为避免因紧固件松脱导致的各类问题,各国技术人员不断研发,后来出现了很多进一步提高产品紧固的方法,如加入弹簧垫圈、销钉、使用双螺母等,形成了自锁螺母、高锁螺母等具有放松、抗振功效的产品,但依然存在松脱风险。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明创造旨在提出一种可拆卸防解体螺母组件,以解决紧固件松脱导致的各类问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明创造的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种可拆卸防解体螺母组件,包括防松脱螺栓和开槽螺母;
防松脱螺栓包括扳拧头部、与扳拧头部固定连接的杆部,杆部上设有螺栓变径结构、螺栓底部,扳拧头部、杆部、螺栓变径结构、螺栓底部依次固定连接,螺栓底部外侧设有外螺纹。
螺栓变径结构包括第一变径结构、螺栓柱体、第二变径结构,第一变径结构、螺栓柱体、第二变径结构依次设置在杆部;
开槽螺母包含与螺栓变径结构相对应的外部扳拧结构和螺母底部,外部扳拧结构与螺母底部固定连接,螺母底部内侧设有与外螺纹相对应的内螺纹,外部扳拧结构上沿圆周设有若干个槽结构。
所述外部扳拧结构包括螺母顶部、与第一变径结构相对应的第三变径结构、与螺栓柱体相对应的内孔柱体、与第二变径结构对应的第四变径结构,第四变径结构与螺母底部固定连接。

  10. 根据权利要求3所述的一种可拆卸防解体螺母组件,其特征在于:所述螺母顶部(23)的孔径大于外螺纹(16)的螺纹大径,螺母顶部(23)的孔径小于螺栓柱体(13)的直径。
