具有闭合功能的穿刺套件 技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有闭合功能的穿刺套件,属于医疗辅助用具的技术领域。
背景技术
现有的穿刺设备及闭合设备均为独立的且分别单独使用的器械,在手术过程中,往往需要准备穿刺器和闭合器并依次使用;穿刺器和闭合器均为一次性用品,在使用后,穿刺器和闭合器直接被丢弃,十分的浪费,且增加了使用成本。
技术问题
本发明目的在于提供一种具有闭合功能的穿刺套件,解决了现有技术存在的使用成本较高等问题。
技术解决方案
本发明的上述技术目的主要是通过以下技术方案解决的:一种具有闭合功能的穿刺套件,包括手柄、可安装在手柄端部的穿刺头及可安装在手柄端部的闭合器,所述手柄和穿刺头之间为可拆卸连接;上述穿刺头和和闭合器均可单独安装在手柄上,使得穿刺头和闭合器形成一个套件,且在使用时,可以直接拆卸穿刺头,对手柄和闭合器进行装配,减小穿刺头和闭合器的体积,减少对穿刺头和闭合器的材料使用,从而尽可能的降低使用成本和生产成本。
作为优选,所述穿刺头上与手柄连接的一端设有第一外螺纹部,所述手柄的端部设有与第一外螺纹部螺纹配合的内螺纹部;上述第一外螺纹部和内螺纹部的配合设置,使得穿刺头与手柄之间可通过螺纹实现可拆卸连接,方便安装连接穿刺头,加强固定力,且更换穿刺头更加方便,同时结构简单,成本较低。
作为优选,所述闭合器上与手柄连接的一端设有与内螺纹部螺纹配合的第二外螺纹部;上述内螺纹部和第二外螺纹部的设置,以便于将闭合器和手柄连接在一起,加强闭合器和手柄的连接强度。

如图1-4所示,一种具有闭合功能的穿刺套件,包括手柄1、可安装在手柄1端部的穿刺头2及可安装在手柄1端部的闭合器3,手柄1和穿刺头2之间为可拆卸连接,上述穿刺头和和闭合器均可单独安装在手柄上,使得穿刺头和闭合器形成一个套件,且在使用时,可以直接拆卸穿刺头,对手柄和闭合器进行装配,减小穿刺头和闭合器的体积,减少对穿刺头和闭合器的材料使用,从而尽可能的降低使用成本和生产成本;穿刺头2上与手柄1连接的一端设有第一外螺纹部21,手柄1的端部设有与第一外螺纹部21螺纹配合的内螺纹部11,上述第一外螺纹部和内螺纹部的配合设置,使得穿刺头与手柄之间可通过螺纹实现可拆卸连接,方便安装连接穿刺头,加强固定力,且更换穿刺头更加方便,同时结构简单,成本较低,同时本穿刺头可增加卡扣结构与手柄连接。
闭合器3上与手柄1连接的一端设有与内螺纹部11螺纹配合的第二外螺纹部31,上述内螺纹部和第二外螺纹部的设置,以便于将闭合器和手柄连接在一起,加强闭合器和手柄的连接强度;手柄1上穿设有沿轴线方向设置的推杆12,闭合器3上设有沿轴线方向设置且与推杆12连接的连杆32,上述推杆和连杆的设置,使得手柄和闭合器之间连接后,可通过手柄控制闭合器正常工作,且断开时并不影响对穿刺头的连接和使用;推杆12为管状结构,推杆12的端部内壁上设有环形内凸起121,连杆32的端部设有若干间隔设置且沿轴线方向设置的凸条321,凸条321的外壁上设有与环形内凸起121相配合的环形外凸起322,上述环形内凸起和环形外凸起的设置,使得连杆可以通过凸条卡入推杆内,使得环形内凸起对环形外凸起形成限位,避免凸条从推杆内部脱出,保证推杆和连杆之间连接结构的稳定,加强结构强度;环形外凸起322上设有倒角323,上述倒角的设置,使得凸条插入环形内凸起内部时,可以更加的顺畅,避免环形外凸起插入环形内凸起内部时,受到环形内凸起的阻挡卡位,而使得连杆无法插入推杆内,导致推杆无法通过连杆控制闭合器,影响该装置的使用,同时在将第二外螺纹部拧入内螺纹部中时,凸条进入推杆的管内更加的轻松顺畅。
在使用该套件前,先将穿刺头装配至手柄上,通过螺纹将穿刺头拧紧在手柄上,穿刺头使用后,顺着螺纹反向拧动穿刺头,将穿刺头拆卸下来,然后顺着螺纹将闭合器拧至手柄上,在将闭合器拧至手柄上的过程中,凸条和环形外凸起持续进入推杆的管内,与环形内凸起形成卡位,直至无法拧动,完成闭合器的安装,上述穿刺头和手柄上用于控制闭合器的装置结构均为现有技术,此处不再赘述。

  1. 一种具有闭合功能的穿刺套件,其特征在于:包括手柄(1)、可安装在手柄(1)端部的穿刺头(2)及可安装在手柄(1)端部的闭合器(3),所述手柄(1)和穿刺头(2)之间为可拆卸连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有闭合功能的穿刺套件,其特征在于:所述穿刺头(2)上与手柄(1)连接的一端设有第一外螺纹部(21),所述手柄(1)的端部设有与第一外螺纹部(21)螺纹配合的内螺纹部(11)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有闭合功能的穿刺套件,其特征在于:所述闭合器(3)上与手柄(1)连接的一端设有与内螺纹部(11)螺纹配合的第二外螺纹部(31)。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的具有闭合功能的穿刺套件,其特征在于:所述手柄(1)上穿设有沿轴线方向设置的推杆(12),所述闭合器(3)上设有沿轴线方向设置且与推杆(12)连接的连杆(32)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的具有闭合功能的穿刺套件,其特征在于:所述推杆(12)为管状结构,所述推杆(12)的端部内壁上设有环形内凸起(121),所述连杆(32)的端部设有若干间隔设置且沿轴线方向设置的凸条(321),所述凸条(321)的外壁上设有与环形内凸起(121)相配合的环形外凸起(322)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的具有闭合功能的穿刺套件,其特征在于:所述环形外凸起(322)上设有倒角(323)。
