具体来说,限位片可以包括插接部和抵接部,抵接部的一端与第二钢片本体朝向摄像头的一侧连接,抵接部的另一端与插接部连接,插接部可以与抵接部垂直设置,插接部可以插接于摄像头下方,或在摄像头上设有与插接部的插口,以使抵接部可以与摄像头抵接,以使摄像头不能够向与第一方向相反的方向移动。
在具体实施的过程中,第二钢片本体的第一端可以与转接电路板的第二端压合,第二钢片本体的第二端可以与弹性连接片的第二端压合,以保证摄像头在安装后不在窜动。另外,为了使第二钢片本体在将转接电路板以及弹性连接片压合后,第二钢片本体能够稳定的安装在主支架上,可以在第二钢片本体的第一端和第二端均设有定位片,且每个定位片上均设有第一定位孔,在主支架上设有与第一定位孔配合的第二定位孔,通过螺钉或铆钉等形式,将第二钢片本体固定在主支架上,以完成对摄像头组件的锁定。
需要说明是,设置在第二钢片本体第一端的定位片可以为两个,两个位于第一端的定位片设置在第二钢片本体的两侧,以保证第二钢片本体第一端连接于主支架上的稳定性。另外,设置在第二钢片本体第二端的定位片可以是一个,一个定位片设在与远离摄像头的一侧,一个定位片与限位片可以将第二钢片本体的第二端稳定设置在主支架上。
为了提高第二钢片本体安装于主支架上的稳定性,在第二钢片本体第二端的端面上可 以设置有定位板,且在定位板上设有开口,其中,定位板可以为柔性板,定位板可以相对于第二钢片本体转动,在主支架侧面上设有与开口配合定位件,将第二钢片本体设在主支架上时,而可以转动定位板,使定位板上的开口与定位配合。
在上述实施例中,在摄像头上还可以设有装饰件,装饰件可以用于对摄像头进行精准定位。

具体实施方式
为了使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本申请作进一步地详细描述。
在手机行业发展的过程中,为了提高手机的拍摄能力,多摄像头组合已经成为各家厂商的共识,各厂商采用三摄像头,四摄像头,甚至五摄像头的方案。而在充电速度上,从5W的充电器发展到现在40W,甚至出现了超过100W的充电器,与之对应的充电时间则从4~5小时压缩到现在的1小时以内,甚至30分钟内。其中,摄像头与印制电路板(printed circuit board,PCB)采用板对板连接的方式连接,再使用注塑支架来进行压合,防止板对板连接器在使用过程中发生松脱的现象。而当摄像头的数量增多时,采用上述的方式对摄像头进行定位安装难度较高。另外,当手机具有快速充电的功能时,电池的板对板连接器的数量也会不断的增加,而电池的板对板连接器以及至少一个摄像头板的对板连接器均处于印制电路板下端,从而导致了主板下方区域的空间紧张,无法满足安装的需要。因此,需要牺牲充电的速度或者减少摄像头的数量,以满足安装的需要。
为此,本申请提供一种电子设备,在不牺牲摄像的清晰度以及快速充电的能力下,还能够满足安装的需要。
以下实施例中所使用的术语只是为了描述特定实施例的目的,而并非旨在作为对本申 请的限制。如在本申请的说明书和所附权利要求书中所使用的那样,单数表达形式“一个”、“一种”、“所述”、“上述”、“该”和“这一”旨在也包括例如“一个或多个”这种表达形式,除非其上下文中明确地有相反指示。

参照图1,本申请提供了一种电子设备,包括:主支架10、第一钢片20、摄像头组件30以及固定组件40,主支架10上具有安装空间11,且主支架10具有相对设置的第一面和第二面,第一钢片20安装在主支架10的第一面,第一钢片20上设有安装部,且安装部位于安装空间;摄像头组件30安装于安装部中,固定组件40安装于主支架10的第二面,并将摄像头组件30固定于安装部中,且固定组件40与摄像头组件连接;其中,安装部与主支架10的第一面之间存在间隙。间隙的设置可以提高电子设备内部的空间(纵向的空间),在具体设置器件时,可以将板对板连接器设置在该间隙中,以满足器件安装的需要。在此种设置中,不需要增加电子设备的横向空间,仅仅需要将摄像头组件向外部延伸一定的距离即可。
需要说明的是,为了提高各个元件布设的便捷性,安装部可以设置在靠近电池安装的位置,以使增加的与电池配合的板对板连接器能够便捷的安装于间隙中。
在一种实施例中,参照图2、图3和图4,第一钢片可以包括第一钢片本体21、承载片22和第一连接片23,第一钢片本体21和第一连接片23均连接于主支架10的第一面,其中,第一钢片本体21和第一连接片23位于安装空间11的两侧,承载片22的两端分别与第一连接片23以及第一钢片本体21连接,且承载片22向远离主支架10的第一面凸出,以使承载片22与主支架10的第一面所在的平面存在间隙,该间隙可以用于安装板对板连接器。具体而言,为了便于第一连接片23连接于主支架10上,可以在支架10上设有一连接板12,第一连接片23连接于连接板12的第一面(即主支架10的第一面),为了提高第一钢片连接在主支架10上的稳定性,可以在第一连接片23上设有多个开孔,粘胶可以设在开孔中与连接板12的第一面粘接;另外,在承载片22上也可以设置有开孔220,以提高第一钢片与主支架粘接的面积,提高粘接的稳定性。
需要说明是,开孔220的形状可以为三角形或圆形等,此处不进行限定。
在一种实施例中,安装部可以包括承载片22以及设置在承载片22上的第一限位板24和第二限位板25,其中,第一限位板24和第二限位板25向远离主支架10的第一面的一端延伸,第一限位板24和第二限位板25可以设在承载片22的边沿,且第二限位板25上可以设置有折边26,折边26折向承载片22的中心的方向,当摄像头组件安装在安装部时,第一限位板24和第二限位板25可以限制摄像头组件沿第一方向(为图2中b的方向)和第二方向(为图2中a的方向)的运动,折边26可以限制摄像头组件沿第三方向(为图2中c的方向)的运动,其中,第一方向和第二方向可以为水平面中的横向和纵向,第三方向为垂直于第一方向和第二方向的方向。
需要说明的是,在第二限位板25上也可以设有折边26,另外,第一限位板24和第二 限位板25也可以同时设置折边26。
在上述的实施例中,参照图5,摄像头组件30可以包括摄像头32和弹性连接片31,其中,弹性连接片31具有第一端和第二端,摄像头32安装于弹性连接片31的第一端,弹性连接片31的第一端可以设在承载片的安装部上,此时,摄像头32会受到第一方向、第二方向以及第三方向的限制,以对摄像头32进行初步的定位;在弹性连接片31的第二端设有第一连接器33,第一连接器33朝向主支架的第二面,且第一连接器33可以与固定组件连接,以使摄像头能够与其他的器件连接,其中,弹性连接片31的第二端设置于连接板处。
在一种实施例中,参照图6a和图6b,为了将上述的摄像头组件固定以及与其他的器件连接,固定组件可以包括转接电路板41和第二钢片42,其中,转接电路板41的第一端设置于主支架的第二面,且转接电路板41的第一端位于主支架的第二面与弹性连接片的第二端之间,在转接电路板41的第一端朝向弹性连接片的一端设有第一连接器配合的第二连接器410,进而保证设置在弹性连接片第一端的摄像头能够稳定的工作。另外,转接电路板41的第二端也可以设置有用于与主板连接的板对板连接器。
为了使转接电路板能够便捷的安装于主支架,继续参照图6a和图3,可以在主支架10上设有多个定位柱13,转接电路板41上可以设置有通孔411,且通孔411位于转接电路板41的两侧,通孔411穿过主支架10上的定位柱13,以限定转接电路板41在主支架10上的位置,防止转接电路板41窜动。
在上述的实施例中,第二钢片42可以包括第二钢片本体和限位片420,限位片420设置于第二钢片本体朝向摄像头的一侧,且限位片420可以与摄像头抵接,以使摄像头在安装部的位置固定,防止摄像头在安装部中向远离第一方向的方向窜动。
具体来说,限位片420可以包括插接部和抵接部,抵接部的一端与第二钢片本体朝向摄像头的一侧连接,抵接部的另一端与插接部连接,插接部可以与抵接部垂直设置,插接部可以插接于摄像头下方,或在摄像头上设有与插接部的插口,以使抵接部可以与摄像头抵接,以使摄像头不能够向与第一方向相反的方向移动。
在具体实施的过程中,继续参照图6b、图7、图8和图3,第二钢片本体的第一端可以与转接电路板41的第二端压合,第二钢片本体的第二端可以与弹性连接片的第二端压合,以保证摄像头在安装后不在窜动。另外,为了使第二钢片本体在将转接电路板41以及弹性连接片压合后,第二钢片本体能够稳定的安装在主支架10上,可以在第二钢片本体的第一端和第二端均设有定位片421,且每个定位片421上均设有第一定位孔422,在主支架10上设有与第一定位孔422配合的第二定位孔14,通过螺钉或铆钉等形式,将第二钢片本体固定在主支架10上,以完成对摄像头组件的锁定。
需要说明是,设置在第二钢片本体第一端的定位片421可以为两个,两个位于第二钢片本体第一端的定位片421设置在第二钢片本体的两侧,以保证第二钢片本体第一端连接于主支架10上的稳定性。另外,设置在第二钢片本体第二端的定位片421可以是一个,一个定位片421设在与远离摄像头的一侧,一个定位片421与限位片420可以将第二钢片本体的第二端稳定设置在主支架10上。
另外,由于第二钢片本体的第一端和第二端分别与转接电路板41的第二端以及弹性连接片的第二端压合,为了提高压合的效果,可以在第二钢片本体的第一端以及第二钢片本体的第二端设有朝向主支架10第一面的凸出部425,且位于第二钢片本体第一端的凸出 部425与转接电路板41的第二端抵接,以压紧转接电路板41的第二端,位于第二钢片本体第二端的凸出部425与弹性连接片的第二端抵接,以将转摄像头组件压紧与连接板12上,两个凸出部425的设置可以提高第二钢片将转接电路板41以及摄像头组件30压紧的效果。
为了提高第二钢片本体安装于主支架10上的稳定性,在第二钢片本体第二端的端面上可以设置有定位板423,且在定位板423上设有开口424,其中,定位板423可以为柔性板,以使定位板423可以相对于第二钢片本体转动,在主支架10侧面上设有与开口424配合定位件15,将第二钢片本体设在主支架10上时,而可以转动定位板423,使定位板423上的开口424与定位件15配合。
在上述实施例中,在摄像头上还可以设有装饰件,装饰件可以用于对摄像头进行精准定位。
电子设备具体可以为手机、平板、笔记本以及智能穿戴设备中的任意一种。
以上,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    主支架,所述主支架上具有安装空间;
    第一钢片,所述第一钢片安装于所述主支架的第一面,所述第一钢片上具有位于所述安装空间的安装部,所述安装部与所述主支架的第一面存有间隙;
    摄像头组件,所述摄像头组件设置于所述安装部;
    固定组件,所述固定组件安装于所述主支架的第二面,且所述固定组件与所述摄像头组件连接,并将所述摄像头组件固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第一钢片包括第一钢片本体、承载片和第一连接片;所述第一连接片和所述第一钢片本体与所述主支架的第一面连接,所述第一连接片和所述第一钢片本体位于所述安装空间的两侧,所述承载片的两端分别与所述第一连接片和所述第一钢片本体连接,且所述承载片向远离所述主支架的第一面凸出,形成所述间隙。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述承载片上具有向远离所述主支架的第一面延伸的第一限位板和第二限位板,所述第一限位板和所述第二限位板用于限制所述摄像头组件沿第一方向以及第二方向运动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第一限位板和/或所述第二限位板具有向所述承载片轴线方向的折边,所述折边用于限制所述摄像头组件沿第三方向运动;
    所述承载片、折边、所述第一限位板以及所述第二限位板形成所述安装部。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述摄像头组件包括弹性连接片和摄像头,所述摄像头设置在所述弹性连接片的第一端,且所述弹性连接片的第一端设置于所述安装部,所述弹性连接片的第二端连接于所述主支架的第二面,且所述弹性连接片的第二端朝向所述主支架的第二面设有第一连接器。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述固定组件包括转接电路板和第二钢片;
    所述转接电路板的第一端安装于所述主支架的第二面,且所述转接电路板的第一端设有与所述第一连接器配合的第二连接器,所述第二钢片用于固定所述转接电路板以及所述摄像头组件。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述转接电路板的两侧设有通孔,所述主支架上设有与所述通孔配合的定位柱。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第二钢片包括第二钢片本体和限位片,所述限位片连接于所述第二钢片本体的侧面,所述限位片用于与所述摄像头抵接,以将所述摄像头固定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第二钢片本体的第一端与所述转接电路板的第二端压合,所述第二钢片本体的第二端与所述弹性连接片的第二端压合;其中,
    所述第二钢片本体的第一端和第二端均设有定位片,且所述定位片上设有第一定位孔,所述主支架上设有与所述第一定位孔配合的第二定位孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述主支架的侧面设有定位件,所 述第二钢片本体上设有与所述定位件配合的定位板,所述定位板上设有与所述定位件配合的开口。
  11. 根据权利要求5至10任一项所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述摄像头设有用于对所述摄像头进行定位的装饰件。
