本文实施例可借助本公开的理想示意图而参考平面图和/或截面图进行描述。因此,可根据制造技术和/或容限来修改示例图示。因此,实施例不限于附图中所示的实施例,而是包括基于制造工艺而形成的配置的修改。因此,附图中例示的区具有示意性属性,并且图中所示区的形状例示了元件的区的具体形状,但并不旨在是限制性的。

图1为本公开实施例提供的一种连接器的在组合后的示意图,图2为本公开实施例提供的一种连接器的结构示意图。如图1和图2所示,连接器包括壳体1、固定件2和接触件3,固定件2用于使壳体1和接触件3固定连接。
图3为本公开实施例提供的壳体的剖视图。如图2和图3所示,在壳体1内设置有插孔槽11,接触件3可插接于插孔槽11内。插孔槽11包括插孔槽入口(图3中所示壳体的右侧),接触件3自插孔槽入口插入插孔槽11内,并卡接在插孔槽11内。在插孔槽11的端部设置有防偏部,防偏 部被构造成卡接接触件3,并防止接触件3在插孔槽11内偏转。
在一些实施例中,防偏部可以为止位凸筋12,止位凸筋12被构造成卡接接触件3。止位凸筋12不仅可以将接触件3固定在插孔槽11内,还可以防止接触件3在插孔槽11内偏转。
在一些实施例中,防偏部还可以为止位凹槽(图中未示出),止位凹槽的作用与止位凸筋12的作用相同。接触片3抵触止位凹槽,可防止接触件3在插孔槽11内发生偏转。
图4为本公开实施例提供的接触件的结构示意图。如图2和图4所示,接触件3包括第一接触片30a和第二接触片30b,第一接触片30a和第二接触片30b的前端均设置有接触部36。而且,第一接触片30a的接触部36和第二接触片30b的接触部36朝向相反的方向外延伸一部分,即第一接触片30a的接触部36和第二接触片30b的接触部36所在平面交叉(非平行)。而且,越接近接触件3的端部第一接触片30a的接触部36和第二接触片30b的接触部36相距越远。
如图2和图4所示,在接触件3插接于插孔槽11的状态下,第一接触片30a的接触部36和第二接触片30b的接触部36分别卡接对应地止位凸筋12,接触部36和止位凸筋12使得接触件3在插孔槽11内无法发生偏转。
在一些实施例中,两个止位凸筋12在壳体1的径向方向上排布设置,对应地,第一接触片30a和第二接触片30b在壳体1的径向方向上对称设置。
在一些实施例中,止位凸筋12与插孔槽11的内壁相对的面为倾斜面。而且,倾斜面与插孔槽11的内壁的夹角为锐角,即止位凸筋12在壳体1的端部形成一个钩部。第一接触片30a的接触部36和第二接触片30b的接触部36抵触止位凸筋12的倾斜面,即第一接触片30a的接触部36和第二接触片30b的接触部36抵触在钩部内。这样,可以提高接触件3和插孔槽11卡接的稳定性,以及有利于进一步避免接触件3在插孔槽11内发生偏转。
需要说明的是,本实施例提及的轴向和径向是以接触件3的轴(长度方向)为基准,接触件3的轴向为壳体的轴向,也即连接器的轴向,接触件3的径向为壳体的径向,也即连接器的径向。
在一些实施例中,在止位凸筋12的侧面或侧前端设置开口,该开口有利于接触件3卡接止位凸筋12,同时避免接触件3在壳体1内偏转。
如图2、图3和图4所示,在插孔槽11内设置有插接槽15,在接触件3上设置有接插部31,在接触件3插接于插孔槽11的状态下,接插部31与插接槽15抵触以增加接触件3与壳体1的接触面积,从而避免使用过程中接触件3相对于壳体1发生偏转、移动或晃动。
在插孔槽11和接触件3上均设置有前置限位机构,用于对接插部31与插接槽15的位置进行初步定位,以限定接触件3插入插孔槽11内的深度。
如图2、图3和图4所示,前置限位机构包括前置限位台阶37和前置限位卡槽17。前置限位台阶37设置在接触件3上,前置限位卡槽17设置在插孔槽11内,且与插接槽15的位置相比远离止位凸筋12,即前置限位卡槽17设置在更靠近插孔槽11的入口一侧。在接触件3插接于壳体1的插孔槽11时,当前置限位台阶37抵触前置限位卡槽17时,接触件3无法进一步伸入插孔槽11。此时,止位凸筋12卡接接触件3的接触部36。
在一些实施例中,前置限位机构还可以采用其它结构。例如,前置限位机构包括前置限位件和前置限位槽,在插接槽15内和接触件3上均设置有前置限位槽且位置相对,前置限位件可嵌置于插接槽15内。通过前置限位件可以对接触件3插入插孔槽11的深度进行限制。
在一些实施例中,前置限位件包括但不限于限位块和限位柱,本公开实施例对前置限位件的具体结构不做限定。
在一些实施例中,连接器还包括后置限位机构。后置限位机构被构造成对接触件3与壳体1的后置位置进行定位。其中,后置位置是指接触件3的后向位置,即接触件3距离插孔槽11的入口的位置。需要说明的是,前置限位是指接触件3向插孔槽11内插入时的限位,后置是指接触件3 从插孔槽11内向外拔出的限位。
如图2、图3和图4所示,后置限位机构包括固定件2、设置在接触件3上的后置限位台阶38以及设置在壳体1上的固定孔21,而且,固定孔21与固定件2的尺寸相匹配;在固定件2插入固定孔21的状态下,固定件2抵触后置限位台阶38。
本实施例中固定件2不仅被构造成对接触件3的后置位置进行定位,还可对接触件3的径向方向的位置进行定位。将固定件2嵌入固定孔21时,固定件2不仅抵触后置限位台阶38,以对接触件3的轴向进行定位,同时还可以抵触折弯过渡部34,以对接触件3的径向进行定位。
其中,固定件2的数量可以是一个,也可以多个。通常固定件2的数量与接触件3的数量一致,即一个固定件2对应一个接触件3。
在一些实施例中,如图2所示,在壳体1上设置的固定孔21可以贯穿壳体1的厚度方向,固定件2从固定孔21的一端插入,并延伸至固定孔21的另一端。在一些实施例中,固定件2可以部分插入固定孔21,即固定件2不完全插入固定孔21,同样能达到固定接触件3的目的。
在一些实施例中,后置限位机构包括螺钉(图中未示出),螺钉用于固定连接接触件3和壳体1。例如,用螺钉从壳体1的外侧深入插孔槽11并与接触件3连接。后置限位机构也可以采用其它形式,只要能够对接触件3在壳体1的位置定位即可。
如图3和图4所示,第一接触片3a和第二接触件3b均还包括接插部31,接插部31与接触部36相邻;插孔槽11内设置有与接插部31相对的插接槽15,在接触件3插接于插孔槽11的状态下,插接部31嵌置并抵触插接槽15。
在一些实施例中,第一接触片30a和第二接触片30b均设置有插接部31,插接部31的一端与接触部36相连,另一端与连接部32相连。在插孔槽11内设置有连接槽18,在接触件3插接于插孔槽11的状态下,连接部32与连接槽18抵触。
如图3所示,插孔槽11从底部到开口依次包括止位凸筋12、插接槽 15、连接槽18、前置限位卡槽17和压线槽16,即止位凸筋12、插接槽15、连接槽18、前置限位卡槽17和压线槽16共同构成了插孔槽11。
如图4所示,接触件3还包括折弯部33,折弯部33设置在前置限位台阶37和后置限位台阶38之间,即折弯部33的前端位于前置限位台阶37,折弯部33的后端位于后置限位台阶38。
在一些实施例中,折弯部33的宽度大于连接部32的宽度。折弯部33的宽度增加不仅可以提高接触件3的强度,避免在前置限位和后置限位过程中损坏折弯部33,从而使前置限位机构和后置限位机构对接触件3定位的可靠性。由于插接部31的宽度与折弯部33的宽度相比较窄,因此,连接部32的宽度从插接部31向折弯部33逐渐加宽。在一些实施例中,第一接触片30a和第二接触片30b均设置有折弯部33,折弯部33可以增加接触件3与插孔槽11的接触面积,从而增大接触件3和壳体1之间的摩擦力,使接触件3在插孔槽11内更稳定。
如图4所示,接触件3的另一端,即与接触部36相对的一端设置有用于压接功能线的压线部35,插孔槽11内设置有压线槽16。在接触件3插接于插孔槽16的状态下,压线部35嵌置于压线槽16内。使用时,将功能线放置在压线部35,并挤压压线部35使得压线部35压接功能线。
在一些实施例中,功能线可以是电缆,用于传输电能;也可以是数据线,用于传输数据。
如图4所示,接触件3从一端至另一端依次包括接触部36、接插部31、连接部32、折弯部33、折弯过渡部34和压线部35,在连接部32与折弯部33之间设置有前置限位台阶37,在折弯部33和折弯过渡部34之间设置有后置限位台阶38。
在一些实施例中,接触件3为一体结构,即折弯过渡部34和压线部35将第一接触片30a和第二接触片30b连接为一体结构。
在一些实施例中,壳体1内可以设置一个插孔槽11,也可设置两个或更多个插孔槽11。在壳体1内设置多个插孔槽11时,多个插孔槽11在连接器的径向排列设置,或者,多个插孔槽11可以其它方式排列设置。接 触件3可以与壳体1内的插孔槽11的数量一致,也可以少于壳体1内的插孔槽11的数量。换言之,接触件3的数量等于或小于插孔槽11的数量。
在一些实施例中,接触件3的材质为导电材料,壳体1的材质为绝缘材料。
本实施例提供的连接器组装时,将压接好线缆的接触件3插入壳体1的插孔槽11中。在接触件3插入的插孔槽11后,通过前置限位台阶17与连接槽18的过盈配合实现接触件3的预定位。此时即使不施加外力,接触件3也不会轻易掉落。在将接触件3插接入插孔槽11的过程中,接触件3的接触部36在前端张开,与壳体的止位凸筋12接合,从而实现接触件的防偏转定位。之后,将固定件2通过壳体1的固定孔21贯通穿入,途经接触件3的定位孔,完成接触件的完全定位。
本公开实施例提供的连接器,在插孔槽的端部设置有防偏部,接触件包括第一接触片和第二接触片,第一接触片和第二接触片的前端均设置有接触部。而且,第一接触片的接触部和第二接触片的接触部朝向相反的方向外延伸一部分;在接触件插接于插孔槽的状态下,第一接触片的接触部和第二接触片的接触部抵触防偏部,简化了接触件的结构,从而简化了连接器的结构。而且,通过防偏部和第一接触片和第二接触片的接触部可以避免接触件在使用过程中相对于壳体发生偏转,以及避免接触件脱落,从而降低了连接器的安装难度以及提高连接器插接的可靠性。

Claims (12)
- 一种连接器,包括壳体和接触件,所述壳体上设置有插孔槽,所述接触件插接于所述壳体的插孔槽内,其中,在所述插孔槽的端部设置有防偏部;所述接触件包括第一接触片和第二接触片,所述第一接触片和所述第二接触片的前端均设置有接触部,而且,所述第一接触片的接触部和所述第二接触片的接触部朝向相反的方向外延伸一部分;在所述接触件插接于所述插孔槽的状态下,所述第一接触片的接触部和所述第二接触片的接触部卡接所述防偏部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其中,所述防偏部包括止位凸筋,所述止位凸筋与所述插孔槽的内壁相对的面为倾斜面,而且,所述倾斜面与所述插孔槽的内壁的夹角为锐角;所述第一接触片的接触部和所述第二接触片的接触部卡接所述止位凸筋的倾斜面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其中,所述防偏部包括止位凹槽,所述第一接触片的接触部和所述第二接触片的接触部卡接所述止位凹槽。
- 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其中,在所述插孔槽内设置有连接槽,在所述接触件上设置有连接部,并且在所述接触件插接于所述插孔槽的状态下,所述连接部与所述连接槽抵触。
- 根据权利要求4所述的连接器,其中,在所述插孔槽和所述接触件上设置有前置限位机构,被构造成对所述连接部与所述连接槽的位置进行定位。
- 根据权利要求5所述的连接器,其中,所述前置限位机构包括前置限位台阶和前置限位卡槽,所述前置限位台阶设置在所述接触件上,所述前置限位卡槽设置在所述插孔槽内。
- 根据权利要求5所述的连接器,其中,所述前置限位机构包括前置限位件和前置限位槽,在所述连接槽内和所述接触件的相对位置上均设置有所述前置限位槽,所述前置限位件嵌置于所述前置限位槽内。
- 根据权利要求1所述的连接器,其中,所述连接器还包括后置限位机构,被构造成对所述接触件与所述壳体的位置进行定位。
- 根据权利要求8所述的连接器,其中,所述后置限位机构包括固定件、设置在所述接触件上的后置限位台阶以及设置在壳体上的固定孔,而且,所述固定孔与所述固定件的尺寸匹配;在所述固定件插入所述固定孔的状态下,所述固定件抵触所述后置限位台阶。
- 根据权利要求8所述的连接器,其中,所述后置限位机构包括螺钉,所述螺钉用于固定连接所述接触件和所述壳体。
- 根据权利要求1-10任意一项所述的连接器,其中,所述第一接触片和所述第二接触片均还包括接插部,所述接插部与所述接触部相连接;所述插孔槽内设置有与所述接插部相对的插接槽,在所述接触件插接于所述插孔槽的状态下,所述插接部嵌置于所述插接槽内。
- 根据权利要求1-10任意一项所述的连接器,其中,所述接触件与所述接触部相对的一端设置有用于压接功能线的压线部,所述插孔槽内设置有压线槽;在所述接触件插接于所述插孔槽的状态下,所述压线部嵌置于所述压线槽内。
