그루밍 마사지 장갑
본 발명은 반려동물의 마사지나 그루밍을 위해 사용되는 장갑 형태의 브러시에 관한 것으로, 손등과 손가락을 최대한 노출시킨 장갑 형태로 형성되어 사용자의 사용이 용이하며, 반려동물과의 피부 접촉을 늘려 사용시 반려동물의 거부감을 낮추며 사용할 수 있는 그루밍 마사지 장갑에 관한 것이다.
개와 고양이와 같이 털을 가지는 반려동물은 주기적으로 털을 빗겨주어야 털갈이에 의해 날리는 털의 양을 줄일 수 있으며, 털의 광택이 사라지는 것을 예방할 수 있고, 털과 피부로부터 나오는 피지나 죽은 털을 제거하여 건강한 피부를 만들 수 있다. 또한, 반려동물에게 빗질과 마사지를 해주는 것은 보호자와 반려동물 간의 유대감을 형성할 수 있는 중요한 행동이기 때문에, 보호자들은 브러시를 이용하여 반려동물에게 빗질을 하거나, 손을 이용하여 마사지를 한다.
일반적으로 사용하는 반려동물용 브러시는, 금속, 플라스틱 등의 다양한 재질로 형성되는 빗의 형태로, 슬리커 브러시, 핀 브러시, 일자빗, 브리슬 브러시, 고무 브러시 등과 같이 다양한 종류의 브러시 중에 보호자의 편의에 따라 선택하여 사용되는 경우가 많다. 그러나, 이러한 빗 형태의 브러시는 일반적으로 딱딱한 재질로 생성되기 때문에 다수의 반려동물들은 거부감을 가지며, 보호자가 빗질을 해주려할 때 반려동물이 도망가는 등 어려움이 발생된다.
이에, 부드러운 재질로 형성되어 보호자가 손에 착용하는 것으로 사용할 수 있는 장갑 형태의 브러시가 개발되었으나, 일반적인 장갑 형태의 브러시는 장갑의 사이즈가 일반화 되어있기 때문에 사용자의 손 크기에 따라 장잡의 밀착감이 적거나, 또는 너무 작은 사이즈에 의해 사용자의 착용감이 불편할 수 있으며, 따라서 보다 세밀한 그루밍 및 마사지의 동작을 수행할 수 없다는 어려움이 있다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 안출된 것으로서 본 발명의 목적은, 손등과 손가락을 최대로 노출한 장갑의 형태로, 반려동물과의 피부 접촉을 늘려 반려동물의 거부감을 감소시키며 교감은 극대화 시킬 수 있고, 다양한 사용자의 손 크기에 대응되며 착용할 수 있어 사용자에게 편리한 그립감을 제공할 수 있으며, 다수의 돌기로 세밀한 동작을 수행할 수 있어, 최대의 브러시 및 그루밍의 효과를 얻을 수 있는 그루밍 마사지 장갑을 제공함에 있다.
본 발명의 그루밍 마사지 장갑은 일평면으로 형성되어, 일면이 손바닥과 접하고 타면에 복수의 돌기가 형성되는 손바닥 본체부; 상기 손바닥 본체부의 가장자리 중 어느 일측에서 엄지 손가락 방향으로 연장 형성되며, 일면이 엄지 손가락과 접하고 타면에 복수의 돌기가 형성되는 엄지 본체부; 상기 손바닥 본체부의 일면에서 돌출 형성되어, 손가락 중 어느 하나 이상이 끼워져 상기 손가락 본체부와 손바닥을 고정하는 고리부; 및 길이 조절 가능하게 상기 엄지 본체부에서 연장 형성되어, 엄지 손가락이 끼워져 고정되는 엄지 고정부;를 포함한다.
이때, 상기 엄지 고정부는, 상기 엄지 본체부에서 연장 방향과 수직한 방향으로 양단에 각각 형성되되, 일측에는 복수의 돌출 기둥이 배치되는 제1 엄지 고정부 및 타측에는 상기 돌출 기둥과 끼움 되는 복수의 함몰 구멍이 배치되는 제2 엄지 고정부를 포함하고, 상기 제1 엄지 고정부와 상기 제2 엄지 고정부가 엄지손가락을 감싸며 서로 끼움 되어 체결되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 그루밍 마사지 장갑은, 상기 손바닥 본체부 및 엄지 본체부 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상의 부분에 지지되며 연장 형성되어, 손등을 감싸며 상기 손바닥 본체부를 고정하는 손바닥 고정부;를 더 포함하고, 상기 손바닥 고정부는 크기 조절 가능하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이때, 상기 손바닥 고정부는, 상기 손바닥 본체부에서 새끼 손가락 방향으로 연장 형성되고, 연장방향을 따라 복수의 돌출 기둥이 배치되는 제1 손바닥 고정부 및 상기 엄지 본체부에서 일측으로 연장 형성되고, 연장방향을 따라 복수의 함몰 구멍이 배치되는 제2 손바닥 고정부를 포함하고, 상기 제1 손바닥 고정부와 상기 제2 손바닥 고정부가 끼움 결합 하는 것으로 손에 상기 그루밍 마사지 장갑이 고정되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이때, 상기 손바닥 고정부는, 상기 제2 손바닥 고정부의 길이가, 상기 제1 손바닥 고정부의 길이보다 길게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이때, 상기 손바닥 고정부는, 상기 제1 손바닥 고정부의 일측에 소정 면적으로 통공 형성된 버클부를 더 포함하며, 상기 버클부의 통공으로 상기 제2 손바닥 고정부가 끼움 되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 엄지 본체부는, 엄지 손가락 관절 측에 소정 면적으로 통공되는 엄지 관절부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 손바닥 본체부는, 타면에서 소정 면적으로 소정 높이를 가지며 형성되는 적어도 하나 이상의 손바닥 관절부를 포함하고, 상기 손바닥 본체부의 돌기는, 상기 손바닥 관절부의 돌기와 서로 다른 크기로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
더불어, 상기 엄지 본체부의 돌기는, 상기 손바닥 본체부의 돌기와 서로 다른 크기로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 그루밍 마사지 장갑.
또한, 상기 고리부는, 상기 손바닥 본체부의 일면에서 소정 길이를 가지며 수직 방향으로 돌출 형성되되, 최상단 부분의 지름이 길이 부분의 지름보다 크게 형성되어, 상기 최상단 부분이 손가락 사이에 걸림 되는 형태인 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기와 같은 구성에 의한 본 발명의 그루밍 마사지 장갑은 마사지와 그루밍을 동시에 수행할 수 있는 것으로, 인체공학적 설계로 뛰어난 그립감과 사용자의 착용 밀착력을 향상시켜 사용자의 사용 편의성을 증대할 수 있으며, 다양한 크기의 손에 대응되며 착용할 수 있어 실용성이 높고, 손가락과 손등을 최대로 노출시킨 디자인을 통해 반려동물과의 피부 접촉 면적을 높여 그루밍 및 마사지 동작에 있어 반려동물의 거부감은 줄이고 교감의 효과는 극대화할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

도 1 및 2를 참고하여 설명하면, 본 발명은 그루밍 마사지 장갑(10)으로, 일평면으로 형성되어, 일면이 손바닥과 접하고 타면에 복수의 돌기(110)가 형성되는 손바닥 본체부(100), 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)의 가장자리 중 어느 일측에서 엄지 손가락 방향으로 연장 형성되며, 일면이 엄지 손가락과 접하고 타면에 복수의 돌기(210)가 형성되는 엄지 본체부(200), 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)의 일면에서 소정 길이를 가지며 수직 방향으로 돌출 형성되되, 최상단 부분의 지름이 길이 부분의 지름보다 크게 형성되어, 상기 최상단 부분이 손가락 사이에 걸림 되는 고리부(300) 및 상기 엄지 본체부(200)에서 연장 형성되어, 엄지 손가락이 끼워져 고정되는 엄지 고정부(400)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 그루밍 마사지 장갑(10)은, 손가락과 손등이 노출되며 사용자의 손에 최소한의 면적으로 착용되도록 형성되어서, 복수의 돌기(110, 210)를 이용하여 마사지 및 그루밍을 수행하는 동시에, 사용자의 피부와 반려동물의 피부가 접촉하도록 하여, 반려동물과 보호자의 교감을 극대화할 수 있는 효과를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 손가락과 손등이 오픈되는 손가락 거치형으로 형성되어, 다양한 사이즈 손에 대응될 수 있기 때문에 착용하는 사용자의 그립감을 향상시키는 동시에 반려동물의 거부감은 감소시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 1 내지 4를 참고하여 설명하면, 손바닥 본체부(100)는 사용자의 손바닥 면에 위치되어, 보다 넓은 면적에 형성된 돌기(110)를 이용해 반려동물에게 그루밍과 마사지할 수 있는 것으로, 일면이 손바닥과 접하며, 타면에 복수의 돌기(110)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)는 일평면으로 형성되며, 일평면은 일반적인 사용자의 손바닥 크기 이하의 정도로 형성될 수 있고, 삼각형, 사각형, 다각형, 원형 등의 다양한 형태로 형성될 수 있으며, 본 발명의 일실시예로 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)는 사용자의 편의성을 위해 엄지손가락 뼈 부분을 감싸지 않으면서 손바닥 면에 접할 수 있는 쉼표 형태로 형성될 수 있다. 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)는, 부드러운 움직임을 구현하면서 반려동물과 접촉시 거부감을 줄이기 위해 고무, 실리콘 등과 같은 성분이 적어도 하나 이상 포함된 부드러운 재질로 형성되는 것이 바람직하며, 본 발명의 일례로 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)는 TPE로 형성될 수 있다.
도 1 및 3을 참고하면, 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)는 사용자의 손의 움직임에 따라 굽혀지며 사용될 수 있도록, 상기 돌기(110)가 형성된 타면에, 소정 면적으로 소정 높이를 가지며 형성되는 적어도 하나 이상의 손바닥 관절부(120)를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)는 반려동물과의 교감을 높이기 위해 전체적으로 얇은 두께(예를 들면, a(a>0)의 두께)로 형성될 수 있는데, 상기 손바닥 관절부(120)의 부분은 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)의 두께 보다 두꺼운 두께가 되도록 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)의 타면에서 소정 두께(예를 들면, b(b>a)의 두께)를 가지며 돌출 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 이는, 전체적으로 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)가 얇게 형성이 될 경우 상기 돌기(110)가 지지할 수 있는 힘이 약해 그루밍 및 마사지의 효과가 약화되고, 또한 전체적으로 두껍게 만들 경우 움직임이 둔탁해지기 때문에, 손의 움직임에 따라 움직임이 많은 부분에 상기 손바닥 관절부(120)가 형성되어 두께를 보강함으로써 상기 손바닥 관절부(120)가 형성된 부분의 돌기(110)가 보다 강한 지지력을 가지도록 하여, 사용자에게 움직임의 편의성을 주며 뛰어난 그립감을 제공하고, 반려동물에게는 향상된 그루밍 및 마사지의 효과를 제공할 수 있다.
상기 손바닥 관절부(120)는 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)에서 적어도 하나 이상으로 형성되는데, 부드러운 움직임을 위해 상기 손바닥 관절부(120)의 가장자리에서 소정 이격된 내측 부분에 형성될 수 있고, 상기 손바닥 관절부(120)는 사용자의 손바닥 근육에 따라 형성될 수 있다. 본 발명의 일실시예로 도 4를 참고하여 설명하면, 상기 손바닥 관절부(120)는 일반적인 손금의 형태에 따른 4개의 손바닥 관절부(120)가 형성될 수 있다. 보다 상세히 설명하면, 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)에서 고리부(300)가 형성되어 손바닥과 손가락이 연결되는 부분에 위치되는 부분을 상측이라 하고, 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)에서 팔목 쪽에 위치되는 부분을 하측이라 하면, 상기 손바닥 관절부(120)는 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)의 상측에서 좌우방향으로 길이를 가지며 소정 면적으로 형성되는 제1 손바닥 관절부(121)와, 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)의 중앙측에서 좌우방향으로 길이를 가지되, 상기 제1 손바닥 관절부(121) 보다 넓은 면적으로 형성되는 제2 손바닥 관절부(122) 및, 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)의 하측에서 좌우방향에 각각 위치하는 한 쌍으로 형성되는 제3 손바닥 관절부(123)가 형성될 수 있다. 이는, 일반적으로 사용자의 손바닥에 형성된 손금에서 좌우로 가로지르며 형성되는 손금의 형태와, 엄지 손가락을 움직이는 근육을 따라 형성된 것으로, 손의 움직임에 따라 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)가 용이하게 움직이며 또한 적정 두께를 가지도록 하여 상기 돌기(110)를 효과적으로 사용할 수 있게 하는 효과가 있다.

도 1 내지 4를 참고하여 설명하면, 엄지 본체부(200)는, 사용자의 엄지 손가락에 위치되어, 보다 좁은 면적으로 반려동물의 세밀한 부분까지 용이하게 마사지 및 그루밍을 수행할 수 있는 것으로, 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)의 가장자리 중 어느 일측에서 엄지 손가락 방향으로 연장되며 형성되며, 일면이 엄지 손가락과 접하고 타면에 복수의 돌기(110)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 엄지 본체부(200)는 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)로부터 연장되는 부분과 엄지 손가락이 지지되는 부분을 포함하는 것이면 형태 상관없이 형성될 수 있다. 엄지 손가락과 접하며 지지하는 부분을 지지부(200a)라 하면, 상기 지지부(200a)는 엄지 손가락의 일부 이상을 지지할 수 있는 소정 면적으로 형성될 수 있으며, 손바닥 본체부(100)와 연결되는 부분을 연결부(200b)라 하면, 상기 연결부(200b)는 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)와 상기 지지부(200a)가 연결될 수 있는 정도의 면적을 가지며 형성되는 것이면 크기 및 형태 제한 없이 형성될 수 있다. 상기 엄지 본체부(200)는, 부드러운 움직임을 구현하면서 반려동물과 접촉시 거부감을 줄이기 위해 고무, 실리콘 등과 같은 성분이 적어도 하나 이상 포함된 부드러운 재질로 형성되는 것이 바람직하며, 본 발명의 일례로 상기 엄지 본체부(200)는 TPE로 형성될 수 있다.
본 발명의 일실시예를 들어 도 1 및 2를 참고하여 보다 상세히 설명하면, 상기 엄지 본체부(200)의 지지부(200a)는 상기 엄지 본체부(200)의 연장 방향과 수직한 방향으로의 길이를 가지는 소정 평면으로 형성될 수 있고, 엄지손가락의 좌우측 일부를 감쌀 수 있는 면적인 것이 바람직하다. 또한 상기 엄지 본체부(200)의 연결부(200b)는, 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)가 쉼표 형태로 형성될 때, 쉼표의 꼬리 부분이 상기 지지부(200a)와 최소한의 면적으로 연결되는 형태로 형성될 수 있고, 연결부(200b)와 접하는 손바닥 본체부(100) 측의 면적이 보다 넓고, 길이 부분으로 갈수록 얇게 형성되며 다시 지지부(200a) 측으로 갈수록 면적이 넓어지는 형태로 형성될 수 있다. 이에, 상기 엄지 본체부(200)가 최소한의 면적으로 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)와 연결되도록 하여, 엄지 본체부(200)가 보다 자유롭게 움직일 수 있어 사용자에게 편의성을 제공할 수 있다.
도 1 및 2를 참고하여 설명하면, 상기 엄지 본체부(200)는 사용자의 엄지 손가락의 움직임에 편의성을 제공하기 위해 엄지 손가락의 관절이 위치되는 부분에서, 소정 면적으로 통공 형성되는 엄지 관절부(220)를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 엄지 관절부(220)는, 상기 엄지 본체부(200)의 지지부(200a)에 형성되는 것이 바람직하며, 통공의 형태는 원형, 직사각형, 사각형 등으로 자유롭게 형성될 수 있으나, 본 발명의 일실시예로 상기 엄지 관절부(220)는 엄지 손가락의 움직임 효율을 최대로 하기 위해 반원 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 엄지 관절부(220)는, 상기 지지부(200a)가 엄지 손가락의 일부만 지지할 경우, 지지부(200a) 중 관절과 접하는 어느 한 위치에만 형성될 수 있고, 상기 지지부(200a)가 엄지 손가락을 감싸도록 형성되는 경우, 지지부(200a) 중 손등 측의 엄지 손가락과 손바닥 측의 엄지 손가락의 관절에 각각 접하는 위치에서 형성되도록 한 쌍으로 형성될 수 있다. 이때 한 쌍으로 형성되는 경우, 상기 엄지 본체부(200)는 상기 지지부(200a)의 길이 방향을 따라 배치될 수 있다.
도 1, 3 및 4를 참고하여 설명하면, 상기 엄지 본체부(200)는 타면에 수직한 방향으로 돌출 형성되는 복수의 돌기(210)를 포함하고 있으며, 엄지 손가락이 지지되는 지지부(200a)의 면적에 상기 돌기(210)가 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 엄지 본체부(200)의 돌기(210)는, 엄지 손가락을 이용하여 보다 좁은 면적을 마사지 및 그루밍하기 위한 것으로, 보다 세밀한 부분에 사용되기 위해, 상기 엄지 본체부(200)의 돌기(210)는 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)의 돌기(210)보다 크기가 작고, 이격된 간격이 좁게 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 상기 엄지 본체부(200)의 돌기(210)는, 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)의 돌기(210)와 마찬가지로, 일정 길이를 가지며 형성되되, 효과적인 그루밍 및 마사지 효과를 제공하기 위해 적절한 지지력을 가지도록 기둥이나 뿔의 형태로 형성될 수 있고, 상기 돌기(210)는 브러시의 효과를 높이기 위해 상기 돌기(210)는 하나의 돌기(210)가 끝단이 여러 갈래로 갈라진 형태로 형성될 수 있으며, 본 발명의 일실시예로 상기 돌기(210)는 삼각기둥의 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 돌기(210)는 상기 엄지 본체부(200)에서 엄지 관절부(220)를 제외한 면적에 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
도 2를 참고하여 설명하면, 상기 엄지 본체부(200)는 사용자의 엄지와 접촉되는 일면에 복수의 엠보 도트(230)가 형성될 수 있다. 상기 엠보 도트(230)는 엄지에 지지되는 면과의 마찰력을 높여 엄지 손가락이 상기 엄지 본체부(200)로부터 미끄러지는 것을 방지하기 위한 것이며, 상기 엠보 도트(230)는 소정의 면적으로 일측을 향해 소정 높이 돌출되는 형태로 상기 엄지 본체부(200)의 지지부(200a)의 일면에 전체적으로 형성될 수 있고, 이에 상기 엄지 본체부(200)가 사용자의 엄지에서 미끄러짐을 방지하며 안정된 착용감을 제공할 수 있다.
도 2 및 5를 참고하여 설명하면, 고리부(300)는 상기 그루밍 마사지 장갑(10)을 사용하기 위해 손바닥과 연결하기 위한 것으로, 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)의 일면에서 돌출 형성되어, 손가락 중 어느 하나 이상이 끼워져 상기 손가락 본체부와 손바닥을 고정하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 고리부(300)는, 반지 형태로 형성되어 사용자의 손가락 중 어느 하나 이상이 끼움 되는 형태일 수 있으며, 상기 고리부(300)는 길이 조정 가능하게 형성될 수 있다. 본 발명의 일실시예로, 상기 고리부(300)는 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)의 일면에서 수직 방향으로 돌출 형성 되어 사용자의 손가락 사이에 끼움 되는 형태로 형성되며, 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)에서 사용자의 검지와 중지 사이에 끼움 될 수 있는 위치에 형성되어, 손가락의 등쪽에서 걸림 될 수 있도록 소정 길이를 가지며 돌출 형성 되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 고리부(300)는 손가락 사이에 걸림 되기 위해, 최상단 부분의 지름이 길이 부분보다 지름이 넓게 형성되어, 최상단 부분의 타면이 사용자의 검지 및 중지 손가락의 등부분과 접촉되며 걸림 되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 길이 부분은 손가락 사이에서 안정감 있게 끼움 되기 위해 검지 및 중지가 접하는 좌우방향으로 납작한 형태일 수 있다.
엄지 고정부(400)는, 상기 엄지 본체부(200)를 손과 고정하기 위한 것으로, 길이 조절 가능한 형태로 상기 엄지 본체부(200)에서 연장 형성되어, 엄지 손가락이 상기 엄지 고정부(400)에 끼워지는 것으로 상기 엄지 본체부(200)와 엄지 손가락을 고정하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 엄지 고정부(400)는 상기 엄지 본체부(200)의 일면에서 수직한 방향으로 돌출 형성되는 형태일 수 있으며, 탄성력이 있는 반지 형태나, 접착부를 포함하는 끈의 형태로 엄지 손가락을 끼워 고정하도록 형성될 수 있다. 상기 엄지 고정부(400)를 통해, 다양한 손 사이즈에 대응되며 밀착력 있게 착용할 수 있어, 사용자에게 편리한 그립감과 안정적인 사용감을 제공할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
본 발명의 일실시예로, 도 1, 2 및 4를 참고하면, 상기 엄지 고정부(400)는 상기 엄지 본체부(200)의 길이방향인, 즉 상기 엄지 본체부(200)의 연장방향과 수직한 방향으로의 좌우측에 각각 형성되는 체결 수단에 의해서, 상기 체결 수단이 엄지 손가락을 감싸며 체결하는 것으로 엄지 손가락이 고정되는 스트랩 형태인 것을 특징으로 한다. 도 5 내지 7을 참고로 보다 상세히 설명하면, 상기 엄지 고정부(400)는, 상기 엄지 본체부(200)의 좌우측 중에 어느 일측에 복수의 돌출 기둥(411)이 배치된 제1 엄지 고정부(410)와, 다른 타측에 복수의 함몰 구멍(421)이 배치되는 제2 엄지 고정부(420)의 형태로 형성될 수 있으며, 상기 제1 엄지 고정부(410)의 돌출 기둥(411)이 상기 제2 엄지 고정부(420)의 함몰 구멍(421)에 끼움 되는 형태로 서로 체결되어 엄지 손가락을 고정하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이때, 복수의 상기 돌출 기둥(411) 및 함몰 구멍(421)은, 사용자의 엄지 손가락의 크기에 따라서 면적을 결정할 수 있도록, 상기 엄지 본체부(200)의 좌우방향인 즉, 길이 방향으로 배치되어서, 서로 멀리 떨어진 기둥과 구멍을 체결하면 면적이 커지고, 서로 가까운 기둥과 구멍을 체결할수록 면적이 작아지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 제1 엄지 고정부(410)의 돌출 기둥(411)은 상기 엄지 본체부(200)의 타면에서 수직한 방향으로 돌출되는 기둥의 형태일 수 있으며, 최상단의 지름이 길이의 지름보다 큰 T자 형태로 형성되어, 상기 함몰 구멍(421)에 끼움 될 때 최상단의 부분이 상기 함몰 구멍(421)의 상측에 걸림 되어 고정력을 향상시키도록 구성될 수 있다. 상기 제2 엄지 고정부(420)의 함몰 구멍(421)은 상기 돌출 기둥(411)의 길이 부분의 지름과 대응되는 크기로 형성되는 것이 바람직하고, 상기 함몰 구멍(421)의 둘레 측의 두께를 다른 부분의 두께보다 조금 두껍게 형성시킴으로써, 상기 돌출 기둥(411)을 상기 함몰 구멍(421)에 끼울 때의 힘을 지지할 수 있도록 형성할 수 있다. 또한 상기 제2 엄지 고정부(420) 및 제1 엄지 고정부(410)가 체결력을 향상시키기 위해, 둘 중 어느 하나의 면이 다른 하나의 면에 끼움 될 수 있도록 소정 두께로 함몰된 형태로 형성될 수 있다.
손바닥 고정부(500)는 상기 그루밍 마사지 장갑(10) 전체를 보다 안정적으로 손과 고정하기 위한 것으로, 길이 조절 가능한 형태로 형성되어, 상기 손바닥 본체부(100) 및 엄지 본체부(200) 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상의 부분에서 지지되며 연장 형성되어, 손등을 감싸며 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)를 고정하도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 손바닥 고정부(500)는 탄성이 있는 재질로 형성되어, 양 측이 모두 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)에서부터 연장 형성되거나, 또는 일측은 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)에서 연장 형성되고, 타측은 상기 엄지 본체부(200)에서 연장 형성되는 반지 형태로 형성되어, 상기 손바닥 고정부(500)에 사용자의 손을 넣고, 손등을 감싸게 함으로써 상기 그루밍 마사지 장갑(10)을 손에 안정적으로 고정시켜, 사용자에게 편안한 착용감을 제공할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일실시예로, 도 1, 2 및 4를 참고하면, 상기 손바닥 고정부(500)는 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)에서 새끼 손가락 방향으로 길이를 가지며 연장 형성되고, 연장 방향을 따라 복수의 돌출 기둥(511)이 배치되는 제1 손바닥 고정부(510)와, 상기 엄지 본체부(200)에서 일측으로 길이를 가지며 연장 형성되고, 연장 방향을 따라 복수의 함몰 구멍(521)이 배치되는 제2 손바닥 고정부(520)를 포함하며, 상기 제1 손바닥 고정부(510)의 돌출 기둥(511)이 상기 제2 손바닥 고정부(520)의 함몰 구멍(521)에 끼움 결합 하는 것으로 손등에 체결되는 스트랩 형태인 것을 특징으로 한다. 도 5 내지 7을 참고로 보다 상세히 설명하면, 상기 제2 손바닥 고정부(520)는 상기 엄지 본체부(200)에서 제1 손바닥 고정부(510)가 형성된 측에서 사선 방향으로 연장 형성되어, 상기 제2 손바닥 고정부(520)가 손등 측에서 엄지 손가락과 검지 손가락 사이를 가로지르며 위치할 수 있고, 새끼 손가락 방향으로 연장 형성된 상기 제1 손바닥 고정부(510)가 손날을 감싸며 손등으로 위치하며, 상기 함몰 구멍(521)에 상기 돌출 구멍을 끼우는 것으로 체결되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이때, 길이 조절을 용이하게 하기 위해 상기 제2 손바닥 고정부(520)의 길이가 상기 제1 손바닥 고정부(510)의 길이보다 길게 형성되고, 상기 함몰 구멍(521)의 개수가 상기 돌출 기둥(511)의 개수보다 많게 형성되어, 손 크기에 따라 함몰 구멍(521)의 위치를 조절하는 것으로 크기를 조절할 수 있다.
도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 제1 손바닥 고정부(510)의 돌출 기둥(511)은 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)의 타면에서 수직한 방향으로 돌출되는 기둥의 형태일 수 있으며, 최상단의 지름이 길이의 지름보다 큰 T자 형태로 형성되어, 상기 함몰 구멍(521)에 끼움 될 때 최상단의 부분이 상기 함몰 구멍(521)의 상측에 걸림 되어 고정력을 향상시키도록 구성될 수 있다. 상기 제2 손바닥 고정부(520)의 함몰 구멍(521)은 상기 돌출 기둥(511)의 길이 부분의 지름과 대응되는 크기로 형성되는 것이 바람직하고, 상기 함몰 구멍(521)의 둘레 측의 두께를 다른 부분의 두께보다 조금 두껍게 형성시킴으로써, 상기 돌출 기둥(511)을 상기 함몰 구멍(521)에 끼울 때의 힘을 지지할 수 있도록 형성할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 손바닥 고정부(500)는, 도 1 및 4를 참고하면, 상기 제1 손바닥 고정부(510)의 일측에 소정 면적으로 통공 형성되는 버클부(512)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 상기 버클부(512)는 상기 제1 손바닥 고정부(510) 보다 길게 형성되는 상기 제2 손바닥 고정부(520)를 깔끔하게 정리하기 위한 장치로, 도 5 및 7에 도시된 바와 같이, 통공의 크기가 상기 제2 손바닥 고정부(520)의 너비 및 두께와 대응되게 형성되어, 상기 버클부(512)로 상기 제2 손바닥 고정부(520)가 삽입될 수 있도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 버클부(512)는 상기 제1 손바닥 고정부(510) 중에서 상기 손바닥 본체부(100)와 가까운 측에 형성되는 것이 바람직하며, 이에 손의 크기가 작아 고정되지 않은 제2 손바닥 고정부(520)의 길이가 많이 남는 경우, 상기 버클부(512)에 삽입시킴으로써 깔끔하게 정리하면서 상기 제1 손바닥 고정부(510) 및 제2 손바닥 고정부(520)의 결합력을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
이상과 같이 본 발명에서는 구체적인 구성 소자 등과 같은 특정 사항들과 한정된 실시예 도면에 의해 설명되었으나 이는 본 발명의 보다 전반적인 이해를 돕기 위해서 제공된 것 일 뿐, 본 발명은 상기의 일 실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니며, 본 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 이러한 기재로부터 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능하다.
따라서, 본 발명의 사상은 설명된 실시예에 국한되어 정해져서는 아니 되며, 후술하는 특허 청구 범위뿐 아니라 이 특허 청구 범위와 균등하거나 등가적 변형이 있는 모든 것들은 본 발명 사상의 범주에 속한다고 할 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 일평면으로 형성되어, 일면이 손바닥과 접하고 타면에 복수의 돌기가 형성되는 손바닥 본체부;
    상기 손바닥 본체부의 가장자리 중 어느 일측에서 엄지 손가락 방향으로 연장 형성되며, 일면이 엄지 손가락과 접하고 타면에 복수의 돌기가 형성되는 엄지 본체부;
    상기 손바닥 본체부의 일면에서 돌출 형성되어, 손가락 중 어느 하나 이상이 끼워져 상기 손가락 본체부와 손바닥을 고정하는 고리부; 및
    길이 조절 가능하게 상기 엄지 본체부에서 연장 형성되어, 엄지 손가락이 끼워져 고정되는 엄지 고정부;
    를 포함하는 그루밍 마사지 장갑.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 엄지 고정부는,
    상기 엄지 본체부에서 연장 방향과 수직한 방향으로 양단에 각각 형성되되, 일측에는 복수의 돌출 기둥이 배치되는 제1 엄지 고정부 및 타측에는 상기 돌출 기둥과 끼움 되는 복수의 함몰 구멍이 배치되는 제2 엄지 고정부를 포함하고,
    상기 제1 엄지 고정부와 상기 제2 엄지 고정부가 엄지손가락을 감싸며 서로 끼움 되어 체결되는 것
    을 특징으로 하는 그루밍 마사지 장갑.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 그루밍 마사지 장갑은,
    상기 손바닥 본체부 및 엄지 본체부 중 적어도 어느 하나 이상의 부분에 지지되며 연장 형성되어, 손등을 감싸며 상기 손바닥 본체부를 고정하는 손바닥 고정부;를 더 포함하고,
    상기 손바닥 고정부는 크기 조절 가능하게 형성되는 것
    을 특징으로 하는 그루밍 마사지 장갑.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 손바닥 고정부는,
    상기 손바닥 본체부에서 새끼 손가락 방향으로 연장 형성되고, 연장방향을 따라 복수의 돌출 기둥이 배치되는 제1 손바닥 고정부 및
    상기 엄지 본체부에서 일측으로 연장 형성되고, 연장방향을 따라 복수의 함몰 구멍이 배치되는 제2 손바닥 고정부를 포함하고,
    상기 제1 손바닥 고정부와 상기 제2 손바닥 고정부가 끼움 결합 하는 것으로 손에 상기 그루밍 마사지 장갑이 고정되는 것
    을 특징으로 하는 그루밍 마사지 장갑.
  5. 제 4항에 있어서,
    상기 손바닥 고정부는,
    상기 제2 손바닥 고정부의 길이가, 상기 제1 손바닥 고정부의 길이보다 길게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 그루밍 마사지 장갑.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 손바닥 고정부는,
    상기 제1 손바닥 고정부의 일측에 소정 면적으로 통공 형성된 버클부를 더 포함하며,
    상기 버클부의 통공으로 상기 제2 손바닥 고정부가 끼움 되는 것
    을 특징으로 하는 그루밍 마사지 장갑.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 엄지 본체부는,
    엄지 손가락 관절 측에 소정 면적으로 통공되는 엄지 관절부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 그루밍 마사지 장갑.

    타면에서 소정 면적으로 소정 높이를 가지며 형성되는 적어도 하나 이상의 손바닥 관절부를 포함하고,

    을 특징으로 하는 그루밍 마사지 장갑.
