특히, 종래에는 헤어브러시의 몸체(1)와 빗살패드(2) 및 빗살(3)을 각각 성형하여 조립하였기 때문에, 구조적으로 헤어브러시의 제조 비용 및 시간이 비경제적으로 크게 상승하게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
그리고 종래의 헤어브러시는 다수개의 빗살이 소정길이로 돌출 형성되기 때문에, 구조적으로 포켓 등에 휴대하기가 불편하여 핸드백 등에 수납하여 휴대하게 된다. 그런데 이와 같이 핸드백 등에 수납하여 휴대할 경우에도 그 부피가 크기 때문에 핸드백 공간을 많이 차지하게 되고, 핸드백 내에 수납된 다른 물건이나 기타의 외력 등에 의해 빗살이 눌려져 휘거나 손상되는 문제점이 있었다. 또한 헤어브러시는 다수개의 빗살이 촘촘하게 노출 형성되어 휴대 또는 보관 중에도 빗살에 외부의 이물질이나 먼지 등이 쉽게 달라붙는 문제점이 있으며, 거울이 없는 곳에서는 머리를 정돈하기가 불편하였다.
한편, 하기 특허문헌 2의 미국 디자인공고공보 D0787196호에는 도 3a,3b에서와 같이 손잡이가 없는 몸체(5)와, 상기 몸체(5)의 하부에 결합되는 빗살판(6)과, 상기 빗살판(6)의 하부에 구비되는 다수의 빗살(7)로 이루어진 헤어브러시가 기재되어 있다.
그리고 하기 특허문헌 3의 영국 공개특허공보 2447692호에는 도 4a,4b에서와 같이 손잡이가 없는 몸체(5a)와, 상기 몸체(5a)의 일측에 결합되는 빗살판(6a)과, 상기 빗살판(6a)의 외면에 구비되는 다수의 빗살(7a)로 이루어진 헤어브러시가 기재되어 있다.
상기 특허문헌 2,3에 기재된 헤어브러시는 몸체(5)(5a)에 손잡이가 없으므로 편리하게 휴대 및 보관할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
그러나 특허문헌 2,3에 기재된 헤어브러시는 도 3b와 도 4b에서와 같이, 빗살판(6)(6a)이 단순히 판상으로 형성되었기 때문에, 구조적으로 빗살판(6)(6a)에 부드러운 탄성을 부여할 수 없으므로 머리를 빗을 때 머리에 국부적으로 힘이 작용하지 못하고, 이로 인해 결과적으로 빗살(7)(7a)이 설치된 헤어브러시를 이용하여 머리카락을 빗을 때 머리의 굴곡을 따라서 빗살판(6)(6a)이 탄력적으로 변형되지 않으므로 빗질이 잘 이루어지지 않는 문제점이 있다.
이와 같이 종래의 헤어브러시는 구조적으로 빗살판(6)(6a)에 부드러운 탄성을 부여할 수 없기 때문에, 머리카락을 부드럽고 가지런하게 다듬을 수 없는 문제점이 있으며, 빗질을 부드럽고 원활하게 수행할 수 없으므로 인하여 모발이 손상되는 문제점이 있다.
또한 종래의 헤어브러시에 있어서는 빗살판에 빗살이 끼워지는 다수의 빗살홈을 형성한 후, 상기 다수의 빗살홈에 나일론 또는 돈모로 이루어진 빗살을 각각 심어서 조립하였기 때문에, 즉 종래에는 헤어브러시의 빗살판과 빗살을 각각 성형하여 조립하였기 때문에, 구조적으로 헤어브러시의 제조 비용 및 시간이 비경제적으로 크게 상승하게 되는 문제점이 있다.
그리고 종래에는 헤어브러시의 사용중 반복되는 진동 충격 및 온도차이 등에 의해 빗살이 비살판의 빗살홈으로부터 쉽게 분리되어 제품의 수명을 단축시키는 문제점이 있다.

본 발명의 목적은 상기에서와 같은 종래의 결점을 해소하기 위해 안출한 것으로, 빗살판에 부드러운 탄성을 부여하는 나선형의 절개부를 형성하여 정발시 머리의 굴곡을 따라 빗살판이 탄력적으로 부드럽게 휘어지면서 머리카락을 부드럽고도 가지런하게 다듬을 수 있도록 하고, 또한 이를 통해 모발이 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 휴대용 헤어브러시를 제공하는데 있다.
본 발명의 다른 목적은 빗살판과 빗살을 일체형으로 사출형성하여 제조 비용 및 시간을 경제적으로 크게 절감할 수 있도록 하고, 또한 이를 통해 진동 충격 및 온도차이 등에 의해 빗살이 빗살판으로부터 분리되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 한 휴대용 헤어브러시를 제공하는데 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 몸체의 하부에 보호덮개를 분리가능하게 결합하여 휴대시 빗살을 보호할 수 있도록 한 휴대용 헤어브러시에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 또 다른 목적은 보호덮개의 저면에 거울을 설치하여 헤어브러시로 머리를 빗으면서 거울을 통해 용모를 확인할 수 있도록 한 휴대용 헤어브러시를 제공하는데 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 발명은 몸체에 하부가 개방된 만곡형의 내부공간을 형성하고, 상기 몸체의 하부에 끼워진 상태로 고정되는 빗살판에 나선형 트랙으로 이루어지는 절개부와 트랙부 및 양측으로 배치되는 핀고정홀을 형성하며, 상기 빗살판의 트랙부 하부에 다수의 빗살을 일체형으로 사출형성하고, 상기 빗살판의 핀고정홀에 분리가능하게 끼워지는 고정핀이 구비된 보호덮개를 몸체의 하부에 분리가능하게 결합한 것이다.
또한 본 발명에서 상기 보호덮개의 저면에는 머리를 빗으면서 용모를 확인할 수 있도록 거울을 설치한 것이다.
또한 본 발명에서 상기 몸체의 전면과 후면 중앙부에는 곡면으로 오목하게 요입되는 파지부를 형성한 것이다.
또한 본 발명에서 상기 빗살판의 절개부는 제1절개부와 제2절개부가 서로 엇갈리게 대응하도록 교호로 형성하고, 상기 핀고정홀은 제1절개부와 제2절개부의 선단에 각각 형성한 것이다.
또한 본 발명에서 상기 제1,2절개부는 양측 핀고정홀에서 직선으로 각각 절개되는 1차직선부와, 상기 1차직선부의 단부에서 반원형으로 각각 절개되는 1차곡선부와, 상기 1차곡선부의 단부에서 직선으로 각각 절개되는 2차직선부와, 상기 2차직선부의 단부에서 반원형으로 각각 절개되는 2차곡선부와, 상기 2차곡선부의 단부에서 직선으로 각각 절개되는 3차직선부와, 상기 3차직선부의 단부에서 반원형으로 각각 절개되는 3차곡선부와, 상기 3차곡선부의 단부에서 직선으로 각각 절개되어 후단곡선연장부를 구비하는 4차직선부로 형성한 것이다.
또한 본 발명에서 상기 보호덮개의 고정핀은 상부에서 하부로 갈수록 폭이 커지는 테이퍼형으로 경사지게 형성한 것이다.
또한 본 발명에서 상기 빗살은 길이가 서로 다른 장빗살과 단빗살로 이루어지며, 상기 장빗살은 트랙부의 안쪽 레인을 따라 등간격으로 배치하고, 상기 단빗살은 트랙부의 바깥쪽 레인을 따라 장빗살 사이에 등간격으로 배치한 것이다.
본 발명의 휴대용 헤어브러시에 따르면, 빗살판에 정발시 부드러운 탄성을 부여하는 나선형 트랙의 절개부가 형성되고, 이러한 절개부에 의해 정발시 머리의 굴곡을 따라 빗살판의 트랙부가 탄력적으로 부드럽게 휘어지기 때문에, 구조적으로 머리카락을 부드럽고도 가지런하게 다듬을 수 있고, 이를 통해 머리 모양을 따라 빗질을 부드럽고 원활하게 수행함과 동시에 모발이 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한 빗살판과 빗살이 탄성을 가지는 부드러운 합성수지로 일체형으로 사출형성되기 때문에, 헤어브러시의 제조 비용 및 시간을 경제적으로 크게 절감할 수 있고, 이를 통해 진동 충격 및 온도차이 등에 의해 빗살이 빗살판으로부터 분리되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한 몸체의 하부에 빗살을 보호하는 보호덮개가 분리가능하게 결합되기 때문에, 휴대시 빗살이 눌려져 휘거나 손상되는 것을 방지하여 빗살을 안전하게 보호할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한 보호덮개의 저면에 거울이 설치되기 때문에, 헤어브러시로 머리를 빗으면서 보호덮개에 설치된 거울을 통해 편리하게 용모를 확인할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하 첨부된 도면에 따라서 본 발명의 기술적 구성을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명의 휴대용 헤어브러시는 도 5 내지 도 11에 도시되는 바와 같이, 하부가 개방된 만곡형의 내부공간(11)을 구비하는 몸체(10); 상기 몸체(10)의 하부에 끼워진 상태로 고정되어 나선형 트랙으로 형성된 절개부(21)와 트랙부(22) 및 양측에 형성된 핀고정홀(23)(24)을 구비하는 빗살판(20); 상기 빗살판(20)의 트랙부(22) 하부에 일체형으로 사출형성되는 다수의 빗살(30); 상기 빗살판(20)의 핀고정홀(23)(24)에 분리가능하게 끼워지는 고정핀(41)(42)을 구비하는 보호덮개(40)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 그 기술적 구성상의 기본적인 특징으로 한다.
또한 본 발명의 휴대용 헤어브러시는 도 8,9에 도시되는 바와 같이, 상기 보호덮개(40)의 저면에 설치되는 거울(50)을 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
여기서, 본 발명의 휴대용 브러시는 휴대 및 보관이 편리하고 정발시 부드러운 탄성을 부여함과 동시에 제조 비용을 절감하는 것으로, 이러한 본 발명의 휴대용 헤어브러시는 몸체(10), 빗살판(20), 빗살(30), 보호덮개(40) 및 거울(50)로 이루어진다.
상기 몸체(10)는 헤어브러시의 본체 및 손잡이를 구성하는 것으로, 이러한 몸체(10)의 내부에는 빗살판(20)을 결합할 수 있도록 하부가 개방된 만곡형의 내부공간(11)이 형성된다.
상기 몸체(10)는 빗살판(20)을 지지함과 동시에 정발시 사용자가 용이하게 파지할 수 있도록 손잡이 역할을 수행하는 것으로, 이러한 몸체(10)의 외면 하부는 직선으로 형성되고, 몸체(10)의 외면 상부는 부드러운 곡면으로 형성되며, 몸체(10)의 저면은 전후방이 직선으로 양측을 반원형으로 이루어지는 장방형의 타원형으로 형성되고, 몸체(10)의 내부공간(11) 하부에는 빗살판(20)의 가장자리가 끼워지는 고정홈(11a)이 형성된다.
상기 몸체(10)는 외관이 미려하도록 서로 색상을 달리하는 상부몸체(10a)와 하부몸체(10b)로 형성할 수 있고, 상기 상부몸체(10a)와 빗살(30)은 서로 같은 색상으로 형성할 수 있으며, 상기 하부몸체(10b)와 보호덮개(40)는 서로 같은 색상으로 형성할 수 있다. 이때, 일 예로 상기 상부몸체(10a)와 빗살(30)은 핑크색 등으로 형성할 수 있고, 상기 하부몸체(10b)와 보호덮개(40)는 검은색 등으로 형성할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따르면 상기 몸체(10)의 전면과 후면 중앙부에는 곡면으로 오목하게 요입되는 파지부(12)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 이때, 상기 몸체(10)의 전면과 후면 중앙부에 형성된 파지부(12)는 정발시 사용자가 편안하고 안정감 있게 잡을 수 있도록 손잡이부를 형성하는 것으로, 이러한 몸체(10)의 파지부(12)는 파지감을 향상시키는 역할을 수행한다. 따라서, 정발시 사용자는 상기 몸체(10)의 파지부(12)를 편안하게 손으로 파지한 상태에서 안정적으로 머리를 빗을 수 있다.
상기 빗살판(20)은 자체적으로 부드러운 탄성을 가지는 것으로, 이러한 빗살판(20)은 몸체(10)의 내부공간(11) 하부에 형성된 고정홈(11a)으로 가장자리가 끼워진 상태에서 접착제 등을 통해 견고하게 고정된다. 이때, 상기 빗살판(20)은 부드러운 탄성을 가지는 합성수지재로 이루어진다.
상기 빗살판(20)에는 나선형 트랙으로 절개된 절개부(21)가 형성되고, 상기 절개부(21)에 의해 몸체(20)에는 나선형 트랙으로 연결되는 트랙부(22)가 형성되며, 상기 빗살판(20)의 양측에는 보호덮개(40)의 고정핀(41)(42)을 분리가능하게 고정하는 핀고정홀(23)(24)이 형성된다. 이때, 본 발명에 따르면 상기 빗살판(20)에는 절개부(21)와 트랙부(22)가 형성되기 때문에, 구조적으로 정발시 절개부(21)에 의해 트랙부(22)는 머리 모양을 따라 유연하게 휘어지면서 부드러운 탄성을 부여하게 된다. 또한, 상기 빗살판(20)의 절개부(21)는 나선형 트랙의 모양으로 형성되기 때문에, 정발시 빗살판(20)의 트랙부(22)는 머리 모양을 따라 전후좌우 사방으로 부드럽게 탄력적으로 휘어지면서 부드러운 촉감을 부여하게 된다. 한편, 상기 빗살판(20)의 가장자리는 몸체(10)의 내부공간(11) 하부에 형성된 고정홈(11a)으로 끼워진 상태에서 접착제 등을 통해 견고하게 고정되기 때문에, 정발시 빗살판(20)의 가장자리는 몸체(10)에 일체형으로 고정된 상태에서 변형되지 않도록 안정감을 유지할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따르면 상기 빗살판(20)의 절개부(21)는 제1절개부(210)와 제2절개부(220)가 서로 엇갈리게 대응하도록 교호로 형성되고, 상기 핀고정홀(23)(24)은 제1절개부(210)와 제2절개부(220)의 선단에 각각 형성된다. 이때, 상기 빗살판(20)의 절개부(21)는 제1절개부(210)와 제2절개부(220)로 이루어지고, 상기 제1절개부(210)와 제2절개부(220) 사이에 트랙부(22)가 형성되기 때문에, 구조적으로 빗살판(20)의 트랙부(22)는 2개로 이루어지는 제1절개부(210)와 제2절개부(220)에 의해 정발시 머리 모양을 따라 한층 더 유연하게 휘어지면서 부드러운 탄성을 부여하게 된다. 또한, 상기 핀고정홀(23)(24)은 제1절개부(210)와 제2절개부(220)의 선단에 각각 형성되고, 이에 의해 핀고정홀(23)(24)은 제1,2절개부(210)(220)와 각각 통하도록 연결되어 탄력적으로 신축성을 갖기 때문에, 보호덮개(40)의 고정핀(41)(42)을 핀고정홀(23)(24)에 각각 끼워서 결합할 때 핀고정홀(23)(24)은 제1,2절개부(210)(220)에 의해 탄력적으로 신축되면서 고정핀(41)(42)을 고정하게 되고, 이에 의해 고정핀(41)(42)은 핀고정홀(23)(24)에 탄력적으로 끼워지면서 고정되므로 고정 후 고정핀(41)(42)이 불필요하게 임의로 빠지는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따르면 도 11에서와 같이 상기 제1,2절개부(210)(220)는 양측 핀고정홀(23)(24)에서 직선으로 절개되는 1차직선부(211)(221)와, 상기 1차직선부(211)(221)의 단부에서 반원형으로 절개되는 1차곡선부(212)(222)와, 상기 1차곡선부(212)(222)의 단부에서 직선으로 절개되는 2차직선부(213)(223)와, 상기 2차직선부(213)(223)의 단부에서 반원형으로 절개되는 2차곡선부(214)(224)와, 상기 2차곡선부(214)(224)의 단부에서 직선으로 절개되는 3차직선부(215)(225)와, 상기 3차직선부(215)(225)의 단부에서 반원형으로 절개되는 3차곡선부(216)(226)와, 상기 3차곡선부(216)(226)의 단부에서 직선으로 절개되어 후단곡선연장부(217a)(227a)를 구비하는 4차직선부(217)(227)로 이루어진다.
상기 빗살(30)은 빗살판(20)의 트랙부(22) 하부에 다수가 일체형으로 사출형성되는 것으로, 이러한 다수의 빗살(30)은 머리카락을 쓸어내리는 역할을 수행한다. 이때, 상기 빗살(30)은 빗살판(20)에 일체형으로 사출형성되기 때문에, 헤어브러시의 제조 비용 및 시간을 경제적으로 크게 절감할 수 있고, 또한 이를 통해 진동 충격 및 온도차이 등에 의해 빗살(30)이 빗살판(20)으로부터 분리되는 것을 방지할 수 있으며, 빗살판(20)과 빗살(30) 사이로 머리카락이 끼는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
상기 빗살(30)은 하부에서 빗살판(20)을 향하여 직경이 커지는 테이퍼로 형성되고, 빗살(30)의 하부는 라운드로 형성된다. 이때, 필요에 따라서는 상기 빗살(30)의 하단부에 반구형의 두피보호부를 형성할 수도 있다. 한편, 필요에 따라서는 빗살판(20)에 빗살이 끼워지는 다수의 빗살홈을 형성한 후, 상기 다수의 빗살홈에 나일론 또는 돈모로 이루어진 빗살을 각각 심어서 조립할 수도 있다.
본 발명에 따르면 상기 빗살(30)은 길이가 서로 다른 장빗살(31)과 단빗살(32)로 이루어지며, 상기 장빗살(31)은 트랙부(22)의 안쪽 레인을 따라 등간격으로 배치되고, 상기 단빗살(32)은 트랙부(22)의 바깥쪽 레인을 따라 장빗살(31) 사이에 등간격으로 배치된다. 이때, 상기 장빗살(31)은 정발시 두피에 접촉하도록 머리카락 사이로 깊숙이 끼워지면서 머리카락을 깊게 쓸어내리고, 상기 단빗살(32)은 정발시 두피와 이격된 상태에서 머리카락 사이 겉 부분으로 끼워지면서 머리카락의 외곽을 부드럽게 쓸어내리기 때문에, 구조적으로 정발시 머리카락이 당겨지고 끊어지는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
상기 장빗살(31)과 단빗살(32)은 트랙부(22)에 일정한 배열로 규칙적으로 배치할 수 있고, 필요에 따라서는 장빗살(31)과 단빗살(32)은 트랙부(22)에 일정하지 않은 배열로 불규칙으로 배치할 수도 있다.
상기 보호덮개(40)는 몸체(10)의 하부에 분리가능하게 결합되어 휴대시 빗살(30)을 보호하는 것으로, 이러한 보호덮개(40)의 상부 양측에는 빗살판(20)의 핀고정홀(23)(24)에 분리가능하게 끼워지는 고정핀(41)(42)이 돌출된다. 이때, 상기 고정핀(41)(42)을 고정홀(23)(24)에 끼워서 고정하면 보호덮개(40)가 몸체(10)에 결합된 상태를 유지하기 때문에, 몸체(10)에 보호덮개(40)를 결합한 상태에서 헤어브러시를 핸드백 등에 수납하여 휴대할 경우 핸드백 내에 수납된 다른 물건이나 기타의 외력 등에 의해 빗살(30)이 눌려져 휘거나 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 한편, 양손으로 몸체(10)와 보호덮개(40)를 잡고 서로 반대방향으로 당기면 고정핀(41)(42)이 고정홀(23)(24)에서 빠지면서 몸체(10)와 보호덮개(40)가 분리되기 때문에, 정발시 몸체(10)와 보호덮개(40)를 간단하게 분리할 수 있다.
상기 보호덮개(40)와 몸체(10)는 휴대 및 보관하기 편리하도록 분리가능하게 결합되기 때문에, 헤어브러시를 사용하지 아니할 때에는 도 8에서와 같이 보호덮개(40)를 몸체(10)에 결합하여 편리하게 휴대 및 보관할 수 있고, 헤어브러시를 사용할 때에는 도 9에서와 같이 보호덮개(40)를 몸체(10)에서 분리하여 사용할 수 있다.
본 발명에 따르면 상기 보호덮개(40)의 고정핀(41)(42)은 상부에서 하부로 갈수록 폭이 커지는 테이퍼형으로 경사지게 형성된다. 이때, 상기 고정핀(41)(42)은 상부에서 하부로 갈수록 폭이 커지는 테이퍼형으로 경사지게 형성되기 때문에, 결합시 고정핀(41)(42)을 고정홀(23)(24)에 압입식으로 간단하게 끼워서 고정할 수 있고, 또한 고정홀(23)(24)에 고정된 고정핀(41)(42)이 불필요하게 임의로 빠지는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
상기 보호덮개(40)의 상부에는 장빗살(31)의 하부를 수용하도록 상부가 개방된 수용공간(43)이 형성되고, 상기 보호덮개(40)와 몸체(10) 사이에는 도 8에서와 같이 빗살(30)을 외부로 노출시킬 수 있도록 노출공간(L)이 형성된다. 이때, 상기 보호덮개(40)의 상부에는 장빗살(31)의 하부를 수용하도록 상부가 개방된 수용공간(43)이 형성되기 때문에, 헤어브러시의 휴대 및 보관시 상기 수용공간(43)으로 장빗살(31)의 하부를 감싸서 보호할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 보호덮개(40)와 몸체(10) 사이에는 도 8에서와 같이 빗살(30)을 외부로 노출시키는 노출공간(L)이 형성되기 때문에, 구조적으로 몸체(10)의 하부에 보호덮개(40)를 결합시킨 상태에서 보호덮개(40)를 분리하지 않고도 외부에서 빗살(30)의 색상을 용이하게 알 수 있으며, 특히 매장 등에서 제품을 전시할 때 소비자들이 보호덮개(40)을 분리하지 않고도 본 제품이 헤어브러시라는 것을 용이하게 알 수 있다.
상기 거울(50)은 보호덮개(40)의 저면에 설치되는 것으로, 이러한 거울(50)을 통해 사용자는 헤어브러시로 머리를 빗으면서 용모를 확인할 수 있다. 이때, 상기 보호덮개(40)의 저면에는 거울(50)이 끼워지는 거울홈(44)이 형성되고, 상기 거울(50)은 보호덮개(40)의 거울홈(44)에 끼워진 상태에서 접착제 등을 통해 견고하게 고정된다.
따라서 이러한 본 발명은 빗살판(20)에 정발시 부드러운 탄성을 부여하는 나선형 트랙의 절개부(21)가 형성되고, 이러한 절개부(21)에 의해 정발시 머리의 굴곡을 따라 빗살판(20)의 트랙부(22)가 탄력적으로 부드럽게 휘어지기 때문에, 구조적으로 머리카락을 부드럽고도 가지런하게 다듬을 수 있고, 이를 통해 머리 모양을 따라 빗질을 부드럽고 원활하게 수행함과 동시에 모발이 손상되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
또한 이러한 본 발명은 종래와 같이 헤어브러시의 빗살판과 빗살을 각각 성형하여 조립하지 않고, 빗살판(20)과 빗살(30)이 탄성을 가지는 부드러운 합성수지로 일체형으로 사출형성되기 때문에, 헤어브러시의 제조 비용 및 시간을 경제적으로 크게 절감할 수 있는 장점이 있고, 이를 통해 진동 충격 및 온도차이 등에 의해 빗살(30)이 빗살판(20)으로부터 분리되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
그리고 이러한 본 발명은 몸체(10)의 하부에 빗살(30)을 보호하는 보호덮개(40)가 분리가능하게 결합되기 때문에, 휴대시 빗살(30)이 눌려져 휘거나 손상되는 것을 방지하여 빗살(30)을 안전하게 보호할 수 있는 장점이 있다.
아울러 이러한 본 발명은 보호덮개(40)의 저면에 거울(50)이 설치되기 때문에, 헤어브러시로 머리를 빗으면서 보호덮개(40)에 설치된 거울(50)을 통해 편리하게 용모를 확인할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 하부가 개방된 만곡형의 내부공간(11)을 구비하는 몸체(10);
    상기 몸체(10)의 하부에 끼워진 상태로 고정되어 나선형 트랙으로 형성된 절개부(21)와 트랙부(22) 및 양측에 형성된 핀고정홀(23)(24)을 구비하는 빗살판(20);
    상기 빗살판(20)의 트랙부(22) 하부에 일체형으로 사출형성되는 다수의 빗살(30);
    상기 빗살판(20)의 핀고정홀(23)(24)에 분리가능하게 끼워지는 고정핀(41)(42)을 구비하는 보호덮개(40)를 포함하는 휴대용 헤어브러시.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보호덮개(40)의 저면에 설치되는 거울(50)을 더 포함하는 휴대용 헤어브러시.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 몸체(10)의 전면과 후면 중앙부에는 곡면으로 오목하게 요입되는 파지부(12)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 헤어브러시.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 빗살판(20)의 절개부(21)는 제1절개부(210)와 제2절개부(220)가 서로 엇갈리게 대응하도록 교호로 형성되고, 상기 핀고정홀(23)(24)은 제1절개부(210)와 제2절개부(220)의 선단에 각각 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 헤어브러시.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 제1,2절개부(210)(220)는 양측 핀고정홀(23)(24)에서 직선으로 절개되는 1차직선부(211)(221)와, 상기 1차직선부(211)(221)의 단부에서 반원형으로 절개되는 1차곡선부(212)(222)와, 상기 1차곡선부(212)(222)의 단부에서 직선으로 절개되는 2차직선부(213)(223)와, 상기 2차직선부(213)(223)의 단부에서 반원형으로 절개되는 2차곡선부(214)(224)와, 상기 2차곡선부(214)(224)의 단부에서 직선으로 절개되는 3차직선부(215)(225)와, 상기 3차직선부(215)(225)의 단부에서 반원형으로 절개되는 3차곡선부(216)(226)와, 상기 3차곡선부(216)(226)의 단부에서 직선으로 절개되어 후단곡선연장부(217a)(227a)를 구비하는 4차직선부(217)(227)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 헤어브러시.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 보호덮개(40)의 고정핀(41)(42)은 상부에서 하부로 갈수록 폭이 커지는 테이퍼형으로 경사지게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 헤어브러시.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 빗살(30)은 길이가 서로 다른 장빗살(31)과 단빗살(32)로 이루어지며, 상기 장빗살(31)은 트랙부(22)의 안쪽 레인을 따라 등간격으로 배치되고, 상기 단빗살(32)은 트랙부(22)의 바깥쪽 레인을 따라 장빗살(31) 사이에 등간격으로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 휴대용 헤어브러시.
