Description

具角度锁定楔销型支柱体 技术领域
本发明涉及一种支柱体,尤指是一种具角度锁定楔销型支柱体。
背景技术
请参阅图1,其中锁定楔销(locking taper)的连接是一种使用在一牙植体2的连接方式。现有该具角度锁定楔销型支柱体1包括一第一部分11、一第二部分12及一第三部分13。现有该牙植体2包括一开孔21。其中该第一部分11用于设置在该牙植体2的该开孔21内。该第二部分12包括一下端区121、一中端区122及一上端区123。该下端区121连接该第一部分11,该中端区122连接该下端区121,该上端区123连接该中端区122。该第二部分12的该下端区121位于齿槽骨100内,该上端区123位于牙龈101内,且在该上端区123的外周缘设有一膨胀区124。该第三部分13连接该第二部分12的该上端区123,用以连接一膺复物10(例如:假牙),且该第三部分13的角度θ1约6度~8度。
再请参阅图1,当该牙植体2植入角度欠佳,而必须使用有角度的支柱体时,此该具角度锁定楔销型支柱体1的该第三部分13与该第二部分12衔接的弯曲处的角度为最多不超过25度,因为该具角度锁定楔销型支柱体1的弯曲处位于该膨胀区124的上方,使该第二部分12会太靠近左侧牙齿102,而使得此弯曲处的角化牙龈101不足,容易造成发炎。
承上,结合现有该具角度锁定楔销型支柱体1及该牙植体2时,利用该具角度锁定楔销型支柱体1的该第一部分11呈圆锥状角度大约为1度~1.5度,且该第一部分11的角度b稍大于该牙植体2的该开孔21的角度a的结构,即能产生有效的锁定结合。此种无螺纹的连接具有良好的细菌封闭性,故可将该牙植体2植入齿槽骨100内2㎜~3㎜也不会造成连接处以上的骨质被破坏,所以常见长柄的支柱体于临床上使用。
因此,有必要提供一种创新且具进步性的具角度锁定楔销型支柱体,以解决上述问题,实有待进一步的改良。
发明内容
本发明主要目的,在于解决现有该具角度锁定楔销型支柱体所产生的问题。
为达上述目的,本发明提供一种具角度锁定楔销型支柱体,包括:一第一部分、一第二部分及一第三部分。该第一部分用于设置在一牙植体的一开孔内。该第二部分连接该第一部分的上方,该第二部分包括一连接该第一部分的下端区、一连接该下端区的中端区,及一连接该中端区的上端区,其中该第二部分的该下端区位于齿槽骨内,该上端区位于牙龈内,且在该上端区的外周缘设有一膨胀区,该第二部分的该中端区或该下端区有一弯曲处。该第三部分连接该第二部分的该上端区,用以连接一膺复物,该第三部分设有至少一切面。
更进一步,该第一部分呈圆锥状,与该牙植体的该开孔形成紧配合;其中,该第二部分朝该第一部分的上方延伸呈圆锥状。
更进一步,该切面与相对侧的角度接近0度。
更进一步,该弯曲处以该第三部分的中心线与该第一部分的中心线的交接处,且该弯曲处的角度为最多不超过25度。
更进一步,该上端区的外周缘未设有该膨胀区。
更进一步,该第一部分呈圆锥状,与该牙植体的该开孔形成紧配合;其中,该第二部分朝该第一部分的上方延伸呈圆锥状。
更进一步,该切面与相对侧的角度接近0度。
更进一步,该弯曲处以该第三部分的中心线与该第一部分的中心线的交接处,且该弯曲处的角度为最多不超过25度。
透过本发明前述所揭,相较于现有具有以下特点:
1.本发明该具角度锁定楔销型支柱体的该弯曲处可位于该第二部分的该中端区或该下端区,如此可有效的解决某侧角化牙龈不足的问题发生。
2.本发明该第三部分朝该第二部分的该上端区的上方延伸至少一切面,该切面与相对侧的角度接近0度,与现有该具角度锁定楔销型支柱体的该第三部分的该角度接近6度不同,故该第三部分的该切面与相对侧的角度接近0度可增加该具角度锁定楔销型支柱体与膺复物(例如:假牙)的固持力。

以下配合所附的图示,详加说明本发明的结构如何组合、使用,应当更容易了解本发明的目的、技术内容、特点及其所达成的功效。
请参阅图2及图3,本发明提供一种具角度锁定楔销型支柱体的第一实施例,该具角度锁定楔销型支柱体3包括:一第一部分31、一第二部分32及一第三部分33。该第一部分31用于设置在一牙植体4的一开孔41内。在本实施例中,该第一部分31完全设置在该牙植体4的该开孔41内。该第一部分31呈圆锥状角度约为1度~1.5度,与该牙植体4的该开孔41形成紧配合,且该第一部分31的角度d稍大于该牙植体4的该开孔41的角度c。该第一部分31只与特定尺寸的该牙植体4的该开孔41相结合。
复参阅图2及图3,该第二部分32连接该第一部分31的上方。该第二部分32包括一下端区321、一中端区322及一上端区323。其中该下端区321连接该第一部分31。该中端区322连接该下端区321。该上端区323连接该中端区322。该下端区321、该中端区322及该上端区323由下至上延伸呈圆锥状,以利接续该第三部分33。另外,该第二部分32的该下端区321位于齿槽骨6内,该上端区323位于牙龈60内,且在该上端区323的外周缘设有一膨胀区324。
复参阅图2及图3,该第三部分33连接该第二部分32的该上端区323, 用以连接一膺复物5(例如:假牙)。该第三部分33朝该第二部分32的该上端区323的上方延伸,该第三部分33设有至少一切面331,该切面331与相对侧的角度接近0度,与现有该具角度锁定楔销型支柱体1的该第三部分13的该角度θ1接近6度不同,故该第三部分33的该切面331与相对侧的角度接近0度可增加该具角度锁定楔销型支柱体3与该膺复物5的固持力。
承上,再请参阅图2,本发明该具角度锁定楔销型支柱体3,可以适用植入角度欠佳的该牙植体4上,该具角度锁定楔销型支柱体3一弯曲处可位于该第二部分32的该中端区322或该下端区321,该弯曲处以该第三部分33的中心线与该第一部分31的中心线的交接处,且该弯曲处的角度θ2为最多不超过25度。当组配时,以该第一部分31呈斜向设置在该牙植体4上方的该开孔41内,使该第二部分32的该上端区323及该第三部分33可以呈现直立状态,供该第三部分33连接该膺复物5,如此可以较有效调整该第二部分32位在牙龈60处的位置,使该具角度锁定楔销型支柱体3即与左侧牙齿7的距离不那么靠近。
请参阅图4及图5所示,本发明该具角度锁定楔销型支柱体3的第二实施例,大致与图2所揭露的该具角度锁定楔销型支柱体3相同,唯不相同处,在于该上端区323的外周缘未设有该膨胀区,使该第二部分32的该上端区323的外周缘留有较多空间让给角化牙龈60。
但前述者仅为本发明的较佳实施例,其目的在使熟悉该项技艺者能够了解本发明的内容而据以实施,并非用来限定本发明实施的范围。故举凡依本发明申请范围所述的形状、构造及特征所为的均等变化或修饰,均应包括在本发明的申请专利范围内。

  1. 一种具角度锁定楔销型支柱体,其特征在于,该具角度锁定楔销型支柱体包括:
    一第一部分,用于设置在一牙植体的一开孔内;
    一第二部分,连接该第一部分的上方,该第二部分包括一连接该第一部分的下端区、一连接该下端区的中端区,及一连接该中端区的上端区,其中该第二部分的该下端区位于齿槽骨内,该上端区位于牙龈内,且在该上端区的外周缘设有一膨胀区,该第二部分的该中端区或该下端区有一弯曲处;以及
    一第三部分,连接该第二部分的该上端区,用以连接一膺复物,该第三部分设有至少一切面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具角度锁定楔销型支柱体,其特征在于,该第一部分呈圆锥状,与该牙植体的该开孔形成紧配合;其中,该第二部分朝该第一部分的上方延伸呈圆锥状。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具角度锁定楔销型支柱体,其特征在于,该切面与相对侧的角度接近0度。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的具角度锁定楔销型支柱体,其特征在于,该弯曲处以该第三部分的中心线与该第一部分的中心线的交接处,且该弯曲处的角度为最多不超过25度。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的具角度锁定楔销型支柱体,其特征在于,该上端区的外周缘未设有该膨胀区。
