本实用新型涉及开关领域,尤其涉及一种吸附式固定组件及开关装置。
背景技术
开关装置,可理解为具有开关本体与按键的装置,在开关本体中,可设有相应的电路,按键可与该电路相作用,例如:电路中包含微动开关,按键被下按时可触动电路中的微动开关。
开关装置中还可设有底座,进而,可将开关本体安装于底座;现有相关技术中,开关本体通常可通过螺纹件固定连接于底座,然而,该连接方式下,需要采用工具旋转螺纹件,不便于操作。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种吸附式固定组件及开关装置,以解决传统开关在移动位置时不便于操作的问题。
根据本实用新型的第一方面,本实用新型提供了一种开关装置,包括:

第一磁吸部;
第二磁吸部,其中所述第二磁吸部的第一端直接或者间接连接至所述第一磁吸部;且所述第一磁吸部与所述第二磁吸部的形状和/或体积不相同。
优选的,所述第一磁吸部包括至少一弧形侧面。
优选的,所述吸附式固定组件还包括包套件;所述包套件套设于所述磁性件外表面,以将所述第一磁吸部和所述第二磁吸部相对固定。
优选的,所述包套件包括一柔性外壳;所述柔性外壳包括相互连接的第一腔体和第二腔体;其中,所述第一腔体的形状大小与所述第一磁吸部相匹配,用于安装所述第一磁吸部;所述第二腔体的形状大小与所述第二磁吸部相匹配,用于安装所述第二磁吸部。

所述磁性件装配于所述安装部时,所述开关本体能够通过所述磁性件产生的磁吸力对外固定。
优选的,所述安装部包括至少一安装孔;所述安装孔包括孔径不同且直接或者间接连通的第一孔部和第二孔部。
优选的,所述开关装置还包括螺钉,所述磁性件或所述螺钉有选择地装配于所述安装孔;
所述螺钉装配于所述安装孔时,所述开关本体能够通过所述螺钉对外固定。
优选的,所述开关装置还包括:
至少一吸附体,所述吸附体直接或者间接固定于所述开关本体的固定基准上,并被设置为能够与所述磁性件之间形成所述磁吸力;
所述磁性件装配于所述安装孔时,所述开关本体能够通过所述磁吸力固定于所述固定基准上。
优选的,所述吸附体的厚度为0.1mm~2mm,长度为70mm~85mm,宽度为10mm~86mm。
优选的,装配于所述安装孔的所述磁性件能够通过过盈配合固定于所述安装孔,过盈量被设置为0.05mm~0.3mm。

优选的,所述按键的朝向所述开关件的一侧设置有抵接部,所述按键的至少部分部位能够响应于外部动作地产生一下按操控,进而使得所述抵接部抵接所述开关件而触发所述开关件。
优选的,所述外部动作包括能够使所述按键下按或者回弹的动作。
本实用新型提供的吸附式固定组件,可用于开关装置的对外固定,相较于传统的螺丝固定,更加便捷高效,且不用对墙体开孔,减少了对墙体的破坏;本实用新型提出的开关装置中,引入了所述的吸附式固定组件,进而,基于装配于开关本体的吸附式固定组件对外的磁吸力,可实现开关本体对外的固定,其中,在实现固定的操作中,只需将磁性件设于安装孔并使之固定即可,无需复杂的旋转操作,有效简化了操作过程,达到了便于操作的积极效果。

所述吸附式固定组件还包括包套件(图1未示);所述包套件套设于所述磁性件2外表面,以将所述第一磁吸部21和所述第二磁吸部22相对固定。所述磁性件2也可以通过所述包套件对外固定,例如通过所述包套件挤压于一个安装孔内,实现过盈配合,使得磁性件2相对于安装孔的固定。
进一步地,如图20所示,所述包套件包括一柔性外壳7;所述柔性外壳7包括相互连接的第一腔体71和第二腔体72;其中,所述第一腔体71的形状大小与所述第一磁吸部21相匹配,用于安装所述第一磁吸部21;所述第二腔体72的形状大小与所述第二磁吸部22相匹配,用于安装所述第二磁吸部22。具体使用时,所述磁性件2的第二磁吸部22先安装于所述第二腔体72,然后再安装第一磁吸部21至第一腔体71,使得所述柔性外壳7牢牢地贴合在所述磁性件2的外表面。

在一具体使用举例中,所述吸附式固定组件用于直接或者间接地吸附于一安装面;当所述吸附式固定组件吸附至所述安装面时,沿自所述第一磁吸部的第一端至所述第二磁吸部的第二端的第一指定方向,所述第一磁吸部的第一端、所述第一磁吸部的第二端、所述第二磁吸部的第一端与所述第二磁吸部的第二端、所述安装面依次分布。且当所述吸附式固定组件吸附至所述安装面时,所述第二磁吸部比所述第一磁吸部更靠近所述安装面;在一具体举例中,所述第二磁吸部的第二端的端面正对于所述安装面。所述安装面,可以理解为利用所述吸附式固定组件对外固定的装置的安装基准面,例如后文的开关装置。
上述实施例中,提供了一种吸附式固定组件,可用于开关装置的对外固定,相较于传统的螺丝固定,更加便捷高效,且不用对墙体开孔,减少了对墙体的破坏。
请参考图2和图3,本实用新型提出一种开关装置,包括:
通信单元15;以及为所述通信单元15供电的供电单元12;
至少一触发装置5,其被设置为当所述供电单元12向所述通信单元15供电时,能够响应外部动作地直接或者间接地触发所述通信单元15发射至少一预设无线信号;
开关本体1,所述开关本体1设有至少一安装部11,所述供电单元12和所述通信单元15均设置于所述开关本体1内部的容置空间;
至少一吸附式固定组件;所述吸附式固定组件包括一磁性件2所述磁性件2被设置为适于装配于所述安装部11;
所述安装部11包括至少一安装孔11;所述安装孔11包括第一孔部111和第二孔部112,所述第一孔部111的孔径不同于所述第二孔部112的孔径,和/或:所述第一孔部111的形状不同于所述第二孔部112的形状,且所述第一孔部111和所述第二孔部112之间直接或者间接连通而构成贯穿所述开关本体1的所述安装孔11;其中的孔径,可理解为孔部的孔壁中,关于孔部中心对称的两处孔壁部位之间的距离。
所述吸附式固定组件包括一磁性件2所述磁性件2被设置为适于装配于所述安装部11;也可以理解为:安装孔11的形状、尺寸等适于装配入磁性件2,同时,磁性件2可拆卸地装配于该安装孔11;所述磁性件2装配于所 述安装孔11时,所述开关本体1能够通过所述磁性件2产生的磁吸力对外固定,例如固定在铁质工作台、不锈钢材质的墙面上。
进一步地,所述开关装置还包括:至少一吸附体4,所述吸附体4直接或者间接固定于所述开关本体1的固定基准(该固定基准表示在实际实用时,所述开关本体1被安装的位置基准)上,并被设置为能够与所述磁性件2之间形成磁吸力;所述磁性件2装配于所述安装孔11时,所述开关本体1能够通过所述磁吸力(即磁性件2与吸附体4之间靠近而形成的磁吸力)固定于所述固定基准;其可理解为:当磁性件2与吸附体4靠近时,两者之间可产生使两者相靠近、接触的磁吸力,进而,不论采用何种材质、结构的磁性件2、吸附体4,均可作为本实用新型实施例中一种可选的方案。值得注意的是,当所述开关本体1安装的安装基准所在位置本身为铁、不锈钢等可被所述磁性件2吸附的材料时,则所述开关本体1可以直接通过所述磁性件2对外吸附在所述固定基准上而不需要额外设置所述吸附体4。
另外,在其他方案中,所述开关装置还可以包括一底座3(如图4),所述吸附体4可以固定连接于一底座3,例如通过装配结构使二者固定连接在一起,吸附体4也可以可分离地连接于所述底座3,进而,在使用磁性件2时,吸附体4可装配连接于底座3,在未使用磁性件2时,吸附体可未装配连接于底座3。此外,不论吸附体4与底座3是固定连接还是可分离地连接于底座3,吸附体4均可通过卡扣、卡槽、螺纹件等至少之一连接于底座3。当然,吸附体4可直接安装于所述固定基准,不需要额外设置底座3,底座3适用于一些特殊的安装环境,例如在对一些传统开关改造升级时,可以保留传统开关装置的底座3,而直接将所述吸附体4设置在底座3上,以最小可能的改变原有开关的安装位置。
其中一种实施方式中,所述吸附体4的厚度(可理解为沿图2所示厚度方向的尺寸)为0.1mm~3mm,长度(可理解为沿图2所示长度方向的尺寸)为70mm~85mm,宽度(可理解为沿宽度方向的尺寸,宽度方向垂直于图2所示的长度方向和厚度方向)为10mm~86mm。具体举例中,所述吸附体4的厚度一般被设置为3mm,长和宽分别被设置为75mm和20mm,目的在于使所述开关本体1能够比较容易吸附在所述吸附体4上,且所述开关本体1吸附在所述吸附体4上时,能够遮挡住所述吸附体4,保持整体的简洁美观。
以上方案中,引入了磁性件2与吸附体4,进而,基于装配于开关本体1的磁性件2与吸附体4之间的磁吸力,可实现开关本体对外的固定,其中,在实现固定的操作中,只需将磁性件2设于安装孔11,将吸附体4固定于固定基准(例如墙壁或者工作台)上即可,无需复杂的旋转操作,有效简化了操作过程,达到了便于操作的积极效果。可见,在安装孔11中放置磁性体2之后,搭配一个吸附体4(例如磁性背板),通过磁吸力吸引固定开关本体1,使开关自由安放拿取。
其中一种实施方式中,所述的开关装置,还可包括螺钉(未图示),所述磁性件2或所述螺钉有选择地装配于所述安装孔11;即:
若选择利用磁性件2实现装配,则可将磁性件2设于安装孔11(安装孔中可不设置螺钉),然后将装配有磁性件2的开关本体1放置于固定基准上的吸附体4,使开关本体1相对于固定基准的位置被固定;
若选择利用螺钉实现装配,请结合图5,则可将螺钉穿过安装孔11(安装孔中可不设置磁性件2),然后将开关本体1放置于底座3上,利用螺钉与底座3的螺孔31,可使得开关本体1相对于底座3的位置被固定。
可见,所述螺钉装配于所述安装孔时,所述底座能够通过所述螺钉固定连接所述开关本体1。所述螺钉的螺杆的直径小于所述第二孔部112的孔径,螺帽的直径大于所述第二孔部112的孔径且小于所述第一孔部111的孔径,使得所述螺钉的螺杆能够穿过所述第一孔部111和所述第二孔部112,螺帽限位于所述第二孔部112。
在其他实施方式中,也可同时采用螺钉与磁性件2实现开关本体1与底座3之间的位置相对固定,其中,螺钉与磁性件2可设于同一安装孔11,也可设于不同的安装孔11。
其中一种实施方式中,所述安装孔11包括第一孔部111与第二孔部112。所述第一孔部111沿第二指定方向的深度为1mm~10mm;所述第二孔部112沿所述第二指定方向的深度为1mm~10mm;所述第一孔部111的开口尺寸为:最大径9mm~11mm,优选为10mm,最小径7.5mm~9mm,优选为8.5mm,所述第二孔部112的开口尺寸为:最大径5mm~7mm,优选为6mm,最小径3mm~5mm,优选为4mm。
沿自所述开关本体1的第一侧至第二侧的第二指定方向(例如图10、图 11、图12、图14、图15、图16、图17、图18所示的自上而下的方向),所述第一孔部111的第一端、所述第一孔部111的第二端、所述第二孔部112的第一端与所述第二孔部112的第二端依次分布;
其中,第一孔部111与第二孔部112可形成于同一构件,也可形成于不同构件,第一孔部111与第二孔部112之间可以是互相连接的(例如第一孔部111的第二端与第二孔部112的第一端互相连接),在图示的举例中,第一孔部111的第二端与第二孔部112的第一端之间可以是沿所述第二指定方向相间隔的,进而,在第一孔部111与第二孔部112之间还可具有其他孔或槽。
具体举例中,所述开关本体1包括一底壳14和一中壳13,所述中壳13盖合连接于所述底壳14。第一孔部111设于开关本体1的中壳13(具体可贯穿中壳13的两侧),第二孔部112可设于开关本体1的底壳14(具体可贯穿底壳14的两侧),其中的中壳13可盖合连接于底壳14,两者的结构形式与装配方式可参照本领域任意已有或改进的方案理解。
以垂直于所述第二指定方向的平面为投影面,所述第一孔部111的外轮廓在所述投影面的第一投影图形覆盖所述第二孔部112的外轮廓在所述投影面的第二投影图形且不重合;所述磁性件2适于装配于所述第一孔部111和/或所述第二孔部112。
进而,当磁性件2穿过第一孔部111后,可架设于第二孔部112所属底壳14部分的端面,从而使得磁性件2的部分(例如第一磁吸部21)或全部处于第二孔部112的朝向中壳的一侧,实现了磁性件2沿指定方向的运动位置的限位固定。
所述磁性件2包括适于装配于所述第一孔部111的第一磁吸部21。
为了保障对磁性件2中第一磁吸部21的容置,以及前文提到的限位固定作用,所述第一磁吸部21装配于所述第一孔部111时,所述第一磁吸部21的外轮廓在所述投影面的第三投影图形覆盖所述第二投影区域且不重合,所述第一投影图形覆盖所述第三投影图形。
具体举例中,所述第三投影图形为圆形,对应的,第一磁吸部21的至少部分结构可例如呈圆柱形。进一步的,所述第三投影图形的两处边缘与所述第一投影图形相切,所述两处边缘关于所述第三投影图形的圆心对称,例如: 第一投影图形可以为跑道形,进而可具有两条互相平行的边缘与两条半圆边缘,此时,第三投影图形的圆形可与两条平行的边缘相切。
部分方案中,所述磁性件2还可包括适于装配于所述第二孔部112的第二磁吸部22;
所述第二磁吸部22装配于所述第二孔部112时,所述第二投影图形覆盖所述第二磁吸部22的外轮廓在所述投影面的第四投影图形,进而可保证第二磁吸部22能够进入第二孔部112。
具体的举例中,所述第四投影图形与所述第二投影图形相同,可以为圆形,但也不限于此。
其中的投影图形的形状可以不限于以上的举例,只要满足了对磁铁的容置与限位,就不脱离本实用新型实施例的范围。
增加小磁铁(即第二磁吸部22)的情况下,可以充分利用了塑胶件螺钉安装孔的特征,使磁吸力增大,从而可以考虑减薄上面大磁铁(即第一磁吸部21)的厚度,或者使用其他可磁吸零件替代。整个磁铁组件依靠磁力实现开关吸附在背板(即吸附体4)上,使开关随时可以拿下或吸附贴在吸附体4(进而通过吸附体4固定于墙、工作台等固定基准上)。
此外,第一磁吸部21与第二磁吸部22可以是固定在一起的(例如粘贴在一起或一体成型)。第一磁吸部21与第二磁吸部22也可以是相分离的,进而其他部件(例如柔性外壳7或硬性外壳8)使第一磁吸部21与第二磁吸部22连接在一起。第一磁吸部21与第二磁吸部22也可以是利用磁铁间的吸附力吸附在一起的。
其中一种实施方式中,请参考图12,装配于所述安装孔11的所述磁性件2能够通过过盈配合固定于所述安装孔11,过盈量被设置为0.05mm~0.3mm,具体实施过程中,也可以根据实际使用环境和需求对过盈量进行调整,目的在于能够让所述磁性件2牢固的固定在所述安装孔11中而不会轻易脱落。
参见于图12中的A部分,以及图16中的B部分,与磁性件2发生过盈配合的部分可以仅包含第一孔部111的孔壁,另部分方案中,与磁性件2发生过盈配合的部分也可以仅包含第二孔部112的孔壁。此外,与磁性件2发生过盈配合的部分也可以同时包括第一孔部111的孔壁与第二孔部112的孔壁,还可以是第一孔部111、第二孔部112之外的其他孔部。
基于过盈配合,所述磁性件2不会松动且不掉出。
其中一种实施方式中,所述的开关装置,还包括用于将所装配的磁性件2固定于所述安装孔11内的固定部。其中的固定部,可以为任意可实现磁性件2位置固定作用的结构。
一种举例中,请参考图10,所述固定部包括:卡于所述安装孔11内的固定盖6。该固定盖6可理解为可分离地连接于安装孔11内的结构,其尺寸、形状等可以是适于卡接于安装孔11内的任意形式。
具体的,所述固定盖6设于所述安装孔11的第一端和/或第二端,例如:在图10的举例中,固定盖6设于安装孔11的第一端,其他举例中,固定盖6也可设于安装孔11的第二端,或者:安装孔11的第一端与第二端均设有固定盖6。
基于卡接后的固定盖6,磁性件2不会松动且不掉出。
另一种举例中,所述固定部包括:延伸于所述安装孔11内的卡位部(例如图11所示的卡位部113与图14所示的卡位部114)。
所述卡位部设于所述安装孔11的第一端和/或第二端,其中,设于安装孔11第一端的卡位部可例如为卡位部113,设于安装孔11第二端的卡位部可例如为卡位部114。
基于卡位部(例如卡扣)可卡住所述磁性件2,使其不松动且不掉出。
再一举例中,请参考图17至图20,所述固定部包括包裹于所述磁性件2外的柔性外壳7,所述柔性外壳7能够挤压于所述磁性件2与所述安装孔11的孔壁之间,进而可使得挤压在一起所述磁性件2、所述安装孔11与柔性外壳7之间的位置被固定。
其中的柔性外壳7的形状可匹配于第一磁铁21、第二磁铁22,进而可形成阶梯状的结构,其可架设于第二孔部112所属底壳14部分的端面。柔性外壳7可以为硅胶包套,通过柔性外壳挤压变形,压在开关本体1的安装孔11内,使其不轻易掉出,且可拆卸。
又一举例中,请参考图21与图22,所述固定部包括:能够容置所述磁性件的硬性外壳8,所述硬性外壳8内设有用于将所述磁性件2固定于所述硬性外壳内的卡扣81。
基于柔性外壳7与硬性外壳8实现第一磁吸部21与第二磁吸部22的相 对固定。并且,基于硬性外壳8与柔性外壳7,可便于实现所述磁性件2的安装固定。
此外,柔性外壳7与硬性外壳8可以择一使用,也可同时使用,进而,部分方案中,柔性外壳7可装于硬性外壳8内,进而第一磁吸部21、第二磁吸部2设于柔性外壳7内;另部分方案中,硬性外壳8可装于柔性外壳7内,进而第一磁吸部21、第二磁吸部22设于硬性外壳8内。
此外,以图16为例,第二磁铁22的沿第二指定方向的深度与第二孔部112沿第二指定方向的深度之间可具有深度差L。
具体的,较大的第一磁吸部21尺寸可通过过盈安装在开关的螺钉固定孔(即第一孔部111)内,较小的第二磁吸部22吸附在第一磁吸部21下面,且第二磁吸部22深度设计成与开关本体1底面留存一个间隙(即形成深度差L),使第二磁吸部22不直接接触背板(即吸附体4),通过该间隙削弱所述第二磁吸部22与吸附体4之间的磁力,使其小于和第一磁吸部21之间的磁力,当把开关本体1从所述吸附体4上拿下,第二磁吸部22不会被所述吸附体4吸走,所述间隙的深度也可调节,从而控制磁吸松紧效果。
在一优选实施例中,所述的深度差L为0.1mm~5mm(即:所述第二磁吸部远离所述第一磁吸部的第二端与所述第二孔部的第二端间沿所述指定方向的距离为0.1mm~5mm),使得所述第二磁吸部22与所述第一磁吸部21之间的吸附力大于所述第二磁吸部22与所述吸附体4之间的磁吸力。
所述触发装置被设置为按键5,请参考图6至图8,所述按键5可枢转地安装于所述开关本体1而形成所述容置空间。
所述按键5可运动地安装于所述开关本体1,其中的运动可以是基于支点的摆动(即按键5可基于支点发生摆动),也可以是基于转轴的转动(即按键5可基于转轴发生转动),还可以是平移运动(即按键5可实现平移运动)等各种运动方式。
其中按键5的数量可例如图6、图7所示的一个,也可以是图8所示的多个(例如三个),单个按键5可以是图6、图7所示的一体的结构,也可以如图8所示由多个结构组合而成。
不论按键5的结构形式、数量、工作原理如何,均不脱离本实用新型实施例的范围。当然,所述触发装置也可以实施为触摸面板、按键或者旋钮开 关等;所述触发装置被设置为按键时,所述按键可枢转地安装于所述开关本体而形成所述容置空间;所述触发装置被设置为旋钮开关时,所述旋钮开关可旋转的安装于所述开关本体而形成所述容置空间;所述触发装置被设置为触摸面板时,其被设置为当所述供电单元向所述通信单元供电时,能够响应外部动作地直接或者间接地触发所述通信单元发射至少一预设无线信号。当然,本领域技术人员可以根据需要进行具体选择,将触发装置实施为按键仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本实用新型,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
具体举例中,一般开关都会有两个螺钉安装孔11,也可以设计为四个,本实用新型具体举例中所采用的安装孔111可以为已有的螺钉安装孔11,在该孔各自放置一个磁性件2,依靠磁性件2磁力和搭配的可磁吸背板(即吸附体4)连接固定,使开关可以随意拿取安放,且可随时取出磁性件2,更换为螺钉安装,互不影响。
在一较佳实施例中,所述安装孔11至少有1组,每组包括2个安装孔;在一具体举例中,所述安装孔只有1组,包括两个安装孔11,且两个所述安装孔11中心的间距为60mm~70mm,具体举例中,该间距可以设置为65mm,以适应大多数传统开关的安装参数。
所述按键5的设置方向平行于两个所述安装孔11的中心的连线。即:以垂直于所述指定方向的平面为投影面,所述按键5的投影图形中,所述按键5有两端是沿设置方向分布的;所述设置方向平行于两个所述安装孔11的投影图形的中心的连线,所述按键5沿所述设置方向分布的两端中,包括所述按键中能够绕枢转轴心转动的一端。
在另一举例中,所述安装孔11有两组,一组安装孔中的两个安装孔11中心的连线为第一连线,另一组安装孔中的两个安装孔11中心的连线为第二连线;第一连线和第二连线的长度均为60mm~70mm,第一连线与第二连线相互垂直,且所述按键5的设置方向与第一连线或者第二连线平行。
即:以垂直于所述指定方向的平面为投影面,一组安装孔中的两个安装孔的投影图形的中心的连线为第一连线,另一组安装孔中的两个安装孔的投影图形的中心的连线为第二连线;所述第一连线和所述第二连线的长度均为 60mm~70mm,所述第一连线与所述第二连线相互垂直,所述按键的设置方向与所述第一连线或者所述第二连线平行。
其中,所述按键5被设置为条状(例如长方形),且被设置为两端均能够响应一外部动作地直接或者间接地触发所述通信单元15发射至少一预设无线信号,此时,所述按键5两端均可按压而触发通信单元15,适应于两组安装孔,在所述开关装置被安装时,可以使按键5横向安装也可以使按键纵向安装,均不会影响按键5与所述吸附体4之间的吸附。
其中一种实施方式中,请参考图3,所述开关本体1内设有电路板,所述电路板上设有通信单元15。所述电路板与所述供电单元12电性连接,所述通信单元15设置在所述电路板上。进一步地,所述通信单元15包括一储能输出单元152、一无线通讯单元151和一处理单元153;所述储能输出单元152的输入端电性连接至所述供电单元12,输出端电性连接至所述无线通讯单元151和所述处理单元153;所述处理单元153和所述无线通讯单元151通信连接。
进一步地,所述通信单元15还包括至少一开关件154;所述开关件154与所述按键5可以一一对应,也可以多个开关件154对应一个按键5;所述开关件154电性连接至所述处理单元153的一信号检测端口,并被设置为能够响应所述按键的下按操控地被触发而切换通断状态;所述按键5的朝向所述开关件154的一侧设置有抵接部,所述按键5能够响应于一外部动作地产生一下按操控,进而使得所述抵接部抵接所述开关件154而触发所述通信单元15,例如:开关件154可切换通断状态,具体的,在被触发时处于接通状态,未被触发时处于断开状态(或反过来),所述处理单元15能够检测出所述开关件的通断状态。该开关件153可例如微动开关。所述外部动作包括能够使所述按键下按或者回弹的动作。
在本优选实施例中,所述供电单元12可以被设置为自发电电机、纽扣电池、可充电电池中的任一种或者多种。
所述供电单元12被设置为一自发电电机121时,所述自发电电机121电连接所述电路板上的通信单元15,所述自发电电机121能够将外部按压的机械能转换为电能,以将所述电能输送至所述电路板,进而,可为电路板上的通信单元15供电。例如,电路板上储能输出单元152的输入侧电连接自发电 发电机121,储能输出单元152的输出侧分别电连接无线通讯单元151与处理单元153,进而对自发电发电机121产生的电能进行储能和处理(例如滤波、升压、降压等至少之一),然后将处理后的电压供应至无线通讯单元151与处理单元153。
所述供电单元12被设置为一电池时,电池电连接电路板上的通信单元,电路板上输出单元(未图示)的输入侧电连接电池,输出单元的输出侧分别电连接无线通讯单元151与处理单元153,进而对电池的电能进行处理(例如滤波、升压、降压等至少之一),然后将处理后的电压供应至无线通讯单元151与处理单元153。
其中的无线通讯单元151可以为任意能够对外通讯的电路模块,例如可以为蓝牙通讯模块、射频通讯模块、Wifi通讯模块等等。
本发明一具体实施例中,提供了一种开关装置,供电单元采用了自发电电机,触发装置采用了按键,其中的名词、结构关系、工作原理的描述可参照前文的相关描述理解,进而,该具体实施例中的开关装置可以包括:
至少一按键,所述按键的至少部分部位被设置为能够响应外部动作地产生一位移;
开关本体,所述按键可枢转地连接于所述开关本体而形成一容置空间;所述开关本体上设有至少一安装孔,所述安装孔包括孔径不同且直接或者间接连通的第一孔部和第二孔部;
至少一开关件,所述开关件被设置为能够响应所述按键地所述位移地切换通断状态;

所述导磁组件91包括第一导磁件911、第二导磁件912,所述第一导磁件911与所述第二导磁件912相对设置。所述第一导磁件911与所述第二导磁件912一端通过连接件913固定连接,另一端的上方和下方分别设置有上接触件914和下接触件915。
所述感应组件92设置在所述导磁组件91内侧,所述感应组件92包括:固定结构923、磁芯922、线圈骨架924和环绕所述线圈骨架924的线圈921;其中,所述线圈骨架924中空,所述线圈921绕设在所述线圈骨架924上;所述磁芯922穿过所述线圈骨架924后,一端固定连接所述连接件913,另一端穿过所述线圈骨架924后插设在所述固定结构923中并伸出所述固定结构923而置于所述上接触件和所述下接触件之间而形成中接触件。所述固定结构923用于固定所述线圈骨架924及所述磁芯922的另一端,线圈921可电性连接电路板。
所述驱动组件93,其包括两个相对设置的转动轴931,两个转动轴931的一端通过安装架932连接,另一端分别设置有转动部,所述第一导磁件911与所述第二导磁件912的靠近所述连接件913的一端分别设置有转动孔,所述转动孔与所述转动部相适应,两个转动轴931通过所述转动部可转动的连接在所述导磁组件91上。所述安装架932的与所述线圈921相背离的一侧设置有拨片933,按压所述拨片933可以驱动整个驱动组件93上下发生位移。
所述磁性组件94设置在所述驱动组件93上,所述磁性组件94包括:磁铁941、第一导磁片942和第二导磁片943,其中,所述磁铁941设置在所述安装架932内部设置的安装槽中,所述第一导磁片942与所述第二导磁片943 相对设置在所述磁铁941的不同极性的两端;所述驱动组件93用于驱动所述磁性组件94相对于所述导磁组件91相对发生位移,以产生感应电能。
本实用新型提供的吸附式固定组件,可用于开关装置的对外固定,相较于传统的螺丝固定,更加便捷高效,且不用对墙体开孔,减少了对墙体的破坏;本实用新型提出的开关装置中,引入了所述的吸附式固定组件,进而,基于装配于开关本体的吸附式固定组件对外的磁吸力,可实现开关本体对外的固定,其中,在实现固定的操作中,只需将磁性件设于安装孔并使之固定即可,无需复杂的旋转操作,有效简化了操作过程,达到了便于操作的积极效果。

Claims (54)

  1. 一种吸附式固定组件,其特征在于,包括:至少一磁性件;所述磁性件包括:
    第一磁吸部;
    第二磁吸部,其中所述第二磁吸部的第一端直接或者间接连接至所述第一磁吸部;且所述第一磁吸部与所述第二磁吸部的形状和/或体积不相同。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的吸附式固定组件,其特征在于,所述第一磁吸部包括至少一弧形侧面。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的吸附式固定组件,其特征在于,还包括包套件;所述包套件套设于所述磁性件外表面,以将所述第一磁吸部和所述第二磁吸部相对固定。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的吸附式固定组件,其特征在于,所述包套件包括一柔性外壳;所述柔性外壳包括相互连接的第一腔体和第二腔体;其中,所述第一腔体的形状大小与所述第一磁吸部相匹配,用于安装所述第一磁吸部;所述第二腔体的形状大小与所述第二磁吸部相匹配,用于安装所述第二磁吸部。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的吸附式固定组件,其特征在于,所述包套件包括一硬性外壳,所述硬性外壳包括相互连接的第三腔体和第四腔体;其中,所述第三腔体的形状大小与所述第一磁吸部相匹配,用于安装所述第一磁吸部;所述第四腔体的形状大小与所述第二磁吸部相匹配,用于安装所述第二磁吸部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的磁吸式固定组件,其特征在于,所述第四腔体的一端封闭,另一端连通所述第三腔体的一端,所述第三腔体的另一端设有用于将所述第一吸附部固定于所述硬性外壳内的卡扣。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的吸附式固定组件,其特征在于,所述第二磁吸部的第一端直接或者间接可拆卸的吸附至所述第一磁吸部。
  8. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的吸附式固定组件,其特征在于,所述第二磁吸部的第一端直接或者间接固定连接至所述第一磁吸部。
  9. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的吸附式固定组件,其特征在于,所述第一磁吸部和/或所述第二磁吸部被设置为一柱状永磁体。
  10. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的吸附式固定组件,其特征在于,所述第一磁吸部和所述第二磁吸部均为圆柱状,且所述第一磁吸部和所述第二磁吸部同轴设置。
  11. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的吸附式固定组件,其特征在于,
    沿自所述第一磁吸部的第一端至所述第二磁吸部的第二端的第一指定方向,所述第一磁吸部的第一端、所述第一磁吸部的第二端、所述第二磁吸部的第一端与所述第二磁吸部的第二端依次分布;
    以垂直于所述第一指定方向的平面为投影面,所述第一磁吸部的外轮廓在所述投影面形成第一投影图形,所述第二磁吸部的外轮廓在所述投影面形成第二投影图形;所述第一投影图形覆盖所述第二投影图形,且二者不重合。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的吸附式固定组件,其特征在于,所述吸附式固定组件用于直接或者间接地吸附于一安装面;当所述吸附式固定组件吸附至所述安装面时,沿自所述第一磁吸部的第一端至所述第二磁吸部的第二端的第一指定方向,所述第一磁吸部的第一端、所述第一磁吸部的第二端、所述第二磁吸部的第一端与所述第二磁吸部的第二端、所述安装面依次分布。
  13. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的吸附式固定组件,其特征在于,所述第一磁吸部的体积大于所述第二磁吸部的体积。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的吸附式固定组件,其特征在于,所述吸附式固定组件用于吸附于一安装面,且当所述吸附式固定组件吸附至所述安装面时,所述第二磁吸部比所述第一磁吸部更靠近所述安装面。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的吸附式固定组件,其特征在于,当所述吸附式固定组件吸附至所述安装面时,所述第二磁吸部的第二端的端面正对于所述安装面。
  16. 一种开关装置,其特征在于,包括:
    通信单元;以及
    至少一为所述通信单元供电的供电单元;
    至少一触发装置,其被设置为当所述供电单元向所述通信单元供电时,能够响应外部动作地直接或者间接地触发所述通信单元发射至少一预设无线信号;
    开关本体,所述开关本体设有至少一安装部,所述供电单元和所述通信 电路均设置于所述开关本体的容置空间;
    至少一吸附式固定组件;所述吸附式固定组件包括一磁性件,所述磁性件被设置为适于装配于所述安装部;
    所述磁性件装配于所述安装部时,所述开关本体能够通过所述磁性件产生的磁吸力对外固定。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述安装部包括至少一安装孔;所述安装孔包括孔径不同且直接或者间接连通的第一孔部和第二孔部。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的开关装置,其特征在于,还包括螺钉,所述磁性件或所述螺钉有选择地装配于所述安装孔;
    所述螺钉装配于所述安装孔时,所述开关本体能够通过所述螺钉对外固定。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述开关装置还包括:
    至少一吸附体,所述吸附体直接或者间接固定于所述开关本体的固定基准上,并被设置为能够与所述磁性件之间形成所述磁吸力;
    所述磁性件装配于所述安装孔时,所述开关本体能够通过所述磁吸力固定于所述固定基准上。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述吸附体的厚度为0.1mm~2mm,长度为70mm~85mm,宽度为10mm~86mm。
  21. 根据权利要求18所述的开关装置,其特征在于,装配于所述安装孔的所述磁性件能够通过过盈配合固定于所述安装孔,过盈量被设置为0.05mm~0.3mm。
  22. 根据权利要求18所述的开关装置,其特征在于,还包括用于将所装配的磁性件固定于所述安装孔内的固定部。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述固定部包括:卡于所述安装孔内的固定盖。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述固定盖设于所述安装孔的第一端和/或第二端。
  25. 根据权利要求22所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述固定部包括: 延伸于所述安装孔内的卡位部。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述卡位部设于所述安装孔的第一端和/或第二端。
  27. 根据权利要求22所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述吸附式固定组件还包括包裹于所述磁性件外的包套件;
  28. 根据权利要求27所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述包套件被设置为一柔性外壳,所述柔性外壳能够挤压于所述磁性件与所述安装孔的孔壁之间。
  29. 根据权利要求27所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述包套件被设置为能够容置所述磁性件的硬性外壳,所述硬性外壳内设有用于将所述磁性件固定于所述硬性外壳内的卡扣。
  30. 根据权利要求18所述的开关装置,其特征在于,沿自所述开关本体的第一侧至第二侧的指定方向,所述第一孔部的第一端、所述第一孔部的第二端、所述第二孔部的第一端与所述第二孔部的第二端依次分布;
    以垂直于所述指定方向的平面为投影面,所述第一孔部的外轮廓在所述投影面的第一投影图形覆盖所述第二孔部的外轮廓在所述投影面的第二投影图形且不重合;所述磁性件适于装配于所述第一孔部和/或所述第二孔部。
  31. 根据权利要求30所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述第一孔部沿所述指定方向的深度为1mm~10mm;所述第二孔部沿所述指定方向的深度为1mm~10mm。
  32. 根据权利要求30所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述磁性件包括适于装配于所述第一孔部的第一磁吸部;
    所述第一磁吸部装配于所述第一孔部时,所述第一磁吸部的外轮廓在所述投影面的第三投影图形覆盖所述第二投影区域且不重合,所述第一投影图形覆盖所述第三投影图形。
  33. 根据权利要求32所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述第三投影图形为圆形或者椭圆形。
  34. 根据权利要求33所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述第三投影图形的两处边缘与所述第一投影图形相切,所述两处边缘关于所述第三投影图形的圆心对称。
  35. 根据权利要求32所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述磁性件包括适于装配于所述第二孔部的第二磁吸部;
    所述第二磁吸部装配于所述第二孔部时,所述第二投影图形覆盖所述第二磁吸部的外轮廓在所述投影面的第四投影图形。
  36. 根据权利要求35所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述第二磁吸部的第一端吸附至所述第一磁吸部,所述第二磁吸部远离所述第一磁吸部的第二端与所述第二孔部的第二端间沿所述指定方向的距离为0.1mm~5mm,
  37. 根据权利要求36所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述第二磁吸部与所述第一磁吸部之间的吸附力大于所述第二磁吸部与所述吸附体或者固定基准面之间的磁吸力,使得所述第二磁吸部不会由于所述吸附体或者固定基准面的磁吸力而脱离所述第一磁吸部。
  38. 根据权利要求35所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述第四投影图形的两处边缘与所述第二投影图形相切。
  39. 根据权利要求38所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述两处边缘关于所述第四投影图形的圆心对称。
  40. 根据权利要求30所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述第一投影图形和第二投影图形均为跑道形或者圆形。
  41. 根据权利要求16所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述触发装置被设置为按键;所述按键可枢转地安装于所述开关本体而形成所述容置空间。
  42. 根据权利要求16所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述触发装置被设置为旋钮开关;所述旋钮开关可旋转的安装于所述开关本体而形成所述容置空间。
  43. 根据权利要求16所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述触发装置被设置为触摸面板,其被设置为当所述供电单元向所述通信单元供电时,能够响应外部动作地直接或者间接地触发所述通信单元发射至少一预设无线信号。
  44. 根据权利要求41所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述开关本体包括底壳和中壳,所述中壳盖合连接于所述底壳,第一孔部设于所述中壳,所述第二孔部设于所述底壳。
  45. 根据权利要求44所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述第一孔部贯穿所述中壳的两侧,所述第二孔部贯穿所述底壳的两侧。
  46. 根据权利要求41所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述安装孔有两个,且两个所述安装孔中心的间距为60mm~70mm。
  47. 根据权利要求46所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述按键的设置方向平行于两个所述安装孔的中心的连线;
    沿自所述开关本体的第一侧至第二侧的第二指定方向,所述第一孔部的第一端、所述第一孔部的第二端、所述第二孔部的第一端与所述第二孔部的第二端依次分布;
    以垂直于所述第二指定方向的平面为投影面,所述按键的投影图形中,所述按键有两端是沿设置方向分布的;所述设置方向平行于两个所述安装孔的投影图形的中心的连线,所述按键沿所述设置方向分布的两端中,包括所述按键中能够绕枢转轴心转动的一端。
  48. 根据权利要求41所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述安装孔至少有2组,每组包括2个安装孔;
    沿自所述开关本体的第一侧至第二侧的指定方向,所述第一孔部的第一端、所述第一孔部的第二端、所述第二孔部的第一端与所述第二孔部的第二端依次分布;
    以垂直于所述指定方向的平面为投影面,一组安装孔中的两个安装孔的投影图形的中心的连线为第一连线,另一组安装孔中的两个安装孔的投影图形的中心的连线为第二连线;所述第一连线和所述第二连线的长度均为60mm~70mm.
  49. 根据权利要求48所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述第一连线与所述第二连线相互垂直,所述按键的投影图形中,所述按键有两端是沿设置方向分布的,所述按键的设置方向与所述第一连线或者所述第二连线平行,所述按键沿所述设置方向分布的两端包括所述按键中能够绕枢转轴心转动的一端。
  50. 根据权利要求49所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述按键被设置为条状,且被设置为两端均能够响应外部动作地直接或者间接地触发所述通信单元发射至少一预设无线信号。
  51. 根据权利要求41所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述通信单元包括处理单元、储能输出单元、无线通讯单元;所述储能输出单元的输入端电性 连接至所述供电单元,输出端电性连接至所述无线通讯单元和所述处理单元;所述处理单元和所述无线通讯单元通信连接。
  52. 根据权利要求51所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述通信单元还包括至少一与所述按键对应的开关件;所述开关件电性连接至所述处理单元的信号检测端口,并被设置为能够响应所述按键的下按操控地被触发而切换通断状态。
  53. 根据权利要求52所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述按键的朝向所述开关件的一侧设置有抵接部,所述按键的至少部分部位能够响应于外部动作地产生一下按操控,进而使得所述抵接部抵接所述开关件而触发所述开关件。
  54. 根据权利要求53所述的开关装置,其特征在于,所述外部动作包括能够使所述按键下按或者回弹的动作。
