作为本发明的进一步改进,所述调节部包括弹性本体、从所述弹性本体一端的伸出的门体伸缩件、从所述弹性本体另一端伸出的本体伸缩件、第一铰链和第二铰链,所述门体伸缩件和所述本体伸缩件均具有远离所述弹性本体的趋势,所述门体伸缩件通过所述第二铰链转动连接所述门体连接部,所述本体伸缩件通过所述第一铰链转动连接所述本体连接部的远离所述本体铰链的一端。
作为本发明的进一步改进,在所述门体打开的过程中:
当所述门体经过所述拉紧区域时,所述第二铰链与所述第一铰链之间的距离减少;
当所述门体经过所述释放区域时,所述第二铰链与所述第一铰链之间的距离增大。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述本体连接部所在的平面平行于所述门体连接部运动轨迹所在的平面,所述调节部设置于所述本体连接部和所述门体连接部之间,于关门状态,相对于所述第一铰链的所在位置,所述第二铰链更靠近所述本体;
当所述门体经过所述拉紧区域或所述释放区域时,所述第二铰链与所述第一铰链的连 线倾斜于所述门体连接部的运动轨迹所在的平面,当所述门体处于所述拉紧区域和所述释放区域之间时,所述第二铰链与所述第一铰链的连线垂直于所述门体连接部运动轨迹所在的平面。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述弹性本体包括壳体、设置于所述壳体内的第一限位槽和第二限位槽、容置于所述第一限位槽内的第一弹性件、以及容置于所述第二限位槽内的第二弹性件,所述第一弹性件抵持于所述本体伸缩件和所述第一限位槽之间,所述第二弹性件抵持于所述门体伸缩件和所述第二限位槽之间。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述本体连接部包括连杆、第一支撑架、转动连接于所述连杆和所述第一支撑架之间的调节铰链,所述调节铰链的转动轴线平行于所述本体铰链的转动轴线,所述第一支撑架连接所述第一铰链。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述调节部还包括盒体,所述盒体具有靠近所述本体连接部的第一壁和靠近所述门体连接部的第二壁,所述本体连接部包括第一滚轮,所述门体连接部包括抵第二滚轮,所述调节部驱使所述第一滚轮抵持于所述第一壁、驱使所述第二滚轮抵持于所述第二壁,所述第一滚轮沿所述第一壁滚动,所述第二滚轮沿所述第二壁滚动。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述盒体固定连接于所述门体,所述门体连接部包括连接所述第二铰链的第二支撑架,所述第一滚轮转动连接于所述第一支撑架,所述第二滚轮转动连接于所述第二支撑架,所述盒体内设置用于限制所述第一支撑架和第二支撑架行程的限位件。
为实现上述发明目的之一,本发明一实施例提供了一种冰箱,包括上述的开闭调节装置。
作为本发明的进一步改进,包括所述本体、固定于所述本体的铰链、转动连接于所述铰链的所述门体,所述本体包括相对设置的左侧壁和右侧壁,所述铰链设置于所述左侧壁,所述门体包括与所述左侧壁相对设置的调节空间,所述开闭调节装置设置于所述调节空间内,所述本体支撑机构固定连接于所述左侧壁。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:门体在关门状态和拉紧区域,开闭调节装置的调节部具有牵引门体连接部向本体方向运动的趋势,使得门体更倾向于与本体贴合,使得门体不易自动打开,在门体打开后运动到释放区域时,开闭调节装置提供驱使门体远离本体的力,开门很省力,门体在开闭调节装置的驱动下自动打开;开闭调节装置同时实现了不易自动开门、且开门后门体易于打开,在关门和开门时都能取得很好的效果,冰箱经过长期使用依然保持与本体的密封连接,用户使用体验好。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图所示的具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述。但这些实施方式并不限制本发明,本领域的普通技术人员根据这些实施方式所做出的结构、方法、或功能上的变换均包含在本发明的保护范围内。
应该理解,本文使用的例如“上”、“上方”、“下”、“下方”等表示空间相对位置的术语是出于便于说明的目的来描述如附图中所示的一个单元或特征相对于另一个单元或特征的关系。空间相对位置的术语可以旨在包括设备在使用或工作中除了图中所示方位以外的不同方位。
本发明一实施例提供一种不易自动开门、且开门后门体易于打开的开闭调节装置及冰箱。
如图1所示,本实施例的一种冰箱100,包括门体10和箱体20,该冰箱100具有用于制冷的储物间室,箱体包括围出开口的框口,关门时,门体10与框口相抵,紧密封住开口,本实施例的箱体也可以称为本体,箱体或本体,都是指一种相对于门体固定的装置,例如应用于冷柜,本体20也可以指一种柜体,门体可绕其转动。当应用于冰箱100时,下文的本体20也指冰箱100的箱体。
为清楚地表达本实施例中所描述的位置与方向,在本实施例中,定义门体10从关门状态下打开时,打开的方向为向前打开,反方向为后方,开口所在的平面垂直于前后方向,可参考重力方向定义上下,门体10绕一侧的铰链22转动连接在本体20上,另一侧为开闭侧,门体10关闭时,铰链22所在的一侧为左,自由开闭侧为右。当然,门体10可以从左侧打开也可以从右侧打开,所以左右方向可以对调,即下文的左和右可都是可以对调的。
冰箱100包括本体20、固定于本体20的铰链、转动连接于铰链的门体10,如图1~10所示,本体20包括相对设置的左侧壁21和右侧壁,铰链设置于左侧壁21,门体包括与左 侧壁21相对设置的调节空间110,开闭调节装置30设置于调节空间110内,参图8所示,本体支撑机构3b固定连接于左侧壁21,也就是说,在靠近铰链的位置设置该开闭调节装置30,开闭调节装置30同时连接于门体10和本体20,更具体地,是同时连接在本体的靠近铰链的左侧壁21和门体的调节空间110的内壁111上,如图1、4、7所示。
本实施例的一种开闭调节装置30,用于调节门体10绕本体20的转动,包括本体支撑机构3b和调节机构3a,本体支撑机构3b固定连接于本体20,本体支撑机构3b包括本体铰链3b1;调节机构3a,包括本体连接部33、门体连接部32和调节部31,本体连接部33转动连接于本体铰链3b1,门体连接部32固定连接于门体10,调节部31同时连接本体连接部33和门体连接部32;门体的活动范围包括靠近本体20的拉紧区域和远离本体20的释放区域,于拉紧区域,调节部31具有牵引门体连接部32向本体20方向运动的趋势,于释放区域,调节部31具有驱使门体连接部32远离本体20的趋势。
在门体10打开的过程中,是逐渐远离本体20的,在关门位置最近,由于门体10是以转动的方式打开,在转动侧始终靠近本体20,所以该距离的远近,可以参考门体10的中点位置,或者开闭侧的位置。门体10打开划过的区域呈扇形,所以拉紧区域和释放区域也都是扇形,两个区域在一个预设角度的范围处发生改变,也就是说,在门体10从关门状态打开到预设角度区间内,为拉紧区域,当门体移出该区间内时,即门体10打开角度大于该预设角度时,运到到释放区域。通过调节各部件的位置、尺寸,可以调节该预设角度的大小。
当门体10在关门状态到预设角度的范围内时,调节部31驱动门体连接部32向本体20方向运动,由于门体连接部32连接门体,所以就是驱动门体具有靠近本体20的趋势,从而增大了闭门的力,防止了门体的自动打开;当门体转动角度大于预设角度时,调节部31具有驱使门体连接部32远离本体20的趋势,也就是驱使门体10远离本体20,从而减少了开门的力,使门体10自动打开。可见,在关门和开门时都能取得很好的效果,冰箱100经过长期使用依然保持与本体的密封连接,用户使用体验好。且门体10在翻转时,本体连接部33通过本体铰链3b1与本体支撑机构3b转动连接,使得门体10打开至任何角度时,开闭调节装置30均能连接至本体20和门体10。
实施例1
进一步地,如图2和3所示,调节部31包括弹性本体、从弹性本体一端的伸出的门体伸缩件312、从弹性本体另一端伸出的本体伸缩件315、第一铰链316和第二铰链313,门体伸缩件312和本体伸缩件315均具有远离弹性本体的趋势,门体伸缩件312通过第二铰链313转动连接门体连接部32,本体伸缩件315通过第一铰链316转动连接本体连接部33的远离本体铰链3b1的一端。当本体连接部33和门体连接部32之间发生相对运动时,两者之间的距离会发生变化,对应的第一铰链316和第二铰链313之间的距离会发生变化,当距离减短时,弹性本体具有更大的驱使门体伸缩件312和本体伸缩件315远离的趋势,本发明通过门体打开时门体伸缩件312和本体伸缩件315之间距离的相对变化,调节控制 门体10的关闭和打开。
在门体10打开的过程中:
当门体10经过拉紧区域时,第二铰链313与第一铰链316之间的距离减少;
当门体10经过释放区域时,第二铰链313与第一铰链316之间的距离增大。
当第二铰链313与第一铰链316之间的距离减少,门体伸缩件312和本体伸缩件315会产生靠近的趋势,也就是更多地伸入至弹性本体中,对弹性本体产生更大的压迫力,从而产生更大的驱使第一铰链316远离第二铰链313的力,也就是说,当门体10经过拉紧区域时,弹性本体产生了阻碍当前运动的力,对应的,阻碍门体10进一步打开,即在上述的预设角度的范围内,当门体10具有打开的趋势时,该趋势被弹性本体阻碍,门体10不易自动打开。
当第二铰链313与第一铰链316之间的距离增大,门体伸缩件312和本体伸缩件315同时在弹性本体的作用下产生远离的趋势,也就是更多地伸出弹性本体,也就是说,当门体10经过释放区域时,弹性本体产生了力与第一铰链316和第二铰链313运动的趋势相同,对应的,促进门体10进一步打开,即在上述的预设角度的范围外,当门体10进一步打开时,该趋势被弹性本体促进,门体10更加容易打开,降低了用户施加在门体10上的力。
进一步地,本体连接部33所在的平面平行于门体连接部32运动轨迹所在的平面,调节部31设置于本体连接部33和门体连接部32之间,于关门状态,相对于第一铰链316的所在位置,第二铰链313更靠近本体20;本体连接部33绕着本体铰链3b1转动,该转动所划出的轨迹在一个平面内,当门体10远离箱体时,相对地,门体连接部32也产生了远离本体连接部33的运动,两者的运动所形成的平面相互平行,如图3、5、9所示。
当门体10经过拉紧区域或释放区域时,第二铰链313与第一铰链316的连线倾斜于门体连接部32的运动轨迹所在的平面,当门体10处于拉紧区域和释放区域之间时,第二铰链313与第一铰链316的连线垂直于门体连接部32运动轨迹所在的平面。
根据门体连接部32、调节部31和本体连接部33的空间几何关系,可以清楚地知道,在调节部31的门体伸缩件312和本体伸缩件315均具有远离弹性本体的趋势的状态下,从门体关闭状态转动至预设角度的拉紧区域内时,对应的调节机构3a从图3的状态运动至图5的状态,门体伸缩件312和本体伸缩件315更多地伸入弹性本体内,弹性本体产生了阻碍门体10运动的力;从门体10转动大于预设角度处于释放区域内时,对应的调节机构3a从图5的状态运动至图9的状态,门体伸缩件312和本体伸缩件315更多地伸出弹性本体,弹性本体产生了顺应门体10运动方向的力。
进一步地,弹性本体包括壳体311、设置于壳体311内的第一限位槽和第二限位槽、容置于第一限位槽内的第一弹性件317、以及容置于第二限位槽内的第二弹性件314,第一弹性件317抵持于本体伸缩件315和第一限位槽之间,第二弹性件314抵持于门体伸缩件312和第二限位槽之间,第一弹性件317和第二弹性件314可以均设置为弹簧,弹簧始终 处于压缩状态,一端与壳体311相抵,另一端与本体伸缩件315或门体伸缩件312相抵。
另外,本体连接部33包括连杆331、第一支撑架334、转动连接于连杆331和第一支撑架334之间的调节铰链332,调节铰链332的转动轴线平行于本体铰链3b1的转动轴线,第一支撑架334连接第一铰链316,参图2、5和10所示,由于本体支撑机构3b的本体铰链3b1位置通常和门体10转动的轴线不在一个轴线上,所以连杆331的运动半径和调节部31的运动半径并不相同,所以在连杆331和第一支撑架334之间设置调节铰链332,以平衡两者转动半径的差别,另一方面,也是该位置如果仅有1个自由度,则无法完成连杆331和调节部31的各自的翻转,所以再增加调节铰链332增加一个自由度,满足了运动的需要。
进一步地,调节部31还包括盒体34,如图5所示,盒体34具有靠近本体连接部33的第一壁和靠近门体连接部32的第二壁,本体连接部33包括第一滚轮333,门体连接部32包括第二滚轮322,调节部31驱使第一滚轮333抵持于第一壁、驱使第二滚轮322抵持于第二壁,第一滚轮333沿第一壁滚动,第二滚轮322沿第二壁滚动,通过设置第一滚轮333和第二滚轮322,使门体连接部32和本体连接部33发生运动时,运动过程更加顺畅,保障了两者的平滑运行。
盒体34固定连接于门体10,门体连接部32包括连接第二铰链313的第二支撑架323,第一滚轮333转动连接于第一支撑架334,第二滚轮322转动连接于第二支撑架323,盒体34内设置用于限制第一支撑架334和第二支撑架323行程的限位件341,限位件341限制滚轮的运动量,避免弹性本体的过度拉伸,另外门体连接部32还包括门体连接件321、以及连接在门体连接件321与第二支撑架323之间的铰链。
与现有技术相比,本实施例具有以下有益效果:
门体10在关门状态和拉紧区域,开闭调节装置30的调节部31具有牵引门体连接部32向本体20方向运动的趋势,使得门体10更倾向于与本体20贴合,使得门体10不易自动打开,在门体10打开后运动到释放区域时,开闭调节装置30提供驱使门体10远离本体20的力,开门很省力,门体10在开闭调节装置30的驱动下自动打开;开闭调节装置30同时实现了不易自动开门、且开门后门体10易于打开,在关门和开门时都能取得很好的效果,冰箱100经过长期使用依然保持与本体20的密封连接,用户使用体验好。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,门体伸缩件312和本体伸缩件315均具有朝向弹性本体运动的趋势,对应地,图9所示的状态为门体10关闭状态下的开闭调节装置30的结构示意图,图2所示的状态为门体10打开状态下的开闭调节装置30的结构示意图,通过改变弹簧的受力方向,将上述实施例1的运动过程反向进行,实现与实施例1相同的技术效果,具体原理和运动过程参实施例1所述。
应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书 作为一个整体,各实施方式中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。
上文所列出的一系列的详细说明仅仅是针对本发明的可行性实施方式的具体说明,它们并非用以限制本发明的保护范围,凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所作的等效实施方式或变更均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种开闭调节装置,用于调节门体绕本体的转动,其特征在于,包括:
    本体支撑机构,固定连接于所述本体,所述本体支撑机构包括本体铰链;
    调节机构,包括:
    本体连接部,转动连接于所述本体铰链;
    门体连接部,固定连接于所述门体;
    调节部,其同时连接所述本体连接部和所述门体连接部;
    所述门体的活动范围包括靠近所述本体的拉紧区域和远离所述本体的释放区域,于所述拉紧区域,所述调节部具有牵引所述门体连接部向所述本体方向运动的趋势,于所述释放区域,所述调节部具有驱使所述门体连接部远离所述本体的趋势。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的开闭调节装置,其特征在于,所述调节部包括弹性本体、从所述弹性本体一端的伸出的门体伸缩件、从所述弹性本体另一端伸出的本体伸缩件、第一铰链和第二铰链,所述门体伸缩件和所述本体伸缩件均具有远离所述弹性本体的趋势,所述门体伸缩件通过所述第二铰链转动连接所述门体连接部,所述本体伸缩件通过所述第一铰链转动连接所述本体连接部的远离所述本体铰链的一端。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的开闭调节装置,其特征在于,在所述门体打开的过程中:
    当所述门体经过所述拉紧区域时,所述第二铰链与所述第一铰链之间的距离减少;
    当所述门体经过所述释放区域时,所述第二铰链与所述第一铰链之间的距离增大。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的开闭调节装置,其特征在于,所述本体连接部所在的平面平行于所述门体连接部运动轨迹所在的平面,所述调节部设置于所述本体连接部和所述门体连接部之间,于关门状态,相对于所述第一铰链的所在位置,所述第二铰链更靠近所述本体;
    当所述门体经过所述拉紧区域或所述释放区域时,所述第二铰链与所述第一铰链的连线倾斜于所述门体连接部的运动轨迹所在的平面,当所述门体处于所述拉紧区域和所述释放区域之间时,所述第二铰链与所述第一铰链的连线垂直于所述门体连接部运动轨迹所在的平面。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的开闭调节装置,其特征在于,所述弹性本体包括壳体、设置于所述壳体内的第一限位槽和第二限位槽、容置于所述第一限位槽内的第一弹性件、以及容置于所述第二限位槽内的第二弹性件,所述第一弹性件抵持于所述本体伸缩件和所述第一限位槽之间,所述第二弹性件抵持于所述门体伸缩件和所述第二限位槽之间。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的开闭调节装置,其特征在于,所述本体连接部包括连杆、第一支撑架、转动连接于所述连杆和所述第一支撑架之间的调节铰链,所述调节铰链的转动轴线平行于所述本体铰链的转动轴线,所述第一支撑架连接所述第一铰链。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的开闭调节装置,其特征在于,所述调节部还包括盒体,所述盒体具有靠近所述本体连接部的第一壁和靠近所述门体连接部的第二壁,所述本体连接部包括第一滚轮,所述门体连接部包括抵第二滚轮,所述调节部驱使所述第一滚轮抵持于所 述第一壁、驱使所述第二滚轮抵持于所述第二壁,所述第一滚轮沿所述第一壁滚动,所述第二滚轮沿所述第二壁滚动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的开闭调节装置,其特征在于,所述盒体固定连接于所述门体,所述门体连接部包括连接所述第二铰链的第二支撑架,所述第一滚轮转动连接于所述第一支撑架,所述第二滚轮转动连接于所述第二支撑架,所述盒体内设置用于限制所述第一支撑架和第二支撑架行程的限位件。
  9. 一种冰箱,其特征在于,包括权利要求1所述的开闭调节装置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的冰箱,其特征在于,包括所述本体、固定于所述本体的铰链、转动连接于所述铰链的所述门体,所述本体包括相对设置的左侧壁和右侧壁,所述铰链设置于所述左侧壁,所述门体包括与所述左侧壁相对设置的调节空间,所述开闭调节装置设置于所述调节空间内,所述本体支撑机构固定连接于所述左侧壁。
