  1. 一种用于产品监控的方法,应用于监控终端侧,其特征在于,包括:
    发送监控指令给家电设备,触发所述家电设备反馈所述监控指令对应的返回数据;所述监控指令包括所述返回数据的调用类型和反馈格式;
    接收所述家电设备反馈的所述返回数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,发送监控指令给家电设备,包括:
    通过预设的通讯方式发送监控指令给家电设备。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,接收家电设备反馈的返回数据后,还包括:
    根据预设的检查方式对所述返回数据进行数据完整性检查。
