背景技术
激光雷达是实现高级别智能驾驶及自动驾驶的重要传感器,使用激光雷达可以弥补摄像头和毫米波雷达的缺陷:比起摄像头可以构建更真实的3D环境,且不依赖于环境光线,而比起毫米波雷达又有更高分辨率和更准确地物体识别能力。
目前,激光雷达受激光器体积和激光发射(接收)镜面面积限制,整体尺寸与摄像头和毫米波雷达相比较大,在整车上布置困难,易受到布置和造型的限制。
技术问题
现有技术的解决方案中存在一些缺陷:
1、所采用固定激光雷达的装置突出车顶表面影响车辆整体视觉观感,且会带来激光雷达散热问题;
2、突出的雷达结构增大了车辆迎风面积,增大风阻,不利于车辆续航;
3、无主动清洗机构,在自动驾驶过程中如果有泥土、昆虫尸体等脏污覆盖激光雷达表面,影响雷达正常工作,会导致自动驾驶功能降级;
4、车顶单激光雷达只能感知前方视野环境;5、所采用固定激光雷达的装置使激光雷达的镜头裸漏在外,而激光雷达镜头多采用PC或玻璃材质,硬度小于砂石,在使用过程中被划伤风险较高。
技术解决方案
有鉴于此,本实用新型提供一种隐藏式顶激光雷达集成盒及具有其的车辆,解决了单一激光雷达视野范围存在局限、无法感知车辆后侧环境的问题;同时满足对车顶造型美观的要求,提升车辆科技感;集成隐藏式清洗系统,提高用户体验。

本实用新型提供的一种隐藏式顶激光雷达集成盒,设计在车顶位置,车顶位置高,不易被遮挡,也不易被撞毁,视野开阔,可以最大程度展开激光雷达视场角,提高环境感知效果,同时经过自然风冷却,解决雷达工作时带来的散热问题;具有隐藏功能,在激光雷达待机状态时,将激光雷达、升降装置、清洗装置均隐藏到车顶盖内部,增强了车辆整体感和美观度,激光雷达镜面不易接触泥土等脏污;实现了激光雷达的主动清洗功能,提升用户体验。

本发明的实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本实用新型,但不用来限制本实用新型的范围。
在本实用新型的描述中,需要说明的是,本描述中指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本实用新型和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本实用新型的限制。
请参图2,本实用新型提供的隐藏式顶激光雷达集成盒,至少包括外壳体10、升降装置20、清洗装置30、激光雷达40、控制器50、下盖板60以及接水盘70,所述激光雷达40、升降装置20、清洗装置30、控制器50均位于所述外壳体10和所述下盖板60之间,所述激光雷达40位于所述升降装置20上方,所述升降装置20能够在所述控制器50的控制下伸长或缩短,带动所述激光雷达40伸出至汽车外部或缩回至汽车内部,所述清洗装置30位于所述激光雷达40的两侧,所述下盖板60位于所述接水盘70之中,所述控制器50通过第一线束与自动驾驶域控制器或高级辅助驾驶域控制器连接。
具体的,请一并参图3,所述升降装置20至少包括驱动装置21和与所述驱动装置21连接的升降平台22,所述驱动装置21包括电机211、齿轮212、转动轴213,所述升降平台22包括丝杆221、第一升降杆222、第二升降杆223、支撑杆224、上导块225、下导块226、支架227。
进一步地,所述转动轴213的一端与所述电机211的输出轴连接,另一端设有齿,所述齿轮212设于所述丝杆221的一端,所述转动轴213另一端的齿与所述丝杆221上的齿轮212啮合,在所述电机211的驱动下,带动所述丝杆221转动。
进一步地,所述第一升降杆222和所述第二升降杆223交叉枢接,所述第一升降杆222的上端和所述支架227枢接,所述第二升降杆223的上端均与所述上导块225枢接,所述第一升降杆222和所述第二升降杆223的下端均与所述下导块226枢接,所述上导块225设有小孔,所述支撑杆224的一端穿过所述上导块225的小孔,且与所述上导块225滑动连接,所述下导块226上也设有小孔,所述丝杆221的两端穿过所述下导块226的小孔,且所述丝杆221的靠近所述电机211的一端与对应的下导块226螺纹连接,当所述电机211带动所述丝杆221转动,与所述丝杆221螺纹连接的下导块226与所述丝杆221发生相对运动带动第一升降杆222的底端沿所述丝杆221运动,进而实现所述第一升降杆222垂直高度的改变,实现升降功能,所述支撑杆224的两端均固定有支架227,所述支架227与所述清洗装置30和所述激光雷达40连接,因此,所述升降平台22能够带动所述清洗装置30和所述激光雷达40的升降。
需要说明的是,所述升降装置20并不局限于本实施例中所述描述的升降装置20,凡是具有升降功能的装置均可以替代本实施例中所描述的升降装置20,关于现有技术中的升降装置的具体结构在本实用新型中不再赘述。
更需要说明的是,本实用新型中将所述激光雷达40伸出至车顶外部或隐藏至车顶内部的装置不限于本实施例中所描述的升降装置20,还可以是翻转或旋转装置,所述翻转或旋转装置可以以车顶开口的一侧为旋转或翻转轴,并与所述激光雷达40固定,在旋转的过程中,将所述激光雷达40转出至车顶外部或内部,关于现有技术中的翻转或旋转装置的具体结构在本实用新型中不再赘述。
进一步地,请参图4,所述清洗装置30至少包括固定架31、电磁阀32、喷嘴33、连接部34、进水口35,所述激光雷达20设于所述固定架31上,所述固定架31的两侧各设有一组电磁阀32、喷嘴33、连接部34、进水口35的组合结构311。具体而言,所述电磁阀32一端和所述连接部34连接,另一端和所述进水口35连接,控制所述进水口35的开和关,所述进水口35连接的管路与整车水路连接。所述喷嘴33和所述连接部34连接,所述喷嘴33具有伸缩功能,在不使用的时候,缩回到所述连接部34的内部,在使用的时候通过水压的作用伸出所述连接部34。
需要说明的是,所述喷嘴33既可以是能够相对所述连接部34伸缩的伸缩式结构也可以是直接固定至所述连接部34上的固定式结构,在本实施例中,所述喷嘴33是伸缩式的。
请参图4,所述激光雷达40工作的一侧固定有镜面41,另一侧还连接有第二线束,所述第二线束与自动驾驶域控制器或高级辅助驾驶域控制器或连接,当所述激光雷达40检测出所述镜面41受到脏污影响的时候,所述第二线束可以将信号传输给自动驾驶域控制器或高级辅助驾驶域控制器,自动驾驶域控制器或高级辅助驾驶域控制器发送清洗信号给所述电磁阀32,所述电磁阀32开启,所述喷嘴33伸出,对所述镜面41喷水,进行清洗工作,图中所述喷嘴33为伸出时的状态图,虚线为喷水范围,即两侧所述喷嘴33喷出的水可以覆盖到整个所述镜面41。
需要说明的是,请参图2,所述外壳体10设有多个窗口,包括镜面窗口、喷嘴窗口、激光雷达的第二线束窗口、控制器的第一线束窗口、进水口的水管窗口等,图2中未一一画出。
进一步地,所述接水盘70上还设有排水口71,所述排水口71连接的水管与整车水路连接,当所述清洗装置30清洗结束后,污水会积聚在所述接水盘70中,由所述排水口71排出至整车排水通道中。所述接水盘70固定在车顶盖80(见图1)的内部。
更进一步地,请参图2,所述外壳体10的顶部四周还设有防水密封条11,当所述外壳体10不上升时,所述外壳体10的上表面与车顶盖80上的开孔平齐,所述密封条11与开孔的四周贴合,防止雨水进入激光雷达集成盒中,保护所述激光雷达40。
需要说明的是,请参图1,本实用新型提供的隐藏式顶激光雷达集成盒既可以安装在车顶盖80前侧,也可以安装在车顶盖80后侧,且数量可根据需要进行增减,可以同时感知车辆前侧和后侧的环境。
本实用新型提供的隐藏式顶激光雷达集成盒的工作原理如下:当用户有驾驶需求时,自动驾驶域控制器或高级辅助驾驶域控制器发出顶激光雷达集成盒开启信号,集成盒内部的所述控制器50驱动所述电机211正转,所述升降装置20开始工作,所述电机211通过所述齿轮212带动所述丝杆221转动,所述第一升降杆222和所述第二升降杆223带动所述激光雷达40和所述清洗装置30上升,当上升至车顶盖80外侧时,所述激光雷达40开始工作;当所述激光雷达40检测出所述镜面41受到脏污影响时会发出脏污信号给到自动驾驶域控制器或高级辅助驾驶域控制器,自动驾驶域控制器或高级辅助驾驶域控制器发出清洗信号给到集成盒内部的所述控制器50,自动驾驶域控制器或高级辅助驾驶域控制器驱动清洗水泵给水路加压,延时一段时间后集成盒内部的所述控制器50驱动所述清洗装置30开始工作,所述电磁阀32打开,所述喷嘴33喷水清洗所述激光雷达40的镜面41,清洗结束后,所述电磁阀32关闭,所述排水口71排出积聚在所述接水盘70中的污水;当驾驶功能退出时,自动驾驶域控制器或高级辅助驾驶域控制器发出顶激光雷达集成盒关闭信号,集成盒内部的所述控制器50驱动所述电机211反转,顶激光雷达集成盒下降关闭。
经过上面的叙述可以知道,本实用新型提供的隐藏式顶激光雷达集成盒具有以下优点:设计在车顶位置,车顶位置高,不易被遮挡,也不易被撞毁,视野开阔,可以最大程度展开激光雷达视场角,提高环境感知效果,同时经过自然风冷却,解决雷达工作时带来的散热问题;具有隐藏功能,在激光雷达待机状态时,将激光雷达、升降装置、清洗装置均隐藏到车顶盖内部,增强了车辆整体感和美观度,激光雷达镜面不易接触泥土等脏污;实现了激光雷达的主动清洗功能,提升用户体验。
本实用新型还提供了一种车辆,其包括上述所述的一种隐藏式顶激光雷达集成盒,关于该车辆的其它技术特征,请参见现有技术,在此不再赘述。
以上所述,仅为本实用新型的具体实施方式,但本实用新型的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本实用新型揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。因此,本实用新型的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种隐藏式顶激光雷达集成盒,其特征在于,至少包括外壳体(10)、升降装置(20)、激光雷达(40)、控制器(50)以及下盖板(60),所述升降装置(20)、激光雷达(40)、控制器(50)位于所述外壳体(10)和所述下盖板(60)之间,所述激光雷达(40)位于所述升降装置(20)上方,所述升降装置(20)能够在所述控制器(50)的控制下伸长或缩短,带动所述激光雷达(40)伸出至汽车外部或缩回至汽车内部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的隐藏式顶激光雷达集成盒,其特征在于,所述升降装置(20)至少包括驱动装置(21)和与所述驱动装置(21)连接的升降平台(22),所述驱动装置(21)包括电机(211),所述升降平台(22)包括丝杆(221)、第一升降杆(222)、第二升降杆(223)、支撑杆(224),所述第一升降杆(222)和所述第二升降杆(223)交叉枢接,所述丝杆(221)与所述第一升降杆(222)和所述第二升降杆(223)的下部连接,所述支撑杆(224)与所述第一升降杆(222)和所述第二升降杆(223)的上部连接,所述丝杆(221)与所述电机(211)的输出轴传动连接,能够在所述电机(211)的带动下使所述第一升降杆(222)和所述第二升降杆(223)的相对端之间的距离增大或缩小,使所述升降平台(22)伸长或缩短。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的隐藏式顶激光雷达集成盒,其特征在于,所述驱动装置(21)还包括齿轮(212)和转动轴(213),所述转动轴(213)的一端与所述电机(211)的输出轴连接,另一端设有齿,所述齿轮(212)设于所述丝杆(221)的一端,所述转动轴(213)另一端的齿与所述丝杆(221)上的齿轮(212)啮合,在所述电机(211)的驱动下,带动所述丝杆(221)转动。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的隐藏式顶激光雷达集成盒,其特征在于,所述升降平台(22)还包括上导块(225)以及下导块(226),所述第一升降杆(222)和所述第二升降杆(223)的上端均与所述上导块(225)枢接,下端均与所述下导块(226)枢接,所述上导块(225)和所述下导块(226)上均设有小孔,所述支撑杆(224)的两端穿过所述上导块(225)的小孔,且所述支撑杆(224)的其中一端与所述上导块(225)滑动连接,所述丝杆(221)的两端穿过所述下导块(226)的小孔,且所述丝杆(221)的其中一端与所述下导块(226)螺纹连接。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的隐藏式顶激光雷达集成盒,其特征在于,还包括清洗装置(30),所述清洗装置(30)位于所述激光雷达(40)的两侧,所述支撑杆(224)的两端固定有支架(227),所述支架(227)与所述清洗装置(30)和所述激光雷达(40)连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的隐藏式顶激光雷达集成盒,其特征在于,所述清洗装置(30)至少包括固定架(31)、电磁阀(32)、喷嘴(33)、连接部(34)、进水口(35),所述固定架(31)与所述激光雷达(40)连接,所述电磁阀(32)、喷嘴(33)、连接部(34)和进水口(35)设于所述固定架(31)上,所述电磁阀(32)的一端和所述连接部(34)连接,另一端和所述进水口(35)连接,所述进水口(35)连接的管路与整车水路连接,所述喷嘴(33)和所述连接部(34)连接,所述喷嘴(33)具有伸缩功能。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的隐藏式顶激光雷达集成盒,其特征在于,所述激光雷达(40)的一侧固定有镜面(41),另一侧连接有第二线束,所述第二线束与自动驾驶域控制器或高级辅助驾驶域控制器连接。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的隐藏式顶激光雷达集成盒,其特征在于,所述外壳体(10)的顶部四周还设有防水密封条(11)。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的隐藏式顶激光雷达集成盒,其特征在于,还包括接水盘(70),所述下盖板(60)位于所述接水盘(70)之中,所述接水盘(70)上还设有排水口(71),所述排水口(71)连接的水管与整车水路连接。
  10. 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任一项所述的隐藏式顶激光雷达集成盒。
