本发明涉及一种用于软抽单包高度测量的装置。
纸巾是日常生活用品,而软抽单包纸越来越普及,不论是对成品包装高度的质量检测还是对于包材的尺寸设计都需要我们要对单包高度有着较为准确的测量,在实际生产的检测中我们仍以尺子直接测量,受到包装松紧及测量手法等一系列的因素影响,测量结果存在较大误差,且操作人员的工作强度大。
发明内容
本发明所要达到的目的就是提供一种用于软抽单包高度测量的装置,能保证检测时软抽单包的固定质量,提高了测量时的精确度。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种用于软抽单包高度测量的装置,包括底座和压板,所述底座上设有定位组件,所述定位组件包括水平板和竖直板,沿高度方向所述底座上设有高度调节组件,所述压板设置在高度调节组件上,所述压板上设有配重结构,所述高度调节组件上设有刻度线,通过刻度线来量取压板相对于底座的高度。
