Description

锁定楔销型支柱体 技术领域
本发明涉及一种支柱体,尤指是一种锁定楔销型支柱体。
背景技术
请参阅图1,其中锁定楔销(locking taper)的连接是一种使用在一牙植体2的连接方式。现有该锁定楔销型支柱体1包括一第一部分11、一第二部分12及一第三部分13。现有该牙植体2包括一开孔21。其中该第一部分11用于设置在该牙植体2的该开孔21内。该第二部分12包括一下端区121、一中端区122及一上端区123。该下端区121连接该第一部分11,该中端区122连接该下端区121,该上端区123连接该中端区122。该第二部分12的该下端区121位于齿槽骨100内,该上端区123位于牙龈101内,且在该上端区123的外周缘设有一膨胀区124,由于该上端区123的外周缘因该膨胀区124膨大占据空间,以致减少了角化牙龈(keratanized gingiva)101的量,而角化牙龈101的存在可以减少发炎,且对维持植牙区的健康很重要。该第三部分13连接该第二部分12的该上端区123,用以连接一膺复物10(例如:假牙),且该第三部分13的角度θ1约6度~8度。
承上,结合现有该锁定楔销型支柱体1及该牙植体2时,利用该锁定楔销型支柱体1的该第一部分11呈圆锥状角度大约为1度~1.5度,且该第一部分11的角度b稍大于该牙植体2的该开孔21的角度a的结构,即能产生有效的锁定结合。此种无螺纹的连接具有良好的细菌封闭性,故可将该牙植体2植入齿槽骨100内2㎜~3㎜也不会造成连接处以上的骨质被破坏,所以常见长柄的支柱体于临床上使用。
再请参阅图1及图2,一般缺牙区102的齿槽骨(图未示出)及角化牙龈101都会萎缩减少。但,现有该锁定楔销型支柱体1为了模仿自然牙修型后的样子,而会有该第二部分12的该上端区123的外周缘有该膨胀区124的外型,而减少了角化牙龈101的量。
因此,有必要提供一种创新且具进步性的锁定楔销型支柱体,以解决上述问题,实有待进一步的改良。
发明内容
本发明主要目的,在于解决现有该锁定楔销型支柱体所产生的问题。
为达上述目的,本发明提供一种锁定楔销型支柱体,包括:一第一部分、一第二部分及一第三部分。该第一部分用于设置在一牙植体的一开孔内。该第二部分连接该第一部分的上方,该第二部分包括一连接该第一部分的下端区、一连接该下端区的中端区,及一连接该中端区的上端区,其中该第二部分的该下端区位于齿槽骨内,该上端区位于牙龈内,且在该上端区的外周缘未设有膨胀区。该第三部分连接该第二部分的该上端区,用以连接一膺复物,该第三部分设有至少一切面。
更进一步,该第一部分呈圆锥状,与该牙植体的该开孔形成紧配合;其中,该第二部分朝该第一部分的上方延伸呈圆锥状。
更进一步,该切面与相对侧的角度接近0度。
透过本发明前述所揭,相较于现有具有以下特点:
1.本发明该锁定楔销型支柱体,由于该第二部分的该上端区的外周缘未设有膨胀区,使该第二部分的该上端区的外周缘留有较多空间让给角化牙龈。
2.本发明该第三部分朝该第二部分的该上端区的上方延伸至少一切面,该切面与相对侧的角度接近0度,与现有该锁定楔销型支柱体的该第三部分的该角度接近6度不同,故该第三部分的该切面与相对侧的角度接近0度可增加该锁定楔销型支柱体与膺复物(例如:假牙)的固持力。

以下配合所附的图示,详加说明本发明的结构如何组合、使用,应当更容易了解本发明的目的、技术内容、特点及其所达成的功效。
请参阅图3及图4,本发明提供一种锁定楔销型支柱体,该锁定楔销型支柱体3包括:一第一部分31、一第二部分32及一第三部分33。该第一部分31用于设置在一牙植体4的一开孔41内。在本实施例中,该第一部分31完全设置在该牙植体4的该开孔41内。该第一部分31呈圆锥状角度约为1度~1.5度,与该牙植体4的该开孔41形成紧配合,且该第一部分31的角度d稍大于该牙植体4的该开孔41的角度c。该第一部分31只与特定尺寸的该牙植体4的该开孔41相结合。
复参阅图3及图4,该第二部分32连接该第一部分31的上方。该第二部分32包括一下端区321、一中端区322及一上端区323。其中该下端区321连接该第一部分31。该中端区322连接该下端区321。该上端区323连接该中端区322。该下端区321、该中端区322及该上端区323由下至上延伸呈圆锥状,以利接续该第三部分33。另外,该第二部分32的该下端区321位于齿槽骨6内,该上端区323位于牙龈60内,且在该上端区323的外周缘未设有膨胀区(同时配合图5所示),使该第二部分32的该上端区323的外周缘留有较多空间让给角化牙龈60。
复参阅图3及图4,该第三部分33连接该第二部分32的该上端区323,用以连接一膺复物5(例如:假牙)。该第三部分33朝该第二部分32的该上端区323的上方延伸,该第三部分33设有至少一切面331,该切面331与相对侧的角度接近0度,与现有该锁定楔销型支柱体1的该第三部分13的角度θ1接近6度不同,故该第三部分33的该切面331与相对侧的角度接近0度可增加该锁定楔销型支柱体3与该膺复物5的固持力。
但前述者仅为本发明的较佳实施例,其目的在使熟悉该项技艺者能够了解本发明的内容而据以实施,并非用来限定本发明实施的范围。故举凡依本发明申请范围所述的形状、构造及特征所为的均等变化或修饰,均应包括在本发明的申请专利范围内。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种锁定楔销型支柱体,其特征在于,该锁定楔销型支柱体包括:
    一第一部分,用于设置在一牙植体的一开孔内;
    一第二部分,连接该第一部分的上方,该第二部分包括一连接该第一部分的下端区、一连接该下端区的中端区,及一连接该中端区的上端区,其中该第二部分的该下端区位于齿槽骨内,该上端区位于牙龈内,且在该上端区的外周缘未设有膨胀区;以及
    一第三部分,连接该第二部分的该上端区,用以连接一膺复物,该第三部分设有至少一切面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的锁定楔销型支柱体,其特征在于,该第一部分呈圆锥状,与该牙植体的该开孔形成紧配合;其中,该第二部分朝该第一部分的上方延伸呈圆锥状。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的锁定楔销型支柱体,其特征在于,该切面与相对侧的角度接近0度。
