条设有第二啮合齿,所述第二传动齿轮组件与所述第二啮合齿啮合,所述第一传动齿条和所述第二传动齿条相连,其中,所述第一传动齿轮组件在第一平面内运动,所述第二传动齿轮组件在第二平面内运动,所述第一平面和所述第二平面正交;

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,所述驱动组件包括驱动电机和齿轮推杆,所述齿轮推杆设有第三啮合齿,所述驱动电机和所述齿轮推杆连接,所述第一传动齿轮组件还与所述第三啮合齿啮合,所述驱动电机可驱动所述齿轮推杆在所述第一平面内沿第一直线运动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的显示模组,其中,所述第一传动齿轮组件包括第一齿轮和第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮和所述第二齿轮啮合,所述第一齿轮还与所述第三啮合齿啮合,所述第二齿轮还与所述第一啮合齿啮合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,所述第二传动齿轮组件包括第三齿轮和第四齿轮,所述第三齿轮和所述第四齿轮啮合,所述第三齿轮还与所述第二啮合齿啮合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的显示模组,其中,还包括转轴和连接片,所述转轴通过第一固定件与所述第四齿轮同轴固定连接,所述转轴通过第二固定件与所述连接片固定连接,所述连接片与所述第二屏固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,还包括第三屏,所述第一传动组件和所述第二传动组件的数量均为两个,两个所述第一传动组件均与所 述第一屏至少部分连接,其中一个所述第二传动组件与所述第二屏至少部分连接,另一个所述第二传动组件与所述第三屏至少部分连接,所述驱动组件驱动两个所述第一传动齿轮组件转动,以使所述第二屏和所述第三屏相对于所述第一屏转动。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的显示模组,其中,还包括摄像头模组,所述摄像头模组设置在所述第一屏或所述第二屏。
  8. 一种电子设备,包括如权利要求1至7任一项所述的显示模组。
