1、本设计通过在加热组件上设置防护组件,通过防护组件对加热组件进行防护,能够避免加热组件的损坏。且,使用者在使用美发器时,防护组件能够避免使用者与加热组件之间的直接接触,进而避免加热组件烫伤使用者。通过在手柄上设置冷风装置,防护组件内部中空形成过风通道,加热组件与防护组件之间形成出风间隙,冷风装置吹出的冷风通过过风通道及出风间隙排出外界,通过传入过风通道内的冷风能够对防护组件进行降温,同时,通过传入出风间隙内的冷风能够对加热组件进行降温。通过同时对防护组件及加热组件进行降温,能够快速高效的实现夹持组件的冷却,进而提高美发器对头发进行造型时的效率。
2、本设计通过防护支架与防护壳界定过风通道,过风通道内的风可直接从防护壳及防护支架上经过,进而能够最大程度的带走防护壳及防护支架上的热量,实现对防护组件快速高效的冷却。
3、本设计通过将加热组件设置在防护支架的凹槽内,以使加热组件与防护组件之间的结构更加紧凑,进一步缩小了夹持组件的整体体积,使得美发器更加小巧美观。同时,通过加热组件与凹槽界定出风间隙,出风间隙内的风可直接从加热组件上经过,进而能够最大程度的带走加热组件上的热量,以实现对加热组件快速高效的冷却。
4、本设计在防护支架上开设导风通道,通过导风通道连通过风通道及出风间隙,能够使过风通道内的风分流入出风间隙内,提高加热组件的散热效果。同时导风通道的结构简单,便于制作。
5、本设计通过在导风口边缘设置沿过风通道通风方向的相反方向倾斜的导风件,能够实现对过风通道内的风进行分流,确保过风通道及出风间隙内均具有一定的风流,以达到最佳的散热效果。
6、本设计在防护壳上设置多排与过风通道相对应的出风口,过风通道内的风通过出风口流出可以带走防护壳及防护支架上的热量,进而加快防护壳与防护支架的冷却。同时,通过设置多排出风口能够提高过风通道的出风量,进而提高防护壳与防护支架的冷却效率。
7、由于出风口为设置在防护壳上的通孔,若多处出风口集中于防护壳的某处设置,则会造成此处通孔较为集中,较为集中的通孔会大大的降低防护壳的结构强度。而交错设置的出风口在防护壳上分布均匀,能够确保防护壳具有良好的结构强度
8、本设计在防护壳上设置减重孔,能够减轻防护壳的重量,进而使得美发器整体更加轻量化,较轻重量的美发器更便于使用者的操作。同时,通过设置减重孔能够减少防护壳的整体体积,较少体积的防护壳存储的热量较少,更有利于防护壳的冷却。且本设计将减重孔设置在靠近加热组件的一侧,当加热组件对头发进行加热时,通过减重孔还能够减少防护壳从加热组件处吸收的热量,进而避免加热组件热量的流失,确保加热组件达到最佳的加热效果。
9、本设计两夹持组件上均设有加热组件及防护组件,当两夹持组件闭合并对头发进行造型时,头发夹持在两加热组件之间,两加热组件能够同时对头发进行加热,确保头发受热均匀的同时提高了工作效率。同时,通过对两夹持组件进行冷却,能够实现对头发的快速造型,进一步提高了用户体验。
10、本设计的美发器中,当两个夹持组件闭合时,限位凸起可以使两个夹持组件之间留有间隙而不会完全贴合,降低两夹持组件闭合时对发束的夹持力,发丝可以从两夹持组件之间顺畅通过,从而避免发丝被过度夹持甚至烫伤;挡块设置在限位凸起远离手柄的一侧,可以在限位凸起发挥作用前先行接触到另一夹持组件并容置入插槽中,从而防止发丝进入限位凸起所在区域,进而避免头发在限位凸起处被夹持甚至在拉扯中伤害到发囊或头皮的问题。
11、本设计美发器挡块与手柄之间的最小距离为10~60mm。挡块尽量靠近手柄可以使夹持组件的作业范围在长度方向上更大,或者当作业面积一定时美发器的整体长度更小,限位凸起与挡块的距离可以紧凑一些也可以疏松一些,只要限位凸起位于挡块与手柄之间,也即挡块位于限位凸起远离手柄的一侧即可。
12、两个夹持组件上均设有限位凸起且位置相对,以使两个限位凸起在两个夹持组件闭合时相互抵接。只在单侧夹持组件设置限位凸起需要具有更大的长度,而两个夹持组件均设置限位凸起后,限位凸起的长度可以降低一半,成形更加容易,而且还能使夹持组件中设置限位凸起位置的零部件共用一套生产工装,降低生产成本。
13、通过在至少一个夹持组件设置金属罩壳的设计,使得夹持组件能够更快吸收加热后的头发温度,则头发能够更快冷却从而减少对头发的损伤,同时头发更快冷却亦能使得发型的定型效果更佳。
14、本设计美发器通过设置第一扣合部和第二扣合部,在用户将头发放入上压板和下压板之间后,可以通过第一扣合部和第二扣合部的扣合,将用户的头发牢牢地固定在上压板和下压板之间,同时使得美发器对头发的加热更加均匀。
15、本设计通过设置第一挡发片,能够将可能落入第一扣合部和第二扣合部之间的头发分开阻挡,降低第一扣合部和第二扣合部扣合时将头发夹在第一扣合部和第二扣合部之间的可能性,从而降低美发器缠绕用户头发的可能性,从而提升用户的使用体验。此外,第一挡发片的高度高于第二扣合部,由此进一步降低第一挡发片阻挡头发落入第二扣合部上的可能性,使得第一挡发片的防扯发性能更好。

请参阅图1,本发明第一实施例提供一种具有散热功能的美发器1,用以对头发进行直发或卷发造型。美发器1包括手柄11及与手柄11连接的两夹持组件12,两夹持组件12相对设置,至少一夹持组件12与手柄11活动连接以使两夹持组件12在闭合与打开之间切换。当使用者需要对头发进行造型时,首先将头发置于两打开的夹持组件12之间,然后闭合两夹持组件12以对头发进行造型。
请结合图1及图2,具体的,至少一夹持组件12进一步包括防护组件121及设于防护组件121上的加热组件122。对头发进行造型时,通过对加热组件122进行加热来实现对头发的加热,待头发冷却后实现对头发的造型。通过在加热组件122上设置防护组件121,能够实现对加热组件122的防护,避免加热组件122的损坏。且,使用者在使用美发器1时,防护组件121能够避免使用者与加热组件122之间的直接接触,进而避免加热组件122烫伤使用者。
请参阅图3,进一步的,为了加速美发器1的冷却,美发器1进一步包括容置于手柄11内的冷风装置111,防护组件121内部中空形成过风通道1211,加热组件122与防护组件121之间形成出风间隙123,手柄11与过风通道1211及出风间隙123连通。冷风装置111吹出的冷风通过过风通道1211及出风间隙123排出外界。可以理解的,通过传入过风通道1211内的冷风能够对防护组件121进行降温,同时通过传入出风间隙123内的冷风能够对加热组件122进行降温。通过同时对防护组件121及加热组件122进行降温,能够快速高效的实现夹持组件12的冷却,进而提高美发器1对头发进行造型时的效率。
具体的,手柄11进一步包括上盖112及下盖113,上盖112和下盖113彼此扣合并形成空腔,冷风装置111设置在空腔内。冷风装置111进一步包括动力源、风扇1112及控制按钮1113。本实施方式中,动力源为驱动电机1111,驱动电机1111与风扇1112连接进而为风扇1112提供动力,控制按钮1113与驱动电机1111连接以控制风扇1112的启停。
请继续参阅图3,防护组件121进一步包括防护壳1212及防护支架1213,防护支架1213设于防护壳1212与加热组件122之间,防护支架1213与防护壳1212界定过风通道1211。具体的,防护壳1212为一大致弧形壳体并与防护支架1213相扣合形成一空腔,该空腔即为过风通道1211。可以理解的,过风通道1211内的风可直接从防护壳1212及防护支架1213上经过,进而能够最大程度的带走防护壳1212及防护支架1213上的热量,实现对防护组件121快速高效的冷却。
请继续参阅图3,进一步的,防护支架1213背离防护壳1212的一面进一步设有凹槽12131,加热组件122设置在凹槽12131内并与凹槽12131界定出风间隙123。具体的,凹槽12131的内轮廓尺寸大于加热组件122的外轮廓尺寸,设置在凹槽12131内的加热组件122部分突出于凹槽12131的开口并与凹槽12131的周壁保持一定的间隙,该间隙即为出风间隙123。可以理解的,通过将加热组件122设置在凹槽12131内,能够使加热组件122与防护组件121之间的结构更加紧凑,进一步缩小了夹持组件12的整体体积,使得美发器1更加小巧美观。同时,通过加热组件122与凹槽12131界定出风间隙123,出风间隙123内的风可直接从加热组件122上经过,进而能够最大程度的带走加热组件122上的热量,实现对加热组件122的冷却。
请结合图3及图4,进一步的,为了实现加热组件122及防护组件121快速高效的冷却,防护支架1213进一步开设有导风通道12132。导风通道12132连通过风通道1211与出风间隙123,导风通道12132使过风通道1211内的风分流进入出风间隙123。
具体的,过风通道1211进一步设有与冷风装置111相对应的进风口12111,导风通道12132设置在靠近进风口12111的一侧,冷风装置111吹出的冷风通过进风口12111进入过风通道1211,进入过风通道1211内的冷风部分分流通过导风通道12132进入出风间隙123。当然,防护支架1213上也可以不开设导风通道12132,作为另一种实施方式,过风通道1211及出风间隙123分别开设与冷风装置111相对应的进风口,冷风装置111吹出的冷风通过两进风口分别流入过风通道1211和出风间隙123内。
进一步的,为了使过风通道1211内的风能够更加顺畅的流入出风间隙123,防护支架1213进一步设有用以辅助分流的导风件12133。具体的,导风通道12132靠近过风通道1211一侧开设导风口12134,导风件12133大致为一板状且一端设于导风口12134边缘,另一端沿过风通道1211通风方向的相反方向倾斜,且导风件12133的垂直投影与导风口12134的垂直投影至少部分重叠。可以理解的,从进风口12111进入过风通道1211内的风会沿远离进风口12111的方向流动,如图4箭头所示,由于导风件12133沿过风通道1211通风方向的相反方向倾斜,因此当冷风 流过导风件12133时,风被导风件12133阻挡进而改变了流动方向,改变流动方向的风通过导风口12134能够进入出风间隙123内。因此,通过导风件12133能够更好的对冷风进行引流。
请结合图4及图5,进一步的,为了加速过风通道1211内的风排出外界,防护壳1212进一步设有多排出风口12121,多排出风口12121与过风通道1211对应设置。
具体的,出风口12121为设置在防护壳1212上的通孔,通过出风口12121能够将过风通道1211与外界连通,过风通道1211内的风通过出风口12121排出外界,排出外界的风可以带走防护壳1212及防护支架1213上的热量,进而加快防护壳1212与防护支架1213的冷却。
本发明实施例对出风口12121的形状不做具体限定,出风口12121可以为圆形通孔,出风口12121也可以为方形通孔,出风口12121还可以为腰形通孔。具体的,本发明实施例出风口12121为腰形通孔,其腰形方向与防护壳1212的长度方向同向,这样,在不影响防护壳1212强度的同时,能够设置更多的出风口12121。
本发明实施例对出风口12121的数量不做具体限定,可以为任意数量的出风口12121平行排列在防护壳1212的长度方向,也可以与防护壳1212的长度方向成一定的偏转角度设置。
进一步的,为了不影响防护壳1212的强度,相邻排的出风口12121之间交错设置。可以理解的,由于出风口12121为设置在防护壳1212上的通孔,若多处出风口12121集中于防护壳1212的某处设置,则会造成此处通孔较为集中,较为集中的通孔会大大的降低防护壳1212的结构强度。而交错设置的出风口12121在防护壳1212上分布均匀,能够确保防护壳1212具有良好的结构强度。
请参阅图7,优选的,防护壳1212远离手柄11的倾斜端面上还开设有出风口12121,以进一步加强防护壳1212与防护支架1213的冷却效率,从而更好的定型头发。
请参阅图5及图6,进一步的,防护壳1212进一步设有减重孔12122,减重孔12122设置在靠近加热组件122的一侧。
具体的,减重孔12122为设置在防护壳1212上的腰形通孔,其沿防护壳1212的长度方向延伸。可以理解的,在防护壳1212上设置减重孔12122能够减轻防护壳1212的重量,进而使得美发器1整体更加轻量化,较轻重量的美发器1更便于使用者的操作。同时,通过设置减重孔12122能够减少防护壳1212的整体体积,较少体积的防护壳1212存储的热量较少,更有利于防护壳1212的冷却。且将减重孔12122设置在靠近加热组件122的一侧,当加热组件122对头发进行加热时,通过减重孔12122能够减少防护壳1212从加热组件122处传递的热量,进而避免加热组件122热量的流失,确保加热组件122达到最佳的加热效果。
本发明实施例对减重孔12122的大小不做具体限定,减重孔12122的大小可根据实际需求进行设定。具体的,为了确保加热组件122达到最佳的加热效果,减重孔12122的长度大于防护壳1212长度的一半。作为一种优选,减重孔12122的长度与加热组件122的长度等长,并与加热组件122的位置相对应。
请继续参阅图6,进一步的,两夹持组件12进一步包括相对设置的限位凸起124,当两夹持组件12闭合时,两限位凸起124相抵接以使两夹持组件12之间保持间隙(如图6中T所示)。可以理解的,保持一定间隙的两夹持组件12能够降低两夹持组件12闭合时对头发的夹紧力,头发可以从两夹持组件12之间顺畅的通过,进而避免夹持力过大造成头发的损伤。
本发明实施例对两夹持组件12闭合时,两夹持组件12之间的间隙大小不做具体限定。具体的,本发明实施例两夹持组件12之间的间隙为0.04mm、0.06mm、0.08mm、0.1mm、0.12mm或0.14mm。作为一种优选,两夹持组件12之间的间隙为0.08mm。
本发明实施例对限位凸起124的形状不做具体限定,限位凸起124可以为球形凸起,限位凸起124也可以为柱形凸起,限位凸起124还可以为球形凸起与柱形凸起的结合。具体的,本发明实施例限位凸起124为球形凸起,当两限位凸起124相互抵接时球形的凸起能够减少两限位凸起124之间的接触面积,头发可以从两夹持组件12之间顺畅的通过,进而避免头发夹持在两限位凸起124之间。
综上所述,本发明第一实施例提供的具有散热功能的美发器1能够对头发进行直发造型。对头发进行造型时,首先将头发置于两打开的夹持组件12之间,然后闭合两夹持组件12,通过加热组件122实现对头发的加热、软化。完成加热后,通过控制按钮1113控制驱动电机1111以使风扇1112转动,风扇1112吹出的冷风流入过风通道1211内,流入过风通道1211内的冷风通过导风通道12132与导风件12133的配合实现分流,并部分进入出风间隙123内。出风间隙123内的风从加热组件122上经过并排出外界,实现对加热组件122的冷却。过风通道1211内的风从防护壳1212及防护支架1213上经过,并通过出风口12121排出外界,实现对防护组件121的冷却。通过同时对防护组件121及加热组件122进行降温,能够快速高效的实现夹持组件12的冷却,进而提高美发器1对头发进行造型时的效率。
图8-图19是根据本发明第二实施例的美发器2。
如图8-图15所示,根据本发明第二实施例的美发器2,包括手柄20及及与手柄20连接的两夹持组件,其中一夹持组件为上压板21,其中另一夹持组件为下压板22。
如图8-图13所示,具体地,上压板21和下压板22设于手柄的一端,上压板21和下压板22通过转轴a铰接,上压板21和下压板22打开时呈现剪刀状,上压板21远离转轴a的一端设有第一扣合部212,下压板22远离转轴a的一端设有第二扣合部222,在上压板21和下压板22闭合时,第一扣合部212和第二扣合部222扣合。上压板21上设有第一加热区218,下压板22上设有第二加热区228,在上压板21和下压板22扣合时,第一加热区218和第二加热区228相对,在用户烫发时,将头发放置于第一加热区218和第二加热区228之间,通过第一加热区218和第二加热区228对头发的加热,实现对用户头发的造型的成型。
根据本发明第二实施例的美发器2,美发器2通过设置第一扣合部212和第二扣合部222,在用户将头发放入上压板21和下压板22之间后,可以通过第一扣合部212和第二扣合部222的扣合,将用户的头发牢牢地固定在上压板21和下压板22之间,同时使得美发器2对头发的加热更加均匀。
如图10-图13所示,可选地,上压板21远离转轴a的一端的相对的两侧均设有第一扣合部212,下压板22远离转轴a的一端的相对的两侧均设有第二扣合部222,由此使得上压板21和下压板22之间放入头发时,通过相对的两侧的第一扣合部212和第二扣合部222的扣合,将用户的头发进一步牢牢地固定在上压板21和下压板22之间,进一步使得美发器2对头发的加热更加均匀。
如图12和图13所示,根据本发明第二实施例的美发器2,下压板22上还设有第一挡发片224,第一挡发片224与第二扣合部222并排间隔布置,在下压板22的宽度方向上,第一挡发片224位于第二扣合部222的外侧。在将头发放入下压板22与上压板21之间时,通过设置第一挡发片224,能够将可能落入第一扣合部212和第二扣合部222之间的头发分开阻挡,降低第一扣合部212和第二扣合部222扣合时将头发夹在第一扣合部212和第二扣合部222之间的可能性,从而降低美发器2缠绕用户头发的可能性,从而提升用户的使用体验。
可选地,在下压板22的法线方向上,第一挡发片224的高度高于第二扣合部222,由此进一步通过第一挡发片224阻挡头发落入第二扣合部222上,使得第一挡发片224的防扯发性能更好。
可选地,在下压板22的法线方向上,第一挡发片224形成为朝向上压板21凸起的光滑弧面,由此能够使得落于第一挡发片224上的头发可以分向两侧滑落,降低第一扣合部212和第二扣合部222扣合时夹发的可能性,能够进一步提升美发器2的防扯发效果。
如图10和图11所示,可选地,上压板21上还设有第二挡发片214,第二挡发片214与第一扣合部212并排间隔布置,且第二挡发片214位于第一扣合部212的外侧。通过设置第二挡发片214,能够将可能落入第一扣合部212和第二扣合部222之间的头发分开阻挡,降低第一扣合部212和第二扣合部222扣合时将头发夹在第一扣合部212和第二扣合部222之间的可能性,从而降低美发器2缠绕用户头发的可能性,从而提升用户的使用体验。

根据本发明第二实施例的美发器2,第一扣合部212上设有凸起,第二扣合部222上设有与凸起配合的凹槽,由此实现第一扣合部212和第二扣合部222的扣合。需要说明的是,凸起和凹槽的具体结构设置不限于附图所示结构,可以根据实际需要设置。
需要说明的是,如图19所示,在一些实施例中,第一扣合部212上设有凹槽,第二扣合部222上设有与凹槽配合的凸起。
根据本发明第二实施例的美发器2,第一扣合部212上设有第一磁铁2121,第二扣合部222上设有第二磁铁2221,第一磁铁2121和第二磁铁2221相吸,由此实现第一扣合部212和第二扣合部222的扣合。
如图16-图18所示,根据本发明第二实施例的美发器2,第一扣合部212靠近第二扣合部222的侧面与第二扣合部222靠近第一扣合部212的侧面形成为相互配合的楔形面,由此实现第一扣合部212和第二扣合部222的扣合。
如图8-图14所示,根据本发明第二实施例的美发器2,上压板21靠近转动轴的一端设有第三扣合部216,下压板22靠近转动轴的一端设有第四扣合部226, 在上压板21和下压板22闭合时,第三扣合部216和第四扣合部226扣合,由此能够降低用户将头发放入上压板21和下压板22之间时,头发卷入转轴a中的可能性,从而降低头发卷入上压板21和下压板22铰接处的可能性,从而提升用户体验。
请参阅图20所示,本发明第三实施例提供一种美发器3,用以对头发进行直发或卷发造型。该美发器3包括手柄31及与手柄31连接的两夹持组件32,两夹持组件32的作业面相对设置;至少一夹持组件32与手柄31活动连接以使两夹持组件32在闭合与张开之间切换。当使用者需要对头发进行造型时,首先将头发置于两张开的夹持组件32之间,然后闭合两夹持组件32以对头发进行造型。
结合图21和图22所示,进一步地,至少一夹持组件32靠近手柄31一端设有至少一向另一夹持组件32延伸的限位凸起321,当两夹持组件32闭合时,限位凸起321使两夹持组件32之间留有间隙。可以理解的,限位凸起321可以使两个夹持组件32之间留有间隙(如图21所示两个夹持组件32闭合状态下的作业面之间存在厚度为H的窄缝)而不会完全贴合,保持一定间隙的两夹持组件32能够降低两夹持组件32闭合时对头发的夹紧力,头发可以从两夹持组件32之间顺畅的通过,进而避免夹持力过大造成头发的损伤。
继续参照图21和图22所示,作为一种可选的实施方式,两个夹持组件32其一设有限位凸起321、另一设有与限位凸起321适配的凹腔324,限位凸起321与凹腔324位置相对且限位凸起321的高度大于凹腔324的深度,以使限位凸起321在两个夹持组件32闭合时能够部分插入凹腔324中。通过在一个夹持组件32上设置限位凸起321,另一个夹持组件32对应限位凸起321的位置上设置凹腔324,可以在使两个夹持组件32之间保留间隙的同时,对两个夹持组件32进行限位,避免在两个夹持组件32闭合状态下相对位置发生移动而磨损头发。
进一步地,凹腔324的腔底设有弹性体325,限位凸起321插入凹腔324中并压缩弹性体325。通过在腔底设置弹性体325可以使两个夹持组件32闭合过程有个缓冲,闭合程度越大所需施加的按压力也越大,对发丝造成伤害的潜在风险也越大,从而提前反馈使用者力量变化,提醒使用者注意按压力的调节把控,避免使用者操作不当无意中造成头发损伤。
作为另一种可选的实施方式,限位凸起321的设置方式可以为:两个夹持组件32上均设有限位凸起321且位置相对,以使两个限位凸起321在两个夹持组件32闭合时相互抵接。可以理解,两个夹持组件32上均设置限位凸起321且位置相对,也即,其中一个夹持组件32设有限位凸起321,而另一个夹持组件32相应位置也设有限位凸起321,两个限位凸起321相对延伸。可以避免单侧限位凸起321直接抵靠夹持组件32而需要较长的限位凸起321,两侧均设置限位凸起321后限位凸起321的高度可以降低一半,成形更加容易,而且还能使夹持组件32中设置限位凸起321位置的零部件共用一套生产工装,降低生产成本。
参照图22和图23所示,具体地,限位凸起321在垂直中心线方向上的截面面积随着与该限位凸起321所在夹持组件32距离的增大而逐渐缩小;限位凸起321在垂直中心线方向上的截面面积从根部到末端逐渐缩小,可以是棱锥、圆锥、棱台、圆台等形状,在两个夹持组件32闭合过程中可以逐渐对中,在生产制造时由于具有斜度也利于脱模成形,降低废品率,保证产品质量。
具体地,限位凸起321与该限位凸起321所在的夹持组件32可拆卸连接。限位凸起321与夹持组件32可拆卸连接,能够在限位凸起321磨损的情况下进行替换,而且使用者可以根据发量的多少、发束的长短、发丝的粗细选用合适长度的限位凸起321,进而获得最佳的夹持组件32之间的间隙,具体结构可以是限位凸起321中设置螺孔、插孔或卡腔,而夹持组件32上适配设置螺杆、插销或卡头,也可以采用粘接、磁吸等多种不同的结构形式。
继续结合图20、图22和图23所示,进一步地,至少一夹持组件32上设有向另一夹持组件32延伸的挡块322,另一夹持组件32对应挡块322的位置设有与挡块322适配的插槽323;限位凸起321设于挡块322与手柄31之间。可以理解,挡块322设置在限位凸起321远离手柄31的一侧,可以在限位凸起321发挥作用前先行接触到另一夹持组件32并容置入插槽323中,从而防止发丝进入限位凸起321所在区域,(如图20所示两夹持组件32之间作业面沿夹持组件32长度方向的范围被挡块322限制在挡块322远离限位凸起321的一侧)进而避免头发在限位凸起321处被夹持甚至在拉扯中伤害到发囊或头皮。需要说明,插槽323具有足够的深度,以保证两夹持组件32合并状态时,由凸起121发挥限定作业面间距的作用,而挡块322容置入插槽323中不造成干扰。
可以理解,常用的美发器3主体部分(不包含电源线及插头)的整体尺寸大多介于250~450mm,基于此本实施例提供较好的距离范围,挡块322与手柄31之间的最小距离为10~60mm。当美发器3主体部分的整体尺寸更小或更大时,挡块322与手柄31之间的距离等比例缩放即可。可以理解,由于挡块322和手柄31都具有一定的体积,因此这里的距离采用“最小距离”,也即挡块322上最靠近手柄31一端与手柄31最靠近挡块322一端之间的距离。挡块322尽量靠近手柄31可以使夹持组件32的作业范围在长度方向上更大,或者当作业面积一定时美发器3的整体长度更小,限位凸起321与挡块322的距离可以紧凑一些也 可以疏松一些,只要限位凸起321位于挡块322与手柄31之间,也即挡块322位于限位凸起321远离手柄31的一侧即可。
作为一种可选的实施方式,两个夹持组件32上均设有多个挡块322且多个挡块322位置交错,多个挡块322与手柄31的距离相等。可以理解,仅在单侧夹持组件32设置限位凸起321需要更大的长度,而两个夹持组件32上均设置多个挡块322,可以降低制造难度,较短的挡块322也能具有较高的强度和较低的挠性,避免挡块322发生弯折。而多个挡块322位置交错,可以使挡块322在夹持组件32闭合时互不干涉。多个挡块322与手柄31距离相等,可以使多个挡块322在夹持组件32宽度方向上占据的比例更大,避免个别弯曲的发丝从没有被挡块322阻挡的位置进入到限位凸起321所在的区域。
具体地,当某一夹持组件32上设有挡块322时,挡块322延伸出所在夹持组件32的长度,大于两个夹持组件32对应位置在张开时的距离;当两个夹持组件32上设有挡块322时,两个挡块322延伸出各自所在夹持组件32的长度之和,大于两个夹持组件32对应位置在张开时的距离。可以理解,单侧挡块322的长度或者两侧挡块322长度之和大于两个夹持组件32对应位置张开时的距离,可以使挡块322在在夹持组件32张开状态下仍然有效遮挡住限位凸起321,从而防止发丝进入限位凸起321所在区域而被夹持。
参照图24和图25所示,进一步地,至少其一夹持组件32包括基体326和设置于基体326上并朝向另一夹持组件32的加热体327,基体326远离另一夹持组件32的一侧设有可拆卸连接的罩壳328。需要说明,两夹持组件32中可以一个具有发热功能而另一个只是辅助夹持定型,也可以两个夹持组件32均具有发热功能以更加高效便捷。设置加热体327可以对发丝加热使之变软,而设置罩壳328则可以使发束远离发热体的一侧快速降温,利于发丝定型,优选的罩壳328采用不锈钢、铝或其合金、镁合金等散热快的金属材料制成,可以加速发丝热量散失进而加快定型进程。
参照图26和图27所示,具体的,罩壳328呈弯弧状而半包围基体326形成散热腔329,罩壳328上布设多个散热孔3282。通过将罩壳328设置成呈弯弧状并半包围基体326形成散热腔329,可以提升散热效果;通过在罩壳328上布设多个散热孔3282,可以进一步提升罩壳328的散热性能。
可以理解地,罩壳328采用金属材料,利用金属材料的容易吸收热量和散热快的特性,并结合散热腔329和散热孔3282的设计,使得美发器3能够更快吸收加热后的头发温度,使得头发能够更快冷却从而减少对头发的损伤,同时头发更快冷却亦能使得发型的定型效果更佳。
进一步地,基体326对应散热腔329的一侧设有沿基体326长度方向延伸的肋板3261,肋板3261延伸至抵接罩壳328;通过设置肋板3261可以对罩壳328起到支撑作用使其可以保持弯弧结构。
进一步地,罩壳328边缘位置设有折边3281,基体326边缘对应折边3281的位置设有适配的卡槽3262。通过在罩壳328边缘设置折边3281且基体326边缘设置适配卡槽3262,便于罩壳328的拆装替换。
参照图27~图29所示,需要说明的是,所称手柄31不一定要求是夹持组件32之外的、专门用于握持的部件,也可以只是在使用过程中夹持组件32上便于握持的区域,因此,所称“与手柄31连接的两夹持组件32”,可以是某一夹持组件32与手柄31固定连接,另一夹持组件32与手柄31转动连接,从而形成单侧夹持组件32受控开合的张角形结构;(如图27所示一种形式的美发器3)也可以是两个夹持组件32均与手柄31转动连接,从而形成双侧夹持组件32共同受控开合的张角形结构;(如图28所示另一种形式的美发器3')还可以是两夹持组件32直接转动连接,从而形成两个夹持组件32受控开合且手柄31靠近连接一端的张角形结构。(如图29所示又一种形式的美发器3〞)另外,对于两个夹持组件32平行着靠近或远离的美发器3,本技术方案同样可以应用,也即挡块322更靠近夹持组件32作业区域的一侧,而限位凸起321被挡块322隔离在远离夹持组件32作业区域的一侧。(在图27~图29中,H表示两个夹持组件32在闭合状态下作业面之间的距离,L表示两个夹持组件32沿夹持组件32长度方向的作业面范围)。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的原则之内所作的任何修改,等同替换和改进等均应包含本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种具有散热功能的美发器,其特征在于:所述美发器包括手柄及与所述手柄连接的两夹持组件,两夹持组件相对设置,至少一所述夹持组件包括防护组件及设于所述防护组件上的加热组件,所述防护组件内部中空形成过风通道,所述加热组件与所述防护组件之间形成出风间隙;
    所述美发器进一步包括容置于所述手柄内的冷风装置,所述冷风装置吹出的冷风通过所述过风通道及所述出风间隙排出外界。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的美发器,其特征在于:所述防护组件进一步包括防护壳及防护支架,所述防护支架设于所述防护壳与所述加热组件之间,所述防护支架与所述防护壳界定所述过风通道。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的美发器,其特征在于:所述防护支架背离所述防护壳的一面进一步设有凹槽,所述加热组件设置在所述凹槽内并与所述凹槽界定所述出风间隙。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的美发器,其特征在于:所述防护支架开设有导风通道,所述导风通道连通所述过风通道与所述出风间隙,所述导风通道使所述过风通道内的风分流进入所述出风间隙。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的美发器,其特征在于:所述防护支架进一步包括导风件,所述导风通道靠近所述过风通道一侧开设导风口,所述导风件一端设于所述导风口边缘,另一端沿所述过风通道通风方向的相反方向倾斜;
    所述导风件的垂直投影与所述导风口的垂直投影至少部分重叠。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的美发器,其特征在于:所述防护壳进一步设有多排出风口,多排所述出风口与所述过风通道连通。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的美发器,其特征在于:相邻排的所述出风口之间交错设置。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的美发器,其特征在于:所述防护壳远离所述手柄的端面上还开设有所述出风口。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的美发器,其特征在于:所述防护壳进一步设有减重孔,所述减重孔设置在靠近所述加热组件的一侧并沿所述防护壳的长度方向延伸。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的美发器,其特征在于:所述夹持组件之一者上设有向另一所述夹持组件延伸的挡块,所述夹持组件之另一者对应所述挡块的位置设有与所述挡块适配的插槽;
    至少一所述夹持组件设有向另一所述夹持组件延伸的限位凸起,所述限位凸起设于所述挡块与所述手柄之间,当两所述夹持组件闭合时,所述限位凸起使两所述夹持组件之间留有间隙。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的美发器,其特征在于:所述挡块与所述手柄之间的最小距离为10~60mm。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的美发器,其特征在于:所述夹持组件上均设有限位凸起且位置相对,以使两个所述限位凸起在两个所述夹持组件闭合时相互抵接。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的美发器,其特征在于:至少一所述夹持组件包括金属罩壳。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的美发器,其特征在于:其中一所述夹持组件为上压板,其中另一所述夹持组件为下压板,所述上压板远离所述手柄的一端设有第一扣合部,所述下压板远离所述夹持组件的一端设有第二扣合部,在所述上压板和所述下压板闭合时,所述第一扣合部和所述第二扣合部扣合。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的美发器,其特征在于:所述下压板上还设有第一挡发片,所述第一挡发片与所述第二扣合部并排间隔布置在所述下压板的宽度方向上,所述第一挡发片位于所述第二扣合部的外侧。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的美发器,其特征在于:在所述下压板的法线方向上,所述第一挡发片的高度高于所述第二扣合部。
