En particulier, la présente invention concerne un dérivé hétérocyclique représenté par la formule générale (I), son procédé de préparation et un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable de celui-ci, ainsi que leur utilisation en tant qu'agents thérapeutiques, en particulier en tant qu'inhibiteurs de G12D KRas, la définition des substituants dans la formule générale (I) étant la même que celle dans la description.
