本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示装置及其背光模组。
背景技术
随着LCD(Liquid Crystal Display)面板的迅速发展,LCD显示器以其超薄、重量轻、无辐射、性能稳定等诸多优势逐渐成为显示技术的主流。现有市场上的液晶显示装置大部分为背光型液晶显示装置,其包括液晶面板及背光模组(backlight module),其中显示面板通过背光模组的边框安装和保护。
通常,背光模组包括导光板、设置于导光板周围的胶框、灯源柔性电路板以及遮光胶带,灯源柔性电路板通过遮光胶带固定于导光板和胶框上,光学膜片也通过遮光双面胶带固定在胶框上,液晶显示屏则通过双面胶与背光单元四周固定。但是这种常见的背光模组结构仅能朝单一方向背光显示,导致显示装置也只能实现单面显示,在某些特定场合,为提高显示画面的连续性,如需要同时实现相邻面显示的时候,需要使用多个背光模组或显示装置来实现,导致产品成本增加,同时内部结构件增多,装配难度提高,大大降低了生产效率。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种结构简单、成本低、装配方便的显示装置及其背光模组。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种背光模组,包括:
导光板,包括水平的导光板主体和靠近非入光侧的第一弯折部;
光学膜片组,包括水平的光学膜片组主体和靠近非入光侧的第二弯折部;
所述光学膜片组主体紧贴所述导光板主体的上表面,且所述第二弯折部紧贴所述第一弯折部。
其中,所述的背光模组还包括紧贴所述导光板底面的反射片,所述反射片包括水平的反射片主体和靠近非入光侧的第三弯折部,所述第三弯折部紧贴所述第一弯折部。
其中,所述的背光模组还包括背板,所述背板包括水平的背板主体,所述背板主体紧贴于所述反射片主体的下表面。
其中,所述第一弯折部相对于所述导光板主体的折弯角度与所述第二弯折部相对于所述光学膜片组主体的折弯角度相同。
其中,所述第一弯折部相对于所述导光板主体的折弯角度不大于90°。
其中,所述光学膜片组还包括靠近非入光侧一端的包裹部,所述包裹部自所述第二弯折部延伸并包裹所述第一弯折部的端部。
其中,所述光学膜片组包括由上至下依次堆叠在所述导光板上表面的上增光片、下增光片和扩散片,所述包裹部为所述上增光片的一部分。
本发明的另一目的还在于提供一种显示装置,包括第一显示面板、第二显示面板和上述的背光模组,所述第一显示面板和所述第二显示面板分别与所述光学膜片组主体和所述第二弯折部的外表面相对设置。
其中,所述第一显示面板和所述第二显示面板宽度方向的两侧均通过双面遮光胶带粘贴于所述光学膜片组上。
其中,所述双面遮光胶带包括第一遮光胶带,所述第一遮光胶带设于所述光学膜片组主体和所述第二弯折部的折弯处,同时粘贴在所述第一显示面板和所述第二显示面板的下表面。
本发明在背光模组的至少一个非入光侧取消了胶框和背板部分,并将导光板和光学膜片组相应一端折弯形成侧面的折弯部,入光侧的光线除了经过背光模组的上表面射出外,还可以经过侧面的折弯部射出,实现了多面背光效果;同时,在背光模组的上表面和侧面同时设置显示面板形成显示装置,该显示装置可以同时实现上表面和侧面显示,实现了多面显示,结构简单、成本低,装配方便,扩大了显示装置的应用领域。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
参阅图1,本发明实施例的背光模组包括光源组件1、胶框2、导光板10和光学膜片组20,光学膜片组20和导光板10从上自下依次堆叠,光源组件1具体是多颗LED打件在电路基板上形成的灯条,光源组件1设于导光板10的入光侧一侧,胶框2为框体结构,将光源组件1、导光板10和光学膜片组20包围于其中。
结合图2所示,在至少一个非入光侧,胶框2对应的侧壁被取消,形成敞口的结构。导光板10包括水平的导光板主体10a和靠近非入光侧的第一弯折部10b;光学膜片组20包括水平的光学膜片组主体20a和靠近非入光侧的第二弯折部20b;光学膜片组主体20a紧贴导光板主体10a的上表面,且第二弯折部20b紧贴第一弯折部10b。
在导光板10的下表面还设有紧贴导光板10的反射片30,反射片30包括水平的反射片主体30a和靠近非入光侧的第三弯折部30b,第三弯折部30b紧贴第一弯折部10b,使得导光板10与反射片30完全紧贴在一起。
背光模组还可以包括背板40,背板40包括水平的背板主体40a和竖直的侧壁40b,背板主体40a紧贴于反射片主体30a的下表面,用于对其上的光源组件1、胶框2、导光板10和光学膜片组20起支撑作用。侧壁40b自背板主体40a延伸,可用于保护背板40内的结构件。
第一弯折部10b相对于导光板主体10a的折弯角度与第二弯折部20b相对于光学膜片组主体20a的折弯角度相同,用以保证导光板10的各个部位与光学膜片组20的良好接触。
具体地,第一弯折部10b相对于导光板主体10a的折弯角度不大于90°。本实施例的第一弯折部10b和第二弯折部20b分别垂直于导光板主体10a和光学膜片组主体20a。
光学膜片组20靠近非入光侧的一端还设有包裹部20c,包裹部20c自第二弯折部20b延伸并包裹第一弯折部10b的端部,使得背光模组的结构更加紧凑。 具体地,光学膜片组20包括由上至下依次堆叠在导光板10上表面的上增光片21、下增光片22和扩散片23,包裹部20c为上增光片21的一部分。具体地,包裹部20c包括紧贴第一弯折部10b的第一部分(图未标)和自该第一部分折弯形成的第二部分(图未标),该第二部分紧贴第三弯折部30b或第一弯折部10b的相应部分。
本发明实施例的显示装置包括第一显示面板50、第二显示面板51和该背光模组,第一显示面板50和第二显示面板51分别设置为与光学膜片组主体20a和第二弯折部20b的外表面相对。具体地,第一显示面板50和第二显示面板51宽度方向的两侧均通过双面遮光胶带粘贴于光学膜片组20上。双面遮光胶带包括第一遮光胶带100、第二遮光胶带101和第三遮光胶带102,第一遮光胶带100设于光学膜片组主体20a和第二弯折部20b的折弯处,同时粘贴在第一显示面板50和第二显示面板51的下表面;第二遮光胶带101设于第一显示面板50靠近入光侧的一侧的下表面,同时粘贴在胶框2上表面、背板40的侧壁40b上表面和上增光片21的上表面;第三遮光胶带102设于第二显示面板51宽度方向远离第一遮光胶带100的另一侧。
可以理解的是,非入光侧包括但不限于一个,因此,显示装置上设置的显示面板包括且不限于两个。导光板和光学膜片组对应该非入光侧的一端折弯形成侧面的折弯部,入光侧的光线除了经过背光模组的上表面射出外,还可以经过侧面的折弯部射出,实现了多面背光效果;同时,在背光模组的上表面和侧面同时设置显示面板形成显示装置,该显示装置可以同时实现上表面和至少一个侧面的显示功能,实现了多面显示,结构简单、成本低,装配方便,扩大了显示装置的应用领域,例如,可在侧面显示部分的上表面设置触摸屏,在触摸屏上相应设置虚拟的触摸按键,可以增强画面显示立体感的同时提供虚拟按键的设置空间。
以上所述仅是本申请的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种背光模组,其中,包括:
    导光板,包括水平的导光板主体和靠近非入光侧的第一弯折部;
    光学膜片组,包括水平的光学膜片组主体和靠近非入光侧的第二弯折部;
    所述光学膜片组主体紧贴所述导光板主体的上表面,且所述第二弯折部紧贴所述第一弯折部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,还包括紧贴所述导光板底面的反射片,所述反射片包括水平的反射片主体和靠近非入光侧的第三弯折部,所述第三弯折部紧贴所述第一弯折部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其中,还包括背板,所述背板包括水平的背板主体,所述背板主体紧贴于所述反射片主体的下表面。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一弯折部相对于所述导光板主体的折弯角度与所述第二弯折部相对于所述光学膜片组主体的折弯角度相同。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的背光模组,其中,所述第一弯折部相对于所述导光板主体的折弯角度不大于90°。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的背光模组,其中,所述光学膜片组还包括靠近非入光侧一端的包裹部,所述包裹部自所述第二弯折部延伸并包裹所述第一弯折部的端部。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的背光模组,其中,所述光学膜片组包括由上至下依次堆叠在所述导光板上表面的上增光片、下增光片和扩散片,所述包裹部为所述上增光片的一部分。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的背光模组,其中,所述光学膜片组还包括靠近非入光侧一端的包裹部,所述包裹部自所述第二弯折部延伸并包裹所述第一弯折部的端部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的背光模组,其中,所述光学膜片组包括由上至下依次堆叠在所述导光板上表面的上增光片、下增光片和扩散片,所述包裹部为所述上增光片的一部分。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的背光模组,其中,所述光学膜片组还包括靠近非入光侧一端的包裹部,所述包裹部自所述第二弯折部延伸并包裹所述第一弯折部的端部。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的背光模组,其中,所述光学膜片组包括由上至下依次堆叠在所述导光板上表面的上增光片、下增光片和扩散片,所述包裹部为所述上增光片的一部分。
  12. 根据权利要求4所述的背光模组,其中,所述光学膜片组还包括靠近非入光侧一端的包裹部,所述包裹部自所述第二弯折部延伸并包裹所述第一弯折部的端部。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的背光模组,其中,所述光学膜片组包括由上至下依次堆叠在所述导光板上表面的上增光片、下增光片和扩散片,所述包裹部为所述上增光片的一部分。
  14. 一种显示装置,其中,包括第一显示面板、第二显示面板和权利要求1所述的背光模组,所述第一显示面板和所述第二显示面板分别与所述光学膜片组主体和所述第二弯折部的外表面相对设置。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一弯折部相对于所述导光板主体的折弯角度与所述第二弯折部相对于所述光学膜片组主体的折弯角度相同。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的显示装置,其中,所述光学膜片组还包括靠近非入光侧一端的包裹部,所述包裹部自所述第二弯折部延伸并包裹所述第一弯折部的端部。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一显示面板和所述第二显示面板宽度方向的两侧均通过双面遮光胶带粘贴于所述光学膜片组上。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的显示装置,其中,所述双面遮光胶带包括第一遮光胶带,所述第一遮光胶带设于所述光学膜片组主体和所述第二弯折部的折弯处,同时粘贴在所述第一显示面板和所述第二显示面板的下表面。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的显示装置,其中,所述第一显示面板和所述第二显示面板宽度方向的两侧均通过双面遮光胶带粘贴于所述光学膜片组上。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的显示装置,其中,所述双面遮光胶带包括第一 遮光胶带,所述第一遮光胶带设于所述光学膜片组主体和所述第二弯折部的折弯处,同时粘贴在所述第一显示面板和所述第二显示面板的下表面。
