Description

一种伸缩悬挂组件 技术领域
本实用新型涉及手持电动工具配件技术领域,特别是涉及一种方便手持电动工具收纳悬挂的伸缩悬挂组件。
背景技术
根据《中国电动工具行业产销需求预测与转型升级分析报告》统计,电动工具主要分为金属切削电动工具、研磨电动工具、装配电动工具和铁道用电动工具。
随着电池材料的快速发展,手持的便携式电动工具的需求也越来越大。在日常的使用中,电动工具使用完毕后需要进行收纳,常用的收纳是将电动工具悬挂,但是受到电动工具自身结构的限制不一定同已经设置的挂钩配套,不利于电动工具的收纳。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种伸缩悬挂组件,本实用新型通过其伸缩结构方便使用该实用新型电动工具的收纳。
为解决此技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种伸缩悬挂组件,括连接于手持电动工具的壳体,还包括一悬挂件,所述悬挂件具有一第一连接部和第二连接部,所述第一连接部伸入壳体,壳体内设有一竖直设置的安装槽,所述第一连接部伸入安装槽;所述安装槽内装有一将第一连接部向上顶起第一弹簧;
所述第二连接部下端设有一卡槽,所述第二连接部随着第一连接部的伸缩进入或者脱离壳体;
所述壳体内装有一将伸入壳体的第二连接部卡扣锁紧的自动卡扣机构。
进一步改进,所述悬挂件的第一连接部和第二连接部之间设有一连续接触部。悬挂件通过连续接触部挂在外部的挂钩上,且连续接触部可以设计为多种结构,如U形、半圆形或者中间设置有通孔等。
进一步改进,所述连续接触部向着远离所述壳体的方向倾斜设置。本实用新型通过连续接触部向着远离所述壳体的方向倾斜减少电动工具本身的体积与悬挂空间结构的干扰,方便本实用新型的使用。
进一步改进,自动卡扣机构沿着壳体从外至内的水平方向依次包括突出于壳体且可相对壳体水平移动的按块、联动件、卡扣件和第二弹簧;其中联动件的两端分别连接于按块和卡扣件,所述卡扣件通过水平设置的第二弹簧安装于壳体内部。本实用新型中自动卡扣机构的按块在手指压力的作用下向着壳体方向移动,按块带动联动件以及卡扣件壳体内移动,第二弹簧压缩,卡扣件的卡扣凸起脱离第二连接部,第一连接部始终受到第一弹簧向上的弹力,因此在第一弹簧的作用下悬挂件向上移动,第二连接部伸出壳体;对悬挂件施加向下的力,第二连接部进入至壳体内,卡扣件的卡扣凸起由于连接于第二弹簧,当第二连接部从上方伸入至壳体内时,卡扣件由于受到第二连接部的挤压自适应向后移动至卡槽对准卡扣凸起,在第二弹簧回复力的作用下卡扣件的卡扣凸起移动至卡槽内,实现对悬挂件的卡扣锁紧。
进一步改进,所述壳体具有一容纳自动卡扣机构的容纳腔。本实用新型通过设置容纳腔方便自动卡扣机构的安装和设置;也方便部件维修。
进一步改进,所述第一连接部的下端设有一连接凸起,所述第一弹簧通过连接凸起安装于第一连接部。本实用新型保证第一连接部稳定可靠的在安装槽内上下移动。
进一步改进,所述安装槽盖有一定位件,所述第一连接部穿过定位件。通过定位件配合连接凸起进一步限位第一连接部在安装槽内移动,限制的了本实用新型的伸缩幅度。
进一步改进,当第二连接部处于壳体外部时,所述悬挂件可相对壳体转动。
本实用新型的悬挂件可以相对壳体发生转动,即可以改变悬挂件的开口朝向,利于配合多种环境的收纳。
通过采用上述技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果是:
本实用新型包括连接于手持电动工具的壳体,第一弹簧通过悬挂见的第一连接部将悬挂件顶起,第二连接部伸出壳体,此时悬挂件处于伸展状态;当对悬挂件施加向下的压力时,第二连接部进入壳体其卡槽被自动卡扣机构卡扣,此时悬挂件处于收缩状态;本实用新型设置于手持电动工具,其悬挂件可以通过上述方式相对壳体和手持电动工具收缩和展开,配合不同规格的挂钩对电动工具进行收纳,使用方便,利于电动工具的收纳。
从而实现本实用新型的上述目的。

本实用新型公开一种伸缩悬挂组件,如图1所示,包括连接于手持电动工具100的壳体2,还包括一悬挂件3,所述悬挂件3具有一第一连接部31和第二连接部32,所述第一连接部31伸入壳体2,壳体2内设有一竖直设置的安装槽21,所述第一连接部31伸入安装槽21;所述安装槽21内装有一将第一连接部31向上顶起第一弹簧4;如图3和图4所示,所述第二连接部32下端设有一卡槽321,所述第二连接部32随着第一连接部31的伸缩进入或者脱离壳体2;所述壳体2内装有一将伸入壳体2的第二连接部32卡扣锁紧的自动卡扣机构5。

本实施例中如图3所示,自动卡扣机构5沿着壳体2从外至内的水平方向依次包括突出于壳体2且可相对壳体2水平移动的按块51、联动件52、卡扣件53和第二弹簧54;其中联动件52的两端分别连接于按块51和卡扣件53,所述卡扣件53通过水平设置的第二弹簧54安装于壳体2内部。本实用新型中自动卡扣机构5的按块51在手指压力的作用下向着壳体2方向移动,按块51带动联动件52以及卡扣件53壳体2内移动,第二弹簧54压缩,卡扣件53的卡扣凸起脱离第二连接部32,第一连接部31始终受到第一弹簧4向上的弹力,因此在第一弹簧4的作用下悬挂件3向上移动,第二连接部32伸出壳体2;对悬挂件3施加向下的力,第二连接部32进入至壳体2内,卡扣件53的卡接凸起531由于连接于第二弹簧54,当第二连接部32从上方伸入至壳体2内时,卡扣件53由于受到第二连接部32的挤压自适应向后移动至卡槽321对准卡扣凸起531,在第二弹簧54回复力的作用下卡扣件53的卡扣凸起531移动至卡槽321内,实现对悬挂件3的卡扣锁紧。
本实施例中所述壳体2具有一容纳自动卡扣机构5的容纳腔22。本实用新型通过设置容纳腔22方便自动卡扣机构5的安装和设置;也方便部件维修。
本实施例中如图2所示,所述第一连接部31的下端设有一连接凸起311,所述第一弹簧4通过连接凸起311安装于第一连接部31。本实用新型保证第一连接部31稳定可靠的在安装槽21内上下移动。本实施例中所述安装槽21盖有一定位件6,所述第一连接部31穿过定位件6。通过定位件6配合连接凸起311进一步限位第一连接部31在安装槽21内移动,限制的了本实用新型的伸缩幅度。
本实施例中如图5所示,当第二连接部32处于壳体2外部时,所述悬挂件3可相对壳体2转动。本实用新型的悬挂件3可以相对壳体2发生转动,即可以改变悬挂件3的开口朝向,利于配合多种环境的收纳。

    所述第二连接部下端设有一卡槽,所述第二连接部随着第一连接部的伸缩进入或者脱离壳体;
    所述壳体内装有一将伸入壳体的第二连接部卡扣锁紧的自动卡扣机构。
