背景技术
现有的电子装置,如手机、平板电脑、便携式音乐播放器、便携式视频播放器、掌上游戏机等,已被广泛应用。然而,现有的电子装置的结构件形态单一,无法满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明实施例所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种可弯曲显示模组及可弯曲终端,形态更加多样化,可满足更多的需求。
一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种可弯曲显示模组,包括柔性显示屏及支撑组件,
所述支撑组件包括支撑片及可相对于所述支撑片滑动的滑动板;
所述柔性显示屏的相对两端分别固定于所述支撑片及所述滑动板。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
参见图1、图2及图3,为本发明中优选实施例提供的可弯曲终端,该可弯曲终端可以为可弯曲手机、可弯曲平板电脑、可弯曲PDA、可弯曲显示器等可以折叠的各类电子设备。
如图3及图4所示,可弯曲终端包括柔性显示屏100、可弯曲机构及壳体400。可弯曲机构包括支 撑组件200及连接装置300。柔性显示屏100位于整个可弯曲终端的正面,其自身可以弯曲,并显示内容画面,支撑组件200用于为柔性显示屏100及整个可弯曲终端提供支撑,连接装置300用于实现可弯曲终端的折叠及展开,壳体400用于可弯曲终端的外表面保护。本实施例中,柔性显示屏100位于可弯曲终端在折叠状态下的外侧面处。
柔性显示屏100连接于支撑组件200,支撑组件200用于对柔性显示屏100提供支撑,支撑组件200可以与柔性显示屏100结合构成可弯曲显示模组,运用至各类需要显示画面的设备上。支撑组件200包括支撑片23及可相对支撑片23滑动的滑动板24,柔性显示屏100的相对两端分别固定于支撑片23及滑动板24。如图4所示,柔性显示屏100包括位于两端之间的可弯曲部13,支撑片23包括与可弯曲部13对应的可弯曲片232。支撑片23及滑动板24分别位于可弯曲终端的两端处,可弯曲部13及可弯曲片232位于可弯曲终端的中间位置,能够随可弯曲终端的弯曲而弯曲。柔性显示屏100还包括第一平直部11和第二平直部12,第一平直部11和第二平直部12分别形成柔性显示屏100的相对两端,可弯曲部13一体成型在第一平直部11和第二平直部12之间。
支撑组件2还包括第一支撑件21及第二支撑件22;所述支撑片23包括与可弯曲片232连接的固定片231,固定片231固定于第一支撑件21上,滑动板24滑动连接于第二支撑件22上。通过第一支撑件21及第二支撑件22,可以方便支撑片23与滑动板24的装配连接,同时可以利于实现支撑片23与滑动板24之间的相对滑动。第一支撑件21及第二支撑件22分别与柔性显示屏100的两端对应,以分别支撑柔性显示屏100的两端。
连接装置300包括驱动组件、联动铰链3及与联动铰链连接的结构件。连接装置300能够实现弯曲,当连接装置300弯曲时,驱动组件将连接装置300的弯曲角度转换成位移而驱动第一支撑件21及第二支撑件22相对连接装置300滑动。更具体的,驱动组件能够将联动铰链3相对于结构件旋转的角度转换成位移而驱动第一支撑件21及第二支撑件22相对连接装置300滑动。
结构件为两个,两个结构件通过联动铰链3可弯曲地连接。两个结构件分别与两个支撑件滑动配合,其滑动方向均为展开状态下两个结构件的排布方向。本实施例中,为了便于描述,两个结构件分别为第一结构件301和第二结构件302。第一结构件301与第一支撑件21滑动连接,第二结构件302与第二支撑件22滑动连接,第一支撑件21及第二支撑件22的滑动方向均为展开状态下第一结构件301和第二结构件302的排布方向,也即是从第一结构件301朝向第二结构件302的方向,或者第二结构件302朝向第一结构件301的方向。
壳体400包括两个子壳,分别与两个支撑件固定连接。各壳体子壳包括固定连接的中框与背壳,中框可以与支撑件为一体成型,或者中框与背壳为一体成型,并与支撑件固定连接。为了便于描述,两个子壳分别为第一子壳410和第二子壳420,第一子壳410包括固定连接的第一中框411和第一背壳412,第一中框411与第一支撑件21可以为一体成型。第二子壳420包括固定连接的第二中框421和第二背壳422,第二中框421与第二支撑件22可以为一体成型。
如图4及图6所示,本发明所提供的可弯曲终端,其在图4的左右方向上可以折叠及展开。第一平直部11、固定片231、第一支撑件21、第一结构件301及第一背壳412从上至下依次层叠设置,且位于图中可弯曲终端的右半部分。第二平直部12、滑动板24、第二支撑件22、第二结构件302及第二背壳422从上至下依次层叠设置,且位于图中可弯曲终端的左半部分。可弯曲部13、可弯曲片232及联动铰链3从上至依次层叠设置,且位于可弯曲终端的中间部分。
在可弯曲显示模组中,支撑片23及滑动板24可以直接贴合于柔性显示屏100以对柔性显示屏100进行支撑。在可弯曲显示模组进行弯曲时,由于柔性显示屏100与支撑组件200层叠设置,二者的弯曲半径不同,利用支撑片23与滑动板24之间的相对滑动,可以避免或减少在弯曲及展开过程中对柔性显示屏100拉扯或挤压而造成损伤。
支撑片23的固定片231及可弯曲片232为一体成型,以便于加工制备,固定片231与柔性显示屏100的一端即第一平直部11层叠设置并固定连接,固定片231与第一支撑件21层叠设置且固定连接,固定片231位于柔性显示屏100的一端与第一支撑件21之间。可弯曲片232与可弯曲部13相对设置,可弯曲片232上远离固定片231的一端与第二支撑件22固定连接。
支撑片23为可弯曲材料制成且具有恢复平直状态的恢复力。作为优选,支撑片23为钢片,当然在其他实施例中,支撑片23还可以为其他金属或合金材料制成片状物。
柔性显示屏100的可弯曲部13与支撑片23的可弯曲片232之间滑动接触,可以避免或减少在弯曲及展开过程中因二者弯曲半径不同对柔性显示屏100的可弯曲部13拉扯或挤压而造成损伤,保证柔性显示屏100的使用寿命。
由于可弯曲终端在折叠及展开过程中,可弯曲部13位于可弯曲片232的弯折外侧,可弯曲部13与可弯曲片232的弯曲半径不一致,如可弯曲部13与可弯曲片232之间固定连接,弯折后可弯曲部13将被拉长而使得弯折后可弯曲部13长度比可弯曲片232长度大,则会对可弯曲部13造成拉扯破坏柔性显示屏100,故可弯曲部13与可弯曲片232之间需要能够相对移动。由于第一平直部11与固定片231固定连接,故可弯曲部13能够带动第二平直部12相对可弯曲片232与第二支撑件22的连接处相对移动,即第二平直部12能够相对于第二支撑件22滑动,以避免或减少对柔性显示屏100造成拉扯。
可弯曲片232远离固定片231的一端固定于第二支撑件22上,使得可弯曲片232与第二支撑件22可以直接固定连接,以方便装配连接,并使得支撑组件2为一个整体的模块,方便维护及装配。此处,在其他实施方式中,可弯曲片232远离固定片231的一端及第二支撑件22二者可以均固定于可弯曲终端内的其他结构部件上,或者二者为滑动配合。
可弯曲片232远离固定片231的一端与滑动板24之间的距离可变。可弯曲片232远离固定片231的一端与滑动板24之间的位置可以相对变化,而并非固定设置,从而利用可弯曲片232与滑动板24之间的滑动避免或减少对柔性显示屏100造成损伤。
如图4所示,滑动板24固定连接于柔性显示屏100的另一端即第二平直部12,利用滑动板24可以对第二平直部12进行支撑,以提高第二平直部12处的结构强度。同时滑动板24滑动连接于第二支撑件22,以保证第二平直部12相对第二支撑件22滑动的稳定性。
结合图4及图5所示,滑动板24上固定有导向凸起241,第二支撑件22上设置有导向孔221,导向凸起241滑动设置于导向孔221中,利用导向凸起241与导向孔221的配合,可以保证滑动板24与第二支撑件22相对移动的稳定性。导向凸起241与导向孔221可以为多个,且分为两组分别设置在滑动板24的两侧,以进一步保证滑动板24与第二支撑件22相对移动的稳定性。导向凸起241为从滑动板24下表面或侧面朝下延伸,导向孔221贯通第二支撑件22的上下表面。
第二支撑件22为板状,并与滑动板24贴合设置,可以进一步利于二者之间相对移动的稳定性。导向凸起241折弯形成勾部,导向孔221的边缘位于勾部与滑动板24之间,可以方便件将滑动板24与第二支撑件22装配连接成一个整体。
如图5所示,可弯曲显示模组还包括与滑动板24连接的弹性件25,弹性件25用于提供弹力使得滑动板24朝远离第一支撑件21的方向移动,在可弯曲终端的展开过程中,利用弹性件25可以使得滑动板24带动第二平直部12进行移动,以便将柔性显示屏100拉平,避免柔性显示屏100形成褶皱。作为优选,弹性件25为压簧,当然在其他实施例中,弹性件25还可以为弹片、扭簧等其他可以提供弹性力的部件。
本实施例中,弹性件25连接在滑动板24与第二支撑件22之间,以方便弹性件25的装配连接。此处,在其他实施方式中,弹性件25还可以连接在滑动板24与可弯曲终端内部的其他结构件之间,只要使得弹性件25能够向滑动板24朝远离第一支撑件21的方向产生弹力即可。
进一步,如图4及图5所示,滑动板24上设置有凸块242,第二支撑件22上设置有过孔222,凸块242滑动穿过所述过孔222并凸出于第二支撑件22。凸块242可在过孔222内沿第一支撑件21朝向第二支撑件22的方向滑动。第二支撑件22上远离滑动板24的一面设置有定位块223,弹性件25设置在凸块242与定位块223之间,该结构简单,方便装配连接。
如图4所示,可弯曲片232远离固定片231的一端朝向第二支撑件22弯折形成连接部233,所述支撑组件2还包括贴合于连接部233上的压块26,通过压块26可以将连接部233压紧在第二支撑件22上,以方便可弯曲片232与第二支撑件22之间的固定连接。更具体地,连接部233相对可弯曲片232向下弯折之后再朝向滑动板24水平延伸,以方便与压块26之间的装配连接。
进一步,压块26上设置有压孔260;与可弯曲片232固定连接的第二支撑件22上形成有凸起226,连接部233上设置有固定孔230,凸起226穿设固定孔230及压孔260,连接部233固定在第二支撑件22与压块26之间。利用压块26可以实现第二支撑件22与支撑片23之间的固定连接,且方便装配。
凸起226为多个,相应固定孔230及压孔260亦为多个,利用多个凸起226与多个固定孔230、多个压孔260之间的配合,可以保证第二支撑件22与支撑片23之间的连接强度。压块26可以为沿可弯曲片232端部边缘设置的长条形,即压块沿可弯曲终端的宽度方向设置,多个压孔260沿压块26的长度方向设置。
当柔性显示屏100处于展开状态下时,压块26朝向柔性显示屏100的表面与固定片231朝向柔性显示屏100的表面齐平,以使得压块26与固定片231能够对柔性显示屏100进行平整的支撑。
第二支撑件22上设置有凹槽220,凸起226设置在凹槽220内,可弯曲片232的连接部233呈折弯状并延伸至凹槽220内。压块26及连接部233均位于凹槽220中,连接部233固定在压块26与第二支撑件22之间,凸起226穿设固定孔230及压孔260,利用压块26可以实现第二支撑件22与支撑片23之间的固定连接。利用凹槽220可以收容连接部233及压块26。在可弯曲终端的展开状态下,滑动板24、压块26及固定片231三者朝向柔性显示屏100的表面平齐,以便平整地将柔性显示屏100进行支撑。本实施例中,凹槽220的长宽尺寸较大,滑动板24亦位于凹槽220中,使得滑动板24与所述压块26朝向所述柔性显示屏100的表面平齐,方便装配连接,同时利于减小整个终端的厚度。
固定片231与第一支撑件21固定连接,第一支撑件21滑动连接于第一结构件301。当第一支撑件21相对第一结构件301滑动时,第一支撑件21能够带动固定片231、第一平直部11、第一壳体410进行移动。
在可弯曲终端由展开状态进行折叠时,第一结构件301和第二结构件302通过联动铰链3相互靠近转动以实现折叠,柔性显示屏100弯曲,第二平直部12拉动滑动板24朝弯折位置相对第二支撑件22滑动,滑动板24朝向支撑片23移动,以抵消由于折叠导致柔性显示屏100长度增大的情况。此时弹性件25被压缩而产生回弹力。
反之,在可弯曲终端由折叠状态进行展开时,第一结构件301和第二结构件302通过联动铰链3相互远离转动以实现展开。弹性件25的回弹力带动滑动板24及第二平直部12朝远离弯折位置的方向相对第二支撑件22滑动,使柔性显示屏100被展平。利用滑动板24和第二支撑件22的相对移动,可以保证弯曲或展平过程中柔性显示屏100不被拉伸或者挤压。
如图5所示,连接装置300为两组,两组连接装置300的排布方向垂直于第一结构件301与第二结构件302的排布方向,分别设置在可弯曲终端宽度方向上的两侧端处。可以理解的,可弯曲终端在展开状态下为矩形,在长度方向上可以进行折叠,以减小其长度尺寸。第一支撑件21及第二支撑件22沿可弯曲终端的长度方向排布,第一平直部11和第二平直部12亦沿可弯曲终端的长度方向排布。
如图4所示,两组所述连接装置300之间通过两个固定件相连,两个所述固定件分别与同一组的两个所述结构件固定连接;两组连接装置300之间,相对设置的两个结构件之间通过一固定件固定连接,以实现二者的同时动作。两个支撑件分别与两个固定件滑动配合。两个第一结构件301通过第一固定件305固定连接,以实现两个第一结构件301的同时动作。两个第二结构件302通过第二固定件304固定连接,以实现两个第二结构件302的同时动作。利用两组连接装置300,可以实现可弯曲终端弯曲及展开过程的稳定性,且在两连接装置300之间还可以布置柔性电路板等器件。此处,在其他实施方式中,连接装置300还可以为一个,位于可弯曲终端宽度方向上的中间位置。
两个支撑件分别与两个固定件滑动配合,以实现支撑件与结构件之间的相对滑动。本实施例中,各支撑件与各固定件之间的滑动配合结构相同,此处以第一支撑件与第一固定件之间的滑动配合结构进行详细描述。
如图4所示,第一固定件305上设置有多个条形凸台3031,多个所述条形凸台3031沿两组所述连接装置300的排布方向排成一排,所述条形凸台3031的长度方向为两个结构件的排布方向;所述第一支撑件21上设置有多个与所述条形凸台3031相配合的条形槽2101,各所述条形凸台3031滑动设置于各所述条形槽2101中,通过多个条形凸台3031与多个条形槽2101的配合,可以保证第一支撑件21 相对第一固定件305滑动的稳定性。
联动铰链3包括多个联动件,在联动铰链3展开状态下,多个联动件排成至少两排,各所述联动件上均设置有多个传动齿,位于同一排的相邻两个联动件之间通过所述传动齿相啮合,以使相邻两个联动件能够啮合转动,位于同一排的相邻两个所述联动件分别通过各自临近的转轴转动连接至另一排的同一联动件。
设定第一排的第一个联动件静止并作为参照物,相邻第二排的第一个联动件和第二个联动件相互啮合并转动连接于第一排的第一个联动件,当第二排的第一个联动件转动时,会带动第二排的第二个联动件进行转动,第二排的第二个联动件带动第一排的第二个联动件相对第一排的第一个联动件通过啮合进行转动,第一排的第二个联动件带动第二排的第三个联动件相对第二排的第二个联动件通过啮合方式进行转动,依次类推,使得一个联动件的转动可以带动多个联动件进行联动,联动铰链中任意联动件的转动会带动所有其他联动件转动,各联动件在联动铰链弯曲时能够同步转动。由于同一排的相邻两个联动件啮合,二者的传动齿结构相同,二者的角速度保持相同,传动比为1,使得各联动件与相邻的联动件之间的转动角度一致,同时,位于不同排的相邻的每二联动件之间的相对转动角度相同。
本实施例中,多个联动件排布成两排,以简化结构,减小占用空间。此处,在其他实施方式中,多个联动件还可以排布成三排以上。每一排的联动件与另一排的相邻的联动件错开排列,以使得联动件可以与相邻另一排的两个啮合的联动件同时转动连接。
请参见图7至图12,各排联动件中所包含的联动件数目相同,且为三个以上;各排联动件中,位于该排的一端处、且仅与相邻另一排的一个联动件转动连接的联动件为主动联动件311/312,相邻两排的两个主动联动件311/312分别与两个结构件301/302固定连接。此处,在其他实施例中,如相邻两排所述联动件中所包含的联动件的数目差1,数目较多的一排中位于两端的两个所述联动件分别与两个所述结构件301/302固定连接。
各排联动件中,位于与主动联动件311/312相对的另一端的联动件为从动联动件321/322,各排联动件中联动件的数目为至少三个,主动联动件311/312和从动联动件321/322各一个,位于主动联动件311/312和从动联动件321/322之间的联动件为中部联动件331/332,中部联动件331/332为至少一个,且中部联动件331/332为与主动联动件311/312及从动联动件321/322相啮合的联动件。可以理解的,主动联动件311/312、中部联动件331/332及从动联动件321/322为联动件在各排中不同位置处的不同命名,三者之间在位置及结构上的差异形成联动件的三种具体实施方式。在其他可选的实施方式当中,主动联动件311/312也可以是从动联动件或中部联动件,从动联动件321/322也可以是主动联动件或中部联动件,中部联动件331/332也可以是主动联动件或从动联动件。按照其他命名方式,主动联动件311/312可以作为联动铰链的第一联动件,中部联动件331/332可以作为联动铰链的第二联动件,从动联动件321/322可以作为联动铰链的第三联动件。同一排的第一联动件和第二联动件相邻且通过啮合转动连接。
在本实施例中,各排中的中部联动件331/332为一个,即每排包含三个联动件,共六个联动件。中部联动件331/332位于主动联动件311/312和从动联动件321/322之间,中部联动件331/332的两端分别与主动联动件311/312、从动联动件321/322相啮合。此处,在其他实施方式中,各排中的中部联动件331/332还可以为两个或两个以上,且排布成一排,在该情况下,相邻两个中部联动件331/332之间相互啮合,靠近主动联动件311/312的中部联动件331/332与主动联动件311/312啮合,靠近从动联动件321/322的中部联动件331/332与从动联动件321/322相啮合。
由于位于同一排的相邻两个联动件需要同时转动连接于相邻另一排的一联动件,且相邻两排的联动件数目相同,使得相邻两排的联动件为错位排布,即一个联动件可以位于另一排的两个联动件之间的位置,从而使得各排均有一个位于端部处的联动件仅能够与相邻另一排的一个联动件转动配合,其他位置处的联动件均可以同时与另一排的两个联动件转动配合,位于端部处的该联动件即为主动联动件311/312。由于相邻两排的联动件错位排布,使得两个主动联动件311/312分别位于联动铰链3整体的两端处。从而可以确定出,主动联动件311/312、中部联动件331/332及从动联动件321/322三者在相邻两排中的排布顺序相反。如图9所示,沿第一结构件301至第二结构件302的方向,第一排中的排布顺 序为:主动联动件311、中部联动件331及从动联动件321/322,相邻第二排中的排布顺序为:从动联动件322、中部联动件332及主动联动件312。
第一排中,主动联动件311及中部联动件331分别绕二者啮合转动时的转动轴心转动连接至第二排的从动联动件322,中部联动件331及从动联动件321分别绕二者啮合转动时的转动轴心转动连接至第二排的中部联动件332。第二排中,主动联动件312及中部联动件332分别绕二者啮合转动时的转动轴心转动连接至第一排的从动联动件321,中部联动件332及从动联动件322分别绕二者啮合转动时的转动轴心转动连接至第一排的中部联动件331。
各联动件上均设置有轴孔,轴孔中设置有转轴,转轴可旋转地设于轴孔中。相邻两排联动件之间通过转轴转动连接,利用转轴与轴孔的配合,可以方便相邻两排联动件之间的转动配合。由于两排联动件中均包含多个联动件,可以确定出转轴相应为多个,且根据联动件的数目可以确定出转轴的数目。多个转轴的轴向相互平行,多个转轴沿联动件的排方向排列成一排且相邻两个转轴等间隔设置。多个转轴等间隔设置,可以使得各个联动件之间形成的多个转动轴心等间隔排布。本实施例中,各排联动件的数目为三个,转轴的数目为五个。
相邻两排联动件之间的转轴为五个,通过转轴可以使得相邻两排之间的联动件相对转动。五个转轴沿联动件的排列方向排列成一排,依次为第一转轴361、第二转轴362、第三转轴363、第四转轴364及第五转轴365。第三转轴363穿过联动铰链的中部,其余转轴分别位于第三转轴363的两侧,使得第三转轴363位于或者靠近联动铰链的中间位置。
其中一排中的主动联动件311与相啮合的中部联动件331分别通过第一转轴361和第二转轴362转动连接至相邻另一排的从动联动件322。
具体地,第一排的主动联动件311上设置有一个轴孔,该轴孔中设置的转轴为第一转轴361。第一排中的主动联动件311与第二排中的从动联动件322通过第一转轴361转动连接,此处可以使得第一排的主动联动件311与第二排中的从动联动件322可以相对转动即可,第一转轴361可以相对第一排的主动联动件311与第二排中的从动联动件322均可以转动,或者是,第一转轴361与第一排的主动联动件311固定连接,第一转轴361与第二排的从动联动件322转动连接,还可以是,第一转轴361与第一排的主动联动件311转动连接,第一转轴361与第二排的从动联动件322固定连接,等。第一转轴361也可以是与结构件301进行转动连接。
第一排中,主动联动件311与中部联动件331相啮合,当二者通过啮合方式各自进行转动时,主动联动件311可以绕第一转轴361的中心轴线进行转动,第一转轴361的中心轴线形成主动联动件311与中部联动件331啮合转动时主动联动件311上的转动轴心。第一转轴361的中心轴线亦为主动联动件311与第二排的从动联动件322之间的转轴轴心。
第一排的中部联动件331上连接有两个转孔,两个转孔中分别设置有转轴:第二转轴362和第三转轴363。第二转轴362相对第三转轴363靠近主动联动件311。第一排的中部联动件331通过第二转轴362转动连接于第二排的从动联动件322,以使得二者可以相对转动。第一排的中部联动件331通过第三转轴363转动连接于第二排的中部联动件332,以使得二者可以相对转动。第一排的主动联动件311与中部联动件331通过啮合方式各自进行转动时,中部联动件331绕第二转轴362的中心轴线进行转动,第二转轴362的中心轴线形成主动联动件311与中部联动件331啮合转动时中部联动件331上的转动轴心。第二转轴362的中心轴线亦为中部联动件331与第二排的从动联动件322之间相对转动的转动轴心。
第一排的从动联动件321上设置有两个轴孔,两个轴孔中分别设置有转轴:第四转轴364和第五转轴365。第四转轴364相对第五转轴365靠近中部转轴。第一排的从动联动件321通过第四转轴364转动连接至第二排的中部联动件332,第一排的从动联动件321通过第五转轴365转动连接至第二排的主动联动件312。
中部联动件331与从动联动件321啮合连接,当二者通过啮合方式各自进行转动时,中部联动件331绕第三转轴363的中心轴线进行转动,从动联动件321绕第四转轴364的中心轴线进行转动。第三转轴363的中心轴线形成从动联动件321与中部联动件331啮合转动时中部联动件331上的转动轴心。第四转轴364的中心轴线形成从动联动件321与中部联动件331啮合转动时从动联动件321的转动轴心。
第三转轴363的中心轴线亦为相邻两排的中部联动件331、332之间相对转动的转动轴心,第四转轴364的中心轴线亦为第一排的从动联动件321与第二排的中部联动件332的转动轴心。
第一排的从动联动件321与第二排的主动联动件312的配合关系,与第一排的主动联动件311与第二排的从动联动件322的配合关系相同,此处不再赘述。
设定第一排的从动联动件321静止并作为参照物,相邻第二排的主动联动件312和中部联动件332相互啮合并转动连接于第一排的从动联动件321,当第二排的主动联动件312转动时,会带动第二排的中部联动件332进行转动,第二排的中部联动件332带动第一排的中部联动件331相对第一排的从动联动件321通过啮合进行转动,第一排的中部联动件331带动第二排的从动联动件322相对第二排的中部联动件332通过啮合方式进行转动,依次类推,使得第二排的主动联动件312的转动可以带动多个联动件进行联动。
各联动件上的传动齿的形状、大小相同,使得相邻两个联动件之间的传动比为1,且二者的角速度在转动过程中保持一致。
设定第一排的从动联动件321静止并作为参照物,若第二排的主动联动件312逆时针旋转15度,第二排的中部联动件332会顺时针旋转15度,第一排的从动联动件321保持不动,且以从动联动件321的两个转动轴心所在平面为水平面,则第一排的中部联动件331相对第一排的从动联动件321啮合而相对水平面顺时针旋转30度,第二排的主动联动件322相对第二排的中部联动件332啮合而相对水平面顺时针旋转45度,第一排的主动联动件311相对第一排的中部联动件331啮合而相对水平面顺时针旋转60度,第一排的主动联动件311与第二排的主动联动件312之间相对转动的角度即为75度。第一结构件301、第二结构件302分别与两排的主动联动件311、312固定连接,从而使得两个第一结构件301与第二结构件302之间相对旋转的角度为75度,可弯曲终端整体的两端之间的相对折叠角度变化为75度。
第二排的主动联动件312的旋转方向与其他4个联动件(第一排的中部联动件331和主动联动件311,第二排的中部联动件332和从动联动件322)相反,因此实际上每个联动件都相对同排的相邻的联动件旋转相同的30度。即只要旋转其中一个联动件,其他的联动件都会相对同排相邻的联动件旋转相同的角度,也即是所有的联动件均为同步转动。
各联动件具有圆柱部,各联动件的多个传动齿可以设置在圆柱部的弧形柱面上,轴孔设置在圆柱部的中心轴线处,轴孔中穿设有转轴,从而使得多个传动齿可以沿转轴的中心轴向排布成弧形。通过设置圆柱部,可以方便在联动件上设置转轴和传动齿,以便于加工制备及装配连接。
具体地,主动联动件311/312由于只需要与中部联动件331/332进行啮合,且仅设置一个第一转轴361或第五转轴365,因而主动联动件311/312上仅需要设置一组传动齿,故主动联动件311/312仅具有一个圆柱部。中部联动件331/332的两端均为啮合连接,因而中部联动件331/332上设置有两组传动齿,两组传动齿分别设置在中部联动件331/332的两端。中部联动件331/332上设置有两个转轴,故中部联动件331/332上设置有两个圆柱部,两个圆柱部分别设置在中部联动件331/332的两端,两组传动齿分别设置在两个圆柱部上。两个转轴即第二转轴362和第三转轴363或第三转轴363和第四转轴364分别设置在两个圆柱部的轴孔中。从动联动件321/322仅一端与中部联动件331/332相啮合,故从动联动件321/322上设置一组传动齿。从动联动件321/322设置有第四转轴364和第五转轴365或第一转轴361和第二转轴362两个转轴,故从动联动件321/322上设置有两个圆柱部,两个圆柱部分别设置在从动联动件321/322的两端,第四转轴364和第五转轴365或第一转轴361和第二转轴362分别设置在两个圆柱部的轴孔中。一组传动齿设置在从动联动件321/322上靠近中部联动件331/332的一个圆柱部的周面上。
第一转轴361的一端设置于第一排主动联动件311的圆柱部的轴孔中,另一端设置于相邻另一排即第二排的从动联动件322的一个圆柱部的轴孔中。第二转轴362的一端设置于第一排的中部联动件331上靠近主动联动件311的圆柱部的轴孔中,另一端设置于相邻另一排即第二排的从动联动件322的另一圆柱部的轴孔中。第三转轴363的一端设置于第一排中部联动件331的另一圆柱部的轴孔中,另一端设置于相邻另一排即第二排的中部联动件332的一个圆柱部的轴孔中。第四转轴364的一端设置于第一排 的从动联动件321的一个圆柱部的轴孔中,另一端设置于第二排的中部联动件332的另一圆柱部的轴孔中。第五转轴365设置在第一排的从动联动件321的另一圆柱部的轴孔中,另一端设置于第二排的主动联动件312的圆柱部的轴孔中。
联动件上朝向同排相邻另一联动件的端部处设置有限位部,当相邻两个联动件相互转动至预设位置时,相邻两个联动件的限位部相互抵接,以限制相邻两个联动件的相对转动角度,进而能够限制两个结构件相对展开的角度。前述预设位置为预设的两个联动件能够相对转动的最大角度。
如图9所示,主动联动件312上设置有限位部391,中部联动件332上设置有限位部392,两个限位部391、392相对设置。当然,限位部不限于设在主动联动件和中部联动件上,位于同一排的相邻两个联动件均可以设置相对的限位部。
本实施例中,两个结构件能够展开的最大角度为180°,当两个结构件通过联动铰链3转动展开至180°时,相邻两个联动件的限位部相互抵接,以避免两个结构件继续相对旋转而拉扯柔性屏,对柔性屏造成破坏。此处,在其他实施方式中,可以通过设置限位部在联动件上的位置,改变两个结构件能够展开的最大角度,如不设置限位部,则可以使得两个结构件相对旋转360°。
如图11及图12所示,各联动件朝向联动铰链3弯曲方向的表面为外凸的弧形面,利用弧形面可以使得联动铰链3折叠弯曲后的外侧表面整体为弧形,以利于对柔性显示屏的支撑,避免对柔性显示屏造成破坏。当联动铰链3处于展开状态时,同一排的相邻联动件的弧形面相互连接,使得相邻联动件相互抵接,能够限制联动铰链3展开的最大角度,同时避免联动件之间形成空隙,以有效支撑柔性显示屏100。当联动铰链3处于弯曲状态时,同一排的相邻联动件的弧形面通过间隙相互隔开,各弧形面可以与柔性显示屏100弯曲后的弧形相一致,以避免对柔性显示屏100造成损伤。
联动件的限位部位于传动齿与弧形面之间,以避免限位部对两个联动件的啮合弯曲造成影响,同时利于限位部的加工成型。
进一步,如图13及图14所示,联动铰链3还包括护罩34,护罩34为多个,各护罩34罩设在相邻两个联动件的啮合处。更具体地,护罩34包括两个相对设置的侧板、及固定板,固定板固定在两个侧板之间,相邻两个联动件的啮合处位于相对应的护罩34的两个侧板之间。护罩34与联动件之间设置有间隙,以避免二者之间存在过大的摩擦影响转动的灵活性。
本实施例中,护罩34为四个,每排联动件中设置两个护罩34,其中一个护罩34罩设在主动联动件311/312与中部联动件331/332的啮合位置处,另一护罩34罩设在中部联动件331/332与从动联动件321/322的啮合位置处。
如图14所示,护罩34上设置有限位突起341,当相邻两个联动件转动至一定角度时,罩设于同一排的两个护罩34之间的限位突起341相互抵接,利用限位突起341,亦可以限制两个联动件啮合转动时的旋转角度,从而可以限定两个结构件的相对旋转角度。在本实施例中,当两个结构件完全展开为180°时,相邻两个护罩34的限位突起341相互抵接。
各护罩34上设置有套孔340,同排中相邻两个联动件的啮合转动的转轴可转动地穿设于护罩34的套孔340。以其中一个护罩34为例,护罩34套设在主动联动件311与中部联动件331的啮合位置处,护罩34的各侧板上分别设置有两个套孔340,主动联动件311上的第一转轴361穿设一套孔340,中部联动件331上的第二转轴362穿设另一套孔340。转轴与套孔340之间均为转动配合,即转轴可在套孔340内自由转动。
联动件铰链还包括端部护罩35,端部护罩35罩设在从动联动件321/322上远离中部联动件331/332的一端。通过端部护罩35可以对从动联动件321/322的端部处起到保护作用。本实施例中,从动联动件321/322有两个,相应端部护罩35有两个。
端部护罩35包括两个边板、及中板,两个边板相对设置,中板固定在两个边板之间。从动联动件321/322的端部收容在两个边板之间。两个边板上均设置有边孔350,从动联动件321/322上的第五转轴365或第一转轴361穿设于边孔350,第五转轴365或第一转轴与边孔350转动配合。利用第五转轴365或第一转轴361与边孔350的配合,可以方便实现端部护罩35与从动联动件321/322之间的装配连接。
在可弯曲终端展开状态下,多个联动件的转动轴心处于同一平面上,该平面可以形成可弯曲终端展开及折叠过程中的基准面,未处于该基准平面上的部分部件,在可弯曲终端的展开及折叠过程中,均会相对联动铰链3产生移动,以避免或减少对其他部件造成挤压或拉扯。
可弯曲终端在由展开状态向折叠状态变化时,基准面会弯曲,位于基准面弯曲外侧的部件的弯曲半径相对基准面的弯曲变径较大,位于基准面弯曲外侧的部件会相对联动铰链3向靠近折叠中心处产生移动。
在本实施例中,柔性显示屏100及其支撑片23均位于联动铰链3所形成的基准面弯曲外侧处,在折叠过程中,柔性显示屏100及支撑片23的长度尺寸均不能够发生变化,因而相对联动铰链3在折叠过程中均需要向相对靠近折叠中心位置处移动。此时,如果支撑组件200的第一支撑件21、第二支撑件22与两个结构件固定连接,在折叠过程中第一支撑件21、第二支撑件22就无法产生偏移,会对柔性显示屏100造成拉伸,因而在折叠过程中,需要使得第一支撑件21和第二支撑件22能够向折叠中心平移一定距离,即柔性显示屏100弯曲时,第一支撑件21与第二支撑件22相对联动铰链3相向滑动,使得柔性显示屏100和支撑组件200一同发生移动,同时使得折叠后的可弯曲终端的外观较好。进一步,柔性显示屏弯曲100时,第一支撑件21/第二支撑件22相对联动铰链3滑动的距离大于滑动板24相对支撑片23滑动的距离。
为了实现壳体400的联动位移,需尽可能将最大相对转动角度转移至第一结构件301上的一从动齿轮303及第二结构件302上的一从动齿轮303,两个从动齿轮303转动连接于第一结构件301及第二结构件302,两个从动齿轮303分别带动第一支撑件21、第二支撑件22相对第一结构件301、第二结构件302进行移动,以实现壳体400联动位移。
如图15至图18所示,驱动组件包括与联动铰链联动的角度转换机构、角度放大机构和角度传递机构。联动铰链3相对结构件旋转时,角度转换机构将联动铰链3相对所述结构件的旋转角度转换成位移而驱动所述第一支撑件21相对所述连接装置300滑动。角度放大机构将联动铰链3相对结构件旋转的角度放大之后输入角度转换机构。角度传递机构连接在联动铰链3与角度放大机构之间,角度传递机构将联动铰链3相对结构件的旋转角度传递给角度放大机构。
角度传递机构37可以用于输出第一部件相对第二部件的转动角度。所述角度传递机构还包括第一齿轮及与第一齿轮转动连接的第二齿轮;所述第一齿轮相对所述第二部件固定设置;所述第二齿轮转动连接于所述第一部件,当第一部件相对第二部件转动时,第一齿轮将第二部件相对第一部件的旋转角度传递给第二齿轮并输出。
第一部件及第二部件均转动连接至一限位部件,第一部件与第二部件的转动中心相异,具体地,第一部件与第二部件可以直接通过啮合转动,从而使得二者相对转动,且转动中心相异。此处,在其他实施方式中,第一部件与第二部件之间可以通过齿轮或者齿轮组进行转动连接。第一部件及第二部件分别与限位部件转动连接,使得第一部件及第二部件可以通过啮合分别进行转动,此处,可以根据第一部件及第二部件的具体应用位置来确定第一部件及第二部件与使用装置中相应结构进行转动连接。
连接装置还包括转动件,角度传递机构37可以将第一部件及第二部件的转动角度输出至一转动件,以使转动件相对其中第一部件或第二部件转动。本实施例中,转动件转动连接于第一部件,当第一部件相对第二部件转动时,二者之间的转动角度可以通过角度传递机构传递至转动件,使得转动件相对第一部件转动。此处,在其他实施方式中,转动件还可以滑动连接于第一部件。
本实施例中,第一部件包括主动联动件311与一结构件301所固定连接形成的整体,第二部件为前述中部联动件331。可以理解地,第一部件也可以仅包括主动联动件311,第二部件为中部联动件331;或者第一部件为主动联动件312,第二部件为中部联动件332;或者第一部件包括主动联动件312和结构件302所形成的整体,第二部件为中部联动件332;或者第一部件和第二部件为同一排中任意相邻的两个联动件。
主动联动件311和中部联动件331均连接于另一排的从动联动件322,另一排的从动联动件322即形成前述的限位部件。当第一部件和第二部件为上述其他联动件时,限位部件即为另一排的相邻的联动件。两个角度转换机构分别对应连接两个支撑件,以使两个支撑件分别相对于两个结构件滑动。从动齿 轮303形成前述的转动件。主动联动件311与中部联动件331相啮合,即,第一部件与第二部件的相邻的两端相互啮合。
各连接装置包括有两个角度传递机构,分别设置于两个结构件,并对应直接或间接连接两个支撑件,即第一支撑件21、第二支撑件22。第三转轴363位于或靠近联动铰链弯曲时的中心位置,由于角度传递机构37需要与第一支撑件21、第二支撑件22配合连接,使得角度传递机构37相对第二转轴362远离第三转轴363,或者相对于第四转轴364远离第三转轴363。
两个角度传递机构37结构相同。角度传递机构37与第一支撑件21之间的配合关系,另一角度传递机构37与第二支撑件22之间的配合关系相同。以下针对角度传递机构37与第一支撑件21之间的连接关系为例进行描述。
角度传递机构37将各联动件之间的相对转动角度变化传递至第一支撑件21、第二支撑件22处,使得第一支撑件21和第二支撑件22能够随着可弯曲终端的折叠或弯曲进行相应的移动,从而避免或减少柔性显示屏100被拉伸或挤压。
角度传递机构37包括第一齿轮371及与第一齿轮371转动连接的第二齿轮372,第一齿轮371相对中部联动件331固定设置,第一齿轮371的中心轴线为中部联动件331在啮合转动时的转动轴心,也即中部联动件331相对另一排的从动联动件322的转动轴心。第二齿轮372转动连接于主动联动件311,第二齿轮372的中心轴线为主动联动件311在啮合转动时的转动轴心,即主动联动件311相对于另一排的从动联动件322的转动轴心。当主动联动件311相对中部联动件331转动时,第一齿轮371将中部联动件331相对主动联动件311的旋转角度传递给第二齿轮372并输出。
第一齿轮371与第二齿轮372之间的距离在主动联动件311相对中部联动件331转动时保持不变。本实施例中,由于主动联动件311与中部联动件331相啮合,二者的转动中心在转动过程中距离保持不变,第一齿轮371与中部联动件331的转动中心重合,第二齿轮372与主动联动件311的转动中心重合,从而使得第一齿轮371与第二齿轮372之间的距离在第一部件与第二部件(本实施例中分别为主动联动件311与中部联动件331)相对转动过程中,可以始终保持不变。
第一齿轮371与第二齿轮372在主动联动件311相对中部联动件331转动时同步转动,从而将第一齿轮371的转动传递至第二齿轮372,使得第二齿轮372进行转动。本实施例中,角度传递机构37还包括转动连接在第一齿轮371与第二齿轮372的中间齿轮373,第一齿轮371与第二齿轮372通过中间齿轮373转动连接,利用中间齿轮373同时啮合于第一齿轮371及第二齿轮372,可以将第一齿轮371的转动传递至第二齿轮372,结构简单,便于加工及装配。此处,在其他实施方式中,第一齿轮371与第二齿轮372之间还可以通过带传动、链传动等其他方式实现同步转动。
从动齿轮303转动连接于第一结构件301,主动联动件311与第一结构件301固定连接为一个整体,从动齿轮303能够与主动联动件311、第一结构件301作为一个整体相对第二齿轮372转动。从动齿轮303与第二齿轮372传动连接,当第二齿轮372转动时,第二齿轮372能够带动从动齿轮303动作,使得从动齿轮303相对第一结构件301进行转动,从动齿轮303与第一支撑件21传动连接后,即可带动第一支撑件21及第一子壳410进行移动。
在其他的实施方式当中,主动联动件311也可不与第一结构件301固定连接为一个整体,而是相互分离的两个元件。此时主动联动件311可通过转轴、连杆、卡扣等方式固定连接或活动连接于第一结构件301上。
由于从动齿轮303随主动联动件311相对第二齿轮372转动,在转动过程中,从动齿轮303的转动轴心与第二齿轮372的转动轴心之间的距离保持不变,从动齿轮303的转动轴心与第一齿轮371的转动轴心之间的距离不断发生变化,即,在第一部件相对第二部件旋转时,转动件相对第二齿轮的距离保持不变,转动件相对第一齿轮的距离发生变化,使得从动齿轮303与第一齿轮371二者之间不能直接进行传动连接;从动齿轮303的转动轴心与第二齿轮372的转动轴心之间的距离在转动过程中不会发生改变,通过中间齿轮373与第二齿轮372的配合,可以实现第一齿轮371与从动齿轮303二者之间的传动。
第一齿轮371与中部联动件331同轴固定设置,以中部联动件331为静止的参照物,当主动联动件311与中部联动件331啮合转动时,主动联动件311绕自身的啮合转动的转动轴心即第二齿轮372的中 心轴线转动,同时主动联动件311以及第一转轴361整体绕中部联动件331的啮合转动轴心即第二转轴362的中心轴线转动,通过第一齿轮371与第二齿轮372在主动联动件311相对中部联动件331转动时同步转动,即第一齿轮371、中间齿轮373及第二齿轮372三者之间啮合传动,使得第二齿轮372相对于主动联动件311相对转动,根据第一齿轮371与第二齿轮372之间的传动比,结合第二齿轮372相对于主动联动件311相对转动角度,可以确定出主动联动件311与中部联动件331之间的相对转动角度。
在本实施例中,第一齿轮371与第二齿轮372之间的传动比为1,具体地,第一齿轮371与第二齿轮372的大小形状相同,即二者的齿数相同,第一齿轮371与第二齿轮372二者的转动角度保持一致。由于第一齿轮371与第二齿轮372之间具有中间齿轮373,且三者的形状、大小、齿数均相同,因此中间齿轮373可将第一齿轮371的转动状态传递给第二齿轮372,即第二齿轮372与第一齿轮371的转动方向及转动角度均相同。以第一齿轮371为静止的参照物,在主动联动件311与第二齿轮372一起绕第一齿轮371的中心轴线旋转时,主动联动件311绕第二齿轮372的中心轴线转动,而第二齿轮372相对自身中心轴线未发生转动,主动联动件311相对第二齿轮372的转动角度即为主动联动件311相对中部联动件331的转动角度。
此处,在其他实施方式中,若第一齿轮371与第二齿轮372之间的传动比小于1,则第二齿轮372相对第一齿轮371绕自身轴线的转动角度较大,即第二齿轮372与主动联动件311之间的相对转动角度大于中部联动件331与主动联动件311之间的相对转动角度,使得中部联动件331与主动联动件311之间的相对转动角度被放大。反之,若第一齿轮371与第二齿轮372之间的传动比大于1,则可以使得中部联动件331与主动联动件311之间的相对转动角度被缩小。
本实施例中,中间齿轮373的齿数等于第一齿轮371及第二齿轮372的齿数,第一齿轮371、第二齿轮372及中间齿轮373三者的转动轴心位于同一平面上,使得三个齿轮的形状相同,以便于加工制备,且方便装配。此处,在其他实施方式中,还可以是,中间齿轮373的齿数小于第一齿轮371及第二齿轮372的齿数,使得中间齿轮373的齿轮相对较小,利于减小整个角度传递机构37的体积。
第一齿轮371通过第二转轴362与中部联动件331同轴固定连接,使得第一齿轮371与中部联动件331相对固定设置,可以同时转动。更具体地,第一齿轮371与第二转轴362为一体成型,第二转轴362与中部联动件331的轴孔周向定位配合,使得第二转轴362穿过作为第二部件的中部联动件331,当中部联动件331转动时,中部联动件331可以带动第二转轴362及第一齿轮371进行转动。此处,在其他实施方式中,也可以是,第一齿轮371也设置有轴孔,第二转轴362与第一齿轮371的轴孔周向定位配合,以使得二者可以同时转动。第一转轴361及第二转轴362分别穿过角度传递机构的第二齿轮372及第一齿轮371,第一转轴361及第二转轴362既可以作为联动铰链内的转轴,又可以作为角度传递机构内的转轴,从而简化部件,利于加工制备。可选地,第二转轴362穿设于中部联动件331的轴孔内的部分外侧面形成平面,轴孔内对应第二转轴362的平面也形成平面,通过二平面之间的配合来实现周向定位。当然,在其他实施方式当中,也可以直接通过焊接、粘接等方式来固定第二转轴362与中部联动件331。
第二齿轮372通过第一转轴361转动连接于主动联动件311,第一转轴361穿过作为第一部件的主动联动件311,使得第二齿轮372与主动联动件311可以相对转动。更具体地,第二齿轮372同轴固定于第一转轴361,主动联动件311绕第一转轴361的中心轴线转动连接于第一转轴361,以使得主动联动件311与第二齿轮372可以相对转动。
角度传递机构37还包括两个护板374,两个护板374相互平行且相对设置,第一齿轮371、第二齿轮372及中间齿轮373均设置在两个护板374之间,第一齿轮371及第二齿轮372均相对护板374转动设置。角度传递机构37还包括中间轴3730穿过中间齿轮373并避开联动铰链,以避免对联动铰链的各联动件的转动造成干涉。中间齿轮373通过中间轴3730转动连接于两个护板374。两个护板374,可以对第一齿轮371、第二齿轮372及中部齿轮373的啮合转动起到保护作用,同时利于中间齿轮373的装配。中间齿轮373与中间轴3730固定连接,各护板374上均设置有中间通孔,中间轴3730的两端分别可转动地穿设于中间通孔。此处,在其他实施方式中,也可以是,中间轴3730与两个护板374固定连接,中间齿轮373转动连接于中间轴3730。
如图17所示各护板374上还设置有第一通孔3741和第二通孔3742,第一转轴361可转动地穿设于两个护板374的第一通孔3741,第二转轴362可转动地穿设于两个护板374的第二通孔3742。
角度传递机构37还包括护套(图中未示出),护套套设于两个护板374,且在三者之间形成密闭空间,第一齿轮371、中间齿轮373及第二齿轮372均设置在密闭空间内,以保证三者之间的啮合不受外界干涉,保证转动运行的稳定性。
由于相邻两个联动件之间的转动角度保持一致,根据联动件的数目,可以确定出两个结构件之间相对转动角度,从而确定出可弯曲终端的两个端部之间相对折叠的角度。根据两个端部之间相对折叠的角度或两个结构件之间相对旋转角度,可以得出支撑件相对结构件应该平移的距离。
假设第一结构件301与第二结构件302二者相对转动的角度为v,即第一排的主动联动件311相对于第二排的主动联动件312之间的转动角度为v,设定最中间的转轴即第三转轴363相对静止,由于多个联动件之间联动,那么相对于第三转轴363所处的水平面:第一排中的中部联动件331的转动角度为v/5/2=v/10(v取角度的绝对值),穿设于第一排中部联动件331的第二转轴362相对于第三转轴363的旋转角度亦为v/10;第一排的从动联动件321的转动角度v/5+v/10=3v/10,第二排的主动联动件312的转动角度v/5*2+v/10=v/2;第二排的中部联动件332的转动角度为v/10,第二排的从动联动件322转动角度3v/10,第一排的主动联动件311的转动角度为v/2,穿设于第一排的主动联动件311的第一转轴361的转动角度为v/2。第一转轴361相对第二转轴362的旋转角度小于第一转轴361相对第三转轴363的旋转角度。
以前述的两排的主动联动件311、312相对旋转75度为例,相对于第三转轴363所在的水平面,第一排中,中部联动件331的转动角度为-7.5度(以逆时针方向为正方向),从动联动件321的转动角度为22.5度,主动联动件311的转动角度为-37.5度;第二排中,主动联动件312的转动角度为37.5度,中部联动件332的转动角度为7.5度,从动联动件322的转动角度为-22.5度。由此可见,位于同一排的相邻的每二联动件之间的相对旋转角度为位于不同排的相邻的每二联动件之间的相对转动角度的两倍。同时由此可见,前后排相邻两个联动件之间的相对转动角度均为15度。由于前后排相邻两个联动件之间的相对转动角度均相同,故根据两个结构件之间的相对转动角度,结合联动件的数目,可以判断出前后排相邻两个联动件的相对转动角度,再根据角度传递机构可以传递相关联动件的相对转动角度,确定出两个支撑件应当相对结构件的移动距离。
连接装置300还包括角度放大机构,角度放大机构包括结构件及设于结构件上的加速齿轮组,输入的角度经过加速齿轮组放大之后输出。通过角度放大机构,能够将两个部件的相对转动角度进行放大再进行输出,从而使得另一部件具有较大的转动角度。本实施例中,将角度放大机构运用至可弯曲终端中,角度放大机构将由角度传递机构输入的角度放大之后输出。输入的角度即第二齿轮相对第一齿轮的转动角度。输出的角度为从动齿轮的转动角度。利用角度放大机构可以使得从动齿轮具有较大的转动角度,以利于使得第一支撑件和第二支撑件能够相向移动较大的距离,从而避免或减少对柔性显示屏造成拉扯或挤压。
加速齿轮组包括沿着角度输入端至角度输出端的方向依次排布的第一加速齿轮381及第二加速齿轮382,第一加速齿轮381与第二加速齿轮382啮合,第一加速齿轮381的齿数大于第二加速齿轮382的齿数,使得第一加速齿轮381的转动角度小于第二加速齿轮382的转动角度,从而实现转动角度的放大。第一加速齿轮381的转轴垂直于第二加速齿轮382的转轴,从而可以改变转动轴向,以方便利用较少空间实现较大距离的角度传输。进一步,第一加速齿轮381与第二加速齿轮382均为锥齿轮,以实现二者转轴的相互垂直。可以理解地,第一加速齿轮381及第二加速齿轮382还可以使用其他能够实现加速功能的齿轮。
加速齿轮组还包括沿着角度输入端至角度输出端的方向依次排布的第三加速齿轮383及第四加速齿轮384,第三加速齿轮383与第二加速齿轮382传动连接,第三加速齿轮383与第四加速齿轮384啮合,第三加速齿轮383的齿数大于第四加速齿轮384的齿数。第二加速齿轮382的转动角度可以通过第三加速齿轮383传递至第四加速齿轮384,第三加速齿轮383的齿数大于第四加速齿轮384的齿数,能够对第二加速齿轮382的转动角度进行进一步放大。
第三加速齿轮383与第二加速齿轮382同轴设置,第四加速齿轮384的转轴垂直于第三加速齿轮383的转轴,从而使得第四加速齿轮384的转轴与第一加速齿轮381的转轴相互平行。作为优选,第四加速齿轮384与第三加速齿轮383均为锥齿轮。可以理解地,第三加速齿轮383及第四加速齿轮384还可以使用其他能够实现加速功能的齿轮。
角度放大机构还包括连接加速齿轮组的传动轴389,通过传动轴389可以实现加速齿轮组的内部传动,以实现较长距离的传动。具体地,第三加速齿轮383与第二加速齿轮382通过传动轴389同轴固定连接,以实现二者的联动。此处,在其他实施方式中,第三加速齿轮383与第二加速齿轮382还可以直接固定连接,或者通过其他齿轮实现传动连接。本实施例中,第二转轴362垂直于传动轴389。
联动铰链处于展开状态时,第二转轴362与传动轴389共面;联动铰链处于弯曲状态时,第二转轴362与传动轴389异面。
本实施例中,第一结构件301作为安装承载加速齿轮组的结构件,第一结构件301上转动设置有从动齿轮303,第一支撑件21上固定设置有齿条388,从动齿轮303与齿条388啮合。从动齿轮303与齿条388可以作为与联动铰链联动的角度转换机构。联动铰链相对第一结构件301旋转时,角度转换机构将联动铰链相对第一结构件301的旋转角度转换成位移而驱动所述第一支撑件21相对连接装置滑动。第二齿轮372与从动齿轮303通过加速齿轮组38传动,并通过从动齿轮303与齿条388之间的啮合实现第一支撑件21的移动。由于第二齿轮372与第一转轴361同轴固定连接,第一加速齿轮381与第一转轴361设置为同轴固定连接,即可实现第二齿轮372与第一加速齿轮381之间的同轴固定连接,使得二者周向固定,可以同时进行转动。
利用传动轴389及多个锥齿轮的配合,可以延长传动距离,使得从动齿轮303的转动轴心到第二齿轮372的转动轴心之间的距离较大,避免元件过于集中的问题,利于带动支撑件及壳体400进行移动,且可以保证传动的稳定性。
第二齿轮372、传动轴389、第四加速齿轮384的转动轴心位于同一平面上,以方便装配连接,同时利于控制整个可弯曲终端的厚度。并且,第四加速齿轮384与从动齿轮303同轴且相对固定,二者可同步转动。优选地,第四加速齿轮384与从动齿轮303均同轴固定于一转动穿设于结构件301上的转轴上。
第一支撑件21上固定有齿条388,齿条388的长度方向垂直于从动齿轮303的转动轴心。从动齿轮303上设有从动齿,并与齿条388啮合。当从动齿轮303转动时,可以带动齿条388移动,从而带动支撑件及壳体400进行移动。
第一齿轮371与第二齿轮372之间的传动比为1,第二齿轮372与从动齿轮303之间的传动比小于1,使得第一齿轮371与从动齿轮303之间的传动比小于1,从而使得从动齿轮303的转动角度大于第二齿轮372的转动角度,从动齿轮303可以带动齿条388及支撑件产生相对较大距离的位移。第二齿轮372与从动齿轮303之间的传动比可以根据支撑件需要平移的距离进行具体设置。
本实施例中,第一加速齿轮381的齿数大于第二加速齿轮382的齿数,第三加速齿轮383的齿数大于第四加速齿轮384的齿数。通过两级转速放大,使得第二齿轮372与从动齿轮303之间传动比小于1,从而实现角度放大功能。第一结构件301上还设置有转动部3011,转动部3011上设置有转动孔3010,第一转轴361可转动地穿设所述转动孔3010,利用转动部3011与第一转轴361的配合,可以保证第一结构件301相对第一转轴361转动的稳定性。第二齿轮372及第一加速齿轮381均设置在主动联动件312与转动部3011之间,使得主动联动件312与转动部3011可以保持一定距离,从而进一步利于第一结构件301相对第一转轴361转动的稳定性。
在上述实施例的描述中可以看出,本发明的加速齿轮组包括二相邻且相互啮合的锥齿轮,靠近角度转换机构的锥齿轮的齿数少于远离角度转换机构的锥齿轮的齿数。二相邻且相互啮合的锥齿轮可以是第一加速齿轮381和第二加速齿轮382,还可以为第三加速齿轮383和第四加速齿轮384。二相邻且相互啮合的锥齿轮中,一锥齿轮固定于传动轴389,即第二加速齿轮382或第三加速齿轮383固定于传动轴389;另一锥齿轮为第一加速齿轮381时,第一加速齿轮381固定于第一转轴361上且与第一转轴361同步转动;另一锥齿轮为第四加速齿轮384时,第四加速齿轮384活动连接于结构件301上。
此处,在其他实施方式中,加速齿轮组38还可以为带传动组件、链传动组件、传动齿轮组等其他组件实现第二齿轮372与从动齿轮303之间的传动。从动齿轮303还可以直接与第二齿轮372进行啮合,实现传动。作为再一种可以实现的方式,传动组件包括第一锥齿轮、第二锥齿轮及传动轴,第一锥齿轮与第二齿轮同轴固定连接,第一锥齿轮与第二锥齿轮相啮合,第二锥齿轮与传动轴同轴固定连接,且二者的中心轴线垂直于第二齿轮的中心轴线,传动轴转动连接于第一结构件,传动轴上设置有传动螺纹,从动齿轮303啮合于所述传动螺纹,通过传动轴的转动,利用传动螺纹带动从动齿轮303进行转动,进而带动齿条及支撑件相对第一结构件移动。进一步地,从动齿轮303也可省略,直接通过传动轴的传动螺纹与齿条388啮合,同样可实现相同或相似的效果。
第二结构件302与第一结构件301的形状及结构基本对称,其区别仅在于第二结构件302的一个末端是形成第二排的主动联动件312。第二结构件302上也设有驱动组件,其结构及排布与第一结构件301上的驱动组件对称。第二结构件302上的驱动组件用于驱动第二支撑件22朝弯折位置处移动。
在可弯曲终端弯折过程中,由于上下两侧存在半径差,导致位于上侧的柔性显示屏100会被拉伸,容易发生损坏。因此,为了防止柔性显示屏被拉伸,本发明设计了驱动组件来抵消由于弯折而产生上侧长度增加的问题。即在弯折过程中,通过两组驱动组件带动第一支撑件和第二支撑件相向移动,使得上侧的长度保持不变,避免或减少柔性显示屏发生拉伸。
为了使第一支撑件和第二支撑件能够相向移动更长的距离,需要更大的旋转角度输入驱动组件来转换成从动齿轮的转动角度,以带动齿条388移动更长的距离。由前述分析可知,在折叠过程中,第三转轴相对于第一结构件/第二结构件的旋转角度是最大的V/2,如果能直接将第三转轴相对第一结构件/第二结构件的旋转角度输入驱动组件就能实现齿条388移动距离的最大化。但是,直接传递第三转轴的相对旋转角度需要设计极为复杂的传动结构,为了简化设计,本实施例才将相对旋转角度第二大的第二转轴/第四转轴作为角度的输入端。第二转轴/第四转轴相对第一结构件/第二结构件的旋转角度为v/2-v/10=2v/5。这个2v/5的相对旋转角度输入驱动组件后并不足以带动齿条移动足够的距离来避免或大幅减小柔性显示屏发生拉伸,因此需要在驱动组件内设置角度放大机构,来放大输入的角度,使得齿条388可移动更长的距离。另外,由于支撑柔性显示屏的支撑片/滑动板本身也具有一定的厚度,因此为了进一步抵消支撑片/滑动板的厚度所带来的上下半径差增大的问题,驱动组件需要将输入的角度进一步放大。所以,驱动组件内才设置了两组角度放大机构,用来抵消可弯曲终端本身厚度及支撑片/滑动板厚度所带来的半径差问题。当然,实质上采用第三转轴作为角度输入端也是可行的,但相应的传动结构需要做调整,比如角度传递机构需要增加齿轮,但由于输入角度被放大至v/2,因此驱动组件只需要设计较小的角度放大机构就可以满足柔性显示屏不被拉伸的需求。此外,也可以采用第一转轴/第五转轴作为角度输入端,但驱动组件需要设计更多的角度放大机构。另外,驱动组件内的角度放大机构也可以根据实际需求增加或减小,或者替换为其他形态的角度放大机构。
进一步地,本实施例采用角度传递机构来将第二转轴/第四转轴的旋转角度输入驱动组件。角度传递机构采用三个齿轮传动的目的在于确保齿轮之间的相互啮合。因为假如角度传递机构只有第一齿轮,第一加速齿轮直接同轴固定于第一齿轮的第二转轴上,由于第一齿轮相对于从动齿轮303的距离在折叠过程中一直发生变化,会导致长度固定的传动轴389末端的第二加速齿轮382无法始终与第一加速齿轮保持啮合。另一方面,仅有第一齿轮还会导致输入驱动组件内的角度减小,需要驱动组件补偿更多的角度,结构设计会更加复杂化。因此,本实施例中才使用三个齿轮来实现角度传递。当然,三齿轮只是本实施例中的一种优选方式,实质上单齿轮也是可行的方式,只不过驱动组件需要做相应的调整,如将传动轴设为可伸缩式,并且在驱动组件内增加角度放大机构。
另外,本实施例还采用滑动板的方式来进一步防止或减小柔性显示屏被拉伸。如果不加入滑动板24,而是将整个柔性显示屏100贴合在支撑片23上,那么在折叠过程中,由于支撑片本身具有一定的厚度,也会造成柔性显示屏被拉伸。因此,才加入滑动板的设计,通过将柔性显示屏一端固定在支撑片的固定片上,另一端固定在滑动板上,可以利用滑动板相对支撑片滑动来抵消支撑片的厚度导致的长度拉伸问题。也就是说,本实施例实质上采用了双重机构来防止柔性显示屏被拉伸,一重是可相对移动的第一支撑件和第二支撑件,另一重是可相对移动的滑动板和支撑片。通过双重机构,可以有效防止或减 小柔性显示屏被拉伸,从而确保装置的正常工作。但可以理解地,其中任意一重机构都可以减小柔性显示屏被拉伸的情况,也就是说任何一种机构都可以单独使用,只是两重都使用效果更佳。同样地,也可以仅具有第一结构件及与第一结构件配合使用的驱动组件,第二结构件及相关的部件可省略,同样可起到减小柔性显示屏被拉伸的效果。
本发明还提供了一种框架模组。本实施例中,框架模组为中框模组,该中框模组可以适用于各类可弯曲终端上。如图4及图5所示,中框模组包括支撑组件、第一边框4211及可弯曲的连接装置。支撑组件及连接装置的结构可以与前述实施例相同,此处不再赘述。第一边框4211形成可弯曲终端在长度方向上一端处的边框,并露在可弯曲终端的外侧,构成可弯曲终端外观的一部分。
应当理解地,中框模组只是对于框架模组的一种命名方式,并不限于是位于中间的位置,也即是位于其他位置的模组同样适用于本实施例。
第一边框4211相对支撑片23的一端固定设置,在滑动板24的滑动方向上,滑动板24位于支撑片23与第一边框4211之间。在使用过程中,中框模组及可弯曲终端的端部受到外力时,由于滑动板24位于支撑片23与第一边框4211之间,外力会作用力于第一边框4211,而不会直接作用于滑动板24,从而不会将外力传递至柔性显示屏100,避免柔性显示屏100拱起造成损伤。
第一边框4211的长度方向垂直于滑动板24的滑动方向,且第一边框4211的两端朝向滑动板24弯曲,以利用第一边框4211的长度,有效保证可弯曲终端在一端部受到外力时,外力完全作用于第一边框4211。
支撑组件的第二支撑件22的相对两端分别与支撑片23的一端及第一边框4211固定连接,利用第二支撑件22,可以使得支撑片23的一端与第一边框4211固定设置,方便装配连接。更具体地,支撑片23中,可弯曲片232上远离固定片231的一端与第一边框4211相对固定,且二者通过第二支撑件22固定连接。此处,还可以通过可弯曲终端的其他内部结构件使得支撑片23的一端与第一边框4211相对固定。
中框模组还包括两个第二边框4212,两个第二边框4212分别位于第一边框4211的两端处,滑动板24位于两个第二边框4212之间,第二边框4212的长度方向平行于滑动板24的滑动方向;两个第二边框4212固定连接于第一边框4211的两端处。利用第一边框4211和两个第二边框4212形成前述的第二中框421,可以将滑动板24包围,从而避免外力作用于滑动板24,以有效避免对柔性显示屏100造成损伤。第二背壳422可以与第二中框421及第二支撑件22固定连接成一个整体。
本实施例中,滑动板24滑动连接于第二支撑件22,此外,在其他实施方式中,也可以不设置第二支撑件22,可以将滑动板24滑动设置在两个第二边框4212之间,滑动板24的两侧边分别与两个第二边框4212滑动连接,支撑片23的一端可以与第二边框4212上远离第一边框4211的一端固定连接。中框模组还包括第三边框4213,第三边框4213位于可弯曲终端在长度方向上另一端处,并露在可弯曲终端的外侧,构成可弯曲终端外观的一部分,即第一边框4211与第三边框4213分别位于可弯曲终端在长度方向上的两端处。第三边框4213相对支撑片23的另一端固定设置,具体地,支撑片23中,固定片231上远离可弯曲片232的一端相对支撑片23固定设置,或者整块固定片231与支撑片23固定设置。本实施例中,第三边框4213与第一支撑件21固定连接,第一支撑件21为平板状,固定片231贴合固定于第一支撑件21,从而使得第三边框4213与支撑片23的另一端固定连接。柔性显示屏100在此端处与固定片231贴合固定连接,使得可弯曲终端在该端处的部件固定为一个整体,当第三边框4213受到外力时,不会使得柔性显示屏100在此端处拱起。此处,在其他实施方式中,第三边框4213还可以与支撑片23的另一端直接固定连接。第三边框4213的两端可以弯折朝向第一边框4211弯曲,形成第一中框411,并将支撑片23包围,以对内部结构形成保护作用。
本实施例中,可弯曲终端的壳体还包括第一前壳413和第二前壳423,第一前壳413与第三边框4213固定连接,第二前壳423与第一边框4211固定连接。进一步,第一前壳413可以固定连接至第一支撑件21。第二前壳423、第一边框4211及第二支撑件22可以固定连接为一个整体,可以采用一体成型,以便于加工制备及装配。第一前壳413可以固定连接至第一支撑件21,第一前壳413、第一支撑件21及第三边框4213可以连接为一个整体,采用一体成型,以便于加工制备及装配。
当可弯曲终端的端部受到外力时,外力通过第一边框作4211用于第二支撑件22使得第二支撑件22直线移动,第二支撑件滑动过程中,会带动滑动板一同滑动,而滑动板的滑动又会带动柔性显示屏的一端跟随滑动,导致屏幕的一端出现拱起的现象。因此,当可弯曲终端的端部受到双手的挤压或者外力的撞击时,会导致柔性显示屏出现拱起的现象,容易造成柔性显示屏的损坏。另一方面,当用手捏住可弯曲终端的第二边框所在的一端时,上侧的手指按压住柔性显示屏的上表面,下侧的手指按压住第二背壳的下表面,如果手捏的力度较大,当同时弯曲可弯曲终端时,由于手指的压力,柔性显示屏的位置被固定住,将无法相对第二背壳及第二支撑件滑动,也容易引起柔性显示屏损坏的情况。
为解决上述问题,如图19至图22所示,本发明还提供了框架模组的另一种实施方式。框架模组在本实施例具体可以为中框模组。一种中框模组,包括滑动板、支撑件及背壳,滑动板固定于背壳并可相对于支撑件滑动,支撑件位于滑动板与背壳之间。其中,背壳可以是第二背壳422,支撑件可以是第二支撑件22,滑动板24可以是固定于背壳并滑动连接于支撑件。
在本实施方式中,中框模组的第一边框4211与第二支撑件22固定连接,第二支撑件22与支撑片23的一端固定连接,以使得第一边框4211与支撑片23的一端相对固定,滑动板24滑动设置在第一边框4211与支撑片23的一端之间,中框模组及可弯曲终端的端部受到外力时,由于滑动板24位于支撑片23与第一边框4211之间,外力会作用力于第一边框4211,使得第一边框4211及第二支撑件22移动,由于第二支撑件22与滑动板24为滑动配合,二者可以相对移动,使得外力不会直接作用于滑动板24,从而不会将外力传递至柔性显示屏100,避免柔性显示屏100拱起造成损伤。
第一边框4211长度方向上的两端朝向支撑片23弯曲形成有弯曲部4211a,弯曲部4211a可以位于可弯曲终端的边角处,当有外力作用力于可弯曲终端的边角时、或者可弯曲终端跌落碰到边角时,外力会作用于第一边框4211端部的弯曲部4211a,从而不会直接作用力柔性显示屏100,避免柔性显示屏100拱起造成损伤。当第三边框4213受到外力作用朝内滑动时,同样也可以避免带动柔性显示屏100的另一端或中部出现拱起的现象。
第二支撑件22为平板状,第二支撑件22可以与第一边框4211一体成型,以便于加工制备及装配。第二支撑件22的中部设置有镂空区221,以减小重量及占用空间,可以在第二支撑件22的镂空区221设置其他结构或者电子元气件。镂空区221的面积可以为第二支撑件22整体面积的3/4以上,以尽可能充分利用第二支撑件22处的空间区域。
第二背壳422与滑动板24固定连接,第二支撑件22滑动设置在第二背壳422与滑动板24之间,柔性显示屏100的一端与滑动板24固定连接,使得第二背壳422、滑动板24及柔性显示屏100的一端三者相对固定设置,当用手捏住可弯曲终端的滑动板24所在的一端时,上侧的手指按压住柔性显示屏100的上表面,下侧的手指按压住第二背壳422的下表面,由于柔性显示屏100相对第二背壳422固定,不会影响柔性显示屏100及滑动板24相对第二支撑件22的滑动,从而不会影响可弯曲终端的折叠及展开,亦不会造成柔性显示屏的损伤。
中框模组的两个第二边框4212固定连接于滑动板24,两个第二边框4212可以随滑动板24进行滑动,仅通过第一边框4211阻挡外力作用于滑动板24。由于第二边框4212的长度方向平行于滑动板24的滑动方向,外力作用于第二边框4212时,亦较难以使得滑动板24进行滑动。其中,第一边框与二第二边框共同组成中框模组的外轮廓。
第二边框4212突出于滑动板24朝向第二支撑件22的板面,第二边框4212与第二背壳422相抵接,利用第二边框4212可以将柔性显示屏100与第二背壳422的边缘处封闭,第二支撑件22位于两个第二边框4212之间,以利于可弯曲终端的密封。第二前壳423与滑动板24固定连接,使得第二前壳423可以随滑动板24及柔性显示屏100进行移动,从而可以避免仅柔性显示屏100随滑动板24移动后柔性显示屏100的端部与第二前壳423之间形成间隙,同时利用第二前壳423可以对柔性显示屏100的端部形成保护作用。当用户的手指按压在第二前壳423与柔性显示屏100的端部之间时,也不会对柔性显示屏100的移动造成影响。第二前壳423同时与第二背壳422固定设置,使得用户捏住第二前壳423与第二背壳422时,亦不会对柔性显示屏100的移动造成影响。第二前壳423、滑动板24及两个第二边框4212可以一体成型,形成一个整体的部件,以方便加工制备,且利于装配连接。
第二前壳423与第二背壳422通过连接件连接。本实施例中,连接件为卡扣结构43,以方便装配且可以提高连接强度。更具体地,卡扣结构43包括卡勾431及卡槽432,卡勾431固定设置在第二背壳422上,卡槽432固定设置在第二前壳423上,通过卡勾431与卡槽432的配合,实现第二前壳423与第二背壳422的固定连接。卡扣结构43可以为多个,沿第一边框4211的长度方向排布,以进一步提高第二前壳423与第二背壳422的连接强度。此处,在其他实施中,也可以是,卡勾431固定设置在第二前壳423上,相应卡槽432固定设置在第二背壳422上。或者,第二前壳423与第二背壳422也可通过其他的方式固定连接,如粘贴、焊接、螺锁、磁吸等方式。
第二支撑件22上开设有开槽。本实施例中,开槽为卡扣槽222,卡扣结构43位于卡扣槽222中,且在滑动板24的滑动方向上,卡扣槽222的尺寸(或长度)大于卡扣结构43的尺寸(或长度),使得卡扣结构43可以在卡扣槽222中滑动,以避免第二支撑件22对第二背壳422与第二前壳423之间的连接及滑动造成影响。
第二支撑件22与滑动板24之间还设有弹簧。弹簧产生的弹力平行于第二支撑件22相对滑动板24的滑动方向。通过设置弹簧,可以使得将柔性显示屏100从弯曲变成展开状态时第二支撑件22自动回弹至初始状态。
第二背壳422上设置有连接凸起4221,连接凸起4221朝向滑动板24突出,连接凸起4221位于第二边框的内表面处,且连接凸起4221与第二边框4212通过螺钉固定连接,使得第二边框4212与第二背壳422固定连接。连接凸起4221可以为多个,沿第二边框4212的长度方向排布,以提高第二背壳422与第二边框4212之间的连接强度。
可弯曲终端在设置有滑动板24的一端处,通过上述滑动板24、第二支撑板22、第一边框4211、第二背壳422等部件之间的结构配合,可以避免可弯曲终端在该端受到外力时柔性显示屏100拱起,且在使用者手捏住该端时,不会影响可弯曲终端的弯曲及展开。
第二支撑件22的末端位于滑动板24的末端与第二背壳422的末端之间,第二支撑件22的末端靠近滑动板24的末端和第二背壳422的末端。中框模组展开时,第二支撑件22的末端内陷或齐平于滑动板24的末端与第二背壳422的末端。此处,第二支撑件22的末端、滑动板24的末端与第二背壳422的末是指,第二支撑件22、滑动板24与第二背壳422的末端三者远离可弯曲终端弯曲中心的端部。中框模组弯曲时,第二支撑件22的末端凸出于滑动板24的末端与第二背壳422的末端。由此,通过展开时的齐平或内凹设计,可以使得可弯曲终端的末端在受到外力撞击时不会作用于第二支撑件22的末端,或者可以减少受到外力撞击时作用于第二支撑件22末端的力度,使得柔性显示屏100不会发生拱起的现象。
可弯曲终端在设置有第一支撑件21的一端处,柔性显示屏100、支撑片23的固定片231、第一支撑件21、第三边框4213及第一背壳412固定连接,形成一个整体,具体可参见前述实施例。比如,另一支撑件(即第一支撑件)固定于支撑片的相对另一端。在端部的第三边框4213受到外力时,会整体朝内滑动时,从而不会造成柔性显示屏在此位置处出现拱起。
本实施例未示出或提及的其他元件,均与前述各实施例的相同,可参见前述各实施例。
本实施例中所使用的柔性显示屏也可以采用其他类型的柔性屏代替,如柔性触摸屏,柔性发光屏等。
可以理解地,本发明实施例所称各转轴之间相对的旋转角度是指在三维空间内一根转轴相对于另一根转轴的旋转角度,不包含转轴绕其中心线的本身自转角度。
本发明提供的框架模组,相比于现有电子装置的结构件,具有不同的形态,即形态更加多样化,可满足更多的需求。
本发明提供的可弯曲机构,相比于现有电子装置的结构件,具有不同的形态,即形态更加多样化,可满足更多的需求。
本发明提供的联动铰链,相比于现有电子装置的结构件,具有不同的形态,即形态更加多样化,可满足更多的需求。
本发明提供的角度传递机构,相比于现有电子装置的结构件,具有不同的形态,即形态更加多样化,可满足更多的需求。
本发明提供的角度放大机构,相比于现有电子装置的结构件,具有不同的形态,即形态更加多样化,可满足更多的需求。
本发明提供的屏幕支撑结构,相比于现有电子装置的结构件,具有不同的形态,即形态更加多样化,可满足更多的需求。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种可弯曲显示模组,其特征在于,包括柔性显示屏及支撑组件,
    所述支撑组件包括支撑片及可相对于所述支撑片滑动的滑动板;
    所述柔性显示屏的相对两端分别固定于所述支撑片及所述滑动板。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可弯曲显示模组,其特征在于,所述柔性显示屏包括位于相对两端之间的可弯曲部,所述支撑片包括与所述可弯曲部对应的可弯曲片。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可弯曲显示模组,其特征在于,所述柔性显示屏的所述可弯曲部与所述支撑片的所述可弯曲片之间滑动接触。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的可弯曲显示模组,其特征在于,所述支撑组件还包括第一支撑件及第二支撑件;所述支撑片包括与可弯曲片连接的固定片,所述固定片固定于所述第一支撑件上,所述滑动板滑动连接于所述第二支撑件上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可弯曲显示模组,其特征在于,所述可弯曲片远离所述固定片的一端固定于所述第二支撑件上。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的可弯曲显示模组,其特征在于,所述可弯曲片远离所述固定片的一端与滑动板之间的距离可变。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的可弯曲显示模组,其特征在于,所述可弯曲片远离所述固定片的一端朝向所述第二支撑件弯折形成连接部,所述支撑组件还包括贴合于所述连接部上的压块。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的可弯曲显示模组,其特征在于,当所述柔性显示屏处于展开状态下时,所述压块朝向所述柔性显示屏的表面与所述固定片朝向所述柔性显示屏的表面齐平。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的可弯曲显示模组,其特征在于,所述压块上设置有压孔;所述连接部上设置有固定孔,所述第二支撑件上形成凸起,所述凸起穿设所述固定孔及压孔,所述连接部固定在所述第二支撑件与所述压块之间。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的可弯曲显示模组,其特征在于,所述第二支撑件上设置有凹槽,所述凸起设置在所述凹槽内,所述压块及所述连接部均位于凹槽中。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的可弯曲显示模组,其特征在于,所述滑动板滑动设置于所述凹槽中,所述滑动板与所述压块朝向所述柔性显示屏的表面平齐。
  12. 根据权利要求4所述的可弯曲显示模组,其特征在于,所述可弯曲显示模组还包括与所述滑动板连接的弹性件,所述弹性件用于提供弹力使得所述滑动板朝远离所述第一支撑件的方向移动。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的可弯曲显示模组,其特征在于,所述弹性件连接于所述滑动板与所述第二支撑件之间。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的可弯曲显示模组,其特征在于,所述滑动板上设置有凸块,所述第二支撑件上设置有过孔,所述凸块滑动穿过所述过孔并凸出于第二支撑件,所述第二支撑件上远离所述滑动板的一面设置有定位块,所述弹性件为压簧,且设置在所述凸块与所述定位块之间。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的可弯曲显示模组,其特征在于,所述滑动板上固定有导向凸起,所述第二支撑件上设置有导向孔,所述导向凸起滑动设置于所述导向孔中。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的可弯曲显示模组,其特征在于,当所述柔性显示屏弯曲时,所述滑动板朝向所述支撑片滑动。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的可弯曲显示模组,其特征在于,所述柔性显示屏弯曲时,所述第一支撑件与所述第二支撑件相向滑动。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的可弯曲显示模组,其特征在于,所述柔性显示屏弯曲时,所述第一支撑件相对所述第二支撑件滑动的距离大于滑动板相对支撑片滑动的距离。
  19. 一种可弯曲终端,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-18任一项所述的可弯曲显示模组。
