进一步地,所述舌片具有位于所述按压通孔内的按压部及与所述按压通孔的孔壁连接的连接端,所述按压部和所述按压通孔的孔壁之间具有间隙。
更进一步地,所述按压部相比所述壳体的其他部位向内凹陷。
可选地,所述整体呈条形或U形,仅一端部或一侧部和所述按压通孔的孔壁相连。
进一步地,所述释放件为形成于所述舌片内表面上的凸起。
在一些具体且优选的实施方式中,所述连接件还包括拆线导块,所述拆线导块设于所述夹线件的所述夹持端和/或邻近所述夹持端的部位上,所述拆线导块具有对所述释放件进行引导以插入所述夹线件之间的引导斜面。
更优选地,所述释放件具有与所述引导斜面相互配合的接触斜面。
根据本发明的另一个方面,一种门触点开关,包括插座和插头,所述插座为如上所述的插座。
本发明采用以上方案,相比现有技术具有如下优点:
本发明的门触点开关及其插头,将外接导线推入到连接件的接线通孔,外接导线克服夹线件的弹性力而自夹持端之间通过,并在夹持件的弹性复位力的作用下被夹持端夹紧,能够自动压紧接线,实现稳固的机械连接和电连接,接线简单方便,避免出现接触不良,不需频繁维护;且接线过程中不需其他工具辅助(例如,无需使用螺钉紧固工具等),安装方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域的技术人员理解。在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。
本发明的一个实施例提供一种门触点开关的插座及具有这种插座的门触点开关,该门触 点开关具体是电梯门触点开关。参照图1所示,门触点开关包括可相互插接的插座100和插头200。插头200具有两个插杆201,插座100上设有两个与插杆201相互配合的插孔111,插杆201可插入对应的插孔111中。
参照图2至图9所示,插座100包括壳体1、设于壳体1内的导电片2、及设于壳体1内的用于接入外接导线的连接件3,外接导线并非该门触点开关的组成部分,仅在安装到电梯门上后接入到插座100中,故图中未示出。导电片2的一端部上设有用于与插头200的插杆201相接触导通的触点21,导电片2的另一端部和连接件3电性连接。导电片2为由导电材料,如金属或合金,弯折加工而成的具有弹性的簧片。导电片2的数量为两个且对称设置,以与插头200的两个插杆201相对应。触点21可以为设于导电片2一端部上的导电凸块,当插杆201插入后,插杆201的端部和触点21抵紧接触,从而相互导通。连接件3用于和外接导线实现机械连接和电性连接,通过该外接导线(如信号线)传输电信号,例如将电信号传输至电梯门的控制系统;当插头200的插杆201插入插座100中,并和触点21接触之后,触发产生电信号,该电信号通过外接导线传递到控制系统,从而能够控制电梯门打开。
本实施例中,连接件3设于导电片2的另一端部上,且二者电性连接。连接件3由导电材料一体成型,如由金属片或合金片通过冲压、裁切等工艺一体成型。具体如图5所示,连接件3包括本体31及至少两个夹线件32。本体31设于导电片2上且与导电片2相导通,本体31通过铆钉33连接于导电片2上;本体31上形成有供外接导线穿至夹线件32之间的穿线孔31a,该穿线孔31a的中心线C即为外接导线的穿线方向。通过将金属片弯折呈C型而形成该穿线孔31a,即围绕穿线孔31a的孔壁并非完全闭合,而是具有一小段缺口。夹线件32的数量为两个或三个或四个或更多个,夹线件32之间围成容纳外接导线的空间324。夹线件32自本体31沿穿线方向延伸而具有和本体31相连的导入端321及距本体31一段距离的夹持端322。插座100具有未接入外接导线的初始或维修状态,在初始或维修状态时,至少两个夹线件32的夹持端322之间的距离小于外接导线的外径,夹线件32具有弹性而能够允许外接导线自夹持端322之间穿过。在接线时,夹持端322被外接导线撑开;当外接导线穿入后,被夹在夹持端322之间,有效避免外接导线松脱,降低了接触不良的风险。
上述夹线件32的导入端321之间距离大于夹持端322之间的距离,至少其中的一个夹线件32自导入端321至夹持端322以逐渐靠近穿线孔31a的中心线C的方式倾斜延伸,穿线孔31a的中心线C能够与接入后的外接导线的中心线相互重合。从而,由夹线件32围成 的空间324整体呈棱锥或圆锥形。具体而言,各夹线件32分别自导入端321至夹持端322以逐渐靠近穿线孔31a的中心线C的方式倾斜延伸,从而各夹线件32之间围成一个截面面积逐渐减小的正棱锥状的空间324。夹线件32倾斜设置,能够对外接导线的穿入进行引导,便于外接导线接近并进入夹持端322。
该插座100还包括能够插入夹线件32之间而将夹持端322撑开以释放外接导线的释放件4。当接线有误,或需要维修更换外接导线,通过操作释放件4而将夹线件的夹持端322撑开,将外接导线抽出,使之脱离连接件3。进一步地,释放件4能够沿一释放方向移动地设于壳体1上,释放方向和穿线方向之间构成大于0小于180度的夹角,该夹角优选为大于45度小于135度,进一步为大于60度小于120度;具体到本实施例中,释放方向和穿线方向在空间上相互垂直。
壳体1主要由上壳12和下壳11组成,上壳12上设有多个卡扣122,通过卡扣122将二者相互卡接。下壳11中形成有布置导电片2及连接件3的空间,上壳12覆于下壳11上将该空间封闭。导电片2及连接件3均位于上壳12和下壳11之间。上壳12包括开设有按压通孔120的本体31及位于按压通孔120中的可供按压的舌片121,舌片121的局部和本体31连接且在二者连接处形成可弹性变形的薄弱部。上述的释放件4即设于舌片121的内表面上,并沿上述释放方向向下延伸。释放件4具体为形成于舌片121内表面上的凸起,从仰视或俯视视角看,凸起的形状为与夹线件32所围成的空间相配合的楔形或梯形。进一步地,上壳12由塑料等绝缘材料一体注塑成型,舌片121具有位于按压通孔120内的按压部及与按压通孔120的孔壁连接的连接端,按压部和按压通孔120的孔壁之间具有间隙。舌片整体呈条形或U形,仅一端部或一侧部和按压通孔120的孔壁相连。按压部相比上壳12的其他部位向内凹陷。舌片121具有弹性,通过向内按下按压部,可将释放件4推入夹线件32之间,将夹持端322撑开,能够方便地进行维修或更换外接导线。
每个夹线件32还分别包括拆线导块323,拆线导块323位于夹线件32的夹持端322和/或邻近夹持端322的部位上。拆线导块323具有对释放件4进行引导以插入夹线件32之间的引导斜面,相应地,释放件4具有与引导斜面相互配合的接触斜面。具体如图5所示,两个夹线件32上的两个拆线导块323相对设置,且二者上的引导斜面相对,在二者之间构成呈V型或倒梯形的引导空间,对释放件4进行导引,便于释放件4进入拆线导块323之间而将夹持端322撑开。
门触点开关中,具有两个导电片2,两个导电片2上共设有两个触点21;相应地,上述插孔111的数量为两个,且和触点21的数量、位置一一对应;上述的连接件3也相应为两个,上壳12的通孔及舌片121也相应为两个,释放件4也相应为两个,且和两个连接件3的数量、位置一一对应。
上述的插孔111具体开设于下壳11的侧面上,供插头200插入以接近并和导电片2上的触点21抵紧接触。两个插孔111的形状相同且相对图9中的Y-Y方向镜像对称。以图9中左侧的插孔111为例来对插孔111的形状进行详细描述。
参照图10所示,插孔111具有一几何中心111c且为异形孔,其轮廓具有多个向外凸出的外扩部111a;具体而言,外扩部111a相对一以上述几何中心111c为中心的规则的参考图形(如图10中虚线示出的圆形)向外凸出,其位于该规则图形之外。相邻的外扩部111a分之间通过过渡部111b连接,过渡部111b为直线或向外凸的弧线,外扩部111a和几何中心111c的距离大于过渡部111b和几何中心111c的距离。过渡部111b可位于上述参考图形内或与其部分重合或位于其外,但其凸出的程度小于外扩部111a,即过渡部111b的曲率小于外扩部111a的曲率。
进一步地,外扩部111a由弧线构成,且其曲率大于连接部。插孔111的轮廓相对其几何中心111c成中心对称图形。
具体到本实施例中,外扩部111a的数量为两个且相对设置,两个外扩部111a通过两个向外凸的弧线连接并围成一个闭合的轮廓,该轮廓为轴对称图形。每个外扩部111a跨过X-X方向,且相对X-X方向镜像对称。这种形状的插孔111增加了接触桥插入式的配合空间并保证正确插入。需要说明的是,两个插孔111的几何中心的连线沿X-X方向延伸,插头200的两个插杆201的中心线的连线沿X-X方向延伸。
在另外的实施例中,外扩部111a的数量为四个且两两相对设置,其中一对外扩部111a跨过X-X方向,另一对外扩部111a跨过Y-Y方向。
壳体1上开设有供外接导线插入并到达连接件3处的接线通孔112,接线通孔112的数量、位置和两个连接件3一一对应。接线插孔111优选地开设于壳体1的与插孔111相对的另一侧面上,具体开设于下壳11的侧面上。接线通孔112和连接件3的穿线孔31a对齐且相通。
本实施例的门触点开关的接线过程如下:
将一对外接导线分别插入到两个接线通孔112中,外接导线依次穿过接线通孔112、穿线孔31a,然后在夹线件32的引导下,克服夹线件32的弹性力而自夹持端322之间通过,并被夹持端322夹紧,能够自动压紧接线,实现稳固的机械连接和电连接,接线简单方便,避免出现接触不良,不需频繁维护。且接线过程中不需其他工具辅助(例如,无需使用螺钉紧固工具等),安装方便。
本实施例的门触点开关的拆线过程如下:
将舌片121按下,舌片121内表面上的释放件4向内移动,和夹线件32的拆线导块323接触,在其引导作用下,释放件4插入到夹线件32之间,将夹线件32的夹持端322撑开,夹持端322之间的外接导线被释放,可以自插座100上拔出,能够方便地更换或维修外接导线,无需辅助工具,节约工作时间,提高效率。
本实施例的门触点开关的工作原理如下:
当电梯门到达预定高度时,插头200的两个插杆201插入插座100的插孔111中,插杆201顶端抵在两个导电片2的触点21上,导电片2导通而产生电信号,该电信号经过与导电片2通过连接件3连接的外接导线传输至电梯门的控制系统,从而控制电梯门的启闭。本实施例的插孔111采用具有多个外扩部111a的异型形状,增加了插杆201插入时的配合空间又能够保证插杆201正确插入而和触点21接触导通,具有较高的可靠性。
如本说明书和权利要求书中所示,术语“包括”与“包含”仅提示包括已明确标识的步骤和元素,而这些步骤和元素不构成一个排它性的罗列,方法或者设备也可能包含其他的步骤或元素。本文所使用的术语“和/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的组合。
需要说明的是,如无特殊说明,当某一特征被称为“固定”、“连接”在另一个特征,它可以直接固定、连接在另一个特征上,也可以间接地固定、连接在另一个特征上。此外,本发明中所使用的上、下、左、右等描述仅仅是相对于附图中本发明各组成部分的相互位置关系来说的。
进一步可以理解的是,本公开中“多个”是指两个或两个以上,其它量词与之类似。
虽然上面描述了本发明的原理以及具体实施方式,但是,在本发明的上述教导下,本领 域技术人员可以在上述实施例的基础上进行各种改进和变形,而这些改进或者变形落在本发明的保护范围内。本领域技术人员应该明白,上述的具体描述只是为了解释本发明的目的,并非用于限制本发明。本发明的保护范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种门触点开关的插座,包括壳体、设于所述壳体内的导电片、及设于所述壳体内的用于接入外接导线的连接件,所述导电片的一端部上设有用于与所述门触点开关的插头相接触导通的触点,所述导电片的另一端部与所述连接件电性连接,其特征在于:所述连接件包括本体及至少两个夹线件,所述本体设于所述壳体或所述导电片上且与所述导电片相导通,所述夹线件自所述本体沿穿线方向延伸而具有和所述本体相连的导入端及距所述本体一段距离的夹持端,所述插座具有未接入所述外接导线的初始或维修状态,在所述初始或维修状态时,至少两个所述夹线件的所述夹持端之间的距离小于所述外接导线的外径,所述夹线件具有弹性而能够允许所述外接导线自所述夹持端之间穿过。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的插座,其特征在于:至少两个所述夹线件的所述导入端之间距离大于所述夹持端之间的距离。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的插座,其特征在于:至少其中的一个所述夹线件自所述导入端至所述夹持端以逐渐靠近一中心线的方式倾斜延伸,所述中心线能够与接入后的外接导线的中心线相互重合或平行。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的插座,其特征在于:在所述初始或维修状态时,所述夹线件之间围成基本呈锥形的空间。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的插座,其特征在于:所述本体形成有供所述外接导线穿至所述夹线件之间的穿线孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的插座,其特征在于:所述连接件由金属一体形成。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的插座,其特征在于:所述导电片的数量为两个且镜像对称,所述连接件的数量为两个且镜像对称。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的插座,其特征在于:所述本体通过铆钉连接于所述导电片的另一端部上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的插座,其特征在于:所述壳体上开设有供外接导线插入并到达所述连接件处的接线通孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的插座,其特征在于:所述插座还包括能够插入所述夹线件之间而将所述夹持端撑开以释放所述外接导线的释放件。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的插座,其特征在于:所述壳体包括开设有按压通孔的本体及位于所述按压通孔中的可供按压的舌片,所述舌片的局部和所述本体连接,所述释放件设于所述舌片的内表面上,且所述释放件自所述壳体的内表面沿释放方向向内延伸,所述舌片具有弹性而能够被压向所述夹线件,以使所述释放件插入所述夹线件之间,所述释放方向和所述穿线方向之间构成大于45度小于135度的夹角。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的插座,其特征在于:所述舌片具有位于所述按压通孔内的按压部及与所述按压通孔的孔壁连接的连接端,所述按压部和所述按压通孔的孔壁之间具有间隙。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的插座,其特征在于:所述按压部相比所述壳体的其他部位向内凹陷。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的插座,其特征在于:所述按压部整体呈条形或U形,仅一端部或一侧部和所述按压通孔的孔壁相连。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的插座,其特征在于:所述释放件为形成于所述舌片内表面上的凸起。
  16. 根据权利要求10所述的插座,其特征在于:所述连接件还包括拆线导块,所述拆线导块设于所述夹线件的所述夹持端和/或邻近所述夹持端的部位上,所述拆线导块具有对所述释放件进行引导以插入所述夹线件之间的引导斜面。
  17. 根据权利要求17所述的插座,其特征在于:所述释放件具有与所述引导斜面相互配合的接触斜面。
  18. 一种门触点开关,包括插座和插头,其特征在于,所述插座为如权利要求1至17任一项所述的插座。
