在工作过程中,通常需要设定一些工作目标,通常一个工作目标与多个人员相关联,需要多人共同去完成相应的目标,目前,无法针对工作目标信息展开高效的沟通协作。

响应于对当前界面显示的内容信息的第一操作事件,确定第一内容信息;
响应于对与所述第一内容信息关联的群组创建标识的第二操作事件,显示第一用户和/或第二用户,其中,所述第一用户基于所述第一内容信息确定,所述第二用户基于第二内容信息确定,所述第二内容信息与所述第一内容信息具有关联关系;
基于所述第一用户和/或所述第二用户,在所述当前界面中创建第一通信群组。
一些实施例中,本公开提出一种信息处理方法,包括:
响应于对当前界面显示的内容信息的第一操作事件,确定第一内容信息;

一些实施例中,本公开实施例中提出的处理方法,在用户的当前界面中显示内容信息,如图2所示,图2示意性的显示了一种当前界面的示意图,当前界面显示有至少一个内容信息,第一操作事件例如可以是对于任一内容信息的选取操作,用被选取的内容信息作为第一内容信息, 一些实施例中,在任一内容信息被执行了第一操作事件后显示展示内容详情界面,在内容详情界面中显示群组创建标识,另一些实施例中,群组创建标识可以是一直在预定的位置显示。一些实施例中,当前界面中显示有时段选取控件,当前界面根据选取的时段显示被选取的时段内的内容信息,若选取的时段内没有内容信息,可以显示内容信息创建标识,内容信息创建标识用于被触发后在选取的时段内创建内容信息。

一些实施例中,第一群组中的成员可以是基于第一用户和/或第二用户所确定的,所创建的第一通信群组与第一内容信息可以建立有关联关 系,这样被创建的第一通信群组直接与第一内容信息相互关联,从而方便用户创建与第一内容信息相关的通信群组,一些实施例中,建立第一通信群组后,第一通信群组中的成员自动与第一内容信息建立关联关系,从而减少用户进行关联的操作,一些实施例中,通过为第一内容信息相关的第一用户,以及与第二内容信息相关的第二用户创建基于第一内容信息的通信群组,从而提高了针对第一内容信息的沟通效率。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述当前界面显示的内容信息归属于第三用户,所述基于所述第一用户和/或所述第二用户,在所述当前界面中创建第一通信群组,包括:基于所述第一用户和/或所述第二用户,以及所述第三用户,在所述当前界面中创建第一通信群组。一些实施例中,第三用户为当前界面显示的内容信息所归属的用户,在创建第一通信群组时,需要考虑第三用户。例如第三用户可以是当前登录的用户,第一用户、第二用户和第三用户可以不同。
在本公开的一些实施例中,内容信息包括第一类型信息和第二类型信息,第二类型信息与第一类型信息具有对应关系。对应关系的形式可以有多种,例如第二类型信息可以是第一类型信息的子信息,或者第二类型信息与第一类型信息之间具有上下级或上下位的关系。第一用户信息可以是第一类型信息,第二用户信息可以是第二类型信息,同样的,第一用户信息可以是第二类型信息,第二用户信息可以是第一类型信息。第一用户信息和第二用户信息可以是基于第一类型信息和第二类型信息的对应关系相关联。一些实施例中,第一用户信息与第二用户的为不同类型的信息。

在本公开的一些实施例中,响应于所述第一内容信息为第二类型信息,所述第一用户基于所述第一内容信息确定,包括:从所述第一内容信息以及与所述第一内容信息具有相同对应关系的内容信息中获取用户标识信息,基于所述用户标识信息,确定所述第一用户。一些实施例中,在第一用户信息为第二类型信息时,第一用户信息可以与第一类型信息的第三用户信息具有对应关系,与第一用户信息具有相同对应关系的内容信息例如可以是除第一用户信息外的与第三用户信息具有对应关系的第二类型信息的用户信息,例如第三用户信息为父信息,第三用户信息下的子信息中包括第一用户信息,第三用户信息下的其他子信息为与第一用户信息具有相同对应关系的内容信息。一些实施例中,一个内容信息的完成需要多个其他内容信息的协助完成,因此在讨论一个内容信息时有时会需要考虑其他内容信息的情况,也就需要与其他内容信息的执行人员或是相关人员进行沟通。

在本公开的一些实施例中,所述显示第一用户和/或第二用户,包括:在显示所述第二用户的关联区域显示预设控件,其中,所述预设控件用于表示所述第二用户关联有第四用户,所述第四用户对应的第四内容信息与所述第二内容信息具有关联关系,并且所述第四内容信息与所述第一内容信息不具有关联关系。一些实施例中,如图3所示,在创建第一通信群组时可以显示群组创建界面,在群组创建界面中显示有推荐的第一用户和/后第二用户,同时如图3所示,还显示有预设控件,例如图3 中“张三”右侧的用连接线连接的两个矩形和数字,预设控件指示了第二用户关联由第四用户,预设控件中还可以显示有数字,数字表示第四用户的数量,例如图3中预设控件表示了“张三”关联有3个第四用户。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:响应于对所述预设控件的触发操作,显示所述第四用户。例如如图3所示“张三”右侧的预设控件被触发后显示与“张三”关联的3个第四用户,这样不仅能从第一用户和第二用户中选取第一通信群组的成员,还可以从第四用户中选取第一通信群组的成员。这是因为一个内容信息可能与其他内容信息相关联,例如需要其他内容信息完成后才能完成第一内容信息,或是,第一内容信息为需要与其他内容信息同步完成,因此,推荐的群组成员可以包括有第一内容信息的关联人员,例如第一内容信息的处理人员,如果第一内容信息所关联的第一用户与第二内容信息所关联的第二用户存在重复,则只显示一次重复的人员。
在本公开的一些实施例中,响应于所述第一内容信息为第一类型信息,所述显示第一用户和/或第二用户,包括:将所述第一用户显示在所述第二用户之前,其中,所述第一用户根据所述第一内容信息中的用户标识信息所确定,所述第二内容信息是与所述第一内容信息建立关联关系的内容信息,所述第二用户为归属于所述第二内容信息的用户。一些实施例中,第一用户可以是第一内容信息中提及的用户,第二内容信息是与第一内容信息建立关联关系的内容信息,因此第一用户是与第一内容信息关系更紧密的用户,需要将第一用户显示在第二用户之前,例如以列表的形式显示第一用户和第二用户时,第一用户显示在列表的前部,第二用户显示在列表的后部,以使用第一用户显示在优先被选择的位置。
在本公开的一些实施例中,群组创建界面中还显示有搜索框,搜索框用于搜索用户,可以通过在搜索框搜索想要加入第一通信群组中的成员,一些实施例中,群组创建界面中还显示有已选成员界面,在已选成员界面中展示已选成员,这样在具有大量的推荐群组成员的情况下,方便用户快速确定已选成员。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述内容信息显示在当前界面的第一区域;所述基于所述第一用户和/或所述第二用户,在所述当前界面中创建 第一通信群组,包括:在当前界面生成第二区域,所述第二区域用于显示所述第一通信群组。一些实施例中,请参考图4,在图4左侧为第一区域,图4右侧下部为第二区域,第二区域中显示有创建的通信群组。这样当图4左侧的内容信息被触发后,可以显示被触发的内容信息关联的通信群组。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述内容信息显示在当前界面的第一区域;所述基于所述第一用户和/或所述第二用户,在所述当前界面中创建第一通信群组,包括:在当前界面生成第二区域和第三区域,所述第二区域用于显示所述第一通信群组,所述第三区域用于显示所述第一内容信息。一些实施例中,如图4所示,图4左侧为第一区域,图4右侧下部为第二区域,图4右侧上部为第三区域,通过显示第二区域和第三区域,从而方便用户在第一区域选取内容信息后,既能看到第一内容信息的具体内容,也能看到第一内容信息关联的通信群组。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述方法还包括:在所述内容信息归属的第三用户的即时通讯工具中,创建与所述第一通信群组对应的通信群组。一些实施例中,内容信息归属的第三用户可以是内容信息的关联人员,例如内容信息的处理人员,在创建了第一通信群组后,自动在第三用户的即时通讯工具中创建对应的通信群组,这样第三用户可以直接使用归属的即时通讯工具在对应的通信群组中进行会话,一些实施例中,即时通讯工具中对应的通信群组中的发言与第一通信群组中的发言自动同步,即两个通信群组相关联,信息互通。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在当前界面中创建第一通信群组,包括:基于第一内容信息显示至少一个推荐词;响应于对至少一个推荐词的选取操作,根据选取的推荐词生成第一通信群组的名称。一些实施例中,请参考图3,在创建第一通信群组时,会根据第一通信群组的相关信息产生推荐词并显示,用户选择推荐词从而可以组成第一通信群组的名称,由于推荐词语第一内容信息相关,因此能够帮助用户快速的生成准确的通信群组的名称,减少用户的操作,用户也可以在通信群组的名称输入框输入信息,通信群组的名称可以是用户输入的信息和选取的推荐词的组合。一些实施例中,推荐词包括以下至少一种:内容序号信息、内容 时间信息、内容详情信息。内容序号信息例如可以是内容信息的编号,其可以与内容信息的排列顺序相关,内容时间信息例如可以是内容信息的处理时间,例如图3中的7月-10月,表示内容信息在7月-10月期间进行处理,内容详情信息例如可以是内容信息所要求完成的具体内容。在一些实施例中,若被选取的所述推荐词为多个,组合被选取的多个所述推荐词,基于组合结果生成所述群名称。一些实施例中,在点击推荐词后自动填充到群名称中,多个推荐词可以用空格隔开,推荐词的组合方式可以基于选取的顺序,也可以基于推荐词的含义,根据选取的推荐词的含义自动生成群名称。
在本公开的一些实施例中,所述第一通信群组中显示有群组标识,所述群组标识包括内容信息的标识和与内容信息关联的用户标识。一些实施例中,群组标识不仅仅包括用户标识,还包括了内容信息的标识,这样可以直接从群组标识中得知用户所关联的内容信息,有利于在用户发言时结合其关联的内容信息更好的理解发言的原因和含义。
在本公开的一些实施例中,群组标识包括所述内容信息的标识和与内容信息关联的用户标识包括:群组标识包括内容信息的第一类型信息的序列标识和/或所述内容信息的第二类型信息的序列标识。一些实施例中,群组标识关联的用户群组可以具有关联的内容信息,内容信息可以是通过序列标识进行区分,可以通过内容信息的第一类型信息的序列标识确定用户关联的内容信息,同样的,可以通过第二类型信息的序列标识确定用户关联的内容信息,一些实施例中,用户同时与第一类型信息和第二类型信息的内容信息关联,此时可以同时显示第一类型信息的序列标识和第二类型信息的序列标识。
在本公开的一些实施例中,群组标识包括内容信息的标识和与内容信息关联的用户标识包括:群组标识包括与内容信息关联的用户的头像。一些实施例中,用户的头像中可以显示有内容信息的标识,另一些实施例中,可以是提供头像显示控件,在显示控件中提供显示头像的区域和显示内容信息的标识的区域,一些实施例中,关联于同一内容信息的标识在不同的用户标识中的显示样式相同,不同内容信息的标识在不同的 用户标识中的显示样式不同,这样可以通过显示样式区分关联的用户信息。
一些实施例中,群组标识包括内容信息的标识和与内容信息关联的用户标识包括:群组标识包括第一显示区域和第二显示区域,内容信息的标识显示在第一区域,用户标识显示在所述第二区域;其中,第一区域与所述第二区域在所述群组标识中所占的区域不同;或者所述第一区域与所述第二区域重叠;或者所述第一区域浮于所述第二区域。一些实施例中,第一区域和第二区域的显示方式可以由用户标识关联的用户进行选择。在第一区域与第二区域所占的区域不同的情况下,可以防止对于用户标识的遮挡,在第一区域与第二区域重叠的情况下,可以清楚的确定用户标识和内容信息的标识的关联关系,一些实施例中,在第一区域浮于第二区域的情况下,第一区域与第二区域的相对位置可调节,但第一区域与第二区域之间的相对距离不大于阈值。
一些实施例中,成员标识例如可以是成员的群头像,群头像例如可以是采用个人头像和信息标识的组合,信息标识可以是内容信息的编码、序号、名称等,不同的信息标识的颜色可以不同,用户可以自己选择信息标识的颜色,这样用户就可以知道各个群组成员是与哪一个内容信息相关联,从而了解成员的发言背景和原因。
在一些实施例中,在第一通信群组创建完成后,第一内容信息被默认选中,且第一通信群组显示在第二区域也被默认选中,且自动显示第一通信群组的会话界面,可以是在当前界面创建第四区域,在第四区域内显示第一通信群组的会话界面,从而使得用户得知能够在当前界面进行第一通信群组的会话,第一通信群组的会话界面收起,例如可以设置收起控件,用于收起会话界面。在第一通信群组创建成功后,在第三用户的即时通讯工具组,显示该第一通信群组。
在本公开的一些实施例中,还包括:响应于对预设的群组关联标识的第二操作事件,基于输入的信息,将第一内容信息与已有的至少一个通信群组相关联。一些实施例中,群组关联标识可以是显示在当前界面,也可以是响应于对第一内容信息的操作而显示出第二区域和第三区域 内,如图4所示,在第二区域中显示群组关联标识,群组关联标识可以是一个按键,第二操作事件可以是对群组关联标识的点击操作。
在本公开的一些实施例中,响应于对预设的群组关联标识的第二操作事件,基于输入的信息,将第一内容信息与已有的至少一个通信群组相关联,包括:响应于对预设的群组关联标识的第二触发事件,显示通信群组选取界面;响应于对通信群组选取界面中通信群组的选取操作,将第一内容信息与被选取的通信群组相关联;其中,通信群组选取界面中显示有已与第一内容信息关联的通信群组,一些实施例中,已与第一内容信息关联的通信群组被默认选取。这样提醒用户哪些通信群组已经与第一内容信息相关联,避免重复选中,一些实施例中,如图5所示,在群组关联标识被触发后可以显示如图5所示的群组选取界面,群组选取界面中会有备选的通信群组,也可以显示有搜索框,搜索框用于搜索通信群组,群组选取界面中选取了群组后,可以显示有已选群组界面,在已选群组界面中展示已经选取的群组。在选取了通信群组后,点击确定按钮进行第一内容信息与被选取的通信群组进行关联,也可以点击取消按钮进行取消。如果没有选取通信群组,确认按钮不显示,不可被点击。
一些实施例中,还包括:响应于被选取的通信群组被配置为仅目标人员可添加群成员且当前用户不是所述目标人员,或者,响应于网络故障,确定所述第一内容信息与被选取的通信群组关联失败,显示提示信息。在一些实施例中,如果被选取的通信群组被设定为仅目标人员可以添加群成员,且当前用户不是所述目标人员,或是因为网络波动导致未能将被选取的通信群组与第一内容信息进行关联,则显示提醒。如果被选中的通信群组全部关联失败,则显示第一提醒信息,用于提醒全部通信群组关联失败,如果部分被选中的通信群组关联失败,则显示第二提醒信息,用于提示部分通信群组关联失败。
在本公开的一些实施例中,通过所述群组创建标识所创建的通信群组被配置为默认开启入群验证。一些实施例中,当用户想要加入开启入群验证的通信群组时,需要向通信群组发送验证信息,在验证通过后才能加入通信群组。一些实施例中,通过群组创建标识创建的通信群组与 内容信息相关,考虑到内容信息的保密性,因此默认开启入群验证,防止内容信息泄露。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在第二区域显示选择的内容信息关联的通信群组,如图4右侧所示,在第二区域中显示有内容信息关联的通信群组,响应于对第二区域显示的任一通信群组的取消关联操作,取消该通信群组与对应内容信息的关联关系。例如,在图4中“内容一讨论群”为内容一的关联的通信群组,其通信群组的对应群组显示有取消关联控件,对取消关联控件进行触发从而取消关联关系,取消关联控件可以是在图4中以“...”显示的选项控件被触发后显示。在取消关联控件被触发后显示弹窗,要求确认是否取消关联,弹窗中可以显示有确认控件和取消控件,在确认控件被触发后取消关联关系,在取消控件被触发后保持关联关系。在解除关联关系后可以显示提醒信息提示关联关系已经解除。
在本公开的一些实施例中,还包括:响应于对当前界面所显示的第六内容信息的触发操作,显示第六内容信息关联的通信群组;响应于对所显示的第六内容信息所关联的通信群组中的第二通信群组的触发操作,显示第二通信群组的会话界面,其中,第六内容信息可以是第一内容信息,第二通信群组可以为第一通信群组。一些实施例中,请参考图6,其中,第三内容信息为内容一,在图6左侧为第一区域,在第一区域中的内容一被触发后显示了图6中部的第二区域,在第二区域中显示有内容一关联的各个通信群组,在第二区域中的通信群组“内容一讨论群”被触发后,显示有该通新群组的会话界面,这样用户就可以直接在该会话界面进行通信会话。本公开一些实施例中,可以通过触发内容信息,进入内容信息关联的通信群组的会话界面,这样可以方便用户快速的进行与内容信息相关的会话,帮助用户分类管理通信群组,减少用户查找操作,提高用户体验。
在本公开的一些实施例中,还包括:若内容信息中第七内容信息所关联的第三通信群组产生未读消息,在第七内容信息对应的位置处显示第一预设提醒标记。一些实施例中,在第七内容信息关联的第三通信群组对应的位置处显示第二预设提醒标记;其中,第七内容信息可以是第一内容信息,第三通信群组可以是第一通信群组,第一提醒标记可以是 红点,第七内容信息可以是显示在当前界面的第一区域,第七内容信息关联的第三通信群组可以是显示在当前界面的第二区域。一些实施例中,请参考图7,内容一具有两个管关联的通信群组,分别是“内容一讨论群”和“内容一闲聊群”,在内容一讨论群中接收到2条未读消息后,在内容一讨论群的对应位置(例如名称或图标上)显示第二预设提醒标记(图7中带有数字的圆圈),在内容一闲聊群接收到4条未读消息后也会在内容一闲聊群对应的位置显示第二预设提醒标记,第二预设提醒标记中可以显示有未读消息的数量。一些实施例中,继续参考图7,内容一的对应位置处显示有第一预设提醒标记,第一预设提醒标记中可以显示有关联的通信群组的未读消息的总数,图7中为6条,这样用户可以直接查看是否具有未读的消息,且能够打开关联的通信群组的会话界面,因此可以快速的查看未读消息。
在本公开的一些实施例中,还包括:在第八内容信息的内容的被编辑后,对应更新当前界面所显示的所述第八内容信息,并保持所述内容信息关联的通信群组的群名称不变。一些实施例中,第八内容信息可以是某一个内容信息,例如第一内容信息,第八信息的内容可以是存储在服务器,可以通过访问服务器删除第八内容信息的内容,第八内容信息的内容例被编辑后,当前界面所显示的内容信息将自动对应修改,以保持当前界面所显示的内容信息的正确性,且已经与第八内容信息关联的通信群组的名称不会变化,这样防止用户在群组列表中无法识别出第八内容信息关联的群组,造成用户使用不便。
在本公开的一些实施例中,在第九内容信息的被删除后,在当前界面所显示的所述内容信息中删除所述第九内容信息。一些实施例中,第九内容信息为某一个内容信息,例如可以是第一内容信息,在第九内容信息被删除后,例如在服务器删除第九内容信息,或者在不同于本方法的执行方的终端上删除第九内容信息,在内容信息中自动对应删除第九内容信息。在本公开的一些实施例中,在第十内容信息相对于其他内容信息的排列顺序被调整后,对应更新当前界面所显示的所述内容信息中第十内容信息的排列顺序,并保持所述第十内容信息关联的通信群组中成员标识不变,其中,所述内容信息的信息标识与所述内容信息的排列 顺序相关,所述成员标识中显示有成员关联的内容信息的信息标识。一些实施例中,成员标识中的信息标识与关联的内容信息的排列顺序相关,在第十内容信息相对于其他内容信息的排列顺序变更后,例如在服务器或其他不同于本方法执行方的终端上调节第十内容信息的排列顺序,自动调节内容信息中显示的第十内容信息的排列顺序,并且不影响第十内容信息关联的通信群组中的成员标识,以成员标识为具有信息标识的头像为例,头像的图像保持不变,头像中的信息标识仍为第十内容信息的排列顺序被调整前的状态。
在本公开的一些实施例中,还包括:响应于对第四通信群组的解散操作,解除所述第四通信群组与关联的内容信息之间的关联关系。一些实施例中,第四通信群组可以是与一个内容信息关联的通信群组,例如可以是第一通信群组或第二通信群组,在第四通信群组被解散后,自动解除与关联的内容信息之间的关联关系,在关联的内容信息被触发后,可以不显示已经被解散的第四通信群组,或者,可以显示第四通信群组已被解散的提示消息。
为了更好的说明本公开实施例中提出的方法,以下以本公开实施例中提出的方法用于客户端为例进行说明。本公开一些实施例中,客户端可以是即时通信客户端,如图8所示,客户端中显示有“内容”选项,在“内容”选项被触发后显示有人员选项,在人员选项中的人员被触发后显示被触发的人员关联的内容信息的相关信息,图8中以内容信息为OKR(object and key result,目标与关键结果)信息为例,在用户触发了人员选项中“我的OKR”下用户本人的姓名后,显示有用户的OKR信息,客户端的显示界面中显示有多个界面选项,图8中的界面选项包括第一界面选项“目标”、第二界面选项“跟进”和第三界面选项“数据”,第一界面选项(目标)被触发后显示第一界面,第一界面中具有第一子选项(制定)和第二子选项(对齐),在第一子选项被触发后显示第一子界面,在客户端启动后或切换登录的用户后,默认打开第一界面选项对应的界面。第一子界面中用户当前的内容信息,在第二子选项被触发后,显示第二子界面(如图9所示),在第二子界面中显示对内容信息建立关联关系后的视图。在第二界面选项(跟进)被触发后,如图10所 示,显示内容信息,在界面中具有用于显示内容信息的第一区域(图10中的左侧),内容显示界面中显示有时段选取控件,可以通过时段选取控件选择一个时段,内容显示界面显示被选取的时段内的内容信息,在第二界面被打开时默认选取当前时段的内容信息,如果当前时段内没有内容信息,默认显示前一时段的内容信息,若前一时段也没有内容信息,默认不显示内容信息,内容信息关联的第二区域和第三区域默认显示空白,在第一区域中的可以对任一内容信息进行第一操作事件,被执行第一操作事件的内容信息作为第一内容信息,并在第一内容信息的第二区域显示群组创建标识和群组关联标识,群组创建标识用于被触发后创建与第一内容信息关联的通信群组,群组关联标识用于被触发后与已有的一个或多个通信群组进行关联,如果第一内容信息已经有关联的通信群组,在第一内容信息被执行第一操作事件后会显示第一内容信息已经关联的通信群组,响应于对已经关联的通信群组的触发操作,可以显示该通信群组的会话界面(图10右侧)。在显示界面的第三界面选线(数据)被触发后显示第三界面,第三界面中显示有对内容信息的数据分析,数据分析例如可以包括内容信息的填写率、完成率和近期更新率,以方便用户查看。在用户离开“内容”选项对应的页面后,但没有退出登录客户端也未切换登录的用户,在用户再次返回“内容”选项对应的页面,将默认显示上一次离开时显示的“内容”选项所对应的页面。
在本公开的一些实施例中,还提出一种信息处理方法,需要说明的是,本公开任一方法实施例中的技术特征都可以与本实施例相结合,对于本公开任一实施例中的解释说明也可以在技术不冲突的情况下应用于本实施例。如图12所示,包括步骤S21至S23。

    基于所述第一用户和/或所述第二用户,在所述当前界面中创建第一通信群组。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述当前界面显示的内容信息归属于第三用户,所述基于所述第一用户和/或所述第二用户,在所述当前界面中创建第一通信群组,包括:
    基于所述第一用户和/或所述第二用户,以及所述第三用户,在所述当前界面中创建第一通信群组。

    从所述第一内容信息中获取用户标识信息,基于所述用户标识信息,确定所述第一用户。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,响应于所述第一内容信息为第二类型信息,所述第一用户基于所述第一内容信息确定,包括:
    从第三内容信息和所述第一内容信息中获取用户标识信息,基于所述用户标识信息,确定所述第一用户,其中,所述第三内容信息和所述第一内容信息具有对应关系,所述第三内容信息为第一类型信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,响应于所述第一内容信息为第二类型信息,所述第一用户基于所述第一内容信息确定,包括:
    从所述第一内容信息以及与所述第一内容信息具有相同对应关系的内容信息中获取用户标识信息,基于所述用户标识信息,确定所述第一用户。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,响应于所述第一内容信息为第一类型信息,所述第一用户基于所述第一内容信息确定,包括:
    从所述第一内容信息以及与所述第一内容信息对应的第五内容信息中,获取用户标识信息,基于所述用户标识信息,确定所述第一用户。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,响应于所述第一内容信息为第一类型信息,所述第二用户基于第二内容信息确定,包括:
    获取与所述第一内容信息建立关联关系的第二内容信息;
    将所述第二内容信息归属的用户确定为所述第二用户。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,响应于所述第一内容信息为第二类型信息,所述第二用户基于第二内容信息确定,包括:
    确定与所述第一内容信息具有对应关系的第三内容信息,所述第三内容信息为第一类型信息;
    获取与所述第三内容信息建立关联关系的第二内容信息;
    将所述第二内容信息归属的用户确定为所述第二用户。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述显示第一用户和/或第二用户,包括:
    在显示所述第二用户的关联区域显示预设控件,其中,所述预设控件用于表示所述第二用户关联有第四用户,所述第四用户对应的第四内容信息与所述第二内容信息具有关联关系,并且所述第四内容信息与所述第一内容信息不具有关联关系。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于对所述预设控件的触发操作,显示所述第四用户。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,响应于所述第一内容信息为第一类型信息,所述显示第一用户和/或第二用户,包括:
    将所述第一用户显示在所述第二用户之前,其中,所述第一用户根据所述第一内容信息中的用户标识信息所确定,所述第二内容信息是与所述第一内容信息建立关联关系的内容信息,所述第二用户为归属于所述第二内容信息的用户。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述内容信息显示在当前界面的第一区域;所述基于所述第一用户和/或所述第二用户,在所述当前界面中创建第一通信群组,包括:
    在当前界面生成第二区域,所述第二区域用于显示所述第一通信群组。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述内容信息显示在当前界面的第一区域;所述基于所述第一用户和/或所述第二用户,在所述当前界面中创建第一通信群组,包括:
    在当前界面生成第二区域和第三区域,所述第二区域用于显示所述第一通信群组,所述第三区域用于显示所述第一内容信息。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在所述内容信息归属的第三用户的即时通讯工具中,创建与所述第一通信群组对应的通信群组。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,在所述当前界面中创建第一通信群组,包括:
    基于所述第一内容信息显示至少一个的推荐词;
    响应于对至少一个所述推荐词的选取操作,根据选取的推荐词生成所述第一通信群组的群名称。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述推荐词包括以下至少一种:内容序号信息、内容时间信息、内容详情信息。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,
    若被选取的所述推荐词为多个,组合被选取的多个所述推荐词,基于组合结果生成所述群名称。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一通信群组中显示有群组标识,所述群组标识包括所述内容信息的标识和与所述内容信息关联的用户标识。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述群组标识包括所述内容信息的标识和与所述内容信息关联的用户标识包括:
    所述群组标识包括所述内容信息的第一类型信息的序列标识和/或所述内容信息的第二类型信息的序列标识。
  21. 根据权利要求19所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述群组标识包括所述内容信息的标识和与所述内容信息关联的用户标识包括:
    所述群组标识包括与所述内容信息关联的用户的头像。
  22. 根据权利要求19所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,所述群组标识包括所述内容信息的标识和与所述内容信息关联的用户标识包括:
    所述群组标识包括第一显示区域和第二显示区域,所述内容信息的标识显示在所述第一区域,所述用户标识显示在所述第二区域;其中,所述第一区域与所述第二区域在所述群组标识中所占的区域不同;或者所述第一区域与所述第二区域重叠;或者所述第一区域浮于所述第二区域。
  23. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    响应于对预设的群组关联标识的第二操作事件,基于输入的信息,将所述第一内容信息与已有的至少一个通信群组相关联。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,响应于对预设的群组关联标识的第二操作事件,基于输入的信息,将所述第一内容信息与已有的至少一个通信群组相关联,包括:
    响应于对所述预设的群组关联标识的第二触发事件,显示通信群组选取界面;
    响应于对所述通信群组选取界面中通信群组的选取操作,将所述第一内容信息与被选取的通信群组相关联;
    其中,所述通信群组选取界面中显示有已与所述第一内容信息关联的通信群组。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    若被选取的通信群组被配置为仅目标人员可添加群成员且当前用户不是所述目标人员,或者,出现网络异常,确定所述第一内容信息与被选取的通信群组关联失败,显示提示信息。
  26. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    响应于对所述当前界面显示的内容信息中的第六内容信息的触发操作,显示所述第六内容信息关联的通信群组;
    响应于对所述第六内容信息所关联的通信群组中的第二通信群组的触发操作,显示所述第二通信群组的会话界面。
  27. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    若所述内容信息中第七内容信息所关联的第三通信群组产生未读消息;
    在所述第七内容信息对应的位置处显示第一预设提醒标记,和/或,在所述第七内容信息关联的所述第三通信群组对应的位置处显示第二预设提醒标记。
  28. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,
    通过所述群组创建标识所创建的通信群组被配置为默认开启入群验证。
  29. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    在第八内容信息的内容的被编辑后,对应更新当前界面所显示的所述第八内容信息,并保持所述第八内容信息关联的通信群组的群名称不变;和/或,
    在第九内容信息的被删除后,在当前界面所显示的所述内容信息中删除所述第九内容信息;和/或,
    在第十内容信息相对于其他内容信息的排列顺序被调整后,对应更新当前界面所显示的所述内容信息中第十内容信息的排列顺序,并保持所述第十内容信息关联的通信群组中成员标识不变,其中,所述内容信 息的信息标识与所述内容信息的排列顺序相关,所述成员标识中显示有成员关联的内容信息的信息标识。
  30. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    响应于对第四通信群组的解散操作,解除所述第四通信群组与关联的内容信息之间的关联关系。
  31. 根据权利要求1所述的信息处理方法,其特征在于,
    所述第一用户为:归属于所述第一内容信息的所有者的用户;或者,
    所述第一用户为:在第一类型信息或第二类型信息中提及了所述第一内容信息的所有者的目标用户,其中提及了所述第一内容信息的所有者的第一类型信息或第二类型信息归属于所述目标用户。
  32. 一种信息处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    响应于对当前界面显示的内容信息的第一操作事件,确定第一内容信息;
    响应于对与所述第一内容信息关联的群组创建标识的第二操作事件,显示群组信息,所述群组信息基于所述内容信息的所属用户确定;
    响应于对所述群组信息的选择操作,在所述当前界面中关联并显示对应的通信群组。
  33. 一种信息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    确定单元,用于响应于对当前界面所显示的内容信息的第一操作事件,确定第一内容信息;
    显示单元,用于响应于对与所述第一内容信息关联的群组创建标识的第二操作事件,显示显示第一用户和/或第二用户,其中,所述第一用户基于所述第一内容信息确定,所述第二用户基于第二内容信息确定,所述第二内容信息与所述第一内容信息具有关联关系;
    控制单元,用于基于所述第一用户和/或第二用户,在当前界面中创建第一通信群组。
  34. 一种信息处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    确定模块,用于响应于对当前界面显示的内容信息的第一操作事件,确定第一内容信息;
    显示模块,用于响应于对与所述第一内容信息关联的群组创建标识的第二操作事件,显示群组信息,所述群组信息基于所述内容信息的所属用户确定;
    控制模块,用于响应于对所述群组信息的选择操作,在所述当前界面中关联并显示对应的通信群组。
  35. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    至少一个存储器和至少一个处理器;
    其中,所述存储器用于存储程序代码,所述处理器用于调用所述存储器所存储的程序代码以使所述电子设备执行权利要求1至32任一所述的方法。
  36. 一种存储介质,所述存储介质用于存储程序代码,所述程序代码用于执行权利要求1至32中任一项所述的方法。
