本申请提供一种折叠显示装置,该折叠显示装置包括壳体、设置于壳体中的弯折机构、设置于壳体中且位于弯折机构上的柔性显示面板、以及设置于柔性显示面板上的前框结构,该弯折机构包括可转动连接于弯折部一侧的第一支持部和第二支持部、以及可转动连接于弯折部另一侧的第三支持部和第四支持部,该前框结构包括与第一支持部连接的第一前框部、与第二支持部连接的第二前框部、与第三支持部连接的第三前框部、以及与第四支持部连接的第四前框部。本申请通过将折叠显示装置的前框结构设置为四个部分,每一部分分别与对应的一个支持部连接,使得折叠显示装置在弯折过程中前框结构始终与柔性显示面板之间保持固定间距,有效阻挡杂质进入显示装置内部,提高显示装置的可靠性。

本申请实施例提供一种折叠显示装置,该折叠显示装置包括壳体、设置于所述壳体中的弯折机构、设置于所述壳体中且位于所述弯折机构上的柔性显示面板、以及设置于所述柔性显示面板上的前框结构,所述弯折机构包括可转动连接于弯折部一侧的第一支持部和第二支持部、以及可转动连接于弯折部另一侧的第三支持部和第四支持部,所述前框结构包括与第一支持部连接的第一前框部、与第二支持部连接的第二前框部、与第三支持部连接的第三前框部、以及与第四支持部连接的第四前框部。本申请实施例通过将折叠显示装置的前框结构设置为四个部分,每一部分分别与对应的一个支持部连接,使得折叠显示装置在弯折过程中前框结构始终与柔性显示面板之间保持固定间距,有效阻挡杂质进入显示装置内部,提高显示装置的可靠性。
下面结合具体实施例方式对本申请提供的折叠显示装置的特征进行说明。
请参阅图1和图2,图1是本申请实施例提供的折叠显示装置的结构示意图,图2是本申请实施例提供的折叠显示装置的爆炸图。
所述折叠显示装置包括壳体10、设置于所述壳体10中的弯折机构20、设置于所述壳体10中且位于所述弯折机构20上的柔性显示面板30、以及设置于所述柔性显示面板30上的前框结构40。其中,所述壳体10和所述弯折机构20形成所述柔性显示面板30的背部支撑面,以支撑所述柔性显示面板30在展平状态和完全折叠状态之间转换;所述前框结构40对应所述柔性显示面板30的出光面设置,并与所述壳体10和/或所述弯折机构20保持连接,以将所述柔性显示面板30固定在所述前框结构40与所述壳体10及所述弯折机构20之间。
所述壳体10包括相对设置的第一壳体101和第二壳体102,所述第一壳体101和所述第二壳体102的交接区域分别具有一个凹陷区域,所述第一壳体101的凹陷区域和所述第二壳体102的凹陷区域对接形成一个用于容纳所述弯折机构20的容纳槽。所述第一壳体101除其凹陷区域以外的区域以及所述第二壳体102除其凹陷区域以外的区域分别形成所述柔性显示面板30的支撑平面。可选地,所述第一壳体101和所述第二壳体102具有相同的大小和形状,所述容纳槽对应设置于所述壳体10的中间区域。
所述弯折机构20设置于所述第一壳体101和所述第二壳体102围成的容纳槽中,且在所述折叠显示装置处于完全展平状态下,所述弯折机构20朝向所述柔性显示面板30的表面与所述壳体10朝向所述柔性显示面板30的表面共平面,以形成所述柔性显示面板30的支撑平面。
所述弯折机构20与所述第一壳体101及所述第二壳体102连接。
具体地,请参阅图2及图3所示,其中,图3是本申请实施例提供的弯折机构20的爆炸图,所述弯折机构20包括:弯折部205、位于在所述弯折部205一侧且与所述第一壳体101对应设置的第一支持部201和第二支持部202、位于所述弯折部205另一侧且与所述第二壳体102对应设置的第三支持部203和第四支持部204,所述第一支持部201与所述第一壳体101连接,所述第二支持部202部分别与所述第一支持部201和所述弯折部205的一侧可转动连接,所述第四支持部204与所述第二壳体102连接,所述第三支持部203分别与所述第四支持部204和所述弯折部205的另一侧可转动连接。
所述第一支持部201和所述第二支持部202均套设于一转动轴(图中未画出)上,所述第三支持部203和所述第四支持部204均套设于另一转动轴(图中未画出)上,其中,所述第二支持部202和所述第一支持部201通过所述转动轴实现可转动连接,所述第三支持部203和所述第四支持部204通过所述转动轴实现可转动连接,其中,所述转动轴均包括但不限于销轴。
可选地,所述第二支持部202包括多个第二支撑子部,相邻两个所述第二支撑子部之间可转动连接;所述第三支持部203包括多个第三支撑子部,相邻两个所述第三支撑子部之间可转动连接。本实施例的上述设计将所述第二支持部202和所述第三支持部203进一步设计为多个支撑子部的可转动连接结构,有利于使弯折机构20在完全折叠状态下形成精细水滴形结构。
本实施例通过在所述弯折部205的一侧设置第二支持部202和第一支持部201,在所述弯折部205的另一侧设置第三支持部203和第四支持部204,并将所述第二支持部202可转动地连接于所述弯折部205的一侧,所述第三支持部203可转动地连接于所述弯折部205的另一侧,所述第二支持部202和所述第一支持部201以及所述第三支持部203和所述第四支持部204分别通过转动轴实现可转动连接,增加了所述弯折机构20转动自由度的数量,当所述折叠显示装置处于折叠状态时,所述第二支持部202、所述第一支持部201、所述第三支持部203和所述第四支持部204倾斜形成一楔形,为所述折叠显示装置中的柔性显示面板30在折叠状态下留出更大的弯折区的容纳空间。
所述弯折机构20还包括转动件211、与所述转动件211连接且随所述转动件211转动的第一扭力件208和第二扭力件209、与所述第一扭力件208滑动连接的第一滑动件206、以及与所述第二扭力件209件滑动连接的第二滑动件207,所述第一滑动件206与所述第一支持部201固定连接,所述第二滑动件207与所述第四支持部204固定连接。
其中,所述转动件211与所述弯折部205可转动连接。可选地,所述转动件211包括依次啮合的四个齿轮轴,每个齿轮轴的一端均设置于所述弯折部205上的一个旋转槽中;所述第一扭力件208和所述第二扭力件209分别与最外侧的两个相对的齿轮轴连接,且可随齿轮轴转动。
所述第一扭力件208包括第一滑动部及自所述第一滑动部的一端延伸出的第一连接端,所述第二扭力件209包括第二滑动部及自所述第二滑动部的一端延伸出的第二连接端;其中,所述第一滑动部可滑动地连接于所述第一滑动件206,所述第一连接端设有供所述转动件211穿过的孔,所述第二滑动部可滑动地安装于所述第二滑动件207,所述第二连接端设有供所述转动件211穿过的孔。
所述第一滑动件206设有第一滑槽,所述第二滑动件207设有第二滑槽,所述第一滑动部可滑动地安装于所述第一滑槽内,所述第二滑动部可滑动地安装于所述第二滑槽内。
所述弯折部205包括弧形滑槽,所述第二支持部202包括第一滑块,所述第三支持部203包括第二滑块,其中,所述第一滑块和所述第二滑块在所述弧形滑槽内转动。
所述弯折机构20还包括与所述弯折部205可活动连接的中间支持部210,所述中间支持部210设置于所述弯折部205与所述柔性显示面板30之间。
所述弯折机构20还包括支撑件216,所述支撑件216连接于所述转动件211并可随所述转动件211转动。当所述折叠显示装置处于平坦状态时,所述支撑件216支撑所述中间支持部210。可选地,所述支撑件216可以是一个凸轮构件;所述折叠显示装置在非完全展平状态下,所述支撑件216的非凸轮部与所述中间支持部210对应;当所述折叠显示装置由非展平状态向展平状态转变时,所述支撑件216随所述转动件211转动,所述支撑件216的凸轮部逐渐支撑起所述中间支持部210,以在最终展平状态下将所述中间支持部210抬高。
所述弯折机构20还包括支撑架212、扭力凸轮213、弹簧214和限位架215;所述支撑架212连接于所述转动件211上,且不随所述转动件211转动,所述支撑架212位于所述弯折部205与所述第一扭力件208、第二扭力件209之间;所述扭力凸轮213设置有与所述第一扭力件208及所述第二扭力件209相配合的凸轮结构,所述扭力凸轮213设置于所述第一扭力件208、第二扭力件209的远离所述支撑架212的一侧;所述弹簧214的一端抵接于所述扭力凸轮213上,另一端抵接于所述限位架215上;所述支撑件216设置于所述限位架215远离所述弹簧214的一侧。
请继续参阅图1和图2,所述折叠显示装置还包括与所述弯折部205对应设置的后盖70,且所述后盖70与所述弯折部205连接。所述后盖70设置于所述弯折机构20远离所述柔性显示面板30的一侧。所述后盖70用于在所述折叠显示装置处于弯折状态时对所述弯折机构20进行遮挡和保护。
所述柔性显示面板30设置于所述壳体10中,且位于所述第一壳体101、所述第二壳体102和所述弯折机构20的同一侧。所述柔性显示面板30至少在对应所述弯折机构20的区域具有柔性可弯曲。所述柔性显示面板30可以是有机发光二极管显示面板,也可以是其它形式的具有柔性特点的显示面板。
所述前框结构40设置在所述柔性显示面板30远离所述壳体10的一侧且覆盖所述柔性显示面板30侧面的至少部分区域。所述前框结构40包括:与所述第一支持部201连接的第一前框部401、与所述第二支持部202连接的第二前框部402、与所述第三支持部203连接的第三前框部403、与所述第四支持部204连接的第四前框部404。其中,所述第二前框部402可以随所述第二支持部202运动而不受所述第一前框部401的运动状态的限制;所述第三前框部403可以随所述第三支持部203运动而不受所述第四前框部404的运动状态的限制。
可选地,所述第二前框部402包括多个第二前框子部,每个所述第二前框子部与对应的所述第二支撑子部连接;所述第三前框部403包括多个第三前框子部,每个所述第三前框子部与对应的所述第三支撑子部连接。
本实施例通过将折叠显示装置的前框结构40设置为具有一定独立性的四个部分,每一部分分别与对应的一个支持部连接,使得折叠显示装置在弯折过程中所述前框结构40始终与所述柔性显示面板30之间保持固定间距,避免弯折过程中由于前框结构与柔性显示面板之间的间距扩大而导致杂质容易进入显示装置内部,有效降低杂质进入显示装置内部的风险,提高了显示装置的可靠性。
进一步地,由于所述第一前框部401与所述第一支持部201连接,所述第二前框部402与所述第二支持部202连接,所述第三前框部403与所述第三支持部203连接,所述第四前框部404与所述第四支持部204连接,使得所述第一支持部201与所述第一前框部401之间保持固定间距,所述第二支持部202与所述第二前框部402之间保持固定间距,所述第三支持部203与所述第三前框部403之间保持固定间距,所述第四支持部204与所述第四前框部404之间保持固定间距,从而保证所述折叠显示装置无论处于折叠状态还是展平状态,其前框结构40均能对柔性显示面板30进行有效遮盖,阻挡外界杂质的进入。
在一种实施例中,所述折叠显示装置还包括设置在所述柔性显示面板30侧面的软质条60。所述软质条60设置在所述前框结构40和所述柔性显示面板30之间,并且分别与所述第二前框部402和所述第三前框部403连接。所述软质条60由柔性材料制作,在所述折叠显示装置的弯折过程中,所述软质条60随所述柔性显示面板30进行弯曲,进一步阻挡外界杂质进入显示装置内部。
进一步地,所述折叠显示装置还包括与所述弯折部205对应设置的防尘塞50,所述防尘塞50固定连接于所述后盖70上。所述防尘塞50用于进一步将所述软质条60固定在所述柔性显示面板30上,提升所述软质条60的防尘效率,并且所述防尘塞50本身也可以阻挡一部分外界杂质进入所述折叠显示装置的内部。
下面结合具体实施例对所述前框结构40、所述软质条60及所述防尘塞50的设置方式进行说明。
请参阅图2、图4和图5所示,图4是折叠显示装置在展平状态下前框结构在折叠显示装置中的组合爆炸图,图5是折叠显示装置中的前框结构、防尘塞与软质条的连接结构示意图。
其中,本实施例将所述前框结构40中的第一前框部401、第二前框部402、第三前框部403及第四前框部404设置为彼此独立且相互分离的四个前框构件,但并不仅限于这种设置方式,在其它实施例中还可以将第一前框部401、第二前框部402、第三前框部403及第四前框部404彼此之间通过连接结构进行连接,从而使所述前框结构40成为一体结构。
此外,本实施例将所述软质条60设置为独立于所述前框结构40的组件,在其它实施例中,还可以将所述软质条60一体化成型于所述前框结构40的内部。
在本实施例中,所述前框结构40围绕所述柔性显示面板30的出光面的边缘设置,且所述前框结构40的至少部分区域覆盖所述柔性显示面板30的侧面。
可选地,请进一步参阅图7所示,图7是本申请实施例提供的第二前框部和第三前框的结构示意图。所述第二前框部402包括第一前端部Q1和第一侧端部C1,所述第一前端部Q1与所述第一侧端部C1一体化成型,所述第一前端部Q1对应所述柔性显示面板30的出光面设置,所述第一侧端部C1对应所述柔性显示面板30的侧面设置。所述第三前框部403包括第二前端部Q2和第二侧端部C2,所述第二前端部Q2与所述第二侧端部C2一体化成型,所述第二前端部Q2对应所述柔性显示面板30的出光面设置,所述第二侧端部C2对应所述柔性显示面板30的侧面设置。
所述第一前端部Q1和所述第一侧端部C1分别对所述柔性显示面板30的出光面和侧面进行覆盖,以形成对所述柔性显示面板30边缘的包覆结构;所述第二前端部Q2和所述第二侧端部C2也分别对所述柔性显示面板30的出光面和侧面进行覆盖,以形成对所述柔性显示面板30边缘的包覆结构。
进一步地,所述第一侧端部C1包括第一伸出部S1,所述第二前框部402通过所述第一伸出部S1与所述第二支持部202连接。可选地,所述第一伸出部S1为销状结构或钩状结构,所述第二支持部202上设置有与所述第一伸出部S1对应的孔状结构,以实现所述第一伸出部S1与所述第二支持部202的连接。
所述第二侧端部C2包括第二伸出部S2,所述第三前框部403通过所述第二伸出部S2与所述第三支持部203连接。可选地,所述第二伸出部S2为销状结构或钩状结构,所述第三支持部203上设置有与所述第二伸出部S2对应的孔状结构,以实现所述第二伸出部S2与所述第三支持部203的连接。
此外,所述第一前框部401和所述第四前框部404可以分别通过一卡扣结构与所述第一支持部201和所述第四支持部204连接,或者与所述第一壳体101和所述第二壳体102连接,以实现所述第一前框部401和所述第四前框部404的固定。
进一步地,所述软质条60沿所述柔性显示面板30的出光面的边缘设置,且位于所述前框结构40与所述柔性显示面板30之间。
所述软质条60的相对两端分别设置有第一开孔601和第二开孔602,所述第一前框部401靠近所述第二前框部402的一端设置有第一钩体411,所述第四前框部404靠近所述第三前框部403的一端设置有第二钩体414,所述第一钩体411通过所述第一开孔601连接所述软质条60的一端,所述第二钩体414通过所述第二开孔602连接所述软质条60的另一端,从而将所述软质条60连接在所述第一前框部401和所述第四前框部404之间。
所述软质条60的第一开孔601和第二开孔602之间的区域还设置有至少一个第一定位孔603和至少一个第二定位孔604,所述第二前框部402上设置有与所述第一定位孔603相对应的第一定位柱412,所述第三前框部403上设置有与所述第二定位孔604相对应的第二定位柱413,所述第一定位柱412通过所述第一定位孔603连接所述软质条60,所述第二定位柱413通过所述第二定位孔604连接所述软质条60,从而将所述软质条60固定在所述前框结构40与所述柔性显示面板30之间。
请进一步参阅图6,图6是本申请实施例提供的防尘塞的结构示意图。所述防尘塞50包括主体部501和钩体部502,所述主体部501与所述钩体部502一体化成型,所述钩体部502突出所述主体部501的轮廓表面而形成钩状结构。
在所述折叠显示装置的整体结构中,所述防尘塞50对应所述弯折部205设置,且位于所述第二前框部402与所述第三前框部403之间。所述主体部501设置于所述柔性显示面板30的侧面,所述钩体部502对应所述柔性显示面板30的出光面设置,且位于所述软质条60的远离所述柔性显示面板30的一侧。所述主体部501通过所述后盖70上的开孔与所述后盖70固定连接,从而使所述钩体部502对所述柔性显示面板30及所述软质条60形成挤压固定效果。
进一步地,请参阅图8和图9,图8是本申请实施例提供的折叠显示装置在弯折过程中的第一视角下的结构示意图,图9是本申请实施例提供的折叠显示装置在弯折过程中的第二视角下的结构示意图。
所述折叠显示装置由完全展平状态向完全折叠状态的弯折过程中,所述前框结构40与所述柔性显示面板30之间的间距始终保持恒定,尤其是所述第二前框部402及所述第三前框部403与所述柔性显示面板30之间的间距保持恒定。应当理解的是,通过将所述第二前框部402与所述第二支持部202连接,以及将所述第三前框部403与所述第三支持部203连接,限制了所述第二前框部402随所述第二支持部202同步运动,所述第三前框部403随所述第三支持部203同步运动,从而避免了弯折过程中所述前框结构40与所述柔性显示面板30之间的间距增大。
在所述折叠显示装置的弯折过程中,所述软质条60始终被固定在所述前框结构40与所述柔性显示面板30之间,进一步防止外界杂质从柔性显示面板30的侧面进入显示装置内部。
在所述折叠显示装置的弯折过程中,所述防尘塞50始终压在所述软质条60上,限制所述软质条60的中间区域与所述柔性显示面板30之间间距的增大,进一步提高折叠显示装置侧面对外界杂质的阻挡能力。
请进一步参阅图10,图10是本申请实施例提供的折叠显示装置在完全折叠状态下的结构示意图。
所述折叠显示装置在完全折叠状态下时,所述第一支持部201与所述第四支持部204处于平行或接近平行的状态;所述第二支持部202与所述第三支持部203之间具有一定的倾斜角度,形成楔形容置空间;在所述弯折机构20的支撑作用下,所述柔性显示面板30的弯折区域形成水滴形结构。
所述第一前框部401、所述第二前框部402、所述第三前框部403和所述第四前框部404通过分别与所述第一支持部201、第二支持部202、第三支持部203和第四支持部204的连接关系将折叠状态下的柔性显示面板30和软质条60固定在所述弯折机构20上。所述防尘塞50通过与所述后盖70的连接关系将柔性显示面板30和软质条60固定在中间支持部210上。
在上述实施例中,均是将软质条60作为独立于前框结构40的单独的构件进行说明,但不仅限于此种结构,在其它一些实施例中还可以将软质条60与第一前框部401和第四前框部404一体成型而成为前框结构40中的一部分软质区域,并达到与上述实施例同样的技术效果,并且折叠显示装置中的其它结构特征与上述实施例相同,此处不再赘述。
在其它有一些实施例中,请参阅图11,图11是本申请实施例提供的折叠显示装置的另一种实施例方式的示意图。在本实施例中,所述折叠显示装置与上述实施例的折叠显示装置具有相同或相似的结构特征,其区域之处仅在于前框结构40的特征。下面针对本实施例相对于上述实施例的区别之处进行详述,其中省略之处或未详述之处请参阅上述实施例的记载。
在本实施例中,所述前框结构40设置于所述柔性显示面板30远离弯折机构的一侧,所述前框结构40包括第一前框部401、第二前框部402、第三前框部403、第四前框部404、以及连接于所述第一前框部401与所述第二前框部402之间的第一柔性部405、连接于所述第二前框部402与所述第三前框部403之间的第二柔性部406、以及连接于所述第三前框部403与所述第四前框部404之间的第三柔性部407。在所述折叠显示装置由完全展平状态向弯折状态转变过程中,所述第一柔性部405、所述第二柔性部406和所述第三柔性部407贴近所述柔性显示面板30,并随所述柔性显示面板30一起弯曲,从而保证所述前框结构40与所述柔性显示面板30之间具有固定间距,进而防止弯折过程中外界杂质进入显示装置内部。
可选地,请进一步参阅图12,图12是本申请实施例提供的前框结构的另一种实施方式的示意图。所述第一柔性部405包括第一硬质层Y1和第一软质层R1,所述第一硬质层Y1与所述第一软质层R1层叠状分布,且所述第一软质层R1位于所述第一硬质层Y1与所述柔性显示面板30之间;所述第二柔性部406包括第二硬质层Y2和第二软质层R2,所述第二硬质层Y2与所述第二软质层R2层叠状分布,且所述第二软质层R2位于所述第二硬质层Y2与所述柔性显示面板30之间;所述第三柔性部407包括第三硬质层Y3和第三软质层R3,所述第三硬质层Y3与所述第三软质层R3层叠状分布,且所述第三软质层R3位于所述第三硬质层Y3与所述柔性显示面板30之间。
可选地,所述第一硬质层Y1、所述第二硬质层Y2、所述第三硬质层Y3与所述第一前框部401、所述第二前框部402、所述第三前框部403、所述第四前框部404采用相同材料一体化成型。所述第一软质层R1、所述第二软质层R2和所述第三软质层R3均采用柔性材料制作,以实现其可弯曲的特性。
可选地,请进一步参阅图13,图13是本申请实施例提供的前框结构的又一种实施方式的示意图。所述第一柔性部405包括层叠设置的第一硬质层Y1和第一软质层R1,且所述第一软质层R1位于所述第一硬质层Y1与所述柔性显示面板30之间;所述第二柔性部406包括层叠设置的第二硬质层Y2和第二软质层R2,且所述第二软质层R2位于所述第二硬质层Y2与所述柔性显示面板30之间;所述第三柔性部407包括层叠设置的第三硬质层Y3和第三软质层R3,且所述第三软质层R3位于所述第三硬质层Y3与所述柔性显示面板30之间。
所述第一硬质层Y1靠近所述第一软质层R1的一侧设置有多个第一齿形槽,所述第一软质层R1填充于所述第一齿形槽中;所述第二硬质层Y2靠近所述第二软质层R2的一侧设置有多个第二齿形槽,所述第二软质层R2填充于所述第二齿形槽中;所述第三硬质层Y3靠近所述第三软质层R3的一侧设置有多个第三齿形槽,所述第三软质层R3填充于所述第三齿形槽中。
应当理解的是,与图12所示的实施例相比,本实施例除了可以实现第一柔性部405、第二柔性部406及第三柔性部407的柔性可弯折的特点之外,还可以增大所述第一硬质层Y1与所述第一软质层R1之间的结合力、所述第二硬质层Y2与所述第二软质层R2之间的结合力、以及所述第三硬质层Y3与所述第三软质层R3之间的结合力。
可选地,所述第一齿形槽、所述第二齿形槽以及所述第三齿形槽的截面形状可以是方形或三角形或其它形状。
其中,所述第一硬质层Y1、所述第二硬质层Y2、所述第三硬质层Y3与所述第一前框部401、所述第二前框部402、所述第三前框部403、所述第四前框部404可以采用相同的材料一体化成型。所述第一软质层R1、所述第二软质层R2和所述第三软质层R3均采用柔性材料制作,以实现其可弯曲的特性。
综上所述,本申请实施例提供的折叠显示装置包括:壳体、设置于所述壳体中的弯折机构、设置于所述壳体中且位于所述弯折机构上的柔性显示面板、以及设置于所述柔性显示面板上的前框结构,所述弯折机构包括可转动连接于弯折部一侧的第一支持部和第二支持部、以及可转动连接于弯折部另一侧的第三支持部和第四支持部,所述前框结构包括与第一支持部连接的第一前框部、与第二支持部连接的第二前框部、与第三支持部连接的第三前框部、以及与第四支持部连接的第四前框部,前框结构与柔性显示面板之间可以设置有软质条,或在前框结构的各部分之间连接柔性部。本申请实施例通过将折叠显示装置的前框结构设置为四个部分,每一部分分别与对应的一个支持部连接,使得折叠显示装置在弯折过程中前框结构始终与柔性显示面板之间保持固定间距,有效阻挡杂质进入显示装置内部,并且软质条或柔性部的设置进一步提高了前框结构对杂质的阻挡能力,进而提高显示装置的可靠性。
需要说明的是,虽然本申请以具体实施例揭露如上,但上述实施例并非用以限制本申请,本领域的普通技术人员,在不脱离本申请的精神和范围内,均可作各种更动与润饰,因此本申请的保护范围以权利要求界定的范围为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种折叠显示装置,其包括:
    壳体,包括第一壳体和第二壳体;
    弯折机构,所述弯折机构容纳在所述壳体中并连接到所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体,所述弯折机构包括:弯折部、位于所述弯折部一侧且与所述第一壳体对应设置的第一支持部和第二支持部、位于所述弯折部另一侧且与所述第二壳体对应设置的第三支持部和第四支持部,所述第一支持部与所述第一壳体连接,所述第二支持部分别与所述弯折部的一侧和所述第一支持部可转动连接,所述第四支持部与所述第二壳体连接,所述第三支持部分别与所述弯折部的另一侧和所述第四支持部可转动连接;
    柔性显示面板,所述柔性显示面板设置在所述壳体中,且位于所述第一壳体、所述第二壳体和所述弯折机构的一侧;
    前框结构,设置在所述柔性显示面板远离所述壳体的一侧且覆盖所述柔性显示面板侧面的至少部分区域,所述前框结构包括:与所述第一支持部连接的第一前框部、与所述第二支持部连接的第二前框部、与所述第三支持部连接的第三前框部、与所述第四支持部连接的第四前框部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述第二支持部与所述第二前框部之间保持固定间距,所述第三支持部与所述第三前框部之间保持固定间距。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述第二前框部包括第一前端部和第一侧端部,所述第一前端部对应所述柔性显示面板的出光面设置,所述第一侧端部对应所述柔性显示面板的侧面设置;
    所述第三前框部包括第二前端部和第二侧端部,所述第二前端部对应所述柔性显示面板的出光面设置,所述第二侧端部对应所述柔性显示面板的侧面设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一侧端部包括第一伸出部,所述第二前框部通过所述第一伸出部与所述第二支持部连接,所述柔性显示面板设置在所述第一伸出部和所述第一前端部之间;
    所述第二侧端部包括第二伸出部,所述第三前框部通过所述第二伸出部与所述第三支持部连接,所述柔性显示面板设置在所述第二伸出部和所述第二前端部之间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠显示装置,其中,还包括设置在所述柔性显示面板出光面上的软质条,所述软质条设置在所述前框结构和所述柔性显示面板之间,并且分别与所述第一前框部和所述第四前框部连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一前框部具有第一钩体,所述软质条的第一端具有与所述第一钩体配合连接的第一开孔;
    所述第四前框部具有第二钩体,所述软质条的第二端具有与所述第二钩体配合连接的第二开孔。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述软质条还分别与所述第二前框部和所述第三前框部限位连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述第二前框部上设置有至少一个第一定位柱,所述软质条具有与每个所述第一定位柱配合连接的第一定位孔;
    所述第三前框部上设置有至少一个第二定位柱,所述软质条具有与每个所述第二定位柱配合连接的第二定位孔。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述折叠显示装置还包括:与所述弯折部对应且设置在所述柔性显示面板侧面的防尘塞。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述防尘塞包括主体部和钩体部,所述主体部对应所述柔性显示面板的侧面设置,所述钩体部设置于所述软质条的远离所述柔性显示面板的一侧。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述折叠显示装置还包括与所述弯折部对应设置的后盖,所述后盖与所述弯折部连接;
    所述后盖位于所述弯折机构远离所述柔性显示面板的一侧,所述防尘塞的主体部与所述后盖连接。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述前框结构还包括:连接于所述第一前框部与所述第二前框部之间的第一柔性部、连接于所述第二前框部与所述第三前框部之间的第二柔性部、以及连接于所述第三前框部与所述第四前框部之间的第三柔性部。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述第一柔性部、所述第二柔性部和所述第三柔性部的至少其中之一包括硬质层和软质层。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述软质层设置于所述硬质层与所述柔性显示面板之间。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述硬质层靠近所述软质层的一侧设置有多个齿形槽,所述软质层填充于所述齿形槽中。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述齿形槽的截面形状包括方形或三角形。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述第二支持部包括多个第二支撑子部,相邻两个所述第二支撑子部之间可转动连接;
    所述第二前框部包括多个第二前框子部,每个所述第二前框子部与对应的所述第二支撑子部连接;
    所述第三支持部包括多个第三支撑子部,相邻两个所述第三支撑子部之间可转动连接;
    所述第三前框部包括多个第三前框子部,每个所述第三前框子部与对应的所述第三支撑子部连接。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述弯折机构还包括:与所述弯折部可转动连接的第一转动件和第二转动件、与所述第一转动件连接且随所述第一转动件转动的第一扭力件、与所述第二转动件连接且随所述第二转动件转动的第二扭力件、与所述第一支持部固定连且与所述第一扭力件滑动连接的第一滑动件、以及与所述第四支持部固定连且与所述第二扭力件滑动连接的第二滑动件;
    所述第一滑动件设置于所述第一支持部远离所述柔性显示面板的一侧,所述第一扭力件设置于所述第二支持部远离所述柔性显示面板的一侧,所述第二扭力件设置于所述第三支持部远离所述柔性显示面板的一侧,所述第二滑动件设置于所述第四支持部远离所述柔性显示面板的一侧。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的折叠显示装置,其中,所述弯折机构还包括与所述弯折部可活动连接的中间支持部,所述中间支持部设置于所述弯折部与所述柔性显示面板之间。
  20. 一种折叠显示装置,其包括:
    壳体,包括第一壳体和第二壳体;
    弯折机构,所述弯折机构容纳在所述壳体中并连接到所述第一壳体和所述第二壳体,所述弯折机构包括:弯折部、位于所述弯折部一侧且与所述第一壳体对应设置的第一支持部和第二支持部、位于所述弯折部另一侧且与所述第二壳体对应设置的第三支持部和第四支持部,所述第一支持部与所述第一壳体连接,所述第二支持部分别与所述弯折部的一侧和所述第一支持部可转动连接,所述第四支持部与所述第二壳体连接,所述第三支持部分别与所述弯折部的另一侧和所述第四支持部可转动连接;
    柔性显示面板,所述柔性显示面板设置在所述壳体中,且位于所述第一壳体、所述第二壳体和所述弯折机构的一侧;
    前框结构,设置在所述柔性显示面板远离所述壳体的一侧且覆盖所述柔性显示面板侧面的至少部分区域,所述前框结构包括:与所述第一支持部连接的第一前框部、与所述第二支持部连接的第二前框部、与所述第三支持部连接的第三前框部、与所述第四支持部连接的第四前框部;
    所述第一前框部与所述第二前框部之间连接有第一柔性部,所述第二前框部与所述第三前框部之间连接有第二柔性部,所述第三前框部与所述第四前框部之间连接有第三柔性部,所述第二柔性部远离所述柔性显示面板的一侧设置有防尘塞,所述防尘塞的构体部压在所述第二柔性部上。
