Description

一种竹粘复合面料生产设备的胶水槽液面控制装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及复合面料生产设备领域,尤其涉及一种竹粘复合面料生产设备的胶水槽液面控制装置。
背景技术
复合面料是将一层或多层纺织材料、无纺材料及其他功能材料经粘结贴合而成的一种新型材料。适合做沙发,服装等纺织品,是人们居家生活不可缺少的面料之一,复合面料生产设备的烫金机上的烫金辊下方设置有胶水槽,通常烫金辊粘附胶水槽内的胶液,并对竹粘复合面料进行涂胶作业。
传统的胶水槽内的胶液液位随着涂胶作业下降,无法进行自动补胶,极易造成胶液液位过低,造成涂胶量不足的情况发生,同时对补液的液位高度不易调节,无法满足不同规格竹粘复合面料的上胶需求。
实用新型内容
(一)实用新型目的
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提出一种竹粘复合面料生产设备的胶水槽液面控制装置,能够对液位进行自动控制,能够保证涂胶量的均匀性,同时液位高度可调,满足不同规格竹粘复合面料的使用,适用范围广。
(二)技术方案
本实用新型提供了一种竹粘复合面料生产设备的胶水槽液面控制装置,包括胶水槽本体、设置在胶水槽本体下侧的载架以及设置在载架底部的底座,胶水槽内壁一侧设置液位控制组件;
液位控制组件包括支撑盒,支撑盒设置在胶水槽本体内壁一侧,且支撑盒 本体通过调节组件与胶水槽本体内壁相连接,支撑盒内活动设置调节杆,调节杆底部设置浮球,调节杆一侧表面设置触碰块,触碰块一端活动设置在第一滑槽内,第一滑槽开设在支撑盒内一侧表面,第一滑槽内底部设置行程开关,行程开关通过连接线与输液泵电性连接,输液泵设置在进液管上,进液管设置在胶水槽本体一侧表面。
优选的,调节杆另一侧表面设置导向块,导向块一端滑动设置在第二滑槽内,第二滑槽开设在支撑盒内另一侧表面上。
优选的,进液管一端与储胶桶相连接。
优选的,行程开关的中轴线与触碰块的中轴线在同一条纵向直线上。
优选的,调节组件包括调节螺杆,调节螺杆转动设置在调节槽内,调节槽开设在胶水槽本体内壁一侧表面,调节螺杆上设置调节螺母,调节螺母一端与支撑盒一侧表面固定连接,调节螺杆一端与位于胶水槽本体顶部一侧的旋钮固定连接。
优选的,浮球底部设置指示针,指示针一端延伸至刻度标尺一侧表面,刻度标尺设置在胶水槽本体内壁一侧。
优选的,胶水槽本体底部设置排污管,排污管上设置流量开关阀。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的上述技术方案具有如下有益的技术效果:
1、本实用新型能够对胶液进行自动添加,能够保证胶水槽本体内胶液液位的平稳性,进而保证烫金辊粘附胶水的均匀性,避免了上胶量过少的情况发生。
2、本实用新型能够对胶水槽本体内的胶液的液位控制高度进行调节,能够满足不同规格竹粘复合面料的上胶使用。

液位控制组件1包括支撑盒12,支撑盒12设置在胶水槽本体2内壁一侧,且支撑盒12本体通过调节组件与胶水槽本体2内壁相连接,支撑盒12内活动设置调节杆15,调节杆15底部设置浮球11,调节杆15一侧表面设置触碰块17,触碰块17一端活动设置在第一滑槽16内,第一滑槽16开设在支撑盒12内一侧表面,第一滑槽16内底部设置行程开关18,行程开关18通过连接线与输液 泵5电性连接,输液泵5设置在进液管6上,进液管6设置在胶水槽本体2一侧表面,进液管6一端与储胶桶相连接。
本实用新型中,当烫金辊在胶水槽本体2内粘附胶液时,随着胶液的使用,胶液的液位会慢慢下降,浮球11随着胶液的液位慢慢下降,浮球11带动调节杆15在支撑盒12内向下移动,调节杆15带动触碰块17向下移动,当触碰块17接触行程开关18后,行程开关18接通输液泵5的电路,输液泵5运行储胶桶内的胶液通过进液管6输送至胶水槽本体2内,进而对胶水槽本体2内胶液进行自动填补,能够保证胶水槽本体2内胶液液位的稳定性,保证烫金辊粘附胶水的均匀性。
在一个可选的实施例中,调节杆15另一侧表面设置导向块13,导向块13一端滑动设置在第二滑槽14内,第二滑槽14开设在支撑盒12内另一侧表面上。
需要说明的是,调节杆15移动带动导向块13在第二滑槽14内移动,能够提高调节杆15移动时的导向性。
在一个可选的实施例中,行程开关18的中轴线与触碰块17的中轴线在同一条纵向直线上。
需要说明的是,能够使触碰杆与行程开关18精确接触。
在一个可选的实施例中,调节组件包括调节螺杆21,调节螺杆21转动设置在调节槽25内,调节槽25开设在胶水槽本体2内壁一侧表面,调节螺杆21上设置调节螺母26,调节螺母26一端与支撑盒12一侧表面固定连接,调节螺杆21一端与位于胶水槽本体2顶部一侧的旋钮22固定连接。
需要说明的是,转动旋钮22,旋钮22打底调节螺杆21转动,调节螺母26带动支撑盒12移动,支撑盒12带动调节杆15移动,调节杆15带动浮球11的高度进行调节,能够对胶液液位预设高度进行调节,进而满足不同规格竹粘复 合面料的上胶作业。
在一个可选的实施例中,浮球11底部设置指示针24,指示针24一端延伸至刻度标尺23一侧表面,刻度标尺23设置在胶水槽本体2内壁一侧。
需要说明的是,支撑盒12移动时,能够带动调节杆15移动,调节杆15移动带动浮球11移动,浮球11带动指示针24移动,指示针24在刻度标尺23上进行移动,通过刻度标尺23上的标线确定调节高度。
在一个可选的实施例中,胶水槽本体2底部设置排污管7,排污管7上设置流量开关。
需要说明的是,能够对清洗后胶水槽本体2内的污水进行排放。
