除非另有定义,本说明书所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是用于限制本发明。本说明书所使用的术语“和/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
此外,下面所描述的本发明不同实施例中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互结合。
如图1-2所示,本发明其中一个实施例提供的螺丝100,包括主体10、凸耳20以及滑移件40,所述凸耳20安装于所述主体10,所述滑移件40安装于所述凸耳20。其中,所述主体10用于与待连接的物件进行螺纹连接,所述凸耳20设有第一结构,所述滑移件40设有第二结构,所述第一结构与所述第二结构配合连接,并且所述第一结构与所述第二结构之间可相对运动,以使所述滑移件40可相对于所述凸耳20在第一位置和第二位置之间往复运动,以及,所述滑移件40可相对于所述凸耳在所述第二位置转动至第三位置,并且所述滑移件40在转动的过程中不与所述凸耳20抵接。
所述主体10具有螺杆部11以及螺帽部12,所述螺杆部11用于与待连接的物体螺纹连接。其中,所述螺杆部11的一端与所述螺帽部12的第一端面连接,所述螺帽部12的第二端面与所述凸耳20连接,所述螺帽部12的第一端面与所述螺帽部12的第二端面为相对的两端面。应当理解是,所述螺杆部11的周缘可以是部分有螺纹,也可以是全部具有螺纹,即所述螺杆部11的螺纹段可以根据需要进行调整,以满足不同的使用场景。
如此,通过上述结构,在需要拧动所述主体10时,所述滑移件40可转动至所述第三位置,用户可直接用手拧动所述滑移件40以带动所述螺杆部11转动,从而实现所述螺丝100的拧紧或拧松,无需借助螺丝刀等工具,使用起来较为方便。
在一些实施例中,所述第一结构为连接臂30,所述第二结构为滑孔 411,所述连接臂30可于所述滑孔411内从第一位置滑动至第二位置。其中,所述连接臂30为具有一定长度的杆状物,其形状可以整体呈浑圆的轴状,也可以是多种形状的结合,例如可以是部分长方块状与部分圆轴状的组合。
下边将具体阐述当所述第一结构为连接臂30,所述第二结构为滑孔411时螺丝100的具体结构:
在一些实施例中,所述凸耳20设有通孔21,所述连接臂30的一端插装于所述通孔21,所述连接臂30的另一端安装所述滑移件40,即所述连接臂30贯穿所述滑移件40的滑孔411,并使得所述滑移件40套设在所述连接臂30且不脱离。其中,所述滑孔411为具有一定长度的长条孔,以使所述连接臂30于所述滑孔411中具有滑动空间,所述滑移件40与所述连接臂30之间可相对滑动。如此,所述连接臂30固定于所述凸耳20不移动,抽拉所述滑移件40,可以使所述滑移件40相对于所述螺帽部12于所述第一位置滑动至所述第二位置。而且,所述滑移件40可绕着所述连接臂30从所述第二位置转动至第三位置,所述滑移件40不与所述凸耳20抵接。应当理解的是,所述第二位置是指所述滑孔411的内壁抵接所述连接臂30并且所述滑移件40可绕着连接臂30转动时所处的位置,所述第一位置是指所述滑移件40未移动至所述第二位置之前所处的位置。所述第三位置是指所述滑动件40的中心线垂直或近似垂直于所述螺帽部12时所处的位置。需要说明的是,在滑动件40的中心线与螺帽部12垂直时,拧动螺杆11的力矩最大。
通过上述结构,在需要拧动所述螺杆11时,仅需将所述滑移件40相对于所述螺帽部12转动至第三位置,此时所述滑动件40相对于所述螺帽部12竖立起来,用户可直接用手拿捏所述滑移件40进行转动,从而带动所述螺杆部11转动,无需借助螺丝刀即可实现螺丝100的拧紧或拧松,使用起来较为方便。
应当理解的是,所述凸耳20与所述螺帽部12之间的连接方式,可以是通过焊接,也可以是通过压铸或者切削加工一体成型,还也可以是通过插接的方式实现连接,即所述凸耳20或所述螺帽部12中的一者设 有凸起(未标示),剩余一者设置有凹槽(未标示),请结合图3,所述凹槽的形状与所述凸起的形状相适配,所述凸起插装于所述凹槽,即可实现所述凸耳20与所述螺帽部12之间的连接。在本实施例中,所述凸耳20与所述螺帽部12一体成型,并且所述凸耳20的一侧面的形状与所述螺帽部12的周缘近似相同。
在一些实施例中,所述凸耳20与连接臂30可以通过焊接的方式固定于一起,此时所述凸耳20无需设置所述通孔21。安装时可先将所述连接臂30穿插所述滑孔411,随后将所述连接臂30的端部与所述凸耳20通过焊接固定,以此完成对所述滑移件40的安装。
请再次参阅图2,在一些实施例中,所述滑移件40包括滑移部41,所述滑移部41设有所述滑孔411,所述滑孔411贯穿所述滑移部41的相对两端,所述滑移部41通过所述滑移孔411套设于所述连接臂30。在本实施例中,所述滑孔411的形状呈腰形孔状,并且沿着垂直于所述连接臂30的中心轴线的方向,腰形孔的两相对内壁的距离大于所述连接臂30的口径。当然,所述滑孔411的形状亦可是其它的形状,例如矩形状。
进一步地,当所述连接臂30处于所述螺帽部12的中心位置时,所述连接臂30的中心轴线穿过所述螺帽部12的几何中心,并且所述滑移部41部分位于所述连接臂30的一侧端,所述滑移部41部分位于所述连接臂30的另一侧端。由此,当所述滑移部41通过所述滑孔411移动至所述第二位置并且转动至第三位置时,相较于所述滑移部41不从第一位置移动至第二位置而直接绕着所述连接臂30转动,所述滑移部41的整体长度可以获得更多的增长空间。如此当所述滑移部41转动至所述第三位置时,所述滑移部远离所述螺帽部12的一端与所述螺帽部12端面的距离更大,即拧动螺杆11的力矩最大,在克服所述螺杆部11转动所需的阻力一定时,用户所需施加的作用力则更小,即可以更加省力的拧动所述螺杆部11,使用起来更为方便。
请结合图2、图4-5,在一些实施例中,为了能使小孩、女生或老人等人群力气较小的人群能够使用该螺丝100,同时又不想用手直接拧动, 所述滑移件40还包括头部42,所述头部42的一端与所述滑移部41连接,所述头部42的另一端朝靠近所述滑孔411的方向凹陷并形成刀槽421。可理解的,所述刀槽用于供螺丝刀等工具插入,从而拧动所述螺杆部11,使用范围更广泛且方便。应当理解的是,所述刀槽421的形状可以是一字形,也可以是十字形,当然还可以是其它的形状,例如梅花形或六角形等。
进一步地,所述滑移件40还包括台肩部43,所述台肩部43由所述头部42的侧端朝远离所述滑孔411的方向延伸形成,当所述台肩部43与所述凸耳20抵接时,所述滑移件41复位至所述第一位置。可以理解的,当用户拧紧或拧松所述螺丝100后,可以将所述滑移件40绕着所述连接臂30转动,直至所述滑移部41与所述螺帽部12平行,此时所述滑移件40处于所述第二位置,随后将所述头部42朝着所述连接臂30的方向推动,直至所述台肩部43与所述凸耳20抵接,此时表明所述滑移件40复位至所述第一位置。所述滑移件40可收纳于凸耳20与螺帽部12第二端面形成的收容槽,在实现免工具装配和拆卸螺丝的同时有效减小螺丝体积。
在一些实施例中,所述滑移件40设有防滑条纹401,所述防滑条纹401用于增大所述滑移件40表面的粗糙度,避免用户拧动所述滑移件40时打滑。在本实施例中,所述防滑条纹401设置于所述头部42的两端面。应当理解的是,所述防滑条纹401的形状可以是波浪形状的条纹,也可以是其它形状的条纹,例如Z字形状的条纹。在本实施例中,所述防滑条纹401的形状呈波浪形的条纹,波浪形的防滑条纹410除了可以增大所述头部42端面的表面粗糙度之外,还能使沾染于用户指头上的汗液或水滴滑落于波浪形条纹凹陷处,避免用户指头与头部42在拧动时出现打滑。在一些其它的实施例中,所述滑移部41亦设有所述防滑条纹401。
在一些实施例中,所述头部42的外轮廓设置成圆弧状,以避免用户在拧动所述螺丝时打滑而割伤用户的指头。在本实施例中,所述头部42与所述滑移部41连接形成的块状物的形状呈蘑菇状,当所述滑移件 40复位至第一位置时,所述头部42的外轮廓恰好与所述螺帽部12的边沿重合,使得螺丝100整体规则美观。
在一些实施例中,所述凸耳20的数量为两个,分别为第一凸耳23以及第二凸耳24,所述第一凸耳23与所述第二凸耳24对称设于所述螺帽部12的第二端面,所述连接臂30的一端插装于所述第一凸耳23,所述连接臂30的另一端插装于所述第二凸耳24。在本实施例中,所述连接臂30的中心连线处于所述螺帽部12的直径所在的直线上,因而所述滑移件40可绕着所述连接臂30转动的角度大于0°小于180°。如此,通过所述第一凸耳23与所述第二凸耳24共同限制所述连接臂30不移动,可以使所述螺丝100在使用过程中更为稳固。当然,若是所述凸耳20的数量仅有一个是,所述连接臂30的一端插装于所述通孔21,所述连接臂30的另一端栓有滑移件40,并且所述连接臂30的另一端端部尺寸略大于所述滑孔411的口径,避免所述滑移件40脱离所述连接臂30。
本发明实施例提供的螺丝100,可以通过所述第一结构与所述第二结构的配合连接,以及,第一结构与第二结构之间的相对运动,使得滑移件40可相对于所述螺帽部12从第一位置移动至第二位置,并且,所述滑移件40可相对于所述螺帽部12从第二位置转动至第三位置,使得用户可直接用手拿捏所述滑移件40进行转动以实现螺丝的拧紧或拧松,无需借助螺丝刀即可手拧螺丝,使用起来较为方便。
请结合图6-7,本发明另一实施例提供的螺丝100',其同样具有上述实施例中的主体10、凸耳20以及滑移件40,所述螺丝100'与上述实施例的区别在于:所述第一结构为滑孔411',所述第二结构为连接臂30',也即,所述凸耳20设置有所述滑孔411',所述滑移件40设置有连接臂30',所述滑移件40可带动所述连接臂30'于所述滑孔411'内从第一位置滑动至第二位置,并且所述滑移件40可相对于所述螺帽部12在所述第二位置转动至第三位置并且所述滑移件40不与所述凸耳20抵接。
其中,所述凸耳20的所述滑孔411',其形状与上述实施例中的滑孔 411的形状不同,所述滑孔411'由长条形的方孔4111'以及圆孔4112'两部分组成,所述方孔4111'与所述圆孔4112'连通。所述方孔4111'具有长边以及短边,所述长边长于所述短边,所述圆孔4112'的直径大于所述短边的尺寸。在本实施例中,所述第一位置是指所述连接臂30'处于所述方孔4111'远离所述圆孔4112'的一端时的位置,所述第二位置是指所述连接臂30'处于所述圆孔4112'内时的位置。
所述连接臂30'包括第一端部、第二端部以及中部段,所述中部段的两端分别连接所述第一端部以及所述第二端部,所述第一端部以及所述第二端部均是插装于所述滑孔411'的部分,所述第一端部以及所述第二端部需采用长方形状,并且所述第一端部以及所述第二端部的形状均与所述方孔4111'的形状相适配,同时第一端部的长边需大于所述方孔4111'的短边。如此,当所述连接臂30'相对于所述凸耳20转动90°或近似90°时,所述第一端部及所述第二端部的长边均与所述方孔4111'的短边抵接,以使得拧动所述滑移件40时可驱使所述螺杆部11转动。
当需要拧紧或拧松所述螺丝100'时,仅需移动所述滑移件40,以带动所述连接臂30'从第一位置移动至第二位置,随后将所述滑移件40绕着所述连接臂30'的中心轴线转动,直至所述连接臂30'的第一端部或第二端部的长边抵接所述方孔4111'的短边,即所述滑移件40带动所述连接臂30'转动了大约90°,此时所述滑移件40相对于所述螺帽部12处于竖立的状态,用户可以直接用手拧动所述滑移件40即可实现拧松或拧紧所述螺丝100。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种螺丝,包括螺杆部以及螺帽部,所述螺帽部的第一端面与所述螺杆部连接,其特征在于,包括:
    凸耳,安装于所述螺帽部的第二端面,所述凸耳设有第一结构;
    滑移件,安装于所述凸耳,并且所述滑移件设置有第二结构,所述第一结构与所述第二结构配合连接,并且所述第一结构与所述第二结构之间可相对运动,以使所述滑移件可相对于所述螺帽部在第一位置和第二位置之间往复运动;以及,所述滑移件可相对于所述螺帽部在所述第二位置转动至第三位置并且所述滑移件不与所述凸耳抵接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的螺丝,其特征在在于,所述第一结构为滑孔,所述第二结构为连接臂,所述连接臂贯穿所述滑孔,并且所述连接臂可于所述滑孔中从所述第一位置滑动至所述第二位置,以带动所述滑移件移动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的螺丝,其特征在于,所述第一结构为连接臂,所述第二结构为滑孔,所述连接臂的一端贯穿所述滑孔,所述连接臂的另一端与所述凸耳连接,且所述滑移件通过所述滑孔从所述第一位置移动至所述第二位置,并且所述滑移件可绕着所述连接臂的中心轴线转动至第三位置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的螺丝,其特征在于,所述滑移件包括滑移部,所述滑移部设有所述滑孔。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的螺丝,其特征在于,所述滑移件还包括头部,所述头部的一端与所述滑移部连接,所述头部的另一端朝靠近滑孔的方向凹陷并形成刀槽,所述刀槽的形状包括一字型或十字形。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的螺丝,其特征在于,所述凸耳与所述螺帽 部的第二端面形成收容槽;所述滑移件还包括台肩部,所述头部的侧端朝远离所述滑孔的方向延伸以形成所述台肩部,当所述台肩部与所述凸耳抵接时,所述滑移件复位至所述第一位置并收容于所述收容槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的螺丝,其特征在于,所述滑移件设有防滑条纹。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的螺丝,其特征在于,所述滑孔的形状呈腰形孔状。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的螺丝,其特征在于,所述连接臂的中心轴线穿过所述螺帽部的几何中心,并且所述滑移件部分位于所述连接臂的一侧端,所述滑移件部分位于所述连接臂的另一侧端。
  10. 根据权利要求3-9任意一项所述的螺丝,其特征在于,所述凸耳与所述螺帽部一体成型;所述凸耳包括第一凸耳以及第二凸耳,所述第一凸耳与所述第二凸耳对称设于所述螺帽部的第二端面。
