一种紧固螺栓 技术领域
本发明涉及螺栓领域,特别是涉及一种紧固螺栓。
背景技术
现有的紧固螺栓都是通过螺母从螺杆上旋上或旋下,来安装和拆卸零部件,这种连接方式,螺母处必须预留较大的空间,来旋转螺母,特别是当连接操作力较大时,还需要通过使用扳手等工具才能将螺母从螺杆上旋上或旋下,操作空间需求较大,并且现有的螺栓,一个螺杆只能与一种规格的螺母相配合使用,实际使用中具有一定的局限性。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种占用空间小、操作方便、操作空间灵活、应用范围广、使用效果好的紧固螺栓。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种紧固螺栓,包括:头部、螺杆、第一螺母和第二螺母,所述螺杆上设有双线外螺纹,所述双线外螺纹分别为第一外螺纹和第二外螺纹,所述第一外螺纹与所述第二外螺纹相间隔交叉,所述螺杆的上部与头部固定连接,所述第一螺母设有与所述第一外螺纹相配合的第一内螺纹,所述第二螺母设有与所述第二外螺纹相配合的第二内螺纹。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述头部设置成中空球体,所述头部中心处设有一个第一通孔。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述头部还设有一个与第一通孔相垂直的第二通孔。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一通孔的直径大于所述第二通孔的直径。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述第一外螺纹的螺距小于所述第二外螺纹的螺距。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明紧固螺栓具有双线外螺纹,能够与不同规格的螺母相配合使用,头部的两个通孔能够用来拧开和拧上螺母,占用空间小,操作方便,操作空间灵活,应用范围广,使用效果好。

一种紧固螺栓,包括:头部1、螺杆2、第一螺母3和第二螺母4,所述螺杆2上设有双线外螺纹,所述双线外螺纹分别为第一外螺纹21和第二外螺纹22, 所述第一外螺纹21与所述第二外螺纹22相间隔交叉,所述螺杆2的上部与头部1固定连接,所述第一螺母3设有与所述第一外螺纹21相配合的第一内螺纹,所述第二螺母4设有与所述第二外螺纹22相配合的第二内螺纹。
由于螺杆2上设有的是双线螺纹,这种螺杆2可以与两种螺母相配合使用,使用范围更广泛,使用效果更好。
另外,所述头部1设置成中空球体,所述头部1中心处设有一个第一通孔11。通过第一通孔11可以使用一根相匹配的直杆从螺栓的底部旋上或旋下螺母,占用空间较小。
另外,所述头部1还设有一个与第一通孔11相垂直的第二通孔12。同样的,通过第二通孔12同样可以使用一根相匹配的直杆从螺栓的底部旋上或旋下螺母,占用空间较小,而不必像现有螺栓那样必须从螺母上操作才能将螺栓紧固,操作空间灵活。
另外,所述第一通孔11的直径大于所述第二通孔12的直径。
另外,所述第一外螺纹21的螺距小于所述第二外螺纹22的螺距。
区别于现有技术,本发明紧固螺栓具有双线外螺纹,能够与不同规格的螺母相配合使用,头部的两个通孔能够用来拧开和拧上螺母,占用空间小,操作方便,操作空间灵活,应用范围广,使用效果好。

  1. 一种紧固螺栓,其特征在于,包括:头部、螺杆、第一螺母和第二螺母,所述螺杆上设有双线外螺纹,所述双线外螺纹分别为第一外螺纹和第二外螺纹,所述第一外螺纹与所述第二外螺纹相间隔交叉,所述螺杆的上部与头部固定连接,所述第一螺母设有与所述第一外螺纹相配合的第一内螺纹,所述第二螺母设有与所述第二外螺纹相配合的第二内螺纹。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的紧固螺栓,其特征在于,所述头部设置成中空球体,所述头部中心处设有一个第一通孔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的紧固螺栓,其特征在于,所述头部还设有一个与第一通孔相垂直的第二通孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的紧固螺栓,其特征在于,所述第一通孔的直径大于所述第二通孔的直径。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的紧固螺栓,其特征在于,所述第一外螺纹的螺距小于所述第二外螺纹的螺距。
