本发明涉及一种螺栓,特别是一种喇叭形防松动螺栓。
背景技术
在机械设备使用中,现有螺栓不能防震,另外有的单向顺时针螺栓锁紧技术防震动效果也不太理想,难以解决机械设备复杂的震荡波、震荡频率、震荡源,松动后容易松动,造成设备无法正常工作,引起极大损失,甚至导致安全事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决以上问题而提供一种喇叭形防松动螺栓。
本发明的技术是这样得以实现的:一种喇叭形防松动螺栓,包括螺母,其特点是:它还包括顺时针外螺栓2和逆时针内螺栓1,由顺时针外螺栓2和逆时针内螺栓1两个不同方向螺旋结构的技术达到锁紧防松动的目的。外螺栓的中心部位设有柱形孔,孔内壁设有逆时针内螺纹,孔的下端呈现喇叭孔,喇叭孔部位设有三个开口,喇叭孔内壁部位设有止退纹,该开口在内螺栓逆时针旋入时内螺栓下端栓喇叭状的圆锥体,使外螺栓孔内壁下端的喇叭孔部位膨胀螺母孔锁紧控制,该喇叭状圆锥体,外螺栓上端设有六角帽,内螺栓为逆时针螺丝齿,内螺栓下端栓呈喇叭状,该喇叭状圆锥体一周上设有多个间断的逆时针止退螺纹齿,内螺栓上端位置中心部位设有内六角孔。
由于本发明的螺栓由顺时针外螺栓2和逆时针内螺栓1以及外螺栓喇叭口和内螺栓下端的喇叭状圆锥体部分组成,内螺栓由内向外逆时针旋入外螺栓的中心孔中,通过内螺栓下端的喇叭状圆锥体逆时针旋入外螺栓喇叭口膨胀挤压外螺栓的喇叭口管壁而紧固螺母,本发明正反向螺旋锁紧防松动技术无论是顺时针方向震荡因素还是逆时针方向的震荡因素都会抵消和消除正反方向的震动力,故紧固性能好。

实施例1,从图1、图2可见,本发明包括螺母3,内螺栓和外螺栓,螺栓由顺时针外螺栓2和逆时针内螺栓1以及外螺栓喇叭口和内螺栓下端的圆锥体部分组成,顺时针外螺栓2和逆时针内螺栓1由两个不同方向螺旋结构的技术达到锁紧防松动的目的,外螺栓的中心部位设有柱形孔,孔内壁设有逆时针内螺纹,孔的下端呈现喇叭口,在喇叭口内壁设有逆时针螺纹止退齿,外螺栓上端设有六角帽,内螺栓设有逆时针螺纹,内螺栓下端部位设有喇叭状圆锥头体,该喇叭状圆锥头体一周上设有多个间断的逆时针止退螺纹齿,内螺栓由内向外逆时针旋入外螺栓的中心孔中,通过内螺栓下端的喇叭状圆锥体逆时针旋入外螺栓喇叭口膨胀挤压外螺栓的喇叭口管壁而紧固螺母,正反向螺旋锁紧防松动技术无论是顺时针方向震荡因素还是逆时针方向的震荡因素都会抵消和消除正反方向的震动力,内螺栓上端位置中心部位设有内孔,所述的内孔中心底部设有十字凹槽还在十字凹槽上部位的内孔壁设有内六角,其中内六角对称角分别开设凹槽构成一字型凹槽,内螺栓上端位置中心部位设有的内孔中是设有十字凹槽、内六角、一字型凹槽集为一体的,其中,内螺栓上端位置中心部位设有凹槽6,有利于适应十字工具、六角扳手、一字起的维修工具方便安装使用。
