- the plating streak pattern in the alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is caused by uneven Mn concentration occurring on the base iron surface due to microsegregation of Mn during slab solidification.
- the Mn-enriched portion of the base iron surface of the slab is stretched in the rolling direction by rolling to form a streak pattern. That is, when a steel plate is obtained by rolling a slab, on the surface of the steel plate, the Mn-enriched portion extends like a streak along the rolling direction.

- Mn oxide eg, Mn 2 SiO 4
- the pinning effect of the Mn oxide can suppress the grain growth of the surface layer (FIG. 2(B)). That is, in the Mn-enriched portion of the base steel sheet, the grain boundary density tends to be higher than in the portion other than the Mn-enriched portion.
- alloying is promoted in areas with higher grain boundary densities (Fig. 2(C)), and the coating layer grows thicker. By doing so, a streak pattern is generated in the plating layer (FIG. 2(D)).
- the plating streak pattern in the alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is caused by the uneven concentration of Mn on the surface of the base steel sheet.
- the level of appearance of streak patterns in the plating varies depending on the degree of unevenness in the concentration of Mn. That is, even if Mn concentration unevenness occurs, if the interval between the concentration unevenness is sufficiently narrow or sufficiently wide, a plating streak pattern that impairs the appearance is unlikely to occur.

- Impurities are components and the like that are mixed due to various factors in the manufacturing process, including raw materials such as ores and scraps, when industrially manufacturing the base steel sheet according to the present embodiment.
- the standard deviation SD of the base steel sheet which is obtained under Condition 1 above, is 0.40 or less. That is, when the distribution of Mn on the surface of the base steel sheet is analyzed by EPMA mapping, the variation in Mn strength is small.
- EPMA is used to obtain EPMA mapping of the Mn intensity for a rectangular region of 2 mm square on the surface of the base steel plate.
- the rectangular region is divided into a plurality of 400 ⁇ 400 areas, elemental mapping is performed, and the Mn intensity in each area is specified.
- the Mn intensity in each of the identified areas is summarized in a histogram, and the standard deviation SD can be obtained from the number distribution of Mn intensities detected in the rectangular area.
- the standard deviation SD obtained in this way is 0.40 or less, so that the variation in the alloying speed can be suppressed when the hot-dip galvanized layer is alloyed. and the streak pattern described above is less likely to occur.
- the standard deviation SD may be 0.39 or less or 0.38 or less.
- the lower limit of the standard deviation SD is not particularly limited and may be 0, but in reality it exceeds 0.
- the standard deviation SD may be 0.20 or greater or 0.30 or greater.
- the distance I required by Condition 2 above for the base steel plate is 50 ⁇ m or less. That is, when the distribution of Mn on the surface of the base steel sheet is analyzed by EPMA mapping, the interval between regions (first regions) with relatively high Mn strength is narrow in the direction perpendicular to the rolling direction. In other words, on the surface of the base steel sheet, the distance between the Mn-enriched portions, which is the cause of streak patterns in plating, is narrow in the direction perpendicular to the rolling direction. As shown in FIG. 4, under condition 2 above, EPMA is used to obtain EPMA mapping of the Mn intensity for a rectangular region of 2 mm square on the surface of the base steel plate.
- the rectangular region is divided into a plurality of 400 ⁇ 400 areas, elemental mapping is performed, and the Mn intensity in each area is specified.
- the Mn intensity in each identified area is averaged, that is, the average Mn intensity MI ave in the rectangular area is identified (FIG. 4A).
- the same rectangular area is divided into 400 pieces in the direction perpendicular to the rolling direction to obtain 400 divided areas.
- a first region is defined as a region occupied by 50% or more of these divided regions where the Mn intensity is 34% or more higher than the average value MI ave .
- a region occupied by 50% or more of the area showing the Mn intensity that is 34% or more lower than the average value MI ave is defined as the second region.
- the interval I between the first regions adjacent to each other across the second region in the rectangular region is obtained (FIG. 4(B)). According to the knowledge of the present inventors, if the distance I obtained in this way is 50 ⁇ m or less, the distance between the Mn-enriched portions, which is a factor in generating streak patterns in the plating, becomes sufficiently narrow, and the base material When an alloyed hot-dip galvanized layer is formed on a steel sheet, streak patterns are less likely to occur in the coating.
- the spacing I may be 45 ⁇ m or less or 40 ⁇ m or less.
- the lower limit of the interval I is not particularly limited.
- the spacing I may be 0 ⁇ m, 5 ⁇ m or more, 10 ⁇ m or more, 15 ⁇ m or more, 20 ⁇ m or more, 25 ⁇ m or more, or 30 ⁇ m or more.
- the largest interval among the plurality of intervals I is 50 ⁇ m or less. I wish I had.
- the interval I is assumed to be 0 ⁇ m.
- the "rolling direction" of the base steel plate can be specified by the direction of the streaks formed on the base steel plate.
- the rolling direction can be specified based on the extension direction of the Mn-enriched portion.
- the direction of elongation of the Mn-enriched portion in the base steel sheet may be specified, for example, by elemental mapping using EPMA as described above.
- the metal structure of the base steel plate is not particularly limited, and can be adjusted according to the performance required of the base steel plate.
- the metal structure of the base steel plate has an area ratio of, for example, ferrite: 94 to 100%, the sum of martensite and bainite: 0 to 4%, and retained austenite: 0 to 2%. There may be.
- the area ratio of each phase and structure can be specified, for example, as follows.
- the area ratio of retained austenite is evaluated by high-resolution crystal structure analysis by the EBSD method (electron backscatter diffraction method). Specifically, a sample is collected using a cross section parallel to the rolling direction and thickness direction of the base steel sheet as an observation surface, and the observation surface is polished to a mirror finish. Further, electrolytic polishing or mechanical polishing using colloidal silica is performed to remove the processed layer on the surface. Next, crystal structure analysis is performed by the EBSD method for 5 fields of view with 10000 ⁇ m 2 or more per field of view at the 1/4 thickness position. Also, the distance between scores (step) is set to 0.01 to 0.20 ⁇ m.
- the data obtained by the EBSD method are analyzed using analysis software (for example, "OIM Analysys" manufactured by TSL). Based on the results of observation at each position, the region determined to be FCC iron is determined to be retained austenite, and the area ratio of retained austenite is calculated.
- analysis software for example, "OIM Analysys” manufactured by TSL.
- the area ratios of ferrite, martensite, bainite, and pearlite are measured as follows. First, a sample is collected by using a cross section parallel to the rolling direction and thickness direction of the base steel sheet as an observation surface, and the observation surface is polished and nital-etched. Then, in the range of 1/8 thickness to 3/8 thickness centering on the position of 1/4 thickness from the surface, 1 field of view is 1200 ⁇ m 2 or more, and a total of 5 fields of view are field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM : Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope). Then, the area ratios of ferrite, bainite, martensite, and pearlite are measured. Here, each tissue is identified as follows.
- a region in which cementite is precipitated in a lamellar shape is determined to be pearlite.
- a region with relatively low luminance is determined to be ferrite.
- Each area ratio is calculated by the point counting method. Thereafter, the total area ratio of martensite and bainite is obtained by subtracting the area ratio of retained austenite previously obtained by the EBSD method from the area ratio of the other regions.
- the alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet according to the present embodiment has the base steel sheet and a coating layer.
- a plating layer is formed on at least one surface of the base steel sheet.

That is, after removing the surface layer coating film with a coating film remover that does not corrode the plating (e.g., Sansai Kako Co., Ltd. Neoriver SP-751), the plating layer is removed with hydrochloric acid containing an inhibitor (e.g., Sugimura Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. Hibilon). is dissolved, and the resulting solution is subjected to inductively coupled plasma (ICP) emission spectroscopy to determine the chemical composition of the plating layer.
- a coating film remover that does not corrode the plating
- hydrochloric acid containing an inhibitor e.g., Sugimura Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. Hibilon
- the alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet may further have the following properties.
- the tensile strength of the galvannealed steel sheet may be, for example, 430 MPa or more, 450 MPa or more, 500 MPa or more, or 520 MPa or more, or 600 MPa or less, 580 MPa or less, 550 MPa or less, or 500 MPa or less.
- Total elongation EL When a steel plate is cold-formed to produce a structure, the steel plate needs to be stretched in order to finish it into a complicated shape. If the total elongation of the steel sheet is too low, the material may crack during cold forming.
- the total elongation of the steel sheet is not particularly limited, but may be, for example, 25% or more or 30% or more, or may be 40% or less or 35% or less.
- the yield point of the steel sheet is not particularly limited. Below, it may be 380 MPa or less, 350 MPa or less, 340 MPa or less, or 320 MPa or less.
- the plate thickness of the base steel plate is a factor that affects the rigidity of the formed steel member, and the greater the plate thickness, the higher the rigidity of the member. If the plate thickness is too small, the rigidity may be lowered, and the press formability may be lowered due to the influence of unavoidable non-ferrous inclusions present inside the steel plate. On the other hand, if the plate thickness is too large, the press-forming load increases, which may lead to wear of the mold and a decrease in productivity.
- the plate thickness of the base steel plate is not particularly limited, but may be 0.2 mm or more and may be 6.0 mm or less.
- the distribution form of Mn (the distribution form of the Mn-enriched portion) on the surface of the base steel sheet is controlled to a predetermined state.
- the alloying of the plating in the Mn-enriched portion is promoted by the mechanism shown in FIGS. Since it is very small and dense, it becomes difficult to visually recognize it as a streak pattern of plating.
- the alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet according to the present embodiment is excellent in coating appearance and appearance after painting.
- the alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet according to the present embodiment can be manufactured by consistent management of continuous casting, hot rolling, cold rolling and annealing. In particular, it is important to maintain the slab at a high temperature after continuous casting to diffuse Mn on the surface of the slab and disperse the Mn-enriched portion.
- An example of the manufacturing method of the alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet will be described below, but the manufacturing method of the alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is not limited to the following example.
- the method for manufacturing a galvannealed steel sheet according to the present embodiment includes: obtaining a steel slab having said chemical composition by continuous casting; Obtaining a hot-rolled sheet by heating the steel slab and then performing hot rolling; winding the hot-rolled sheet; cold rolling the hot-rolled sheet to obtain a cold-rolled sheet; and Annealing the cold-rolled sheet; including When cooling the steel slab after the continuous casting, at least the surface in the width direction (the surface in contact with the rolling rolls during rolling) of the surfaces of the steel slab is held at a temperature of 600° C. or higher for 240 minutes or longer.
- Cooling process of slab after continuous casting As described above, when cooling a steel slab after continuous casting, at least the surface of the steel slab in the width direction (the surface in contact with the rolling rolls during rolling) is , 240 minutes or longer at a temperature of 600° C. or higher, Mn diffuses on the surface of the steel slab, and the Mn-enriched portion is easily dispersed. As a result, when the rolled base steel sheet is subjected to alloying hot-dip galvanizing treatment, it becomes difficult to visually recognize the streak pattern of the plating.
- the form for controlling the temperature of the steel slab after continuous casting as described above is not particularly limited. Do it.
- the above-described temperature control can be achieved during the cooling process of the slab by controlling the cooling rate at least on the surface in the width direction of the slab during transport to a low speed of 30° C./h or less.
- Heating temperature and time in the heating furnace As described above, when heating the steel slab before hot rolling, at least the surface of the steel slab in the width direction (the surface in contact with the rolling rolls during rolling) is By holding the steel slab at a temperature of 1150° C. or higher and 1300° C. or lower for 120 minutes or longer and 300 minutes or shorter, Mn diffuses on the surface of the steel slab and the Mn-enriched portion is easily dispersed. As a result, when the rolled base steel sheet is subjected to alloying hot-dip galvanizing treatment, it becomes difficult to visually recognize the streak pattern of the plating.
- the form for controlling the temperature of the steel slab before hot rolling as described above is not particularly limited. Do it.
- the temperature of the steel slab is controlled from continuous casting to hot rolling, and then hot rolling, coiling, cold rolling, Rolling, annealing, plating, and the like may be performed.
- Hot rolling conditions, coiling conditions, cold rolling conditions, annealing conditions and plating conditions are not particularly limited. An example of each step is shown below.
- the finish rolling temperature of hot rolling In hot-rolling the slab after heating, general conditions may be adopted as rough-rolling conditions in the hot-rolling. General conditions may also be adopted for finishing rolling conditions for hot rolling. However, since the finish rolling temperature of hot rolling is a factor that exerts an effect on controlling the texture of the base material steel sheet, it is preferable to control the temperature within a predetermined temperature range. For example, the finish rolling temperature of hot rolling may be 900° C. or higher or 950° C. or lower.
- the coiling temperature of the hot-rolled sheet is not particularly limited. For example, it may be 500° C. or higher and 800° C. or lower.
- the rolling reduction in cold rolling is important from the viewpoint of obtaining a texture with an excellent r value.
- the total rolling reduction in cold rolling is desirably 70% or more and desirably 90% or less.
- Annealing may be performed at a temperature of 700° C. or less for the purpose of reducing the cold rolling load before cold rolling.
- Annealing may be performed in a high dew point atmosphere or in a low dew point atmosphere.
- the dew point in the annealing atmosphere may be ⁇ 60° C. or higher or 30° C. or lower.
- the maximum heating temperature (annealing holding temperature) during annealing is preferably 750° C. or higher, and preferably 900° C. or lower.
- the holding time is more preferably 10 seconds or longer. More preferably, it is 20 seconds or longer.
- the steel may be reheated to a temperature range of 350° C. to 600° C. and retained. If the cooling stop temperature is excessively low, not only is a large capital investment required, but the effect is saturated.
- the steel sheet may be retained in the temperature range of 350 to 600°C. Retention in this temperature range suppresses temperature unevenness in the width direction of the plate and improves the appearance after plating.
- the cooling stop temperature after the annealing is 350° C. to 600° C., the residence may be performed without reheating.
- the residence time is preferably 30 seconds or more and 300 seconds or less in order to obtain the effect.
- the cold-rolled sheet or the steel sheet obtained by plating the cold-rolled sheet may be reheated after cooling to room temperature or during cooling to room temperature (however, Ms or less).
- a hot-dip galvanized layer is formed on the surface of the steel sheet by the hot-dip galvanizing process. In this case, the corrosion resistance of the cold-rolled steel sheet is improved, which is preferable.
- a plated layer may be formed on the surface of the plate in the annealing. Alternatively, the plated layer may be formed on the surface of the sheet after annealing.
- composition of plating bath is mainly composed of Zn, so long as the chemical composition of the plating layer after the alloying treatment can be within the desired range.
- the effective Al content value obtained by subtracting the total Fe content from the total Al content in the plating bath
- the effective amount of Al in the plating bath is too small, Fe may excessively penetrate into the plating layer, resulting in poor adhesion of the plating.
- the effective amount of Al in the plating bath is more preferably 0.065% by mass or more, and more preferably 0.180% by mass or less.
- the steel sheet on which the hot-dip galvanized layer is formed is preferably heated to a temperature range of 450 to 600°C. If the alloying temperature is too low, the alloying may not proceed sufficiently. On the other hand, if the alloying temperature is too high, the alloying progresses too much, and there is a risk that the Fe concentration in the coating layer becomes excessive due to the generation of the ⁇ phase, resulting in a decrease in coating adhesion.
- the alloying temperature may be 470° C. or higher and may be 580° C. or lower.
- the alloying temperature needs to be changed according to the chemical composition of the steel sheet and the state of the surface layer such as the degree of formation of the internal oxide layer, so it can be set while checking the Fe concentration in the coating layer.
- Alloying of the hot-dip galvanized layer is performed, for example, in an alloying furnace and a holding zone.
- the residence time in the alloying furnace and the holding zone may be, for example, around 10 seconds in the alloying furnace and around 20 seconds in the holding zone, for a total of around 30 seconds.
- the heat retaining zone is a section that retains heat so that the temperature of the steel sheet coming out of the alloying furnace does not drop suddenly.
- skin pass rolling may be performed for the purpose of improving ductility by correcting the shape of the steel sheet or introducing mobile dislocations.
- the rolling reduction of skin pass rolling after heat treatment is preferably in the range of 0.1 to 1.5%. If it is less than 0.1%, the effect is small and control is difficult, so this is the lower limit. If it exceeds 1.5%, the productivity drops significantly, so this is made the upper limit.
- a skin pass may be performed inline or offline.
- the skin pass with the target rolling reduction may be performed at once, or may be performed in several steps.
- the present invention is not limited to this one conditional example.
- the present invention can adopt various conditions as long as it achieves its purpose without departing from the gist thereof.
- Each steel plate was hot-dip galvanized and then alloyed.
- the steel sheet was immersed in a hot-dip galvanizing bath at 450° C. for 5 seconds. Thereafter, an alloying treatment was performed at 590° C. and cooled from the alloying treatment temperature to room temperature to obtain an alloyed hot-dip galvanized steel sheet.
- the plating treatment on the base steel sheet can be performed on the same equipment and line as the annealing.

- the rectangular region is divided into 400 pieces in the direction orthogonal to the rolling direction to form 400 divided regions, and among the divided regions, the Mn strength is 34% or more higher than the average value MI ave .
- the area occupied by 50% or more was defined as the first region, and the area occupied by 50% or more of the divided regions showing the Mn intensity lower than the average value MI ave by 34% or more was defined as the second region.

- Results Table 3 shows the production conditions of the base steel sheet, the properties of the base steel sheet, the mechanical properties, the plating properties, and the evaluation results of the formability and workability.
