Claims (10)
- 一种变速箱液压系统的控制方法,所述变速箱液压系统包括依次连接的油箱、低压油泵、油冷器、离合器和轴齿行星排部件;所述控制方法包括:获取所述油冷器的出口处的油温和变速箱的运行参数,所述变速箱包括所述变速箱液压系统;根据所述变速箱的运行参数计算出所述变速箱中离合器的温度;根据所述离合器的温度和所述油冷器的出口处的油温确定所述电子油泵的目标转速;控制所述电子油泵按照所述目标转速运行。
- 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其中,根据所述离合器的温度和所述油冷器的出口处的油温确定所述电子油泵的目标转速的步骤,具体包括:根据所述油冷器的出口处的油温确定所述电子油泵的第一转速,并根据所述离合器的温度确定所述电子油泵的第二转速;取所述第一转速和所述第二转速中的较大值作为所述电子油泵的目标转速。
- 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其中,根据所述变速箱的运行参数计算出所述变速箱中离合器的温度的步骤,包括:根据所述变速箱中输入轴的转速和扭矩、所述输出轴的转速和扭矩等效计算出所述离合器的温度,其中,所述运行参数包括输入轴的转速和扭矩、输出轴的转速和扭矩。
- 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其中,在获取所述油冷器的出口处的油温和变速箱的运行参数的步骤之前,所述控制方法还包括:检测所述电子油泵中电机的转子的位置状态信息;判断所述电子油泵中电机的转子是否对中;若是,则获取所述油冷器的出口处的油温和变速箱的运行参数。
- 根据权利要求1所述的控制方法,其中,所述离合器包括离合器摩擦片和离合器控制活塞,所述油冷器与所述离合器摩擦片连接,以通过所述电子油泵为所述离合器摩擦片提供低压油液;所述离合器控制活塞与电液作动器连接,以通过所述电液作动器为所述离合器控制活塞提供高压油液。
- 根据权利要求2所述的控制方法,其中,根据所述油冷器的出口处的油温确定所述电子油泵的第一转速,具体为:根据所述油冷器的出口处的油温查询预存的第一标定关系获取与所述油冷器的出口处的油温相对应的所述电子油泵的第一转速,所述第一标定关系记录有所述油冷器的出口处的油温与所述电子油泵的转速的对应关系。
- 根据权利要求2所述的控制方法,其中,根据所述离合器的温度确定所述电子油泵的第二转速,具体为:根据所述离合器的温度查询预存的第二标定关系获取与所述离合器的温度相对应的所述电子油泵的第二转速,所述第二标定关系记录有所述离合器的温度与所述电子油泵的转速的对应关系。
- 根据权利要求2所述的控制方法,其中,所述第一转速的范围为150r/min~4500r/min;所述第二转速的范围为0r/min~4500r/min。
- 一种变速箱液压系统,包括:获取单元,用于获取油冷器的出口处的油温和变速箱的运行参数;以及控制模块,所述控制模块包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器内存储有计算程序,所述计算程序被所述处理器执行时用于实现根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的控制方法。
- 一种车辆,包括权利要求9所述的变速箱液压系统。
