两个握持检测传感器,分别设置于两个所述握持件上,所述握持检测传感器用于在检测到用户握持所述握持件时,输出握持检测信号;
所述电控组件还用于在根据所述握持检测信号确定两个所述握持件中的一个被握持时,触发所述控制终端进入终端工作模式;以及,
在根据所述握持检测信号确定两个所述握持件均被握持时,触发所述控制终端进入手柄工作模式。

本申请控制终端通过设置壳体本体及握持件,握持件与所述壳体本体活动连接,握持件相对壳体本体具有初始位置和握持位置,在握持件由初始位置运动至握持位置时,握持件与所述壳体本体形成可握持手柄。通过改变握持件的位置,可以使壳体组件在控制终端形状与手柄形状之间进行切换,例如握持件由初始位置运动至握持位置时,使壳体组件的形状改变为便于用户握持或者抓取的手柄形状,在由握持位置运动至初始位置时,则将壳体组件恢复为便于单手操作的控制终端形状。本申请控制终端壳体具有两种形态,适用用户不同应用场景的需求,提高用户对控制终端的操作便利性。

本申请目的的实现、功能特点及优点将结合实施例,参照附图做进一步说明。
具体实施方式
下面将参照附图更详细地描述本公开的示例性实施方式。需要注意的是术语“第一”和“第二”等是用于区别不同对象,而不是用于描述特定顺序。
本申请提出一种控制终端,适用于遥控器、手机、平板等控制终端中。
遥控器可以用于控制电视、空调等家电设备,目前,传统遥控器功能较为单一,并且通常一个遥控器仅能控制一种家电,例如电视遥控器仅能电视机,而空遥控器则只能控制空调,导致家庭中存在多个遥控器设备,5G时代的到来引领着电视机的转型,家庭娱乐的主要设备依然是电视机,但其功能将会越来越强大。游戏平台与电视节的结合已成为媒体发展的趋势,在电视机集成有游戏和电视功能时,由于遥控器和手柄之间的外形不同,适配的,需要为电视配置游戏手柄,也即在电视机工作于电视模式时,需要同时通过遥控器来实现切台、音量等的控制,而在电视机工作于游戏模式时,由于遥控器没有可供握持的手柄,需要通过游戏手柄来实现游戏指令操作,这使得同一个电视需要配置两个控制终端,使得对控制系统的控制复杂,不利于用户操作。
为了解决上述问题,参照图1至图12,在本申请一实施例中,本申请提出一种控制终端,包括电控组件200及如上所述的壳体组件;其中,
所述电控组件200容置于所述壳体本体10形成的容置空间内。
该壳体组件100包括:
壳体本体10;
握持件20,所述握持件20与所述壳体本体10活动连接,所述握持件20相对所述壳体本体10具有初始位置和握持位置,在所述握持件20由所述初始位置运动至握持位置时,所述握持件20与所述壳体本体10形成可握持手柄。
本实施例中,电控组件200包括但不限于处理器、RF(Radio Frequency,射频)单元、WiFi模块、蓝牙模块、红外收发模块、音频输出单元、接口单元、存储器、处理器以及电源等部件。本领域技术人员可以理解,控制终端可以包括更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。其中,处理器是控制终端的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个控制终端的各个部分,通过运行或执行存储在存储器内的软件程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器内的数据,执行控制终端的各种功能和处理数据,从而对控制终端进行整体监控。处理器可以处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等。
本实施例中,壳体本体10可以是遥控器、手机等的外壳,也可以是遥控器、手机等控制终端的保护套,壳体本体10根据实际应用不同,可以设置为不同的形状、尺寸等,例如壳体本体10可以是长方形。在壳体组件100应用于遥控器的外壳时,壳体本体10内形成有供控制终端主控板、电池等安装的容置空腔,在壳体本体10上还可以设置有供按键安装的通孔或者安装位等。在壳体组件100应用于手机、平板等智能控制终端的外壳时,壳体本体10可以是控制终端的后壳13,后壳13与控制终端的显示组件围合形成供控制终端的电控板、电池等安装的容置空腔。在壳体组件100为保护套时,所述壳体本体10开设有开口11a,控制终端可以容置于壳体本体10的开口11a内,以对控制终端进行保护,可以避免控制终端磕碰或者摔落时,损坏控制终端。
壳体组件100具有初始状态以及握持状态,握持件20可以根据用户的实用习惯定义常用状态和非常用状态,例如在用户看电视的频率和次数相较于进行VR体验,或者玩游 戏的频率次数高时,初始状态则可以定义为常用状态,握持状态则可以定义为非常用状态。反之,初始状态则可以定义为非常用状态,握持状态则可以定义为常用状态。
在初始状态下,握持件20相对壳体本体10处于初始位置,握持件20大小、形状和形态等可以与所述壳体本体10设置为相同或者相似,此时壳体组件100的握持件20或者壳体本体10可以被用户单手握持操作,控制终端相对控制系统的方向为第一方向,例如在控制终端为手机或者平板电脑时,可以为竖屏方向。在握持状态下,握持件20处于握持位置,握持件20以握持件20的中心轴向与所述壳体本体10的中心轴之间形成夹角的方式使握持件20部分叠设于所述壳体本体10上,以与所述壳体本体10形成可握持手柄,以便用户抓取或者握持控制终端,并在控制终端上进行游戏指令操作或者其他指令操作。此时,控制终端可以通过可握持手柄被用户单手握持或者双手握持操作,在握持手柄的作用下,控制终端相对控制系统的方向为第二方向,例如在控制终端为手机或者平板电脑时,可以为横屏方向。
本申请控制终端通过设置壳体本体10及握持件20,握持件20与所述壳体本体10活动连接,握持件20相对壳体本体10具有初始位置和握持位置,在握持件20由初始位置运动至握持位置时,握持件20与所述壳体本体10形成可握持手柄。通过改变握持件20的位置,可以使壳体组件100在控制终端形状与手柄形状之间进行切换,例如握持件20由初始位置运动至握持位置时,使壳体组件100的形状改变为便于用户握持或者抓取的手柄形状,在由握持位置运动至初始位置时,则将壳体组件100恢复为便于单手操作的控制终端形状。本申请控制终端壳体具有两种形态,适用用户不同应用场景的需求,提高用户对控制终端的操作便利性。
参照图1至图12,在一实施例中,所述握持件20处于初始位置时,所述握持件20叠设于所述壳体本体10上;
所述握持件20处于握持位置时,所述握持件20部分凸设于所述壳体本体10的一侧,以与所述壳体本体10形成可握持手柄。
本实施例中,在握持件20叠设于所述壳体本体10时,控制终端相对控制系统的方向为第一方向,此时用户可以在控制终端的第一方向上单手操作控制终端,例如单手切换电视频道、调节音量等。在一些实施例中,可以在壳体本体10的边沿凸设延伸容置槽,或者在壳体本体10上开设容置槽,使握持件20叠设于壳体本体10上时,能够容置于容置槽内,并且握持件20与所述壳体本体10容置槽的边沿之间持平,不增加壳体组件的厚度,同时可以使壳体组件100维持在便于单手操作的控制终端形状。当然在其他实施例中,握持件20也可以凸设于壳体本体10外,从而在壳体本体10外形成凸台,有利于增大壳体组件与用户手掌的接触面积,以便于用户握持或者抓取。此外,当握持件20处于初始位置时,此时握持件20收纳于壳体本体10的一侧,在控制终端的常用状态为手柄状态的应用场景下,握持件20由握持位置运动至初始位置时,握持件20不需要部分凸设于壳体本体10的一侧,可以减小壳体组件的整体体积,有利于壳体组件100的收纳和携带,可以提高壳体组件的使用便利性。
在握持件20由初始位置运功至握持位置时,握持件20部分凸设于所述壳体本体10的一侧形成有握持部,该握持部供用户握持,并且握持件20与所述壳体本体10形成可握持手柄,此时用户可以在控制终端的第二方向上单手或者双手操作控制终端。握持位置的 数量可以设置为多个,用户根据握持习惯、手掌大小等,可以调节握持件20凸设于所述壳体本体10的一侧的面积,使握持件20的中心轴向与所述壳体本体10的中心轴之间形成夹角大小不同,以形成不同的握持档位。
参照图1至图7(b),在一实施例中,对应所述握持件20在所述初始位置和所述握持位置之间的运动轨迹位置,所述壳体本体10上开设有滑槽11,所述握持件20上设置有滑柱21,所述握持件20通过所述滑柱21沿所述滑槽11在所述初始位置和握持位置之间滑动。
本实施例中,在开设滑槽11时,可以预定握持件20在壳体本体10上运动的运动轨迹,再在握持件20的运动轨迹上开设滑槽11,滑槽11可以采用与所述壳体本体10相同材质制得,也可以采用不同材质制得,滑槽11的材质可以设置得胶壳体本体10硬。滑槽11具体可以是金属滑槽11,例如铝或者铝制合金、铜或者铜制合金等,在滑槽11为金属滑槽11时,可以在壳体本体10上开设槽体,并采用冲压等工艺将金属片冲压成与槽体形状和大小适配的金属滑槽11后,将金属滑槽11固定安装于槽体内,金属滑槽11与槽体之间可以采用过盈配合的方式进行固定,或者采用双面胶、胶水等粘性材料进行固定。或者,在壳体本体10上开设槽体后,通过金属注模工艺、金属镀层等工艺,在槽体内形成金属层,通过在壳体本体10上开设滑槽11,有利于节省结构空间且顺滑性好。滑柱21可以采用金属或硬胶材质制得,以适配配合滑槽11的顺滑度,同时有利于支撑和保证握持件20的形态,滑柱21还有利于握持件20壳体本体10贴合的作用。滑柱21可以通过二次注塑、压制或设置为卡扣等固定结构固定在握持件20上。
参照图3至图4(b),在一实施例中,所述滑槽11对应所述初始位置和所述握持位置开分别设有一开口11a;
滑槽11的第一端和/或第二端设置有第一弹性件30,所述第一弹性件30包括:
固定片31,与所述壳体本体10连接固定;
弹性片32,所述弹性片32的一端固定于所述固定片31上,所述弹性片32的另一端呈弯折32a卡设于所述滑槽11的开口11a内,用以在所述滑柱21运动至所述开口11a时,对所述滑柱21进行限位。
本实施例中,固定片31固定于壳体本体10内,具体可以通过螺钉、卡扣等金进行固定,固定片31用于将弹性片32固定在滑槽11与固定片31之间,可以限定弹性片32的形变量,避免滑柱21挤压时,发生形变过量的当滑柱21运动至滑槽11的第一端时,可以将握持件20限位在初始位置,当滑柱21运动至滑槽11的第二端时,可以将握持件20限位在握持位置。为了避免握持件20在初始位置和握持位置时,滑柱21在滑槽11内与所述壳体本体10发生相对运动,本实施例中通过在滑槽11对应初始位置和/或握持位置设置第一弹性件30,第一弹性件30的固定片31设置于滑槽11外,弹性片32呈弯折32a设置,弹性片32形成弯折32a一端的端部固定在开口11a外,以在滑柱21未靠近时,将弯折32a固定于滑槽11内。该弯折32a形成弹性固定凸起,并具有静止状态和形变状态,在滑槽11靠近时,在外力的作用下,弹性固定凸起发生形变,被滑柱21挤压至槽体外,而处于形变状态在滑柱21运动至第一端(第二端)时,弹性固定凸起恢复为静止状态,从而滑柱21固定在滑槽11的第一端(第二端)。滑柱21通过开槽接触到第一弹性件30,并在滑柱21的作用下,使第一弹性件30回缩至滑槽11外,滑柱21继续滑动至主体滑轨的第 一端(第二端),拨动滑柱21,可以使弹片会受力缩回滑槽11的外部,当滑柱21移出该区域,弹性片32片会自动复位。第一弹性件30的数量可以是一个,也可以是两个或者两个以上,当设置为一个时,可以设置在滑槽11的第一端或者第二端。当设置为两个时,可以在滑槽11的第一端和第二端分别设置一个第一弹性件30,当设置为两个以上时,例如三个时,可以形成握持手柄的不同握持档位,以适应不同的用户需求。
参照图6(a)至图6(b),在一实施例中,滑槽11具有相互平行设置的第一端和第二端,以及连接第一端和第二端的槽轨,滑槽11当然在其他实施例中,还可以在滑槽11的第一端和/或第二端设置弹性凸起80,该弹性凸起80可伸缩的设置于滑槽11内,例如在被滑柱21挤压时,缩入至滑槽11的槽壁内,在滑柱21离开时自动复位,从而将滑柱21固定在第一端和/或第二端。
参照图3至图4(b),在一实施例中,所述滑槽11对应所述开口11a处还设置有固定凸起11b,所述固定凸起11b设置于所述弹性片32与所述固定片31之间。
本实施例中,固定凸起11b设置于滑槽11的开口11a上,在滑槽11靠近时,在外力的作用下,弹性固定凸起发生形变,被滑柱21挤压至槽体外时,固定凸起11b可以阻挡限位弯折32a形成弹性固定凸起进一步向固定片31运动,并且在固定凸起11b的作用下,可以增大弹性固定凸起对滑柱21的作用力,提高滑柱21运动至第一端(第二端)的速度。
参照图5(a)至图5(b),在一实施例中,所述滑槽11对应所述初始位置和所述握持的位置分别设置有一限位柱11c;
所述滑槽11的第一端和/或第二端设置有第二弹性件40,所述第二弹性件40包括:
固定部41,绕设于所述限位柱11c上;
两个夹持部42、43,自所述固定部41两端延伸形成,两个所述夹持部42、43相对设置以形成夹持槽,用以在所述滑柱21滑入至所述夹持槽时,对所述滑柱21进行限位。
本实施例中,第二弹性件40可以采用铜片或者其他具有弹性的材料制得,两个夹持部42、43通过固定部41连接,两个夹持部42、43能够弹性变形,两片所述夹持部42、43之间的间距逐渐缩短的导向段之间形成开口11a正对滑柱21的喇叭状的导向区,在外力的作用下,滑柱21进入导向区后,继续插入接触到夹持部42、43,如此设置,可以避免滑柱21进入夹持槽内就接触夹持部42、43产生两端相抵,使滑柱21无法运动至滑槽11的第一端和/或第二端;两片所述夹持部42、43之间的间距先增大后缩短的容纳段之间形成较宽的容纳区,用来卡住滑柱21,滑柱21卡在容纳区中,容纳段与导向段连接处形为最窄处,可以卡住滑柱21,以对滑柱21进行限位。
参照图7至图8(b),在一实施例中,所述握持件20包括第一外壳22及设置于所述第一外壳22内的设置有记忆金属片23,所述记忆金属片23具有第一形态和第二形态;
所述握持件20处于初始位置时,所述记忆金属片23处于第一形态;
在所述握持件20由所述初始位置运动至握持位置时,在外力作用下,所述记忆金属片23由第一形态向第二形态转变,以使所述握持件20与所述壳体本体10形成可握持手柄。
本实施例中,记忆金属片23具有双程记忆效应,记忆金属片23包裹于第一外壳22内,处于第一形态时,可以使握持件20叠设于壳体本体10上,用户在需要将握持件20由初始位置运动至握持位置时,使握持件20内的记忆金属片23相对壳体本体10可以产生一定的形变,例如形成一定的弧度或者弯折32a,从而使记忆金属片23由第一形态向第 二形态转变,使握持件20与所述壳体本体10形成可握持手柄。其中,第一外壳22可以采用柔性材质的材料制得,例如可以采用塑胶,通过注塑工艺将记忆金属片23包覆于第一外壳22内。记忆金属片23在第一外壳22内的尺寸可调,可以是撑满第一外壳22,也可以是设置为占据第一外壳22的部分面积。
参照图9至图10(b),在一实施例中,对应所述握持件20所述初始位置和所述握持位置,在所述壳体本体10上分别设置第一固定件50和第二固定件60,所述握持件20上设置有与所述第一固定件50和所述第二固定件60适配的紧固件70,所述握持件20通过所述第一固定件50与所述紧固件70固定于所述初始位置;和/或,
所述握持件20通过所述第二固定件60与所述紧固件70固定于所述握持位置。
本实施例中,为了将握持件20固定在初始位置或者握持位置,可以根据握持件20的运动轨迹,在壳体本体10上分别设置第一固定件50和第二固定件60,紧固件70与第一固定件50和第二固定件60均适配,在握持件20处于初始位置时,紧固件70与第一固定件50配合,以将握持件20固定在初始位置。在握持件20处于握持位置时,紧固件70与第二固定件60配合,以将握持件20固定在初始位置。其中,所述第一固定件50和所述第二固定件60设置为卡槽,所述紧固件70设置为与所述卡槽配合的卡扣;
或者,所述第一固定件50和所述第二固定件60设置为磁性件,例如磁铁,所述紧固件70设置为与所述卡槽配合的磁吸配合件,例如金属扣。其中,卡扣/金属扣可以通过二次注塑等工艺固定在握持件20上,初始位置和握持位置的转换可以通过的插拔形式完成。将卡扣/金属扣装配到壳体本体10的卡槽/磁铁时使用方式为电视遥控器;将卡扣/金属扣装配到壳体本体10的卡槽/磁铁时使用方式则可以为游戏手柄。
参照图11,在一实施例中,所述握持件20处于初始位置时,所述握持件20设置于所述壳体本体10的一端;
所述握持件20处于握持位置时,所述握持件20部分凸设于所述壳体本体10的一侧,以与所述壳体本体10形成可握持手柄。
本实施例中,在握持件20设置于壳体本体10的一端时,控制终端相对控制系统的方向为第一方向,此时用户可以在控制终端的第一方向上单手操作控制终端,例如单手切换电视频道、调节音量等。

在一些实施例中,为了控制壳体组件整体长度,缩小壳体组件的整体体积,也可以在壳体本体10的边沿凸设延伸容置槽,或者在壳体本体10上开设容置槽,使握持件20能够容置于容置槽内,并且握持件20与所述壳体本体10容置槽的边沿之间持平,不增加壳体组件的厚度,同时可以使壳体组件100维持在便于单手操作的控制终端形状。在需要将握持件20由初始位置向握持位置运动时,先将握持件20从壳体本体10的容置槽内向远离壳体本体10的一端滑出后,再将握持件20的一端固定在壳体本体10上,另一端则向 靠近壳体本体10的方向上弯折32a或者旋转,以使握持件20运动至握持位置。在壳体本体10上设置有按键的实施例中,握持件20在初始位置时,还可以将部分按键,例如属于游戏模式的按键进行隐藏。
参照图1至图11,上述实施例中,可以握持件20上同时设置记忆金属片23和紧固件70,适配地在壳体本体10上设置固定件,或者握持件20上同时设置记忆金属片23和滑柱21,适配地在壳体本体10上设置滑槽11,以提高握持件20在初始位置和握持位置的稳固性,防止握持件20与所述壳体本体10之间发生相对运动,影响壳体组件的正常使用。
参照图1至图11,在一实施例中,所述壳体本体10包括前壳12及后壳13,所述前壳12及后壳13围合形成供控制终端放置的容置空间。
本实施例中,壳体本体10具有前壳12和后壳13,前壳12和后壳13可以通过螺钉、卡扣、胶粘等固定方式进行固定连接,前壳12和后壳13围合形成有容置空间,控制终端的电控板、电池等能够容置于该容置空间内。前壳12和后壳13可以采用金属材料或者非金属材料制得,并且前壳12和后壳13可以采用同种材料或者不同材料制得。例如,前壳12可以采用质地较为柔软的材料,而后壳13则采用质地较为坚硬的材料制得,以满足触摸手感和支撑的需求。该控制终端可以为遥控器、手机、平板电脑中的任意一种。根据控制终端的不同,壳体组件组成也不同,在控制终端为遥控器时,控制终端的壳体组件则包括前壳12和后壳13,前壳12和后壳13围合形成遥控器电控板、电池等的容置空间。在控制终端为手机等时,壳体组件100则包括后壳13和中框,后壳13和中框与显示组件围合形成手机的电控板、电池等的容置空间。
参照图1至图11,在一实施例中,所述握持件20与所述前壳12一体成型设置。
本实施例中,握持件20可以为柔性壳体,握持件20的柔性壳体可以与前壳12采用同种材料制得,具体可以采用注塑工艺一体成型设置,握持件20的柔性壳体可以与前壳12采用不同材料制得,例如硬度不同的材料,当两者采用不同材料制得时,可以通过二次注塑或双料压制使握持件20与前壳12共同组成控制器的外壳部分。在握持件20与前壳12的连接位置,还可以通过柔性材料制得的连接件实现过渡连接。并且在一些实施例中,还可以在两者的连接处设置加强筋等,以提高壳体组件的实用寿命。
参照图1至图11,在一实施例中,所述壳体组件100还包括:
连接件(图未示出),所述握持件20的一端通过所述连接件与所述壳体转动连接,所述握持件20的另一端在所述初始位置和所述握持位置之间运动。
本实施例中,连接件可以是连接轴和连接杆,在连接轴和连接杆的配合下,使得握持件20与所述壳体本体10之间具有相互转动展开,使握持件20设置于壳体本体10一端的展开状态和相互转动靠拢,使握持件20部分凸设于壳体本体10一侧的折叠状态。或者,使得握持件20与所述壳体本体10之间具有相互转动,使握持件20部分凸设于壳体本体10一侧的展开状态和相互转动靠拢呈重叠的收纳状态。
参照图1至图11,在一实施例中,所述握持件20的数量为两个,两个所述握持件20相对设置于所述壳体本体10的两端。
本实施例中,握持件20的数量为两个,两个握持件20在实用时所处的位置可以相同,也可以不同,例如一个固定在初始位置,另外一个则由初始位置运动至握持位置。两个握持件20在均处于握持位置时,可以在壳体本体10的两端形成两个供用户握持的手柄,此 时用户可以双手握持手柄来对控制终端进行操作控制。
参照图12,在一实施例中,所述控制终端还包括:
位置检测器210,设置于所述壳体组件100的壳体组件上,所述位置检测器210用于检测所述壳体组件100的握持件20位置,并输出位置检测信号;
电控组件200还用于根据所述位置检测信号确定所述握持件20的当前位置,并输出对应的控制信号。
位置检测器210可以通过红外传感器、光电传感器、超声波传感器等传感器来实现对握持件20的位置进行检测,从而确定握持件20当前位置处在握持位置还是初始位置。位置检测器210还可以通过在壳体本体10的滑槽11的两端(例如第一弹性件30和第二弹性件40),第一固定件50、第二固定件60等位置设置检测触点,并且通过在握持件20上设置导电触点,例如金属扣,金属滑柱21等,使得握持件20上的导电触点与检测触点可以实现形成电流回路,适配地控制终端内可以还设置有触控IC,触控IC可以检测导电触点与检测触点之间是否形成电流回路而输出对应的检测信号,以使电控组件200根据位置检测信号确定握持件20的当前位置,实现对控制终端的相应控制。例如在控制终端为手机时,可以实现横屏锁定或者纵屏锁定等控制。或者,在控制终端为手柄时,可以根据握持件20在初始位置还是握持位置,对控制终端的供电进行控制,具体而言,在握持位置时控制控制终端的供电电源给控制终端供电,使控制终端进入工作状态,并接收用户触发的操作指令。在初始位置时,则控制控制终端的供电电源停止给控制终端中的其他功能模块停止供电,使控制终端进入待机状态。在初始位置时,仅位置检测器210和电控组件200中的控制器供电正常,以节约控制终端的电能,减少自身的能耗。在控制终端为遥控器时,遥控器上设置有按键,电控组件200可以根据握持件20所处的位置,控制遥控器上的对应按键的供电,以实现遥控功能或者游戏手柄功能。
参照图12,在一实施例中,所述控制终端具有终端工作模式和手柄工作模式;
所述电控组件200在根据所述位置检测信号确定所述握持件20的当前位置处于初始位置时,触发所述控制终端进入终端工作模式;以及,
在根据所述位置检测信号确定所述握持件20的当前位置处于握持位置时,触发所述控制终端进入手柄工作模式。
本实施例中,控制终端内集成有两套控制系统,两套控制系统具有能够实现两种工作模式的硬件架构和软件程序,即控制终端操作系统和手柄操作系统,控制终端可以根据实际应用的需求切换控制终端操作系统和手柄操作系统,从而使控制终端工作于终端工作模式和手柄工作模式,具体而言,在握持件20在初始位置时,此时控制终端即为手机、遥控器,电控组件200中的控制器执行终端工作模式的程序。用户可以单手握持控制终端,进行控制终端的操作,例如在控制终端为遥控器时,可以实现换台,音量调节,电视画面效果调节等。在控制终端为手机时,可以进行收发短息、语音电话或者APP操作等。在握持件20在握持位置时,此时控制终端即为游戏手柄,VR操作手柄等,电控组件200中的控制器执行手柄工作模式的程序。用户可以双手握持控制终端,进行控制终端的操作,实现游戏指令操作等,例如前进、后退、上跳、下跳,或者其他游戏技能等操作。
参照图12,在一实施例中,所述控制终端还包括:
按键组件220,设置于所述壳体组件100的壳体本体10上,与所述电控组件200电连接。
本实施例中,按键组件220可以包括触摸按键,例如触摸屏,按键组件220还可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键,例如音量控制按键、电源开关按键、待机键等、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆等中的一种或多种,具体此处不做限定。按键组件220可以设置于控制终端的前壳12上,在一些实施例中,控制终端的的侧边也可以设置有一个或多个按钮。按钮可以实现短按、长按、旋转等多种方式,从而实现多种操作效果。按钮的数量可以为多个,不同的按钮之间可以组合使用,实现多种操作功能。
参照图12,在一实施例中,所述控制终端具有终端工作模式和手柄工作模式;
所述按键组件220包括模式选择按键,所述模式选择按键用于被用户触发时,输出模式选择信号;
所述电控组件200在接收到的所述模式选择信号为终端工作模式选择信号时,触发所述控制终端进入终端工作模式;以及,
所述电控组件200在接收到的所述模式选择信号为手柄工作模式选择信号时,触发所述控制终端进入手柄工作模式。
本实施例中,模式选择按键可以设置在控制终端的侧边,例如通过电源键的长按或者短按等方式触发控制终端进入终端工作模式或者手柄工作模式。模式选择按键也可以是拨码开关,通过拨动拨码开关切换控制终端在终端工作模式或者手柄工作模式。
可以理解的是,在模式选择按键切换终端工作模式或者手柄工作模式时,还可以配合位置检测器210检测握持件20的当前位置,来实现模式的切换,例如在检测到当前位置为初始位置,而用户触发的模式选择信号也为终端工作模式时,则电控组件200触发控制终端进入终端工作模式。在检测到当前位置为握持位置,而用户触发的模式选择信号也为手柄工作模式时,则电控组件200触发控制终端进入手柄工作模式。在检测到当前位置为初始位置,而用户触发的模式选择信号也为手柄工作模式时,此时电控组件200依然触发控制终端进入终端工作模式,而不会进入手柄工作模式。在检测到当前位置为握持位置时,此时可以基于用户触发的模式选择信号进入手柄工作模式或者终端控制模式。也即,仅在握持件20处于握持位置时,用户可以触发控制终端进入手柄工作模式,而处于初始位置时,则无论模式选择按键触发的是终端工作模式或者手柄工作模式,均不会触发手柄工作模式。
在终端工作模式下,例如遥控器中,按键操控为电视模式,按键组件220中包括音量加/减按键,频道切换按键,以及成为配合电视机以及其他物联网等家电的自定义按键,按键组件220还可以在壳体组件的侧边设置按键,例如语音控制键、静音键等。在游戏手柄模式下,所有按键操控为游戏模式,按键可以为方向方位控制键,动作触发按键等,此时侧边按键则可以为游戏定义按键,例如扳机键等。
参照图12,在一实施例中,所述控制终端还包括加速度传感器230,设置于所述壳体组件100内,所述加速度传感器230用于识别控制终端的当前姿态,并输出姿态检测信号。
本实施例中,加速计传感器可检测控制终端各个方向上(例如三轴加速度传感器230可以检测三轴)加速度的大小,静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向,可用于识别控制终端姿态的应用(比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准)、振动识别相关功能(比如计步器、敲击)等。
参照图12,在一实施例中,所述控制终端具有终端工作模式和手柄工作模式;
所述电控组件200在根据所述姿态检测信号确定所述控制终端的当前姿态为竖向时, 触发所述控制终端进入终端工作模式;以及,
在根据所述姿态检测信号确定所述控制终端的当前姿态为横向时,触发所述控制终端进入手柄工作模式。
本实施例中,加速度传感器230可以根据检测的控制终端的当前姿态,确定用户当前是将控制终端横向握持还是竖向握持,在竖向握持时,则触发控制终端进入终端工作模式,在横向握持时,则触发控制终端进入手柄工作模式。其中,加速度传感器230可以是三轴传感器、陀螺仪等。
可以理解的是,在通过加速度传感器230切换终端工作模式或者手柄工作模式时,还可以配合位置检测器210检测握持件20的当前位置,来实现模式的切换,例如在检测到握持件20当前位置为初始位置,而加速度传感器230检测到控制终端被竖向握持时,则电控组件200触发控制终端进入终端工作模式。在检测到当前位置为握持位置,而控制终端被横向握持时,则电控组件200触发控制终端进入手柄工作模式。在检测到当前位置为初始位置,而控制终端横向握持时,此时电控组件200依然触发控制终端进入终端工作模式,而不会进入手柄工作模式。在检测到当前位置为握持位置时,此时可以基于用户的握持方向进入手柄工作模式或者终端控制模式。也即,仅在握持件20处于握持位置时,用户可以通过改变控制终端的姿态来触发控制终端进入手柄工作模式,而处于初始位置时,则控制终端的姿态为横向还是竖向,或者调整遥控器的任意角度均不会触发手柄工作模式。
还可以理解的是,在加速度传感器230触发控制终端进入手柄工作模式时,加速度传感器230还可以用于配合用户的手势,加速度传感器230如陀螺仪可以判断控制终端的方向,并配合触发程序指令,实现游戏手柄模式,从而实现游戏动作指令、VR动作指令等。在加速度传感器230触发控制终端进入终端工作模式时,加速传感器可以用于配合用户的手势,实现终端控制,或者控制系统的控制,例如可以判断控制终端的方向,控制终端向左运动或者向右运动时,实现如电视频道切换,手机切歌等操作。
参照图12,在一实施例中,所述控制终端具有终端工作模式和手柄工作模式;
在所述壳体组件100设置有两个握持件20时,所述控制终端还包括:
两个握持检测传感器240,分别设置于两个所述握持件20上,所述握持检测传感器240用于在检测到用户握持所述握持件20时,输出握持检测信号;
所述电控组件200还用于在根据所述握持检测信号确定两个所述握持件20中的一个被握持时,触发所述控制终端进入终端工作模式;以及,
在根据所述握持检测信号确定两个所述握持件20均被握持时,触发所述控制终端进入手柄工作模式。
本实施例中,握持检测传感器240可以设置于两个握持件20上,在两个握持件20检测传感器均检测到被握持件20被用户握持时,则可以确定用户当前为双手握持控制终端,并触发控制终端进入手柄工作模式。在两个握持件20检测传感器仅一个检测到握持件20被用户握持,或者均未检测到握持件20被用户握持时,则可以确定用户当前为单手握持控制终端,或者未握持控制终端,并触发控制终端进入终端工作模式。
可以理解的是,在通过握持检测传感器240切换终端工作模式或者手柄工作模式时,还可以配合位置检测器210检测握持件20的当前位置,来实现模式的切换,例如在检测到握持件20当前位置为初始位置,而握持检测传感器240检测到控制终端被单手握持时, 则电控组件200触发控制终端进入终端工作模式。在检测到当前位置为握持位置,而控制终端被双手握持时,则电控组件200触发控制终端进入手柄工作模式。在检测到当前位置为初始位置,而控制终端被双手握持时,此时电控组件200依然触发控制终端进入终端工作模式,而不会进入手柄工作模式。也即,仅在握持件20处于握持位置时,用户可以通过双手握持来触发控制终端进入手柄工作模式,而处于初始位置时,则控制终端的双手握持或者单手握持,均不会触发手柄工作模式。
在握持件20的数量为两个的实施例中,可以是两个握持件20均处于握持位置时,来触发控制终端进入手柄工作模式,也可以是任意一个握持件20处于握持位置时,即可触发控制终端进入手柄工作模式。具体可以根据实际应用需求进行设置,此处不作限制。通过握持检测传感器240还可以用于控制终端唤醒等,例如在握持传感器240检测到用户未握持时,控制终端则处于待机状态,在用户握持控制终端时,则此时电控组件200可以控制控制终端供电,从而在用户单手或者双手握持时,实现终端功能操作,或者游戏功能操作等,可以实现节能减排。其中,握持传感器可以是电阻式传感器、电容式传感器,也可以是压力传感器等。
本申请还提出一种控制系统,包括电器设备及如上所述的控制终端,所述电器设备与所述控制终端通讯连接。该控制终端的详细结构可参照上述实施例,此处不再赘述;可以理解的是,由于在本申请控制系统中使用了上述控制终端,因此,本申请控制系统的实施例包括上述控制终端全部实施例的全部技术方案,且所达到的技术效果也完全相同,在此不再赘述。
以上所述仅为本申请的可选实施例,并非因此限制本申请的专利范围,凡是在本申请的申请构思下,利用本申请说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本申请的专利保护范围内。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种控制终端,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体组件,所述壳体组件包括:
    壳体本体;
    握持件,所述握持件与所述壳体本体活动连接,所述握持件相对所述壳体本体具有初始位置和握持位置,在所述握持件由所述初始位置运动至握持位置时,所述握持件与所述壳体本体形成可握持手柄;以及,
    电控组件,所述电控组件容置于所述壳体本体形成的容置空间内。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的控制终端,其特征在于,所述控制终端还包括:
    位置检测器,设置于所述壳体组件的壳体组件上,所述位置检测器与所述电控组件电连接;所述位置检测器用于检测所述壳体组件的握持件位置,并输出位置检测信号;
    所述电控组件用于根据所述位置检测信号确定所述握持件的当前位置,并输出对应的控制信号。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的控制终端,其特征在于,所述控制终端具有终端工作模式和手柄工作模式;
    所述电控组件具体用于在根据所述位置检测信号确定所述握持件的当前位置处于初始位置时,触发所述控制终端进入终端工作模式;以及,
    在根据所述位置检测信号确定所述握持件的当前位置处于握持位置时,触发所述控制终端进入手柄工作模式。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的控制终端,其特征在于,所述控制终端具有终端工作模式和手柄工作模式;所述控制终端还包括:
    按键组件,设置于所述壳体组件的壳体本体上,与所述电控组件电连接;所述按键组件包括模式选择按键,所述模式选择按键用于被用户触发时,输出模式选择信号;
    所述电控组件具体用于在接收到的所述模式选择信号为终端工作模式选择信号时,触发所述控制终端进入终端工作模式;以及,
    所述电控组件具体用于在接收到的所述模式选择信号为手柄工作模式选择信号时,触发所述控制终端进入手柄工作模式。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的控制终端,其特征在于,所述控制终端还包括加速度传感器,设置于所述壳体组件内,所述加速度传感器用于识别控制终端的当前姿态,并输出姿态检测信号。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的控制终端,其特征在于,所述控制终端具有终端工作模式和手柄工作模式;
    所述电控组件具体用于在根据所述姿态检测信号确定所述控制终端的当前姿态为竖向时,触发所述控制终端进入终端工作模式;以及,
    在根据所述姿态检测信号确定所述控制终端的当前姿态为横向时,触发所述控制终端进入手柄工作模式。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的控制终端,其特征在于,所述控制终端具有终端工作模式和手柄工作模式;
    在所述壳体组件设置有两个握持件时,所述控制终端还包括:
    两个握持检测传感器,分别设置于两个所述握持件上,所述握持检测传感器用于在检测到用户握持所述握持件时,输出握持检测信号;
    所述电控组件还用于在根据所述握持检测信号确定两个所述握持件中的一个被握持时,触发所述控制终端进入终端工作模式;以及,
    在根据所述握持检测信号确定两个所述握持件均被握持时,触发所述控制终端进入手柄工作模式。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的控制终端,其特征在于,所述握持件处于初始位置时,所述握持件叠设于所述壳体本体上;
    所述握持件处于握持位置时,所述握持件部分凸设于所述壳体本体的一侧,以与所述壳体本体形成可握持手柄。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的控制终端,其特征在于,对应所述握持件在所述初始位置和所述握持位置之间的运动轨迹位置,所述壳体本体上开设有滑槽;
    所述握持件上设置有滑柱,所述握持件通过所述滑柱沿所述滑槽在所述初始位置和握持位置之间滑动。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的控制终端,其特征在于,所述滑槽对应所述初始位置和所述握持位置分别开设有一开口;
    所述滑槽的第一端和/或第二端设置有第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件包括:
    固定片,与所述壳体本体连接固定;
    弹性片,所述弹性片的一端固定于所述固定片上,所述弹性片的另一端呈弯折卡设于所述滑槽的开口内,用以在所述滑柱运动至所述开口时,对所述滑柱进行限位。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的控制终端,其特征在于,所述滑槽内与所述初始位置和所述握持对应的位置还设置有一限位柱;
    所述滑槽的第一端和/或第二端设置有第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件包括:
    固定部,绕设于所述限位柱上;
    两个夹持部,自所述固定部两端延伸形成,两个所述夹持部相对设置以形成夹持槽,用以在所述滑柱滑入至所述夹持槽时,对所述滑柱进行限位。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的控制终端,其特征在于,所述握持件包括第一外壳及设置于所述第一外壳内的设置有记忆金属片,所述记忆金属片具有第一形态和第二形态;
    所述握持件处于初始位置时,所述记忆金属片处于第一形态;
    在所述握持件由所述初始位置运动至握持位置时,在外力作用下,所述记忆金属片由第一形态向第二形态转变,以使所述握持件与所述壳体本体形成可握持手柄。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的控制终端,其特征在于,对应所述握持件所述初始位置和所述握持位置,所述壳体本体上还分别设置第一固定件和第二固定件;
    所述握持件上设置有与所述第一固定件和所述第二固定件适配的紧固件,所述握持件通过所述第一固定件与所述紧固件固定于所述初始位置;
    和/或,所述握持件通过所述第二固定件与所述紧固件固定于所述握持位置。
  14. 如权利要求1所述的控制终端,其特征在于,所述握持件处于初始位置时,所述握持件设置于所述壳体本体的一端;
    所述握持件处于握持位置时,所述握持件部分凸设于所述壳体本体的一侧,以与所述壳体本体形成可握持手柄。
  15. 如权利要求1至14任意一项所述的控制终端,其特征在于,所述壳体本体包括前壳及后壳,所述前壳及后壳围合形成供控制终端放置的容置空间;其中,所述握持件与所述前壳一体成型设置。
  16. 如权利要求1至14任意一项所述的控制终端,其特征在于,所述壳体组件还包括:
    连接件,所述握持件的一端通过所述连接件与所述壳体转动连接,所述握持件的另一端在所述初始位置和所述握持位置之间运动。
  17. 如权利要求1至14任意一项所述的控制终端,其特征在于,所述握持件的数量为两个,两个所述握持件相对设置于所述壳体本体的两端。
  18. 一种控制系统,其特征在于,包括电器设备及如权利要求1至17任意一项所述的控制终端,所述电器设备与所述控制终端通讯连接。
