<システム概要>
図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係る仮想店舗システム1のシステム構成を概念的に示す図である。仮想店舗システム1は、管理サーバ10と、ユーザ端末20と、仮想店舗ウェブサーバ30と、を少なくとも有する。さらに、仮想店舗システム1は、さらに、認証サーバ500と接続されてもよい。

情報処理装置100は、位置情報取得部102と、注文受付部104と、を備えている。位置情報取得部102は、顧客の位置情報を取得する。注文受付部104は、位置情報が基準を満たしているときに、仮想店舗における顧客による商品購入の注文を受け付ける。
ここでは、顧客がユーザ端末20を用いて仮想店舗サービスを利用する際の動作についてまず図9を用いて説明し、次に、ユーザ端末20で注文された内容の可否判断を行い商品の注文を受け付ける動作について、図10を用いて説明する。
まず、ユーザ端末20にインストールされているアプリケーションが起動される(ステップS11)。仮想店舗ウェブサイト40にアクセスするためのログイン画面でログインに必要な情報の入力を受け付ける(ステップS13)。入力は、例えば、ユーザ名とパスワードの入力であり、あるいは、指紋や顔画像等による生体認証情報の入力等を組み合わせてもよい。
ユーザ端末20によりカートインされていた商品の注文の確定を受け付けると(ステップS19)、管理サーバ10において、位置情報取得部102は、顧客の位置情報が基準を満たすか否かを判定する(ステップS101)。この例では、顧客が保安検査場ゲート540を通過し、搭乗前の状態(待機場所に居る)にあるかを判定する。基準を満たした場合(ステップS101のYES)、商品の購入が許可され、注文が確定する。管理サーバ10は、仮想店舗ウェブサーバ30に顧客の注文を確定してよい旨を通知し、仮想店舗ウェブサーバ30では、カートインされていた注文内容を確定し、決済処理を行う(ステップS23)。一方、基準を満たさない場合(ステップS101のNO)、注文を受け付けることはできないため、仮想店舗ウェブサーバ30に注文のキャンセル処理を行うよう指示する(ステップS105)。そして、仮想店舗ウェブサーバ30は、カートインされていた商品の注文をキャンセル処理し、その旨をユーザ端末20に通知する(ステップS27)。
本実施形態は、上記実施形態で購入された商品を顧客が受け取るための処理を行う構成を有する点以外は上記実施形態と同じである。図12は、第2実施形態の仮想店舗システム1のシステム構成を概念的に示す図である。図13は、第2実施形態の情報処理装置100の構成を論理的に示す機能ブロック図である。
図12に示すように、仮想店舗システム1は、仮想店舗の商品を取り扱っている実店舗に設置されている店舗端末70と、商品保管ロッカー610に保管されている荷物を受け取る際に顧客の認証処理を行う商品受取端末600とをさらに備えている。仮想店舗ウェブサーバ30で受け付けて決済処理が完了した注文情報は、発注情報として店舗端末70に送信される。
図13に示すように、情報処理装置100は、送信部110をさらに備える。
送信部110は、位置情報取得部102により受け付けた注文に従い、購入処理が行われた後、商品受け渡し場所に商品が移動された後、当該商品の受け取りに必要な情報を顧客のユーザ端末20に送信する。
商品受け渡し場所は、ロッカー(図1の商品保管ロッカー610)であり、商品の受け取りに必要な情報は、ロッカー610の開錠情報を含む。
図14は、仮想店舗システム1の動作例を示すフローチャートである。

図16の情報処理装置100は、図4の情報処理装置100の構成に加え、さらに免税処理部120を有している。ただし、本実施形態の仮想店舗システム1および情報処理装置100は、他の実施形態の構成の少なくともいずれか一つと矛盾を生じない範囲で組み合わせてもよい。
図19は、免税手続きの動作例を示すフローチャートである。
まず、ユーザ端末20に商品受取要求を含むQRコードを表示させて、商品受取端末600のコードスキャナに読み取らせる(ステップS41)。この処理は、図14の解錠要求と同じである。本実施形態では、図14のステップS41とステップS43の間に、顧客の購入商品に関する免税に関する処理が実行される。まず、ユーザ端末20から解除要求を受け付けると、商品受取端末600は、管理サーバ10に顧客の購入商品に関する免税に関する処理の実行を要求する(ステップS53)。

本実施形態では、さらなる他の例として、新幹線等の鉄道利用時に、土産物店や売店等の仮想店舗にて商品購入を可能にする構成について説明する。図25は、本実施形態の情報処理装置100の構成を論理的に示す機能ブロック図である。本実施形態の情報処理装置100は、商品保管ロッカー610を用いて商品を受け取る構成を有する第2実施形態の情報処理装置100(図13)の構成に、さらに、乗車情報取得部210を有する。また、仮想店舗システム1は、図12を用いて説明する。
乗車対象に応じて、注文の受付可能期限が設定されている。
注文受付部104は、受付可能期限内であるとき、顧客による注文を受け付ける。
(1)チケット購入サイトにログインして購入したチケットの情報と顧客IDを連携する。
(2)入場改札720でカメラ60を用いて顧客の顔画像を撮像し、顔画像の特徴情報と、入場改札720で読み取った乗車券の情報を関連付けて記憶する。

17. 16.に記載の情報処理方法において、
前記商品受け渡し場所は、ロッカーであり、
前記商品の受け取りに必要な情報は、前記ロッカーの開錠情報を含む、情報処理方法。
18. 17.に記載の情報処理方法において、
所定領域からの前記顧客の退出期限が設定されており、
前記情報処理装置が、
前記退出期限までに前記ロッカーが解錠されなかった場合、そのことを示す情報を管理端末に送信する、情報処理方法。
顧客の位置情報を取得する手順、
前記位置情報が基準を満たしているときに、仮想店舗における前記顧客による商品購入の注文を受け付ける手順、を実行させるためのプログラム。
20. 19.に記載のプログラムにおいて、
前記基準は、複数設定されており、前記基準別に注文の受付が可能な前記仮想店舗が設定されている、プログラム。
21. 19.または20.に記載のプログラムにおいて、
前記顧客が、第1のゲートを通過した後、第2のゲートを通過するまでの間、当該顧客による前記注文を受け付ける手順をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。
22. 21.に記載のプログラムにおいて、
前記第2のゲートは、空港の搭乗ゲートであり、
前記顧客の搭乗対象を示す情報を取得する手順をコンピュータに実行させ、
前記搭乗対象に応じて、前記注文の受付可能期限が設定されており、
前記受付可能期限内であるとき、前記顧客による注文を受け付ける手順をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。
23. 21.または22.に記載のプログラムにおいて、
前記第2のゲートは、空港の搭乗ゲートであり、
前記顧客が出国審査を終えた後、前記搭乗ゲートを通過する前までの間に前記注文を受け付けた前記商品の免税に関する処理を実行する手順をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。
24. 21.に記載のプログラムにおいて、
公共交通機関に乗車する顧客の識別情報と、当該顧客の乗車対象を示す情報とを取得する手順をコンピュータに実行させ、
前記乗車対象に応じて、前記注文の受付可能期限が設定されており、
前記受付可能期限内であるとき、前記顧客による注文を受け付ける手順をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。
25. 19.から24.のいずれか一つに記載のプログラムにおいて、
受け付けた前記注文に従い、購入処理が行われた後、商品受け渡し場所に前記商品が移動された後、当該商品の受け取りに必要な情報を前記顧客の端末に送信する手順をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。
26. 25.に記載のプログラムにおいて、
前記商品受け渡し場所は、ロッカーであり、
前記商品の受け取りに必要な情報は、前記ロッカーの開錠情報を含む、プログラム。
27. 26.に記載のプログラムにおいて、
所定領域からの前記顧客の退出期限が設定されており、
前記退出期限までに前記ロッカーが解錠されなかった場合、そのことを示す情報を管理端末に送信する手順をコンピュータに実行させるためのプログラム。

- 顧客の位置情報を取得する位置情報取得手段と、
前記位置情報が基準を満たしているときに、仮想店舗における前記顧客による商品購入の注文を受け付ける注文受付手段と、を備える、情報処理装置。 - 請求項1に記載の情報処理装置において、
前記基準は、複数設定されており、前記基準別に注文の受付が可能な前記仮想店舗が設定されている、情報処理装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の情報処理装置において、
前記注文受付手段は、
前記顧客が、第1のゲートを通過した後、第2のゲートを通過するまでの間、当該顧客による前記注文を受け付ける、情報処理装置。 - 請求項3に記載の情報処理装置において、
前記第2のゲートは、空港の搭乗ゲートであり、
前記顧客の搭乗対象を示す情報を取得するフライト情報取得手段をさらに備え、
前記搭乗対象に応じて、前記注文の受付可能期限が設定されており、
前記注文受付手段は、前記受付可能期限内であるとき、前記顧客による注文を受け付ける、情報処理装置。 - 請求項3または4に記載の情報処理装置において、
前記第2のゲートは、空港の搭乗ゲートであり、
前記注文受付手段により注文を受け付けた前記商品の免税に関する処理を実行する実行手段をさらに備え、
前記実行手段は、前記顧客が出国審査を終えた後、前記搭乗ゲートを通過する前までの間に前記処理を実行する、
情報処理装置。 - 請求項3に記載の情報処理装置において、
公共交通機関に乗車する顧客の識別情報と、当該顧客の乗車対象を示す情報とを取得する乗車情報取得手段をさらに備え、
前記乗車対象に応じて、前記注文の受付可能期限が設定されており、
前記注文受付手段は、前記受付可能期限内であるとき、前記顧客による注文を受け付ける、情報処理装置。 - 請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の情報処理装置において、
前記注文受付手段により受け付けた前記注文に従い、購入処理が行われた後、商品受け渡し場所に前記商品が移動された後、当該商品の受け取りに必要な情報を前記顧客の端末に送信する送信手段をさらに備える、情報処理装置。 - 請求項7に記載の情報処理装置において、
前記商品受け渡し場所は、ロッカーであり、
前記商品の受け取りに必要な情報は、前記ロッカーの開錠情報を含む、情報処理装置。 - 請求項8に記載の情報処理装置において、
所定領域からの前記顧客の退出期限が設定されており、
前記退出期限までに前記ロッカーが解錠されなかった場合、そのことを示す情報を管理端末に送信する第2の送信手段をさらに備える、情報処理装置。 - 情報処理装置が、
顧客の位置情報を取得し、
前記位置情報が基準を満たしているときに、仮想店舗における前記顧客による商品購入の注文を受け付ける、情報処理方法。 - コンピュータに、
