Description

一种拔轴器 技术领域
本发明涉及拆卸工具技术领域,具体涉及一种拔轴器。
背景技术
键盘,具有多个功能按键,可对操作设备的运行输入指令和数据。由于键盘的使用,使键盘的使用,使各种指令和数据的输入、操控设备等变得更方便,有效提高了工作和生产效率。键盘的按键包括通过按压控制电路通断的轴体,以及方便外力按压而安装在轴体上的键帽。由于按键的结构精细,在键盘的按键维修更换过程中,需要采用特制的工具进行拆卸,以避免使按键损坏。
目前,键盘的按键轴体通常是以卡接的方式固定安装键盘基板上的,为保障长久耐用性并方便键盘的安装,卡接较为稳定牢固。由于轴体的外型更小,且密集的轴体之间不利于外力施展,无法使用大型的拔轴工具进行拔出。若采用镊子的夹持工具进行拔出作业中,使用时需要两手指用力捏紧进行夹持,不仅效率低下,而且长时间操作使用将会使手指由于用力过多而酸麻感,费时费力,此外还有损伤轴体的危险。因此,需要借助专门的拔轴工具,对按键的轴体进行快速、无损伤的拔起拆卸。
然而,目前的用于键盘的按键轴体的专用工具主要为具有可根据轴体大小进行变换的环形杆的拔轴器,如专利CN201721783346.9公开的一种可自由换轴机械键盘的拔轴器,该拔轴器使用时将钢丝及连接臂组成的环形杆部套在轴体上,再施加外力上拔即可。这虽然能够实现轴体的拔出拆卸,但是环形杆部在长期使用后容易变形,使用不便;而且,由于环形杆部为大环形杆,使用时是套在轴体的底部,施力拔出时容易使力的方向改变,增加拔出受力,甚至出现打滑现象,无法实现高效进行轴体拔出作业。
发明内容
为解决现有的专业拔轴工具缺乏,且采用现有的拔轴工具进行拔轴作业费时费力、效率低的问题,本发明提供了一种拔轴器。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案实现。
一种拔轴器,包括:
外壳体;
推柄,所述推柄可上下移动的设置在所述外壳体内;
安装座,所述安装座可上下移动的设置在所述外壳体的底端内部;
夹仔,设置在所述外壳体的底端,且所述夹仔的夹持部外露于所述外壳体外;所述夹仔与所述安装座连接,并可随所述安装座上下移动地在所述外壳体上进行伸缩;
上锁组件,所述上锁组件设置在所述推柄与所述安装座之间,所述安装座向上移动时可与所述上锁组件锁紧;所述推柄向下移动推出时可驱使所述上锁组件与所述安装座解锁,并可驱使所述安装座推出。
在优选的实施例中,所述上锁组件包括叉柄,所述叉柄为可转动的活动设置;所述叉柄的下端具有锁钩,所述安装座上具有与所述锁钩对应并可卡接的锁块;
所述安装座向上移动时,所述锁块移动抵开所述锁钩后,所述锁钩在向下移动方向上与所述锁块卡接锁紧;所述推柄与所述叉柄传动连接,并在向下移动推出时可驱使所述叉柄的下端转动脱离与所述锁块的卡接。
在更优选的实施例中,所述叉柄的上端通过叉柄轴可转动的活动设置,所述叉柄的靠近下端通过叉杆与所述推柄的下端活动连接;在所述推柄向下推出时,所述推柄通过所述叉杆传动带动所述叉柄的下端向外扩张并脱离与所述锁块的卡接。
在更优选的实施例中,所述叉柄包括两个,两个的所述叉柄沿前后对称设置;相应的,所述锁块包括两个,两个的所述锁块沿前后对称设置。
进一步的,两个的所述叉柄分别通过对应的一个所述叉杆与所述推柄活动连接。
在优选的实施例中,所述推柄的底端具有向下延伸的推杆;在所述推柄向下移动推出时且驱使所述上锁组件与所述安装座解锁后,所述推杆可与所述安装座抵接并驱使所述安装座推出。
在优选的实施例中,所述安装座上具有夹仔安装槽,所述夹仔的顶端固定安装在所述夹仔安装槽上;和/或,所述安装座的底端具有向下延伸的顶杆。
在更优选的实施例中,所述安装座由左右相互配合的左安装座与右安装座构成。进一步的,所述左安装座与所述右安装座具有相互适配的限位柱与限位孔,所述左安装座与所述右安装座通过所述限位柱与所述限位孔相互扣合;和/或,所述左安装座与所述右安装座上具有相互对应的螺丝孔,所述左安装座与所述右安装座通过螺钉锁紧固定。
在优选的实施例中,所述外壳体的顶部设置有可伸缩的按压轴芯;所述按压轴芯与所述推柄对应,按压所述按压轴芯可驱使所述推柄向下移动。
在更优选的实施例中,所述按压轴芯通过按压壳体可伸缩的设置在所述外壳体的顶部;所述按压壳体卡接固定装配在所述外壳体的顶部,所述按压轴芯可伸缩的设置在所述按压壳 体上。
在更进一步优选的实施例中,所述按压壳体内设置有轴芯复位弹簧,可对所述按压轴芯进行弹性作用复位。
在更进一步优选的实施例中,所述按压壳体内设置有限位块;所述限位块上具有可容纳所述按压轴芯贯穿的导向孔;所述按压轴芯的下端定位伸入并可穿过所述导向孔,与所述推柄对应。
在优选的实施例中,所述外壳体内设置有推柄复位弹簧,所述推柄复位弹簧的一端与所述推柄作用连接;且在所述推柄向下移动推出时,所述推柄复位弹簧积蓄弹性势能,并在释去对所述推柄的推力后,所述推柄复位弹簧弹性驱使所述推柄向上移动复位。
在更优选的实施例中,所述推柄上设置有第一复位弹簧限位柱,所述推柄复位弹簧的与所述推柄作用连接的一端套设在所述第一复位弹簧限位柱上。
在优选的实施例中,所述外壳体的底端设置有夹仔伸缩定位壳体;所述夹仔伸缩定位壳体上开设有夹爪伸缩定位槽,可容纳所述夹仔上的夹爪定位伸缩。
在优选的实施例中,所述夹仔的夹爪末端设置有软垫。
进一步的,所述夹仔的夹爪末端具有弯曲向内的勾部,所述软垫设置在所述勾部上。
在优选的实施例中,所述外壳体的外周包覆有软胶套。
在优选的实施例中,上述任一项所述的拔轴器,所述外壳体内设置有固定座,所述固定座的中间部位具有通腔;所述推柄可上下移动的设置在所述固定座的通腔内。
在更优选的实施例中,所述固定座上开设有滑动槽,所述推柄上设置有滑动柱;所述滑动柱伸入至所述滑动槽内,并可在所述滑动槽内进行限位的上下滑动。
在更优选的实施例中,所述固定座由左右相互配合的左固定座与右固定座构成。进一步的,所述左固定座与所述右固定座具有相互适配的卡扣与卡槽,所述左固定座与所述右固定座通过所述卡扣与所述卡槽相互扣合,中间形成具有可容纳所述推柄上下自由滑动的通腔。
更进一步的,所述左固定座与所述右固定座具有相互对应适配的定位孔与定位柱。
在更优选的实施例中,所述推柄复位弹簧设置在所述固定座与所述推柄之间;且所述推柄上设置有第一复位弹簧限位柱,所述固定座上设置有第二复位弹簧限位柱,所述推柄复位弹簧的两端分别套设在所述第一复位弹簧限位柱以及所述第二复位弹簧限位柱上。
在更优选的实施例中,所述叉柄的上端通过叉柄轴可转动的活动设置在所述固定座上。
在更优选的实施例中,所述固定座的下端设置有限位卡扣,所述安装座上设置有限位卡槽;所述限位卡扣与所述限位卡槽对应,且由所述限位卡扣与所述限位卡槽的配合,可对所 述安装座的向下移动推出行程进行限位。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点和有益效果:
本发明的拔轴器,设置有外壳体以及设置在外壳体的底端的夹仔;进行轴体的拔出拆卸时,由夹仔以钳状对轴体进行夹持,并施力通过夹仔末端的勾部直接作用将轴体拔起,操作方便、高效,省时省力,对轴体无损伤;且外壳体的外部包覆有软胶套,方便施力、使用更舒适,夹仔的勾部设置有软垫,进一步实现对轴体的无损伤保障。
另外,在外壳体内设置有对夹仔的夹持缩入进行上锁、以保持夹仔保持夹紧状态的上锁组件,以及设置有可上下移动、并在向下移动推出时方便对夹仔的夹持锁紧状态进行解锁的推柄,从而在夹仔完成对轴体的拔出拆卸后,即可推动推柄进行解锁,并立即进入至下一个轴体的拔出拆卸工作,从而使轴体拆卸作业更高效快捷。而且,在推柄的底端具有推杆,在安装座的底端具有顶杆,推杆随推柄向下移动时可抵接推动安装座,而顶杆随安装座向下移动时可顶出位于夹仔的夹持部的轴体,使拔出的轴体方便从拔轴器上脱出,进一步提高两个拔轴工序之间的转换效率,提高拔轴作业效率。
在该拔轴器中,外壳体的顶部设置有用于推动推柄上下移动的按压轴芯,从而可通过对按压轴芯的直接按压,实现对推柄的上下移动推动作用,高效快捷地完成推柄对夹仔的解锁作用。且在该拔轴器中设置有推柄复位弹簧,在推柄被按压下移后,释去外力,推柄即可在推柄复位弹簧的弹性作用下自动复位,方便进行下一次的拔轴作业,进一步提高作业效率。

本发明的拔轴器,请参见图1~图2b所示,该拔轴器包括外壳体1以及夹仔5。
其中,夹仔5设置在外壳体1的底端,并可向外壳体1内部缩入。具体的,夹仔5为具有弹性的夹持弹片,两侧具有相互分开的夹爪,在两侧的夹爪之间为夹持部且夹持部外露于外壳体1外,当夹仔5向外壳体1内部缩入时,两侧的夹爪将受到限位并进行合拢从而实现夹持,而当夹仔5重新向外壳体1的外部推出时,两侧的夹爪将由于弹性作用而相互分离。
如此,在进行拔轴作业过程中,对轴体拆卸的夹持中,首先手握外壳体1并使夹仔5的夹持部对准轴体的下端,而后施力驱使外壳体1向下移动,使夹仔5的两侧夹爪相互合拢对轴体实现夹持。在拔出轴体后,将夹仔5向下从外壳体1上推出,夹仔5即可松开对轴体的夹持,并可进入至下一拔轴作业。
在优选的实施例中,请再参见图1~图2b所示,在所述外壳体1的底端设置有夹仔伸缩定位壳体9,示出的具体实施例中,夹仔伸缩定位壳体9具体通过卡扣卡接方式连接在外壳体1的底端。其中,所述夹仔伸缩定位壳体9上开设有夹爪伸缩定位槽901,可容纳所述夹仔5上的夹爪定位伸缩,从而确保夹仔5在缩入与伸出外壳体1的过程中,其夹持部仅在夹持状态与松开状态进行变换。
进一步的,在所述夹仔5的夹爪末端设置有软垫10。具体的,所述夹仔5的夹爪末端具有弯曲向内的勾部,所述软垫10设置在所述勾部上,具体通过包括注塑、注胶或过盈配合的方式固定在夹仔5的夹爪末端勾部上。夹仔5具有弹性的夹持弹片,通常选用弹性钢片;如此,在夹仔5对轴体进行夹持时,由软垫10进行直接接触,可有效实现对轴体的保护,避免对轴体造成损伤。
此外,在所述外壳体1的外周包覆有软胶套11。手握使用该拔轴器时,手握直接接触在软胶套11,提高使用舒适度,并增加摩擦力,更方便进行拔轴作业。
请再参见图2a和图2b所示,夹仔5具体通过安装座4设置在外壳体1的底端。其中,所述安装座4可上下移动的设置在所述外壳体1的底端内部,且所述夹仔5的夹持部外露于所述外壳体1外;而所述夹仔5与所述安装座4连接,并可随所述安装座4上下移动进行伸缩地设置在所述外壳体1的底端。
请参见图3a和图3b所示,优选的实施例中,安装座4由左右相互配合的左安装座41和右安装座42构成。具体的,左安装座41与右安装座42为相互对应的两半安装块,且在左安装座41与右安装座42具有相互适配的限位柱422与限位孔412,所述左安装座41与所述右安装座42通过所述限位柱422与所述限位孔412相互扣合,从而形成整体的安装座4。进一步可选的,在所述左安装座41与所述右安装座42上具有相互对应的螺丝孔,所述左安装座41与所述右安装座42通过螺钉锁紧固定,加强左安装座41与右安装座42之间的配合固定。
而且,在安装座4上具有用于夹仔5固定安装的夹仔安装槽,所述夹仔5的顶端固定安装在所述夹仔安装槽上,从而使夹仔5固定连接安装在安装座4上。具体的,在左安装座41上开设有第一夹仔安装槽410,在右安装座42上开设有第二夹仔安装槽420,左安装座41上的第一夹仔安装槽410以及右安装座42上的第二夹仔安装槽420相互对应并共同构成夹仔安装槽。
进一步的,请再参见图3a和图3b所示,在所述安装座4的底端具有向下延伸的顶杆421。当夹仔5向下从外壳体1上推出并松开对轴体的夹持时,顶杆421可抵接并辅助顶出 深嵌于外壳体1上的轴体,以避免拔出的轴体嵌入在外壳体1上不能掉出,从而方便进入至下一拔轴作业,提高工作效率。
请再参见图2a和图2b所示,在外壳体1内设置有上锁组件6。具体的,上锁组件6设置位于安装座4的上方,当所述安装座4在外壳体1内向上移动时可与所述上锁组件6锁紧;由于夹仔5与安装座4固定连接,在夹仔5随安装座4向上移动而往外壳体1内部缩入并进入至夹持后,安装座4与上锁组件6锁紧,使安装座4保持固定进而使夹仔5保持固定在夹持状态,此时手握外壳体1向上拔起即可带动夹持住轴体的夹仔5将轴体拔起,方便快捷的实现拔轴。
进一步的,在外壳体1内还设置有推柄2,所述推柄2可上下移动的设置在所述外壳体1内;具体的,所述上锁组件6设置在所述推柄2与所述安装座4之间。当所述推柄2向下移动推出时可驱使所述上锁组件6与所述安装座4解锁,并可驱使所述安装座4推出。
在优选的实施例中,请再参见图2a和图2b所示,所述上锁组件6包括叉柄61,所述叉柄61为可转动的活动设置,至少为叉柄61的下端为可转动的设置。并且,在所述叉柄61的下端具有锁钩610,所述安装座4上具有与所述锁钩610对应并可卡接的锁块411。当所述安装座4向上移动时,所述锁块411移动抵开所述锁钩610后,所述锁钩610在向下移动方向上与所述锁块411卡接锁紧;而所述推柄2与所述叉柄61传动连接,并在向下移动推出时可驱使所述叉柄61的下端转动脱离与所述锁块411的卡接。
具体的,请参见图4所示,在叉柄61的上端具有叉柄轴611,所述叉柄61的上端通过叉柄轴611可转动的活动设置,使叉柄61的具有锁钩610的下端可前后摆动。而所述叉柄61的靠近下端通过叉杆62与所述推柄2的下端活动连接,具体的,在推柄2的推杆201的下端设置有第一叉杆柱204,在叉柄61的近下端具有第二叉杆柱612,叉杆62的上端活动连接在第一叉杆柱204上,叉杆62的下端与叉柄61的近下端的第二叉杆柱612活动连接。
如此,请参见图5所示,由活动设置的叉杆62实现推柄2与叉柄61之间的传动作用,使推柄2在向下移动推出时可进行上锁组件6与安装座4之间的解锁。从而,在所述推柄2向下推出时,所述推柄2通过所述叉杆62传动带动所述叉柄61的下端向外摆动扩张并脱离与所述锁块411的卡接,使叉柄61与安装座4之间完成解锁,解锁后的夹仔5可随安装座4向下移动推出,并在自身的弹性作用下向外张开以释放对轴体的夹持。
在一个优选的实施例中,请参见图2a和图2b以及图5所示,所述叉柄61包括两个,两个的所述叉柄61沿前后对称设置;相应的,所述锁块411包括两个,两个的所述锁块411沿前后对称设置。进一步的,两个的所述叉柄61分别通过对应的一个所述叉杆62与所述推 柄2活动连接。上锁时,由前后对称设置的两个叉柄61上的锁钩610对应安装座4上的两个锁块411实现锁紧,使锁紧状态更稳定,从而保证夹仔5在夹持轴体时的夹持稳定性,进而确保拔出作业的稳定性,并使拔轴的施力更均衡。
请参见图6所示,在优选的实施例中,所述推柄2的底端具有向下延伸的推杆201。在所述推柄2向下移动推出时且驱使所述上锁组件6与所述安装座4解锁后,所述推杆201可与所述安装座4抵接并驱使所述安装座4推出,从而确保夹仔5的夹持解锁。
可选的,用于活动安装叉杆62的第一叉杆柱204设置在推杆201的下端,使推柄2的解锁动力传递有效性更高,并确保在完成解锁后再由推杆201推出安装座4,保证整体操作流程的有序性,避免矛盾。
进一步的,请再参见图2a和图2b所示,在所述外壳体1内设置有推柄复位弹簧8,所述推柄复位弹簧8的一端与所述推柄2作用连接,具体的,所述推柄2上设置有第一复位弹簧限位柱203,所述推柄复位弹簧8的与所述推柄2作用连接的一端套设在所述第一复位弹簧限位柱203上,推柄复位弹簧8的另一端相对固定设置。且在所述推柄2向下移动推出时,所述推柄复位弹簧8积蓄弹性势能,并在释去对所述推柄2的推力后,所述推柄复位弹簧8弹性驱使所述推柄2向上移动复位。如此,在推柄2向下推出使上锁组件6与安装座4之间解锁后,推柄2即可在推柄复位弹簧8的作用下自动复位,方便进入至下一拔轴作业工作中。
在另外优选的实施例中,请再参见图2a和图2b所示,所述外壳体1内设置有固定座3,固定座3的上端通过卡扣卡接的方式进行固定,从而与外壳体1保持相对固定地设置在外壳体1内。而且,所述固定座3的中间部位具有通腔,所述推柄2可上下移动的设置在所述固定座3的通腔内。
请参见图7a和图7b所示,具体的,所述固定座3由左右相互配合的左固定座31与右固定座32构成。其中,所述左固定座31与所述右固定座32具有相互适配的卡扣与卡槽,所述左固定座31与所述右固定座32通过所述卡扣与所述卡槽相互扣合,中间形成具有可容纳所述推柄2上下自由滑动的通腔。而且,在所述左固定座31与所述右固定座32具有相互对应适配的定位孔312与定位柱320,使左固定座31与右固定座32可定位配合装配成整体。
进一步的,所述推柄复位弹簧8设置在所述固定座3与所述推柄2之间;且所述推柄2上设置有第一复位弹簧限位柱203,所述固定座3上设置有第二复位弹簧限位柱311,第二复位弹簧限位柱311具体相对位于第一复位弹簧限位柱203的下方,所述推柄复位弹簧8的两端分别套设在所述第一复位弹簧限位柱203以及所述第二复位弹簧限位柱311上。
此外,所述叉柄61的上端通过叉柄轴611可转动的活动设置在所述固定座3上。具体 的示出的实施例中,请参见图8所示,在左固定座31和右固定座32上分别具有第一叉柄铰接孔313以及第二叉柄铰接孔321,叉柄61的左右两侧均具有叉柄轴611,叉柄61的左右两侧的叉柄轴611分别活动设置在第一叉柄铰接孔313以及第二叉柄铰接孔321上,从而使叉柄61的上端可活动。
在更优选的实施例中,所述固定座3上开设有滑动槽310,所述推柄2上设置有滑动柱202,具体的,滑动柱202设置在推柄2的推杆201上并具体位于推杆201的上部。而且,所述滑动柱202伸入至所述滑动槽310内,并可在所述滑动槽310内进行限位的上下滑动。如此,使推柄2的上下移动行程更精准,不会出现偏轨现象。
进一步可选的,固定座3的与推柄2的第一叉杆柱204对应的一侧上开设有叉杆柱定位槽322,具体示出的实施例中,叉杆柱定位槽322开设在右固定座32上。第一叉杆柱204深入至叉杆柱定位槽322内,在推柄2上下移动过程中,第一叉杆柱204均被限位在叉杆柱定位槽322,从而使推柄2的解锁行程精准、无偏差。而且,滑动柱202以及第一叉杆柱204均具体设置在推柄2的推杆201上,并位于推杆201的左右两侧,使推柄2的移动行程稳定性更高。
另外,在优选的实施例中,请再参见图1~图2b所示,在外壳体1的顶部设置有按压组件7,可直接按压驱使推柄2向下移动以对上锁组件6与安装座4之间的上锁状态进行解锁,使解锁操作更方便快捷,从而提高两个拔轴作业工序之间的转换效率,进而提高工作效率。
其中,请参见图2a、图2b和图9所示,所述按压组件7包括有可伸缩的按压轴芯71。且所述按压轴芯71与所述推柄2对应,按压所述按压轴芯71可驱使所述推柄2向下移动。
具体的,所述按压轴芯71通过按压壳体72可伸缩的设置在所述外壳体1的顶部。所述按压壳体72卡接固定装配在所述外壳体1的顶部,请再参见图2a、图2b和图9所示,按压壳体72包括相互扣合卡接的上盖721与下盖722。具体示出的实施例中,按压壳体72通过扣接方式固定安装在外壳体1上,所述按压轴芯71可伸缩的设置在所述按压壳体72上。
在一个可选的实施例中,固定座3的上端通过卡扣卡接固定在按压壳体72上,再通过按压壳体72固定在外壳体1上,从而与外壳体1保持相对固定。
而请再参见图2a所示,一个可选的实施例中,在固定座3的下端设置有限位的限位卡扣323,安装座4上设置有相应的限位卡槽423,在安装座4向下移动相应行程后限位卡扣323会与限位卡槽423相互卡接,对安装座4的向下移动行程进行限定。由限位卡扣323与限位卡槽423的相互配合,可有效避免安装座4在向下推出过程中从外壳体1上脱落。
而且,在所述按压壳体72内设置有限位块74。其中,请参见图9所示,限位块74通 过限位扣卡接固定在按压壳体72的下盖722上,所述限位块74上具有可容纳所述按压轴芯71贯穿的导向孔740;所述按压轴芯71的下端定位伸入并可穿过所述导向孔740,与所述推柄2对应。
进一步的,所述按压壳体72内设置有轴芯复位弹簧73,可对所述按压轴芯71进行弹性作用复位。可选的,轴芯复位弹簧73的一端作用连接在按压轴芯71上,另一端作用连接在按压壳体72上,具体为作用连接在限位块74上;在按压轴芯71受力下移后,释去下压外力,按压轴芯71即可在轴芯复位弹簧73的作用下自动向上复位。
请参见图10所示,本发明的拔轴器处于自由状态时,夹仔5的夹持部伸出外露于外壳体1外,上锁组件6与安装座4之间为解锁状态。进行拔轴作业时,夹仔5的夹持部对应置于轴体的下部,向下移动外壳体1并驱使夹仔5相对内缩至外壳体1内,从而使夹仔5的夹爪被限位合拢进行夹紧动作,从而对轴体进行夹紧;而在夹仔5内缩过程中安装座4向上移动,且其中的锁块411顶开叉柄61的锁钩610,在顶开后继续上移过程中,锁钩610在叉杆62作用下摆动复位并与锁块411卡接锁紧,使上锁组件6对安装座4进行上锁。此时,请参见图11所示,夹仔5的状态被固定,并由固定座3的连接实现与外壳体1保持相对位置固定;再向上施力带动整体拔轴器上移,即可将轴体带起,从而拔出轴体。
而完成拔轴后,直接对按压组件7的按压轴芯71进行施力按压,按压轴芯71带动推柄2向下移动,进而联动叉柄61的下端摆动脱离与锁块411的卡接,完成上锁组件6与安装座4之间的解锁。同时,推柄2的推杆201顶推安装座4并使安装座4向下移动推出,夹仔5的夹持部弹性松开对轴体的夹持,而安装座4上的顶杆421同步顶出轴体,使拔出的轴体掉落。释去对按压组件7的按压外力,按压轴芯71即可在轴芯复位弹簧73的作用下进行自动复位,而推柄2即可在推柄复位弹簧8的作用下进行自动复位。拔轴器回复至自由状态,可直接进入至下一轴体的拔出拆卸。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种拔轴器,其特征在于,包括:
    外壳体;
    推柄,所述推柄可上下移动的设置在所述外壳体内;
    安装座,所述安装座可上下移动的设置在所述外壳体的底端内部;
    夹仔,设置在所述外壳体的底端,且所述夹仔的夹持部外露于所述外壳体外;所述夹仔与所述安装座连接,并可随所述安装座上下移动地在所述外壳体上进行伸缩;
    上锁组件,所述上锁组件设置在所述推柄与所述安装座之间,所述安装座向上移动时可与所述上锁组件锁紧;所述推柄向下移动推出时可驱使所述上锁组件与所述安装座解锁,并可驱使所述安装座推出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拔轴器,其特征在于,所述上锁组件包括叉柄,所述叉柄为可转动的活动设置;所述叉柄的下端具有锁钩,所述安装座上具有与所述锁钩对应并可卡接的锁块;
    所述安装座向上移动时,所述锁块移动抵开所述锁钩后,所述锁钩在向下移动方向上与所述锁块卡接锁紧;所述推柄与所述叉柄传动连接,并在向下移动推出时可驱使所述叉柄的下端转动脱离与所述锁块的卡接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种拔轴器,其特征在于,所述叉柄的上端通过叉柄轴可转动的活动设置,所述叉柄的靠近下端通过叉杆与所述推柄的下端活动连接;在所述推柄向下推出时,所述推柄通过所述叉杆传动带动所述叉柄的下端向外扩张并脱离与所述锁块的卡接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拔轴器,其特征在于,所述推柄的底端具有向下延伸的推杆;在所述推柄向下移动推出时且驱使所述上锁组件与所述安装座解锁后,所述推杆可与所述安装座抵接并驱使所述安装座推出。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拔轴器,其特征在于,所述安装座上具有夹仔安装槽,所述夹仔的顶端固定安装在所述夹仔安装槽上;和/或,所述安装座的底端具有向下延伸的顶杆。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拔轴器,其特征在于,所述外壳体的顶部设置有可伸缩的按压轴芯;所述按压轴芯与所述推柄对应,按压所述按压轴芯可驱使所述推柄向下移动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种拔轴器,其特征在于,所述按压轴芯通过按压壳体可伸缩的设置在所述外壳体的顶部;所述按压壳体卡接固定装配在所述外壳体的顶部,所述按压轴芯可伸缩的设置在所述按压壳体上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种拔轴器,其特征在于,所述按压壳体内设置有轴芯复位弹簧,可对所述按压轴芯进行弹性作用复位。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种拔轴器,其特征在于,所述按压壳体内设置有限位块;所述限位块上具有可容纳所述按压轴芯贯穿的导向孔;所述按压轴芯的下端定位伸入并可穿过所述导向孔,与所述推柄对应。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拔轴器,其特征在于,所述外壳体内设置有推柄复位弹簧,所述推柄复位弹簧的一端与所述推柄作用连接;且在所述推柄向下移动推出时,所述推柄复位弹簧积蓄弹性势能,并在释去对所述推柄的推力后,所述推柄复位弹簧弹性驱使所述推柄向上移动复位。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拔轴器,其特征在于,所述外壳体的底端设置有夹仔伸缩定位壳体;所述夹仔伸缩定位壳体上开设有夹爪伸缩定位槽,可容纳所述夹仔上的夹爪定位伸缩。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拔轴器,其特征在于,所述夹仔的夹爪末端设置有软垫。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的一种拔轴器,其特征在于,所述外壳体的外周包覆有软胶套。
  14. 根据权利要求1~13任一项所述的一种拔轴器,其特征在于,所述外壳体内设置有固定座,所述固定座的中间部位具有通腔;所述推柄可上下移动的设置在所述固定座的通腔内。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的一种拔轴器,其特征在于,所述固定座上开设有滑动槽,所述推柄上设置有滑动柱;所述滑动柱伸入至所述滑动槽内,并可在所述滑动槽内进行限位的上下滑动。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的一种拔轴器,其特征在于,所述固定座的下端设置有限位卡扣,所述安装座上设置有限位卡槽;所述限位卡扣与所述限位卡槽对应,且由所述限位卡扣与所述限位卡槽的配合,可对所述安装座的向下移动推出行程进行限位。
