Claims (9)
- 조직의 병변 부위로 이동 가능한 카테터;길이 변화가 가능하도록 상기 카테터의 단부에서 입출 가능하게 설치되고, 광응답제가 코팅되는 스텐트; 및상기 스텐트의 중심부에 위치되도록 상기 카테터에 입출 가능한 광섬유를 포함하고,상기 광섬유는상기 스텐트가 상기 카테터에서 인출되어 확장된 상태에서, 상기 광응답제의 활성화를 위해 상기 광응답제를 향해 레이저를 조사하는,광역학 치료용 카테터 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 카테터에 입출 가능하게 설치되고, 상기 카테터가 상기 병변 부위로 이동되도록 상기 카테터를 안내하는 가이드 와이어를 더 포함하고,광역학 치료용 카테터 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 카테터는상기 가이드 와이어를 따라 이동 가능한 지지 튜브;내부에 상기 가이드 와이어 또는 상기 광섬유가 이동 가능한 튜브 통로를 제공하고, 상기 스텐트의 적어도 일부를 외측에 배치되도록 상기 지지 튜브에 지지되는 조정 튜브;상기 스텐트의 적어도 일부를 내부에 수용할 수 있도록 구성되고, 상기 카테터의 외부로 빠져나온 상기 스텐트의 익스펜션 길이가 조절되도록 상기 지지 튜브를 따라 이동 가능한 이동 튜브; 및상기 조정 튜브의 끝단에 연결되고, 상기 가이드 와이어 또는 상기 광섬유가 이동 가능하도록 상기 튜브 통로에 연통되는 가이드팁을 포함하는,광역학 치료용 카테터 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 스텐트의 익스펜션 길이는,상기 이동 튜브의 이동 거리에 비례하여 조절되는,광역학 치료용 카테터 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 스텐트는상기 이동 튜브에 의해 가압될 때, 상기 조정 튜브와 상기 이동 튜브의 사이 공간에 위치되어, 상기 조정 튜브를 감싸면서 압착된 상태를 유지하고,상기 이동 튜브의 가압이 해제될 때, 익스펜션되면서 원래의 형태로 복원되는,광역학 치료용 카테터 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 스텐트의 후단부는 상기 카테터에 고정되되,상기 스텐트의 전단부는 상기 가이드팁에 고정되거나 자유단 형태로 제공되는,광역학 치료용 카테터 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 스텐트는상기 카테터의 상기 조정 튜브와 상기 이동 튜브의 사이 공간에서, 상기 이동 튜브의 가압에 의해 상기 조정 튜브를 압착하여 감싸는 원통의 그물망 형태로 제공되는,광역학 치료용 카테터 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 카테터는 상기 이동 튜브의 후단부에 연결되는 푸셔를 더 포함하고,상기 스텐트는,상기 푸셔의 풀 동작시 상기 이동 튜브의 후방향 이동에 따라 상기 이동 튜브의 가압이 해제되면 상기 병변 부위에 밀착되도록 상기 카테터의 상기 조정 튜브에서 펼쳐지고, 푸셔의 푸쉬 동작시 상기 이동 튜브의 전방향 이동에 따라 상기 이동 튜브의 가압에 의해 상기 카테터의 상기 조정 튜브에 회수되는,광역학 치료용 카테터 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 광응답제는클로린 e6(Chlorin e6), 헤마토포르피린(Hematoporphyrin), 메틸렌블루(Methylene blue), 톨루이딘블루(Toluidine blue) 중 하나 이상을 포함하는,광역학 치료용 카테터 장치.
