- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발열유닛은 상기 과열방지수단과 접촉되게 배치되고,상기 과열방지수단은 상기 발열유닛과 전기적으로 직렬 연결되는 차량용 난방장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발열유닛과 상기 과열방지수단에 전기적으로 연결되는 릴레이를 더 포함하고,상기 릴레이는 상기 발열유닛과 접촉하게 배치되는 상기 과열방지수단의 온도에 연동되어 상기 발열유닛으로 인가되는 전원을 차단하는 차량용 난방장치.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 발열모듈은 상기 발열유닛과 상기 과열방지수단을 지지하는 프레임을 더 포함하고,상기 발열유닛은 상기 프레임에 배치되며,상기 과열방지수단은 상기 프레임의 내부에 배치되고,상기 발열유닛의 열은 상기 프레임을 매개로 상기 과열방지수단에 전달되는 차량용 난방장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 프레임은 복수 개의 홀이 형성된 상부 플레이트, 상기 상부 플레이트와 이격되게 배치되며 복수 개의 홀이 형성된 하부 플레이트, 및 상기 상부 플레이트와 상기 하부 플레이트 사이에 배치되는 적어도 하나의 리브를 포함하고,상기 리브는 상기 프레임을 통과하는 공기를 안내하면서 상기 상부 플레이트와 상기 하부 플레이트를 지지하는 차량용 난방장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 발열유닛은 열교환영역이 형성되도록 상호 이격되게 상기 발열모듈의 프레임에 배치되는 면상의 상부 발열유닛와 면상의 하부 발열유닛를 포함하고,상기 상부 발열유닛과 상기 하부 발열유닛 각각에서 발산하는 열은 상기 열교환영역에서 상기 발열유닛을 통과하는 공기와 열교환하는 차량용 난방장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 열교환영역은 복수 개가 형성되며,상기 열교환영역은 공기의 흐름 방향을 기준으로 상기 상부 발열유닛의 전단에 형성된 제1 열교환영역, 및 상기 상부 발열유닛과 상기 하부 발열유닛 사이에 형성된 제2 열교환영역을 포함하고,상기 상부 발열유닛의 홀을 통과한 공기는 상기 하부 발열유닛의 홀을 통과하기 전에 상기 제2 열교환영역에서 믹싱되면서 상기 상부 발열유닛과 상기 하부 발열유닛의 복사열과 열교환하는 차량용 난방장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 상부 발열유닛 및 상기 하부 발열유닛 각각은,홀이 형성된 면상의 바디, 상기 바디에 배치되는 발열부, 및 상기 발열부에 전원을 인가하도록 상기 바디에 배치되는 제1 전극과 제2 전극을 포함하고,상기 하부 발열유닛의 발열부는 공기의 흐름 방향을 기준으로 상기 상부 발열유닛의 홀과 오버랩되게 배치되는 차량용 난방장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,제어부는 상기 상부 발열유닛과 상기 하부 발열유닛에 선택적으로 전원을 인가하는 차량용 난방장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공조 유닛의 토출 덕트에 회동 가능하게 연결되는 하우징을 더 포함하고,상기 발열모듈은 상기 하우징의 내부에 배치되는 차량용 난방장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 하우징은 상기 토출 덕트에 연통되게 연결되는 덕트부, 및 상기 덕트부의 내부로 유입된 공기를 상기 발열모듈로 안내하는 가이드를 포함하고,상기 가이드는 사이즈가 상이한 제1 가이드홀과 제2 가이드홀이 형성된 바디, 및 상기 바디에서 돌출되게 형성되어 상기 제1 가이드홀을 통해 토출되는 공기를 안내하는 가이드 돌기를 포함하며,상기 제2 가이드홀은 상기 제1 가이드홀보다 상기 공조 유닛의 공조 케이스에 가깝게 배치되는 차량용 난방장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 탑승자의 신체 일부가 상기 발열모듈에 접근하는 것을 감지하는 센서를 더 포함하는 차량용 난방장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공조 유닛의 플로어 덕트의 내부에는 도어가 배치되며,상기 도어는 상기 플로어 덕트를 따라 이동하는 공기의 양을 조절하는 차량용 난방장치.

- 제16항에 있어서,상기 과열방지수단은 발열소자, 후크 결합을 통해 상기 발열소자를 상기 발열유닛에 밀착 고정시키는 케이스, 및 상기 발열소자의 일측에 연결된 와이어링을 포함하고,상기 케이스의 후크는 상기 프레임의 홀에 삽입되는 차량용 난방장치.
- 제17항에 있어서,상기 지지부재는 외부 전원과의 결합을 위해 형성된 커넥터부와 상기 커넥터부와 인접하게 배치되는 전원 터미널을 포함하고,상기 후크는 상기 프레임에 형성된 복수 개의 홀 중 상기 전원 터미널과 가장 가까운 홀에 결합하는 차량용 난방장치.
