一种喷水式清洁刷 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种清洁刷,具体是指一种喷水式清洁刷。
背景技术
目前,清洁刷的结构主要是由手柄、安装在手柄前端的机头和安装在机头前端的刷头等构成,工作时只需握紧手柄即可带动刷头进行清洁工作,如果设计成使用更加省力的电动清洁刷,也只是在手柄和机头内增设电源组件、电机组件等即可。然而,传统的清洁刷不管采用手动还是电动,都不具备喷水功能,当某些场合需要湿润固化的污渍时,只能另外取水湿润,使用相当麻烦。当然,某些清洁刷上也可以设计水箱,但是这些水箱主要采用单独一段外接或外挂在机头上,这样不但增加了清洁刷的整体长度和厚度,而且水箱内的喷水还需要通过额外增加的电动泵或按压泵才能使用,由此导致了清洁刷结构的复杂性,也不便于清洁刷体积设计的小巧化。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷而提供一种在保证清洁刷结构设计简单紧凑和体积小巧化的基础上,还能自带喷水功能的喷水式清洁刷。
本实用新型的技术问题通过以下技术方案实现:
一种喷水式清洁刷,包括手柄、安装在手柄前端的机头和安装在机头前端的刷头,所述的机头外设有套装安装的水箱,该水箱上设有注水口和可拆式密封封闭注水口的柔性按钮,水箱前部设有喷水口;所述的柔性按钮密封封闭注水口,且柔性按钮受到按压而将水箱内的水经喷水口向外喷出。
所述的柔性按钮密封封闭注水口,该柔性按钮受到按压而加强水箱内的压力,并由所述压力将水经喷水口向外喷出。
所述的水箱是由内环壁和外环壁构成的环形夹层水箱,该内环壁套装接触在机头的外壁上,该注水口设置在水箱顶部的外环壁上。
所述的内环壁和外环壁的后端相连成一体,内环壁和外环壁的前端之间设有贯通的端口,该内环壁和外环壁的横截面呈U型。
所述的机头外表面设有环槽,所述的水箱套装安装在该环槽内,且水箱前端的端口与环槽前端的前槽壁互相接触形成密封;所述的喷水口设置在机头底部的前槽壁上,并与所述端口连通。
所述的手柄内设有电源组件,手柄外设有开关,机头内设有电机组件,该电机组件的输出端与刷头连接;所述的电源组件、开关和电机组件作导电连接,该开关控制电机组件并驱动刷头工作。
所述的水箱为透明水箱。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型主要是在机头外设有套装安装的水箱,该水箱上设有注水口和可拆式密封封闭注水口的柔性按钮,水箱前部设有喷水口;这样,当柔性按钮密封封闭注水口,只需按压柔性按钮即可加强水箱内的压力,并由该压力将水箱内的水经喷水口向外喷出。显然,这种套装式安装的水箱相比传统的外接或外挂结构,更有效的保证清洁刷体积的小巧化,而且利用压力来喷水就省略了电动泵或按压泵的设计,使得清洁刷的结构设计更加简单紧凑,使用也更加方便。

具体实施方式
下面将按上述附图对本实用新型实施例再作详细说明。
如图1~图4所示,1.手柄、11.电源组件、12.开关、2.机头、21.电机组件、22.环槽、23.前槽壁、3.刷头、4.水箱、41.内环壁、42.外环壁、43.注水口、44.端口、5.喷水口、6.柔性按钮。
一种喷水式清洁刷,如图1~图3所示,主要涉及一种刷子类清洁工具,其结构包括手柄1、安装在手柄前端的机头2和安装在机头前端的刷头3等,该清洁刷根据使用方式的不同分为手动式或电动式,本实施例以电动式清洁刷为例,其结构还包括设置在手柄1内的电源组件11,设置在手柄1外的开关12和设置在机头2内的电机组件21,该电机组件的输出端与刷头3连接,电源组件11、开关12和电机组件21作导电连接;这样,通过开关12控制电机组件21即可驱动刷头3工作。
所述的机头2外设有套装安装的水箱4,具体是吻合套装安装在机头2外表面的环槽22内,该水箱采用透明塑料或透明玻璃等透明材质制成的透明水箱,以方便用户观察水箱4内的储水量。
所述的水箱4如图4所示是由内环壁41和外环壁42构成的环形夹层水箱,也就是 说,内环壁41和外环壁42的后端相连成一体,内环壁41和外环壁42的前端之间设有贯通的环形状端口44,故内环壁41和外环壁42的横截面正好呈U型。
这样,当水箱4套装安装在环槽22内,该内环壁41就会套装接触在机头2的外壁上,该端口44就会与环槽22前端的前槽壁23互相接触并进行超声波圆周焊接密封,从而使得整个水箱4内形成可储水的密闭空腔。
同时,水箱4顶部的外环壁42上设有注水口43,该注水口内设有可拆式密封封闭注水口的柔性按钮6,也就是打开柔性按钮6即可通过注水口43向水箱4内注水,水箱前部设有喷水口5,具体是将喷水口设置在机头2底部的前槽壁23上,并与端口44连通。
而且,为了防止喷水口5的喷水受到刷头3阻挡,还可将设置喷水口5的前槽壁23底部和连通喷水口5的端口44底部均同时向下凸起。
这样,当柔性按钮6密封封闭注水口43,只需按压柔性按钮6即可加强水箱4内的压力,并由该压力将水箱内的水经喷水口5向外喷出。
显然,这种套装式安装的水箱4相比传统的外接或外挂结构,更有效的保证清洁刷体积的小巧化,而且利用压力来喷水就省略了电动泵或按压泵的设计,使得清洁刷的结构设计更加简单紧凑,使用也更加方便。
另外,有些机头2会设计成相对手柄1转动,以满足刷头3多角度的使用需要,此时由于水箱4和机头2为套装固定结构,同样不会影响到机头的转动操作。当然,即使该水箱4套装固定在手柄1上也能使用,只是会增加手柄握持厚度。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的具体实施例,本领域技术人员应该理解,任何与该实施例类似的结构设计,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种喷水式清洁刷,包括手柄(1)、安装在手柄前端的机头(2)和安装在机头前端的刷头(3),其特征在于所述的机头(2)外设有套装安装的水箱(4),该水箱上设有注水口(43)和可拆式密封封闭注水口的柔性按钮(6),水箱(4)前部设有喷水口(5);所述的柔性按钮(6)密封封闭注水口(43),且柔性按钮(6)受到按压而将水箱(4)内的水经喷水口(5)向外喷出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷水式清洁刷,其特征在于所述的柔性按钮(6)密封封闭注水口(43),该柔性按钮(6)受到按压而加强水箱(4)内的压力,并由所述压力将水经喷水口(5)向外喷出。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷水式清洁刷,其特征在于所述的水箱(4)是由内环壁(41)和外环壁(42)构成的环形夹层水箱,该内环壁(41)套装接触在机头(2)的外壁上,该注水口(43)设置在水箱(4)顶部的外环壁(42)上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷水式清洁刷,其特征在于所述的内环壁(41)和外环壁(42)的后端相连成一体,内环壁(41)和外环壁(42)的前端之间设有贯通的端口(44),该内环壁(41)和外环壁(42)的横截面呈U型。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种喷水式清洁刷,其特征在于所述的机头(2)外表面设有环槽(22),所述的水箱(4)套装安装在该环槽(22)内,且水箱(4)前端的端口(44)与环槽(22)前端的前槽壁(23)互相接触形成密封;所述的喷水口(5)设置在机头(2)底部的前槽壁(23)上,并与所述端口(44)连通。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷水式清洁刷,其特征在于所述的手柄(1)内设有电源组件(11),手柄(1)外设有开关(12),机头(2)内设有电机组件(21),该电机组件的输出端与刷头(3)连接;所述的电源组件(11)、开关(12)和电机组件(21)作导电连接,该开关(12)控制电机组件(21)并驱动刷头(3)工作。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种喷水式清洁刷,其特征在于所述的水箱(4)为透明水箱。
