在一可实施方式中,所述同步件为截面为T型的异型螺栓,所述异型螺栓连接于上层床板,所述安装座上开设有T型槽,所述异型螺栓位于T型槽内且被T型槽水平限位。
在一可实施方式中,所述T型槽槽底开设有嵌槽,所述限位件上设有定位凸块,所述定位凸块位于嵌槽内,当所述异型螺栓位于嵌槽内时,异型螺栓抵接于定位凸块上端。
在一可实施方式中,所述限位件为扣板,所述扣板转动连接于安装座,所述扣板盖设于驱动辊上且与安装槽配合形成安装腔。
在一可实施方式中,所述扣板包括分体设置的遮挡部和限位部,所述限位部位于驱动辊两端均设有一个,所述遮挡部位于两个所述限位部之间。
在一可实施方式中,所述离合机构包括连接于驱动辊端部的第一离合轴和沿自身轴向穿设且滑动连接于安装座的第二离合轴,所述车身上设有用于驱动第二离合轴滑动的第三驱动机构,所述第一离合轴与第二离合轴同轴,所述第一离合轴与第二离合轴相对一端均设置有连接凸 块,当所述第一离合轴与第二离合轴同步转动时,所述第一离合轴的连接凸块抵接于第二离合轴的连接凸块的一侧,所述第二驱动机构驱动第二离合轴转动。
在一可实施方式中,所述第二驱动机构包括位于第二离合轴上方且沿安装座滑动方向延伸的齿条和沿第二离合轴周向设置的齿轮,所述齿条连接于车身,当所述第二离合轴滑动于安装座时,所述第二离合轴始终通过齿轮与齿条保持啮合。
在一可实施方式中,所述第三驱动机构包括转动连接于车身的翻转板、驱动翻转板转动的驱动件以及用于驱动第二离合轴远离第一离合轴的弹性件,所述翻转板沿安装座滑动方向延伸,所述第二离合轴一端露出于安装座,所述弹性件位于第二离合轴与安装座之间。
在一可实施方式中,所述安装座内设有安装槽,所述驱动辊放置且转动连接于安装槽内,所述安装腔内壁转动连接有至少三组限位滚组,所有所述限位滚组沿驱动辊周向排列,所述限位滚组包括若干沿驱动辊轴向排列的限位滚子,所述限位滚子和驱动辊分别抵接于传送布带两面。
相对于现有技术,本申请一种医用转运床具有以下有益效果:
1.驱动辊通过离合机构与第二驱动机构可进行分离,且通过限位件的设置,使驱动辊可直接从安装座上取出,通过上层床板与安装座的可拆卸连接,从而使得套设于驱动辊和上层床板外的传送布带可整体取出,方便更换和清洗;
2.通过下层床板的设置,对上层床板进行支撑,提高了上层床板安装和转移病人时的稳定性;
3.通过异型螺栓和T型槽的设置,在安装上层床板时,仅需将异型螺栓置于T型槽内,然后将上层床板搭接于下层床板上,即可实现上层床板与下层床板的限位和同步滑动,提高了上层床板安 装和拆卸的便捷性;
4.通过定位凸块和异型螺栓的配合,当上层床板安装于下层床板上时,异型螺栓能对定位凸块进行限位,使使用状态下的限位部无法打开,保持驱动辊在安装腔内的稳定转动;
5.通过转动连接于安装座的扣板的设置,在对驱动辊进行取放时,仅需转动扣板即可,驱动辊即可与安装座分离;
6.通过遮挡部和限位部的分体设置,使上层床板在使用状态下,仍可以通过打开遮挡部对驱动辊进行清理,方便操作;
7.通过限位滚组的设置,提高了驱动辊转动的稳定性,且可减少驱动辊的受力形变;
8.通过第一离合轴和第二离合轴的连接凸块的设置,方便驱动辊与第二驱动机构的连接与分离,提高驱动辊拆卸的便捷性;
9.通过第二驱动机构的设置,实现与第一驱动机构的联动,当上层床板水平滑动时,仅需通过翻转板推动第二离合轴滑动,即可实现对驱动辊转动的控制,方便控制且节省了第二驱动源;
10.通过第三驱动机构的设置,方便对第二离合轴进行驱动控制。
因此,本申请具有方便对传送布带拆卸、清洗等特点。

为使本申请的目的、特征、优点能够更加的明显和易懂,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而非全部实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
实施例:
图1至图5出示了本申请提供的一种医用转运床的一种实施例。
参照图1,医用转运床包括车身和安装于车身上的移动床板机构3,车身包括移动车架1和用于安装移动床板机构3的床座2,移动车架1下端安装有四个供车身移动的滚轮11,移动车架1内设置有竖直调节床座2高度的调节机构(图中未示出)。移动床板机构3可相对于床座2往复水平横移。
在使用时,将车身通过滚轮11移动至病人所在的原病床一侧后,首先通过调节机构调节床座2高度,使移动床板机构3略高于原病床上表面,然后移动床板机构3水平横移至病人身体与原病床之间,使病人转移至移动床板机构3上,最后移动床板机构3复位横移至床座2上,即 完成了病人的转移。
参照图2和图3,移动床板机构3包括下层床板31、上层床板32、驱动辊33、安装座34、传送布带35、用于驱动上层床板32和下层床板31水平滑动的第一驱动机构4、用于驱动驱动辊33转动的第二驱动机构5、用于联动驱动辊33和第二驱动机构5的离合机构6。传送布带35套设于驱动辊33和上层床板32外,且被驱动辊33和上层床板32张紧。
驱动辊33为胶辊,表面为橡胶材质,能够增大与传送布带35之间的摩擦力,提供输送的稳定性。驱动辊33也可为其他材质制成,本申请在此不做限定。
参照图4,下层床板31放置于床座2上端面。安装座34固定连接于下层床板31远离移出方向的一侧,移出方向为移动床板机构3向原病床的移动方向。
参照图4,第一驱动机构4位于安装座34的两端均设有一组。第一驱动机构4包括链条41、与链条41啮合的链轮42以及驱动链轮42转动的电机(图中未示出),电机安装于移动车架1内。安装座34上固定设有链条连接板346,链条41两端分别固定连接于链条连接板346滑动方向的两端。床座2位于安装座34滑动方向的两端均转动连接有一支撑轮21,从而使得链条41位于安装座34处的部分呈水平设置。当电机驱动链轮42转动时,链条41运转,从而带动安装座34和下层床板31水平滑动。
参照图2和图5,上层床板32搭接于下层床板31上且位于安装座34一侧,上层床板32通过同步件与下层床板31水平限位,并保持水平同步滑动。
安装座34位于两端位置均开设有一水平截面为T型的T型槽341。上层床板32朝向安装座34一端的底部固定设有连接块321,同步件为水平截面为T型的异型螺栓322,异型螺栓322水平穿设且螺纹连接于 连接块321,方便连接,且可通过异型螺栓322与连接块321的螺纹连接关系调节驱动辊33与上层床板32之间的间距,从而调节传送布带35的张紧度。
当上层床板32搭接于下层床板31上时,异型螺栓322位于T型槽341中,使上层床板32相对于下层床板31水平限位,保持同步滑动。
在对上层床板32进行拆卸时,将上层床板32保持水平状态向上抬起,使异型螺栓322从T型槽341中脱离即可,方便将传送布带35从上层床板32上取出。
参照图5,安装座34内开设有截面为半圆形的安装槽342,驱动辊33置于安装槽342内且可在安装槽342内沿其自身轴线转动。
参照图3和图5,安装座34上设有用于对驱动辊33径向限位的限位件,本实施例中,限位件设置为扣板343,扣板343转动连接于安装座34位于安装槽342上方。
扣板343包括遮挡部3431和两个限位部3432,遮挡部3431和两个限位部3432呈分体设置,可独立转动,当扣板343转动至罩设于驱动辊33上方时,扣板343与安装槽342配合形成安装腔。两个限位部3432位于驱动辊33两端且罩设于驱动辊33端部位置,用于将驱动辊33限位于安装槽342内,在需要取出驱动辊33时,仅需将限位部3432相对于安装座34转动打开安装槽342即可,操作方便。遮挡部3431罩设于驱动辊33中间部分,可防止灰尘等杂物进入安装槽342内,对驱动辊33的转动造成影响,遮挡部3431独立打开,方便对驱动辊33进行清理。
参照图5,安装腔内壁转动连接有至少三组限位滚组,若干限位滚组沿驱动辊33周向等距排列,对驱动辊33形成三点限位,使驱动辊33在安装腔内保持稳定转动。本实施例中,限位滚组设有四组,且分别位于驱动辊33上下两侧和水平方向的左右两侧位置,位于驱动辊33下侧的限位辊组能够同时对驱动辊33进行支撑,防止驱动辊33发生形变。 限位滚组包括若干沿驱动辊33轴向排列的限位滚子345,当传送布带35套设于驱动辊33外时,传送布带35从驱动辊33与限位滚子345之间穿过,限位滚子345进一步增大了传送布带35与驱动辊33之间的摩擦力。
参照图3,T型槽341槽底开设有嵌槽,限位部3432朝向T型槽341一侧一体连接有定位凸块3433,定位凸块3433位于嵌槽内。当上层床板32搭接于下层床板31上,且与下层床板31水平限位时,异型螺栓322位于T型槽341内且抵接于定位凸块3433上端面,使限位部3432无法转动打开,从而使驱动辊33被限位部3432稳定定位于安装槽342内。
当需要更换传送布带35时,打开扣板343,并通过离合机构6解除于第二驱动机构5的连接,即可将驱动辊33从安装槽342中取出,方便对传送布带35进行更换。
参照图3和图5,离合机构6包括一体成型于驱动辊33端部的第一离合轴61和沿自身轴向穿设且滑动连接于安装座34的第二离合轴62,第一离合轴61与第二离合轴62同轴,第一离合轴61与第二离合轴62相对一端均设置有连接凸块63。
车身上设有用于驱动第二离合轴62滑动的第三驱动机构7,当第一离合轴61与第二离合轴62同步转动时,第三驱动机构7推动第一离合轴61向第二离合轴62方向滑动,使第一离合轴61的连接凸块63与第二离合轴62的连接凸块63相互卡接并周向限位,实现传动。当驱动辊33不需要转动时,第三驱动机构7驱动第一离合轴61向远离第二离合轴62方向滑动,使第一离合轴61的连接凸块63脱离第二离合轴62的连接凸块63,使第一离合轴61和第二离合轴62分离,从而方便驱动辊33从安装槽342内取出。
参照图3和图5,第二驱动机构5包括位于第二离合轴62上方且沿 安装座34滑动方向延伸的齿条52和沿第二离合轴62周向设置的齿轮53。齿条52两端固定连接于床座2。第二离合轴62上齿轮53宽度设置为不小于齿条52宽度加第二离合轴62滑动距离的总长度,从而使得当第二离合轴62滑动于安装座34时,第二离合轴62能始终通过齿轮53与齿条52保持啮合。当第一驱动机构4驱动安装座34以及第二离合轴62水平滑动时,第二离合轴62通过齿轮53与齿条52的配合始终保持转动。
参照图3,第三驱动机构7包括转动连接于车身的翻转板71、驱动翻转板71转动的驱动件(图中未示出)以及用于驱动第二离合轴62远离第一离合轴61的弹性件72。
第二离合轴62一端穿过且露出于安装座34,且第二离合轴62端部一体成型有复位凸环621。弹性件72固定连接于安装座34上,弹性件72可为弹簧或由橡胶等弹性材料制成的弹性层,本实施例中使用弹簧进行举例说明,弹簧一端抵接于复位凸环621,第一离合轴61与第二离合轴62啮合时,弹簧呈受力压缩状态。
翻转板71通过转轴711转动连接于床座2,转轴711位于翻转板71远离第二离合轴62的一侧。翻转板71沿安装座34滑动方向延伸,并覆盖安装座34的整个滑动位置,使无论安装座34滑动至何处,翻转板71均能转动并推动第二离合轴62向第一离合轴61方向滑动啮合。
驱动翻转板71转动的驱动件为现有技术,可通过驱动缸或曲柄滑块结构实现,在此不再展开赘述。
调节机构为现有技术,用于调节床座2与移动车架1之间的距离,可通过丝杠滑块结构或油缸等结构进行驱动,从而实现床座2的升降,使床座2和移动床板机构3能够适应不同高度的原病床并完成转移动作,本申请在此不再进行赘述。
本实施例的具体实施原理:
在使用时,将床座2通过移动车架1移动至原病床一侧,并通过调节机构将床座2调节至合适的高度,使下层床板31下表面与原病床上表面保持平齐。
然后通过电机驱动链轮42带动链条41运作,拉动安装座34水平滑动,安装座34带动下层床板31水平向外滑动,上层床板32通过异型螺栓322与安装座34的T型槽341的配合实现同步运动,使上层床板32和下层床板31均移动至病人身体与原病床上表面之间。在上层床板32移动至病人身体与原病床之间的过程中,第二离合轴62通过齿轮53与上方齿条52的配合,持续沿自身轴线向安装座34方向转动,此时通过翻转板71的转动,将第二离合轴62推动至与第一离合轴61啮合,第一离合轴61驱动驱动辊33转动,驱动辊33将传送布带35向上层床板32移动的反方向拉动,使传送布带35通过与病人身体之间的摩擦力,病人身体更容易移动至上层床板32上。当病人身体完全置于上层床板32时,通过第一驱动机构4驱动上层床板32和下层床板31复位横移至床座2上,在此过程中,解除翻转板71对第二离合轴62的施力,第二离合轴62通过弹性件72的弹力与第一离合轴61分离,此时上层床板32移动时,驱动辊33和传送布带35保持静止,使病人能稳定在上层床板32上,完成病人的转移。
在对传送布带35进行拆卸更换或清洗时,首先将上层床板32抬起,使异型螺栓322从T型槽341中脱出,然后打开扣板343,在翻转板71未施力的情况下,第一离合轴61与第二离合轴62通过弹性件72始终保持分离状态,驱动辊33可直接从安装槽342中取出,从而使套设在驱动辊33和上层床板32外的传送布带35可直接取出,方便进行更换和清洗。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种医用转运床,包括车身和安装于车身上的移动床板机构(3),其特征在于,所述移动床板机构(3)包括上层床板(32)、驱动辊(33)、传送布带(35)和安装座(34);
    所述上层床板(32)可拆卸连接于安装座(34);
    所述驱动辊(33)转动连接于安装座(34);
    所述传送布带(35)套设于驱动辊(33)和上层床板(32)外且被驱动辊(33)和上层床板(32)张紧;
    其中,所述驱动辊(33)两端通过离合机构(6)可拆卸连接有第二驱动机构(5)并被第二驱动机构(5)驱动转动,所述安装座(34)上设有用于对驱动辊(33)径向限位的限位件,当限位件与驱动辊(33)错位时,所述驱动辊(33)能与所述安装座(34)分离设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医用转运床,其特征在于,所述移动床板机构(3)还包括下层床板(31),所述下层床板(31)一侧连接于安装座(34)且支撑于上层床板(32)下端,所述上层床板(32)通过同步件与下层床板(31)水平限位。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种医用转运床,其特征在于,所述同步件为截面为T型的异型螺栓(322),所述异型螺栓(322)连接于上层床板(32),所述安装座(34)上开设有T型槽(341),所述异型螺栓(322)位于T型槽(341)内且被T型槽(341)水平限位。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种医用转运床,其特征在于,所述T型槽(341)槽底开设有嵌槽,所述限位件上设有定位凸块(3433),所述定位凸块(3433)位于嵌槽内,当所述异型螺栓(322)位于嵌槽内时,异型螺栓(322)抵接于定位凸块(3433)上端。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医用转运床,其特征在于,所述限位件为扣板(343),所述扣板(343)转动连接于安装座(34),所述扣板(343) 盖设于驱动辊(33)上且与安装槽(342)配合形成安装腔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种医用转运床,其特征在于,所述扣板(343)包括分体设置的遮挡部(3431)和限位部(3432),所述限位部(3432)位于驱动辊(33)两端均设有一个,所述遮挡部(3431)位于两个所述限位部(3432)之间。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医用转运床,其特征在于,所述离合机构(6)包括连接于驱动辊(33)端部的第一离合轴(61)和沿自身轴向穿设且滑动连接于安装座(34)的第二离合轴(62),所述车身上设有用于驱动第二离合轴(62)滑动的第三驱动机构(7),所述第一离合轴(61)与第二离合轴(62)同轴,所述第一离合轴(61)与第二离合轴(62)相对一端均设置有连接凸块(63),当所述第一离合轴(61)与第二离合轴(62)同步转动时,所述第一离合轴(61)的连接凸块(63)抵接于第二离合轴(62)的连接凸块(63)的一侧,所述第二驱动机构(5)驱动第二离合轴(62)转动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种医用转运床,其特征在于,所述第二驱动机构(5)包括位于第二离合轴(62)上方且沿安装座(34)滑动方向延伸的齿条(52)和沿第二离合轴(62)周向设置的齿轮(53),所述齿条(52)连接于车身,当所述第二离合轴(62)滑动于安装座(34)时,所述第二离合轴(62)始终通过齿轮(53)与齿条(52)保持啮合。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种医用转运床,其特征在于,所述第三驱动机构(7)包括转动连接于车身的翻转板(71)、驱动翻转板(71)转动的驱动件以及用于驱动第二离合轴(62)远离第一离合轴(61)的弹性件(72),所述翻转板(71)沿安装座(34)滑动方向延伸,所述第二离合轴(62)一端露出于安装座(34),所述弹性件(72)位于第二离合轴(62)与安装座(34)之间。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种医用转运床,其特征在于,所述安装座 (34)内设有安装槽(342),所述驱动辊(33)放置且转动连接于安装槽(342)内,所述安装腔内壁转动连接有至少三组限位滚组,所有所述限位滚组沿驱动辊(33)周向排列,所述限位滚组包括若干沿驱动辊(33)轴向排列的限位滚子(345),所述限位滚子(345)和驱动辊(33)分别抵接于传送布带(35)两面。
